When we entered the space in between planes called the Blind Eternities I had thought that it would be a good time to teach Serenity about how to travel through it safely and give her a sense of peace, but this was not the blind eternities that I had traveled through for the last several millennia
There was no peace, just a roaring gale of wind and the light shifted from pure blackness to bright flashes of light.
Something was wrong, but I could not say what. I grabbed onto the pouch that Serenity was in using my mind to tell her to stay calm and hold tightly to me which was no problem at all since I could feel her holding my body tightly while I clutched the pouch protectively.
"Ugin," she said, "this is not right or am I missing something?"
"No this is very wrong. I don't know what is going on, but I definitely do not like it."
"Can you find Nicol's trail?"
"No I cannot, all of this chaos has wiped his trail out and I cannot return us to Tarkir either."
I quickly added, "please don't be scared. I am still here with you."
To add to my point I pressed the pouch even closer to my body as I was buffeted around by the gale. Fortunately I was a pretty good flier.
"What now?" Serenity asked.
"We cannot stay here forever. I am going to go through the first planer portal I see, and hope for the best."
"Well that's definitely better than being tossed around in here."
"Indeed hold tightly."
I flew forward keeping an eye on any planear door that I could find and finally I found one. As soon as I saw it I steered us toward it, flapping my wings hard to gain some speed against the wind.
After a lot of hard flying I was able to enter the portal. We had made it out of the Now very chaotic Blind Eternities
