"You feeling better, after you know. Your pops told me what happened at your friend Itsy's house which was probably scary." Shocket heard Linda asking her. It was Saturday morning and Linda was in the kitchen having breakfast with Shocket plus noticed that Shocket was feeling better after what had happened at Itsy's which Rocket had told her about which had made the female duckling concerned about her. "I'm fine Linda as we talked about it. My dad has been keeping an eye on me." Shocket told her drinking coffee stunning Linda that she was drinking coffee.
"I drank coffee when we were with Tivon. No big deal." Shocket told her sipping coffee.
"Yeah Linda she's been doing good with coffee." Rocket told her joining them seeing Shocket looking around for Rocket Senior making Rocket chuckle. "Grandpa Marshmallow's sleeping in as after an entire week of teaching, he needs rest." Rocket said to her making Sgocket get it. She'd been up all night with Itsy on WhatsApp so she was tired which Linda noticed but was taking things slow as the others in the Fantastic Four were doing their own thing so it was okay for her to go off and had planned a beach day for her and Shocket which Rocket liked the sound of.
"It's a good idea and we should make a picnic. Plus pack sunscreen and water to stay hydrated." Rocket told them.
"Good thinking pops as we don't want to be dehydrated. Or get burnt." Shocket told him making Linda nod.
"Yeah, uncle Rockie's right, as we don't want our fun ruined. But we're gonna have fun." Linda told her.
They were making a picnic but packing water and sunscreen with Shocket wearing a purple shirt with shorts making Linda smile as they were leaving with a cooler but Rocket hoped they'd had fun as Shocket needed some fun after a tough week which Linda got. "Maybe you can join us when you feel like it, Grandpa Marshmallow's sleeping in too." Shocket said hugging him before she and Linda left making Rocket chuckle. He then saw his big, fluffy dad awake hearing him ask where Shocket was, as he'd heard her up.
"She and Linda went to the beach pops. I thought it was a good idea for her." Rocket told him.
Shocket smirked, sitting under an umbrella on the beach wearing purple sunglasses but drinking lemonaxe but chilling as Linda had been swimming and surfing in the ocean making her happy that Shocket was relaxing seeing Itsy show up eating a hot dog realising this was Shocket'snew friend that she talked about smiling. "My dad and I decided to come and relax but guess you're doing the same thing." Itsy said making Shocket nod surprised her dad and Grandpa Marshmallow here guessing they'd wanted to have some fun seeing they'd also brought a picnic making Linda smirking
"Ooohhhh Pete andcItsy are here. How do you feel about that." Rocket asked Linda. "I'm okay as she's Shocket's friend too and Shocket can have more friends than just me." Linda said to him helping him lay the picnic stuff out seeing Itsy and Shocket playing in the water making Rocket happy about this as Shocket was just being a kit making Linda understand hoping she would be able to hang out with Shocket making Rocket get it, sharing people was hard.
"Hey Linda, Itsy and me went swimming. Are you okay, you're not jealous right." Shocket said.
"That's awesome you were doing that. I'm not jealous of Itsy." Linda told her. After the sun went down, they were roasting smores making Linda and Shocket happy asthey loved doing this as it was a perfect end to the beach day as they packed up their stuff along with putting out the campfire after they were finished going home so when they got home, Shocket was getting ready for bed which Rocket was getting as the beach day had wiped her out seeing Groot ask what had happened all day impressed they'd went to the beach because he liked going there. "Yep we had fun at the beach plus Shocket had a lot of fun playing with her friend, Itsy." Rocket told him.
