As I walked out of Random Play, I looked at the strange crater. Walking closer to the epicentre, I noticed that the explosion had been caused by a fragment of the Black Comet; why Black Doom wanted to send the Black Arms to Sixth Street was beyond me. Strangely, the fragment also vaguely resembled Goku's ship. "Weird.", I said. As the sphere opened, my mouth dropped at what I saw exit it. For you see, Reader, the person to exit the ship was none but the Ouroboros. "No fucking way.", I said. "So this is Sixth Street. I admit it's much smaller than I expected.", Eunie said. "Well, I guess it wouldn't hurt to explore and see the sights.", Noah said. "Hey! How did you get here?", I asked. Turning to face me, Mio's eyes then lit up. "Oh, Jack! I see you're doing well.", she said. "By the way, how is life in Xenos Ultima?", Sena asked. "What do you mean? I was on the Space Colony ARK when time collapsed.", I said. "Space Colony ARK? What's that?", Lanz asked. "Still, what's important is that you're safe and alive.", Taion said. "In fact, how about we have a fight, just like old times?", Noah asked, drawing his sword. "Old times?", I asked. "Yeah. You were always a treasure to see at the Grand Arena in Brodia and we want to see if you've been keeping up your training.", Taion said. "You mean like believing in the big sis who believes in me?", I asked. "What?", Lanz asked. "Just a figure of speech.", I said.

After Mio, Eunie, Taion, Lanz and Sena summoned their weapons, Noah then rushed at me, causing me to dodge. Summoning that strange watch I used against Caesar, I slotted it into the empty slot on the right side of the Ziku-Driver and shouted, "Transformation!", turning into Kamen Rider Zi-O. Summoning the Zikan Girade, I gripped it hard and attacked, unleashing a violent flurry of slashes that Noah could barely keep up with. "OK, that's new.", Eunie said. "You're telling me.", Mio said, unleashing a beam of light from her chakrams that I easily parried. Gathering a silver light into the Zikan Girade, I then unleashed a storm of silver beams that Lanz was barely able to defend against; taking advantage of this, I then unleashed a volley of Doom Spears that Taion's Mondos just managed to dispel. Continuing the attack, I then unleashed a razor-sharp beam of silver light, promptly manifesting Gram in the Zikan Girade's place much to the six's confusion and unleashing a beam of dark silver and crimson energy that bowled them over. Dismissing Gram, I then detransformed. "Just what was that power?", Sena asked. "I don't know if this might be the case, but it might be the power of Incarnation.", Taion said. "Incarnation? You mean that power that Kirito can use to harness the power of the Black Swordsman of Aincrad?", Noah asked. "Possibly.", Taion said. Suddenly, Noah, Mio, Eunie, Taion, Lanz and Sena promptly vanished in front of me. "Huh?", I asked. Walking back inside Random Play, I then saw a strange purple watch on the counter. As I walked towards it, I sensed a sinister burst of dark energy from it. "Oh, this is where you were.", Wise said behind me. Summoning the watch I used to transform into Kamen Rider Zi-O, I turned around and asked, "Wise, what is this watch?". "Oh, that's the Zi-O Ridewatch. It was originally in the possession of Sougo Tokiwa before he gave it to Mephiles the Dark with strict instructions to give it to you specifically. You see, you also possess the ability to tap into the power of past heroes just like Sougo could. And also Mega Man but that's neither here nor there. It is because of that power that Sougo chose you to succeed him as the Demon King of Time; it is because you also possess the power of Incarnation that you're even able to access those powers to begin with. For the Kamen Riders specifically, their powers need to be concentrated into a Ridewatch first for the Demon King of Time to use them. This also applies to the Another Riders; after all, the power they possess can't be distorted without an Another Watch to focus them through.", Wise said.

After a brief and awkward silence, Wise then said, "Of course, originally, the holder of the Kamen Rider Zi-O powers could only access the power of the previous 19 primary Heisei Era Kamen Riders- Kamen Rider Kuuga, Kamen Rider Agito, Kamen Rider Ryuki, Kamen Rider Faiz, Kamen Rider Blade, Kamen Rider Hibiki, Kamen Rider Kabuto, Kamen Rider Den-O, Kamen Rider Kiva, Kamen Rider Decade, Kamen Rider Double, Kamen Rider OOO, Kamen Rider Fourze, Kamen Rider Wizard, Kamen Rider Gaim, Kamen Rider Drive, Kamen Rider Ghost, Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Kamen Rider Build. The unification of the Primary Heisei Riders creates the Grand Zi-O power which I don't think you have access to yet. And don't get me started on the Ohma Zi-O powers, a unification of every Kamen Rider power to ever exist. Anyway, the watch on the counter is a Ridewatch I was told to hold on to by a shinobi-like Kamen Rider from the year 2022. A friend of mine calls it a Miridewatch.". "And who would this friend be?", I asked. "Oh, would you look at the time. I have to go now.", Wise said before rushing upstairs. Shrugging, I left Random Play to notice that the crater caused by the spherical spaceship had suddenly disappeared. "Could this be the power of Kamen Rider Zi-O?", I thought. Suddenly, a chill ran down my spine. "Oh no. Could it be-? No, it couldn't be.", I said. "What's eating you?", Fafnir's voice asked. "Lumina Square, it's under attack from an Another Rider!", I said. Rushing over to the train station, I then felt time distort. "No, it can't be. But how can an Another Rider be rampaging in New Eridu? I thought the Hollows were enough to repel any extradimensional and extratemporal invaders.", I said.

