Takato road he's skateboard all the way to school making it before the bell even rang. As class went on Takato got the feeling that someone was watching him closely. The feeling didn't disappear until class was over, when lunch came around Takato decided to see if he could eat on the roof of the school. Once he was on the roof he saw that some other people had the same idea and decided finding a spot would be too difficult, he then went back down to the school yard and found a shady tree to eat under. As Takato ate a bagel he got from home he took he's scratch book out and turned to a blank page. He was about to draw the view he was looking at but another image kept appearing in his mind and finally gave in to it and started drawing a person that soon became two then four and finally it was a group of eight people himself included. Once Takato was down with the out lines of the people he started adding more detail to the faces and clothing till a shadow covered the paper. Takato looked up to see Davis and he's friends standing in front of him.
"Hey Takato, what are you doing?" Davis asked.
"Hello." Takato greeted wounding what was up. "So is there something I can help you with."
"Maybe, but not at the moment." Yolei answered.
"What Yolei means is that we could use your help after school." Davis said. "Any chance you can meet us in the computer lab."
"I guess, my parents can watch the store without me for one day." Takato replied. "Plus I wanted to see if the art club president could tell me when they were going to be having a meeting."
"Perfect, we'll see you after school in the computer lab." Kari said, clapping her hands together.
Just then the bell rang for them to go back to class and when Davis & he's friends left Takato felt like he was getting dragged into something. As he got up he then noticed that the feeling of being watched had returned, Takato looked around but didn't see anything at all.
"Get I must be losing it." Takato said, going back inside.
"Gatomon you really need to control yourself." a voice said.
"What are you talking about Patamon, the one who needs to control himself is Veemon not me," Gatomon responded pointing to the V-marked digimon sitting on the branch opposite of them. "You think the guy was an enemy with the way he's glaring at him."
"Can you really blame me." Veemon complained. "He's the whole reason I have to go back to the quadrant I left."
"Will you let that go already Veemon, you're the only one who knows the terrain." Gatomon said, getting annoyed with Veemon's complaining.
"If you think it so great why don't you go instead." Veemon said jumping down from the tree they were hiding in.
"Maybe I will." Gatomon taught to herself.
When the school day ended Takato made his way to the computer room but ran into the person he was looking for.
"Are you the president of the Art club?" Takato asked the girl with short blond hair.
"Yes, who's asking." the girl said back.
"I'm Takato Matsuki and I was hoping to join the Art club." Takato said, looking through he's bag.
"You have any work you can show me." the girl asked. "And don't worry if it's not good as long as you can draw more than a stick figure than your fine."
Takato handed the girl a drawing of a park he drew before he moved. As the girl looked at the drawing she smiled then handed the art work back to Takato.
"Looks like we found a new member for the club." The girl said as Takato took the drawing back. "We have a club meeting twice a week on Wednesday and Friday after school, and our meets restart next week."
"Thank you, um I'm sorry but what was your name again." Takato said. "When they told me who to look for they only said the girl with short blond hair and green eyes."
"No problem." the girl said. "And the name's Kate Holly, I really wish people would stop telling those that look for me my appearance instead of my name. Anyway I'll see you at the next meeting, Takato."
"You got it." Takato responded as Kate walked away.
Takato then made his way to the computer lab to see what Davis wanted from him. Once there Takato saw that with Davis there were five people in the room standing by a computer.
"Final, you're here." Yolei said typing on the computer they were standing around. "We've been waiting for you to show up.
"Yolei you don't need to say it like that." T.K. said. "Hey I'm T.K. were in the same class."
"You already know me and Kari, the boy over there by Yolei is Cody." Davis introduced, pointing to everyone as he said there names.
"Sorry I ran into the Art club president and got the information I needed." Takato said, putting his bag down on a desk. "So what do you need me for."
"Before that I think we have something that belongs to you." Davis said, moving out of the way for Yolei to hand Takato a paper.
"You dropped this yesterday and left it by accident." Yolei said as Takato took the paper.
Takato looked at the paper and saw that it was he's drawing of Rika and Renamon.
"Thanks I've been looking for this." Takato said, putting the picture in his bag. "If that's why you called me here then I should probably get going. I'm not much of a computer wise."
"Where not done just yet Takato Matsuki." A voice said. "We still have much to talk about with you."
Takato started looking around the room for where the voice was coming from.
"Like for instance your digimon partner." Gatomon said, jumping down from one of the computer desks.
