Hello everyone.
Cricket remembers when Lincoln saved her. Lets see what happened.
Now for the reviews.
beninator5: Thanks.
DragonEmperor999 and phil34metro: I honestly didn't realize that I was describing Johnny Bravo until you two pointed it out. I was just going with how avenger44 described him. I don't know how I didn't realize it sooner.
avenger44: Awesome.
Lets get to it.
The next day at the Rosato mansion, Lincoln, Jordan, Linka, Joe, Landon, Mollie, Leni, Jay, Luna, Sam, Luan, Benny, Lynn, Andrea, Lucy, Rocky, Lola, Winston, Lana, Skippy, Lisa, David, Lily, Clyde, Chloe, Liam, Tabby, Zach, Giggles, Rusty, Polly, Cristina, Paige, Rachel, Cookie, Stella, Casey, Ronnie Anne, Sid, Nikki, Flat Tire, Sameer, Emma, Lance, Jenny, Joy, Cricket, Jackie, Mandee, Steven, Brian, Simon, Diana, Fiona, Miguel, Adelaide, and Haiku were all sitting on the grass of the backyard. They were all talking.
Lincoln and Jordan had just told everyone about Asteria.
"Wow, that planet sounds cool." Stella commented.
"I hope Matt lets the rest of us visit sometime." Sid said.
"Let's hope, but it seems he just wants it to be me and Lincoln for now." Jordan responded.
"But that may change eventually." Lincoln followed up.
"I guess for now he must have his reasons for only wanting you two to visit Asteria." Brian said.
"That's true, after all, Matt is very wise." Clyde said.
"He is." Lincoln agreed.
"By the way Lincoln, do you remember that time you saved me?" Cricket asked.
"I sure do." Lincoln answered.
"Linky saved you, Cricket?" Lola asked.
Yes." Cricket answered. "He once saved me when I fell off a tower when I was doing a photoshoot."
"What?! You fell off a tower?" Lola asked.
"Yes." Cricket answered.
"When did this happen?" Diana asked.
"Almost two years ago." Cricket answered.
"Yes, it was when I had only been Superboy for about two months." Lincoln continued.
(Flashback)
At the top of a tower in Los Angeles, Cricket was doing a photoshoot. With her was her mother Helen, a woman with black hair, dark skin, brown eyes, and she wore a pink sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and white shoes. With them was the photographer Drew. He had fair skin, short blonde hair, green eyes, and he wore a pair of sunglasses, a beige sweater, blue jeans, and gray shoes.
"Are you sure you want to do this, honey?" Helen asked Cricket in concern.
"I do, Momma." Cricket answered. "I know it's dangerous, but it wasn't my idea. It was Drew's."
"Come on, you two, this was a great idea." Drew defended. "People love thrilling photos. They love seeing people doing risky things. They love seeing people on top of towers with a view of the city behind them. Trust me, this photoshoot will give you tons of publicity, Cricket."
"We are gonna have a serious talk about this later, Drew." Helen said.
"Fair enough." Drew replied. "Now lets do this."
Cricket then went over to the edge and posed for the camera as the photos were taken.
"Yes, this will be the bomb." Drew said.
Cricket then took another pose. Unfortunately, she leaned back too far, and she lost her balance and fell off the ledge.
"CRICKET!" Helen cried out.
"OH NO!" Drew exclaimed.
Cricket screamed as she plummeted down towards the ground. When she was midway to the ground, she felt herself be embraced by someone. She looked up and saw that Superboy had caught her in his arms.
"Are you ok?" The Loud hero asked.
"I think so." Cricket answered still shaken.
Superboy then flew to the top of the tower with Cricket still in his arms. When he reached the top, he found Helen having a nervous breakdown and Drew panicking. The two of them then saw Superboy with Cricket in his arms.
"CRICKET!" Helen cried out in relief.
"MOMMA!" Cricket cried out as well.
Superboy then put Cricket down, and she ran over and hugged her mother. After a few minutes, Helen and Cricket turned to Superboy.
"Superboy, thank you so much for saving my little girl." Helen thanked.
"Of course, ma'am." Superboy replied.
"Yes, thank you for saving me, Mr. Superboy." Cricket thanked.
"You're welcome." The Loud hero replied. "And please, just call me Superboy. By the way, how did this happen?"
"I was doing a photoshoot and when I was posing, I lost my balance and fell off the ledge." Cricket answered.
"That was very dangerous." Superboy said. "It's not the best idea to be on the ledge."
"I know, but it wasn't my idea." Cricket said, "It was the idea of the photographer there, Drew."
Superboy, Cricket, and Helen all turned to Drew.
"It's so good to see that you saved her, Superboy." Drew said. "Good thing too, can you imagine the bad publicity I'd get if she fell to her death?"
"Wait, what?!" Helen said angered. "Are you saying you care more about your reputation then what almost happened to my daughter?! IS THAT WHAT YOU'RE SAYING?!"
"No, no, no." Drew attempted to defend.
"YOU PUT MY DAUGHTER IN DANGER JUST SO YOU CAN MAKE MONEY OFF THESE SO CALLED 'THRILLING PHOTOS'." Helen raged. "I don't know if you noticed, BUT MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED THANKS TO YOUR STUPID IDEA!"
"Hey come on, everything worked out, right?" Drew asked nervously. "Cricket's ok, so there's no need to be rash here."
"I'll take you in without breaking you, which is more than you deserve for putting this little girl in danger!" Superboy scolded.
The ten year old hero then flew forward and grabbed Drew.
"I'm gonna take this punk to the station." Superboy told Cricket and Helen.
"Good." Helen said.
"Thanks again for saving me, Superboy." Cricket said.
"You're welcome, Cricket." The Loud hero replied.
He then flew off to the police station with Drew in tow.
(Present)
Everyone was shocked at what they just heard.
"What was that guy thinking having you do a photo shoot like that?" Sam asked.
"You got me." Cricket replied.
Lola then hugged Lincoln.
"Thanks for saving my friend, Linky." Lola said.
"No problem, Lola." Lincoln replied hugging her back.
The hug soon ended.
"Hey Linky, remember that make out session we had after we got back from Asteria?" Jordan asked.
"I sure do, my love." Lincoln answered. "Every time we have our make out sessions is pure bliss."
"It sure is, Linky." Jordan agreed. "How about we go for round two?"
"Let's do it, my love." Lincoln responded.
Lincoln and Jordan then had a make out session right there. Everyone awed seeing this.
In Los Angeles, Windham Wyatt was in his lair. He had recently gotten more powerful, thanks to making a further pact with the evil one.
"Yes, I am now more powerful than ever." Windham said to himself. "Those Louds and Rosatos may be immune to my mind control now, but their friends aren't. Soon, I will take over their friends, and the Louds and Rosatos will either join me or die."
That was how Lincoln saved Cricket, and Windham Wyatt is back.
I hope you all enjoyed this chapter. Please leave a review.
