Crossbell has finally gained its independence. The SSS and all of Crossbell finally have their dreams come true. Suddenly, Rufus Albarea and the newly established Ebon Defense Force attacked and took over Crossbell once more. Three Heroes: Lloyd, Rean, and a mysterious masked man must work together to solve this crisis and free Crossbell together once more with friends all over.

8. Rean's route Act 2 Back to the City

Dateline: March 17, 1207

(Trails of Cold Steel III ost - Radiant Heimdallr)

In the Train station of Heimdallr, there were people coming out of the trains. Among them were Rean, Levi, Ash, and Altina, who accompanied them with their Pokemon which are Aggron, Greninja, Alakazam, and Leavenny. Although they are two Cosmogs floating next to Rean and Levi.

"Coooos~" The Two Cosmogs cheer happily as they begin to fly away.

"Whoa, hey there!" Rean yelled as he and Levi reached out their hands and caught them. "Phew. You're a bundle of energy like Millium."

"Cosmoooog~"

"Yeah. But we're finally here in Heimdallr." Levi smiled. "Although it seems we're a little bit late then never."

"Damn. Is it ten already?" Ash wondered.

"It is. Heimdallr's pretty far from Ymir." Rean nodded.

"Wouldn't it be easier to just ride on a fast-flying Pokemon instead of taking the train?"

"True, but do you have any Pokemon with fast speed like Charizard?" Levi shot back.

"Touché. Anyway, I can't believe you got those two Pokemon in your hands."

"They are quite cute. Even though they cause a little trouble to the train." Altina said.

"Ninja." Greninja agreed.

"Haha... well they are literally children at this stage." Rean scratched his cheek. "Still, you are right about them." He looks at Cosmog.

Flashback...

"All right, now that we know who will be going to meet up in Heimdallr, we should get ready and prepare ourselves for the investigation." Rean said.

"Right, I'll be with Major Clair and Juna to Crossbell to get a handle of the situation. I'm worried about my brother, Veyle, and Seadall too. As well as Mauvier and Marni. I should also contact the others to help us too." Amia nodded.

"Right. I'll be sure to help out any way I can as well." Emblem Rean said.

"Both of your help is much appreciated." Claire smiled.

"I'll help out Musse to the branch campus." Venti said.

"I'll go help bring the Sentinels so we can further help with the investigation." Fogado said.

"I shall return to Elyos for the time being. Should you need me, I will be there as soon as I am able." Lumera said

"Thank you, Queen Lumera. We should—"

The door knocks as everyone turns. "P-P-Pardon me for interrupting! But permission to come in?"

"Maple?" Teo raise an eyebrow. "Yes, come on." He said as Maple came in. "What's troubling you, Maple?"

"A-Apologize but, Master Rean, you and Levi have a guest who's waiting for you outside." Maple informed

"A guess?" Rean asked.

"Come to think of it, I did sense someone's presence outside but..." Levi paused as they all headed outside and then see Arceus floating outside, causing everyone to have an !? over their heads.

"Arceus?" Rean asked

"Hello Rean. And to the rest of Class VII as well. I apologize that my presence caused some attention to the people of this land." Arceus said

"And who's this?" Teo asked

"This is Arceus, the God of Pokemon." Levi answered

"A god...!?" Teo jawdropped. "To think a god would come to visit this humble town."

Arceus chuckled. "Hmhm. This is a fine settlement. But be at ease. I'm only here to ask a favor for both Rean and Levi."

"A favor? What is it?" Levi asked.

"Come on, you two." Arceus turned to his back and came down to where two Cosmogs were.

"Cosmoooogs!" Both of them cried happily.

"Are they Pokemon?" Altina asked.

"Yes. They're Cosmogs. They are newborns that are created by both Solgaleo and Lulana. As you can see, they're quite happy. I came to ask if the two of you can take them in."

"You want us to take care of the two Cosmogs?" Levi asked.

"Sure, we don't mind." Rean said.

"I thank you for taking them under your wing. Be sure to take good care of them as you do with your Pokemon. I should warn you, however. They're a handful since they're children." Aeceus said as the two Cosmog then flew around the town.

