The decline was crowned with different sharp, upturned pieces of rock. They'd have to slide down and maneuver, while feeling the soreness of a leg that just climbed a mile. The base of the mountain was bare, save for a row of columns that spiraled up into the thin air. It all, the scenery, was like a greeting that set the mental state for actually entering the temple itself.
"Perhaps there's a way to get down faster."
Feeling the soreness heavily, the one with the staff retrieved it.
Weaving his staff in the air with perfect naturalness, he casted the mini spell on himself. Then, holding the leaf, he jumped down, parachuting to the next level. The two ladies on top were - and even the other man - gasping silently.
With a little bit of the 'mini' technique, the other three had followed suit. Gliding through the air, pink hawks flew overhead. Their eyes watched the intruders leave their territory promptly. It was hard enough that strange disturbances frequently removed pieces from the space that was their residence. Now intruders were there as well.
Floating elegantly to the ground like a leaf, the lady with blue hair thought back to her older sister.
"a person with considerable position must be an example," she said as she extended her arms to teach her younger sister how to use a cure technique.
"getting the long part of the dress sullied is part of it," she added, smiling a little bit playfully.
the younger sister raised her arms to copy and fell back accidently, letting the dust of the forest fall on her.
"haha"
"It's okay, one more time will do."
Since then, it had been some time since she had used those techniques. If someone were to teach her, perhaps she'd do it again, proficiently. As her thoughts gave way to the surroundings, she fell upon the grass, dust flying everywhere. A silent giggle was let out.
From the base, one was able to peer through the window that was slightly illuminated by the light outside and the torch inside. A small sliver of light fell upon the corner of window of the temple.
Brown hair or brown bag, something was revealed. In a flash, it had left the view of the window.
Who would dare to enter the temple of the crystal and possibly cause even more trouble in a world that had already begun to experience worldwide abnormalities, one might wonder.
A finger pointed into the air.
"Everyone," started the young man in the lead, "there might be looters."