Entering the train station, I then found myself in Lumina Square. True to my fears, I saw an Another Rider rampaging through the town, causing many terrified civilians to flee in droves. Gripping the Zi-O Ridewatch tight, I ran forward and saw that the Another Rider rampaging was a distorted and monstrous version of Kamen Rider Gai. "Another Gai? But I thought only the 19 primary Heisei Riders could be distorted. Well, them and the three Future Riders: Kamen Rider Shinobi, Kamen Rider Quiz and Kamen Rider Kikai.", Fafnir's voice said. "Well, when I faced Caesar, she transformed into a distorted version of Kamen Rider Femme called Another Femme. Maybe the Time Jackers have the ability to distort time to a much greater degree than thought possible.", I said. Facing Another Gai, I held the Zi-O Ridewatch in front of me and said, "Transformation!", inserting the Ridewatch into the right slot of the Ziku-Driver. Transforming into Kamen Rider Zi-O, I then unleashed a volley of Doom Spears that Another Gai just managed to block before I followed up with a furious flurry of punches and kicks followed with a brutal Doom Blast, launching the Another Rider into the air. As I fired a Doom Spear to skewer the Another Rider, I then saw it disappear right in front of me. Sensing a spike in power behind me, I summoned the Zikan Girade and used it to deftly a brutal strike that the Another Rider unleashed from behind. "No way! How can you-?", the Another Rider asked before I turned round and unleashed a beam of dark silver light that ripped through Another Gai's defences. Suddenly, I then felt a strong burst of anger and hatred come over me, causing to unleash a giant beam of dark red energy crackling with black lightning, bowling the Another Rider over. As my anger and hatred faded just as quickly as it had appeared, I then detransformed. "Y-y-yOuuuUu!", Another Gai roared before detransforming, revealing that it was Lanz underneath much to my shock. "You little-!", Lanz snarled as the purple watch that transformed him into Another Gai shorted out and exploded.

Wondering why Lanz was acting as Another Gai, I then asked, "Why did you side with the Time Jackers? Why did you allow them to transform you into an Another Rider?". "That's none of your concern.", Lanz said. "It is of my concern!", I roared, covered by a black and dark red electrical aura. As I walked towards Lanz, a feeling of dread promptly ran down my spine. Looking up at the sky, I then said, "No.". "No what?", Lanz asked. "Is that aurora natural?", I asked, looking up at what appeared to be a black and dark red aurora that promptly shone with the colours of the rainbow alongside pink, cyan, cerise, crimson, gold, silver, grey, black and white. "Oh, that's an Ether Aurora, something that manifests when the Hollows warp in response to a temporal shift.", Lanz said. "Temporal shift?", I wondered before a strange earthquake sounded. "Oh shit!", I said as a wave of energy appeared before coalescing into a giant tidal wave. Summoning Gram, I then slashed through the tidal wave before everything around me warped and distorted. Finding myself at a strange military outpost, I looked at the Hollows in distance and saw that they were strangely warping in very unnatural ways. "Oh, you're back.", Emeri said behind me. Turning around to face her, I noticed a nauseously bright aura surrounding her. "No, the Silent Core got to you too.", I said. "Oh, you really must stop being such a Debby Downer. No-one likes them.", Emeri said as she leaned in for a kiss. "You do know I'm married, right?", I asked. "To a psychopath, yes. To a woman who actually loves you, no.", Emeri said as she longingly looked into my eyes. As she tenderly hugged me, Emeri then said, "You deserve so much more, both as a person and as the Sovereign. No mere Demon King of Time but a God of Creation and the Ruler of All Things, the Supreme Being and the Omni-King. Besides, it is your right and duty as the Sovereign to not only use your powers to their fullest extent but also to abuse them as you please. To do so otherwise is really not being fair to yourself.".

Suddenly, I found myself in a strange desert wasteland with giant robots strewn around. "What happened here?", I asked. "Oh, you really don't remember? Why, you killed the people who foolishly rose up against you, unleashing your power as Ohma Zi-O.", Hanabi's voice said. "Besides, that's what we're looking for- you abusing your power as you please and making full use of it.", Arashi's voice said. I then found myself in a dark underground chamber surrounded by statues of Kamen Rider Kuuga, Kamen Rider Agito, Kamen Rider Ryuki, Kamen Rider Faiz, Kamen Rider Blade, Kamen Rider Hibiki, Kamen Rider Kabuto, Kamen Rider Den-O, Kamen Rider Kiva, Kamen Rider Double, Kamen Rider OOO, Kamen Rider Fourze, Kamen Rider Wizard, Kamen Rider Gaim, Kamen Rider Drive, Kamen Rider Ghost, Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Kamen Rider Build. Feeling a strange tingling in the Zi-O Ridewatch, I then held it out to find that it was strangely glowing, causing the statues to also glow. "No way.", I said. "What is it?", Fafnir's voice asked. "These are the 19 Primary Heisei Riders before Kamen Rider Zi-O. But why aren't the powers transforming into the Grand Zi-O Ridewatch?", I thought. Finding myself back in Random Play, I walked into the staff room and saw a note on the couch, reading, "So now you understand. But to acquire the powers of the previous Kamen Riders before you, you must seek out the riders themselves and obtain their powers directly. Do that and you may become the Ruler of Everything yet.". Feeling a strange sense of dread, I looked out into the street and saw strange green crystals forming. "Wait, is ORT here as well?", I asked, terrified. "Jury's still out on that one. But you do need to become the Demon King of Time.", Fafnir's voice said. "OK, I'll bite. How hard could it be, anyway?", I said, walking out into the street.