"Cooooooos~" The Cosmog flew around happily, causing some trouble like bunking into someone.

"Oof!"

"Whoa!"

Rean and Levi sweatdrop.

"H-Hey! Cosmogs!" Levi yelled as he and Rean chased after them.

End of Flashback...

"Well, they are children as Arceus said." Rean scratching his cheek. "Still, they are cute."

"Coooos~" Cosmogs cooed as Emblem Levi appeared next to Rean.

"Haha! They sure are." He smiled as Emblem Sigurd, Emblem Chrom and Robin, Emblem Hector and Emblem Micaiah appeared.

"Ahh, seeing those two reminds me if my son would have behaved so positively and energetically when he was a young boy." Emblem Sigird smiled.

"Or with Lucina back when she was a child." Emblem Chrom smiled.

"Although I imagine she would feel a bit embarrassed." Emblem Robin said

"Hahaha!" Emblem Hector laughed. "Well, they sure remind me of myself back when I was their age. Ahh... good times."

"It was nice that Amia gave us Emblem companions to help with the trip." Altina said.

Another Flashback...

"Oh! That reminds me, Rean." Amia called out after he and Levi caught Cosmogs. "I forgot to mention something."

"A favor like Arceus?" Levi asked, giving a nervous smile.

"No, nothing like that. It's about new Emblems."

"New Emblems?" Rean asked.

"Yes. I've found an ancient scroll that reveals a summoning ritual to summon new Emblems. It's similar to how Sombron summons Dark Emblems to aid him. I don't know much about the details for certain, but to summon new Emblems is to find the heroes from other worlds by analyzing them. Normally, this would be random. But it's possible that my children as the Fire Emblem can choose whoever can be the Emblems."

"Whoa, that's amazing!" Juna cheered. "So you can make us Emblem, AMia?"

"If it works out, yes." Amia nodded. "Speaking off. I'll be sure to keep you updated about summoning new Emblems."

End of Flashback...

"I must admit though, I was not expecting there was a possibility to bring new Emblems." Emblem Levi said.

"Nor have any of us, really. But maybe our new fellow Emblems can help change things around." Emblem Robin said.

"Guess we'll have to wait when Amia let us know. But it was nice of her to also summon the Emblems who will join us." Rean said as he stare and look at Emblem Levi's ring.

"Yeah." Levi look at his hand and see Emblem Sigurd's ring. "You sure you don't want to wear one of the rings Altina?"

"I'll be okay." Altina said.

"Suit yourself. Let's give some hell, Chrom, Robin." Ash said.

"Count on us, Ash." Emblem Chrom nodded his head.

"Let's go over about the info about that video. As Levi speculated, the vermillion city C mentioned is Heimdallr without question." Emblem Robin said. "However, the capital is gigantic. It will take more than the fourteen of us."

"What's more, we Emblem will stand out too much even." Emblem Micaiah remarked. "People will assume we're ghosts if they haven't heard about the Emblems."

"Hmm... I suppose that is a problem. Still, even if people know about us Emblems, we would draw attention to ourselves. It would be best that we remain low unless you guys can call for us for battle or just join the conversation." Emblem Hector said.

"Heh. If you ask me, the racecourse and the Garnier District seem suspicious." Ash smirked.

"Do they now?" Altina giving the 'Yeah, right' doubt look.

"Don't even think about your gambling Ash." Emblem Levi fold his arms, giving a stern look."

"I know, I know. Keep that glare to yourself." Ash casually scratch his neck. "I'll save having fun until our work's done."

"We'll be happy to take you anywhere you like once we've ensured Prince Olivert is safe." Rean fold his arms, giving a doubtful look as well. "As long as it's not the kind of shady businesses we know you want to go to."

"I got you. Can't very well go to 'em in uniform."

Rean sweatdrop. "That's...not the problem here, Ash."

"And here I thought the Cosmogs are going to be a handful." Levi sighed as the Cosmog was going to flew away until Levi grabbed him.

"Cos." His Cosmog sulked.

"We can go for dessert, though, right?" Altina asked

"Of course. Hah, it'll be on me, even." Rean smiled

"Cosmoooogs!" Cosmogs eye sparkling as they circle around Rean.

"Haha. All right, you two." Rean chuckled as he petted both Cosmogs. "Just focus on the investigation first. Let's start with Lady Aurier since she's agreed to speak with us."

"Then is time we head to the Leica District where the Vander main school is." Levi smiled

"Leavenny!" Leavenny raised her arms as they take off.

(BGM paused)

"That is basically our situation as it stands." Rean telling Aurier. "His Excellecncy also asked us to tell you that he hopes you'll be able to look after the hall in his extended absence. "

"Thank you for updating me on everything going on." Aurier smiled as she nodded her head.

"It's the least we could do. Your husband did a lot for us." Rean smiled

"More like 'put us through the goddamn wringer.' Ash comment.

"All while shrugging off our attacks like we were nothing more than a bunch of buzzing mosquitoes..." Altina muttered. "He sent Kurt flying off a cliff, too. I found him quite terrifying."

Aurier sweatdrop. "I do hope he didn't leave you with any lasting trauma... Still, his is a measured hand. If he came at you that fiercely, he trusted you could handle it. I hope you can understand that he only did what he did because he saw potential in all of you."

"Although it was rather... unorthodox. We understand. Even through his methods are cause for concern for me." Levi scratch his cheeks. "But we can tell he didn't hold ill intention."

"If anything, I'm the one with a reputation for being a stern disciplinarian around here." Aurier sighed. "Basued on how often I see my stuentds quake at the knees, I'd wager they fear me more than my husband." She said, causing everyone to sweatdrop.

'I think I remember something like that during our field studies...' Levi whispered

'Kurt's got some monster parents. Surprised the guy ain't half-Tomartian or somethin'.' Ash comment.

"In the time I spent with him, it was clear there was much more to him than his stern presence on the battlefield. He was kind enough to share some wisdom with me, too." Rean smiled.

"Was he, now?" Aurier mused. "Heehee. He's a man of few words, so that's very unusual."

"I can't picture that happening at all." Altina comment.

"Same here." Ash agreed.

"Now, now you two. I don't think it is appreciated to say such things to the man's wife." Emblem Micaiah scolded.

"Don't worry. I appreciate their honesty." Aurier giggled.

"Haha. I see. The Thunder God must truly be blessed to have you as his partner in life." Emblem Sigurd smiled.

"Indeed. Still, I'm glad to see that you all seem even more united as a class than you did when you were last here. Do continue to look after my Kurt, would you?"

"Haha! Of course! We would have done so even if we were asked." Emblem Hector chucked.

"And if he wants help gettin' into a good kinda trouble, I'm his guy." Ash casually wrap his arms over his head.

"Right. But we should get back to the matter at hand." Emblem Chrom said "By any chance, did you or the students came into contact with anything out of the ordinary in the capital lately, Lady Aurier?"

Aurier rub her chin. "The students who were here have split up across Erebonia to search for information on Prince Olivert's whereabouts. As such, I'm not as well-informed on the situation here in Heimdallr as I would be. But there is one thing I feel is worth mentioning."

"Ninja?" Greninja asked.

"He ask for "what is that?"." Rean said

"It feels as through there are more people coming and going than there should be. Especially given how there are no festivals or celebrations here around this time of year." Aurier answered

"Really?" Levi asked. "Don't you think that the people who used to Heimdallr return after regaining some faith in his Majesty and Erebonia?"

"At first, I thought so too. However, something about it felt off. It's making the spatial feel more restless than usual—differently from how it did during the Summer Festival. It's as though there's something... stagnant in the air."

"Really..." Emblem Levi hummed.

"Aggron." Aggron turn to Ash.

"I'll be glad to not have to deal with any more Calvard spies like at the festival, that's for sure. But stagnant air's all you're gonna get in the city to begin with." Ash turn to Rean. "You feel anything outta whack, Schwarzer, Sullivan?"

"Not especially, if I'm honest." Rean said.

"Same. But it's slightly different, isn't it, Lady Aurier?" Levi asked

Aurier nodded her head. "Yes. It may even just be my imagination."

"You've lived in Heimdallr for a long time. If something feels amiss to you, it likely is." Rean said. "We'll keep that i mind as we investigate."

"I'm sorry I can't provide you with any more concrete information. There is one thing I can do, however."

"And that would be?" Emblem Robin asked.

"I'd like to introduce you to someone dependable to aid your investigation."

"Oh?" Rean look curious.

"Well, I say 'introduce' but some of you in particular know her very well. She should be here any moment now..." Aurier said as she turned to the door. "Ah. There we are."

The door knock "May I come in?" A Familiar voice spoked on the other side, causing the group to except the other Emblems as they have ! over their heads.

"I think I know who that is..." Ash said.

'I suspected as much.' Rean thought.

'Hmhmhm, clever.' Levi thought.

"By all means." Aurier said as the door open, revealing that Elise Schwarzer and her Tinkaton enter the room, although it seems Tinkaton's hammer was caught in the door.

"Tink!" Tinkaton fell on her back as Elise and every one turn as she gets back on her feet and tried to pull the door.

"Tinkaton, you'll break the door if you pull the hammer.

"Tinkaton..." Tinkaton frowned as it has blue lines as she gloom.

"Elise... Tinkaton." Rean called out as Elise turn with a lady-like smile.

"Hello, everyone. It's good to see you all again." Elise smiled.

"Hey Elise. It's good to see you again." Levi smiled. "So she's our helper for this case?"

"Indeed. Sister to Rean, friend to Princess Alfin, and head of St. Astraia's Student Council. The noble Elise Schwarzer herself." Aurier smiled

"The princess and Musse have already apprised me of the situation. So I spoke with Lady Aurier and volunteered to aid you upon your arrival. I apologize if my behavior strikes you as meddlesome." Elise smiled. "But I am certain that I will be able to aid you in your investigation."

"You do know more about the capital than any of us." Altina smiled

"Agreed. Who else would be better than someone who been around Heimdallr?" Emblem Chrom nodded

"Yeah. Although..." Emblem Levi and his Real self turn to Rean who stood there with his eyes close.

"You're not coming, and that's final." Rean spoked

"But..." Elise trailed off.

"Heh. Out comes the big bwother." Ash smirked and tease.

"Rean, why deny your sister's help?" Emblem Micaiah asked.

"There's still far too much we don't know about the situation here." Rean answered. "Given that our enemy's pilfered the name of the Imperial Liberation Front, we could very well be dealing with terrorists. Involving a civilian in this would be downright irresponsible."

Elise sulked. "So I'm just a civilian, am I? Just a no-good student without a mote of power to her name?"

"That's not what I'm trying to—"

"Oh, I think it is. But even leaving that aside, your blunt dismissal misses an important point."

"And what point is that?"

"That the situation at hand doesn't relate to me... when I am Princess Alfin's dearest friend."

"But that is that, and this is... this."

"Rean, I know you don't like this because of your sister's complex, but you know very well you can't argue, nor stop her when she's this determined." Levi pointed out.

"I-I know but—"

"It is as Levi said, Rean. When I'm this determined, nothing you'll say will change my mind. But that aside, as we speak, Princess Alfin is racked with worry over her brother's well-being. Yet as the matter is confidential, she has to feign a smile and act as though everything is normal. " Elise then look sad. "She cannot cast her responsibilities aside and aid in the search herself, either. And because she cannot, I will do so in her place. If I just sit by idly while she suffering in silence and do nothing to alleviate her burden... I won't be fit to call myself her friend ever again..."

"Elise..." Rean said speechless.

"Hehe. Well said, Elise." Levi smiled.

"Haha! I like this one. She's got that same fire in her eyes as Lyn." Emblem Hector chuckled.

"She does make a value point too." Emblem Micaiah smiled. 'Hearing her say that reminds me of me and so many others...'

"Looks like you lose this time, Rean." Emblem Robin smiled.

"You realized both of them are 'Schwarzer' in this context." Altina comment.

If I may, I think you would do well to put your trust in her here." Aurier said. "Her skills with the rapier IS formidable."

"That may be so, but..." Rean muttered.

"I have toiled long and hard to master the art of fencing passed down through our family. Of late, I have even grown under Lady Aurier's tutelage, and taken magic lessons from Lady Nine, Aether and Late Master Mavis." She then feel Solomn when Mavis pass on with Zeref.

"..." Rean look solemn as Ash, Levi, Altina and Ash looked down when they also heard Mavis pass on.

"And far from letting my pen rest while my sword hand improves, I have overcome many a challenge as Student Countil president. I am no longer a cowering child in need of your protection, dear brother."

Rean sighed then smiled. "All right. As Levi and Robin said and called this one—you win."

"Then."

"We'll be glad to have your assistance. But if things get dangerous, I want you to do as I say. Deal?"

"Deal!" Elise smiled.

(BGM ended)

(Resuming Radiant Heimdallr)

"Then allow me to see you all out." Aurier smiled as they got up as Tinkaton push her hammer out as they walk out the door. "I wish you all well in your investigation. Please do be careful. Should I catch wind of anything new here, I'll let you know immediately."

Rean nodded his head. "Thank you. We appreciate it."

"Then let us set off." Elise smiled as they take off. "I will do my best not to overextend myself and leave you all to carry the burden... But please, If you are truly in need. I hope you won't hesitate to tell me. For even I possess a strength that you can lean on."

"Thanks. Rean let out a warm smile. "It's good to know you've got my back."

"And the feeling is mutual. Heehee." Elise smiled as they were outside.

"All right, let's get down to business. We have to meet up with the rest of our pals who've came here to the capital. But we got plenty of time before we head out as schedule."

"In that case, how about we patrol the districts and gather information?" Emblem Michaih suggested. "That way, we can meet with everyone else."

"Given Elise's familiarity with the area, that certainly sounds like the most efficient plan." Altina agreed.

"That reminds me, apparently the violin nerd and his girl we're s'posed to meet up with is from here." Ash said.

"Right. Elliot hasn't been on tour, so he's been working in the city with Annette." Rean said.

"Machias was also born in the capital..." Emblem Levi muttered. "I'm very worried about him, Towa, Sharon, Alisa, Alear, Veyle, Seadall, Marni and Mauvier... There may be other friends who are there that we don't know just yet. I just hope they're okay."

"I'm sure they are." Rean said with a look of faith. "For now, let's focus on what we can do."

"You're right, Rean." Elise agreed.

"Oh, that reminds me." Rean pull out the Ring of the Dawn Maiden offer to Elise. "Elise, would you like to Engage with Micaiah? She's incredible when it comes to healing and powerful white magic. I think you two would be a perfect fit."

"Oh, of course." Elise nodded as she takes the ring and put it on, causing Emblem Micaiah to appear.

"I'm looking forward to working alongside you too, Elise." Emblem Micaiah smiled.

"You as well, Micaiah." Elise smiled as they take off until Levi paused.

"Huh?" Levi turn his head to the direction of the Imperial Museum.

"What's wrong, Levi?" Elise asked.

"I sense something from the Imperial museum." Levi said.

"Really? I don't sense anything but..." Rean hummed. "Come on. Let's pay a visit to the Imperial Museum and go inside. "Here we are."

"There don't seem to be many visitors today." Elise remark.

"If it isn't Rean and Levi!" A voice called to them as they see Dorothee in the counter. "Hsven't seen you two around since the branch campus' field exercises."

"Hey, Dorothee. Good to see you." Rean smiled. "How's work been treating you?"

"Pretty good, all things considered. Actually, my publisher's been pushing me to become a full-time author after how well my latest novel sold. But I like my work as a curator, too, so I don't think I'm ready to quit just yet."

"That's great. Always nice to have options."

"And there's the other reason I don't want to go into writing full-time... I'd probably become a total shut-in. I'd miss out on all this. I find the best to seek inspiration is to observe daily life—people-watching, so to speak."

Levi sweatdrop. "I'm afraid to ask but why?"

"Why, as I was on my way home from work the other day, I spotted a budding flower at the nearby cage that caught my eye. My mind went wild imaging the experiences that could end the precarious final days of his youth..." Then she realized what she said. "Ah! I can't keep doing this! My nose is going to bleed all over my blouse again at this rate."

Everyone sweatdrop.

"She's... quite lively isn't she?" Emblem Sigurd asked.

"Yeah, she's a sucker for BL." Levi scratch her cheek.

"It's no wonder why Her Highness see you as a kindred spirit." Elise nervous smile.

'Wait, Alfin is into BL?! No wonder she was so happy for me and Rean! Oh my gosh, did she become a PERVERT!?' Levi thought

"Cos?" Cosmogs tilt his head in confusion.

"Oh, and it's good to see you again, Ash." Dorothee smiled. "I've been wanting to give you an update about the joint publication between our old Literature Club and yours. All that's left to father is a collection of poems by none other than yourself. Tatianna and I haven't given up hope that you'll submit them yet!

"Lay off, will ya?" Ash grumbled. "I told you I'll do it if I feel like it..."

'It's only a matter of time before he gives in.' Altina whispered.

'Ooh yeah/No doubt.' Levi and Rean said.

"So what brings you all to the capital today?" Dorothee asked. "Also is it me or are those people with you glowing?"

"Oh. These are our friends called the Emblem. I'm sure you notice there's another Levi because he's also one. Emblems are hero spirits."

"Ooh. I see!" Dorothea mused. "So you came to show them around? Or does it have something to do with that Ebon Defense Force group that occupied Crossbell?"

'Looks like she didn't hear about what happened to Prince Olivert and Lady Scherizard it seems.' Levi whispered to Rean.

'Yeah. That's good...' Rean replied. "Yeah. Something like that. By the way. Is it just me, or are there fewer visitors here than normal?"

"Yeah, I notice that too. Is something going on?" Levi asked

'You two noticed? Actually, the museum put a restriction on the number of visitors allowed at once recently." Dorothee sighed. "Something came up that has us concerned..."

"Hmm... does it have something to do with something I've sense coming from here?"

"Oh, right. I forgot that you can detect something supernatural. But you're right on the money. Recently, we've been hearing what sounds like voices coming from the catacombs. You know, the tunnel that connects to the museum. We thought there were Pokemon down there but I don't know any Pokemon who can make some scary noise..."

"Do you think it's a monster?" Emblem Robin asked

"Maybe, but if anything, it sounds like a ghost—something completely unnatural compares to Boos or some other ghost-like folks. I dusted off my old orbal staff to take a look down there before, but I didn't come across any signs of monsters or Pokemon down there."

"Say, doesn't this remind you of Instructor Sara told us she dropped by here a couple of weeks ago?" Levi asked

"I wasn't here at the time, but the head curator told me as much. There apparently was a break-in, so she came to investigate. I don't think it has anything to do with the noises we've been hearing, though."

"Hmm... this does sound concerned. Let's take this in mind." Emblem Hector said.

"Did you made a request to the guild?" Levi asked.

"I did put a formal request in with the guild already... but I guess they're swamped with other things right now. They said it'll be a while before they cam get around to it."

"That's a shame, but I'm not surprised that they would be busy."

"But still, we can't afford to let this situation go uncheck." Emblem Micaiah stated. "We should help."

"I agree. Would you mind if we looked into it, Dorothree?" Rean asked.

"Not at all." Dorothee smiled. "We would really appreciate it."

"Man, this is going to be a pain in the ass, but I guess it's better than letting this place get down in by a poltergeist or something."

"Right. Whatever the paranormal activity this may be may come in handy." Emblem Chrom said.

"Agreed. There's also a possibility we will encounter something that will pertain to our current investigation." Emblem Sigurd agreed.

"In that case you should take this." Dorothee handed over the key. "The location is over there." She pointed. "To the left of the main exhibit. Thank you, and do be careful."

"We sure well." Rean nodded before notice two missing Pokemon. "Hey wait... are we missing a few pokemon?"

"H-Hey! cut that out!" One of the staffs yelled as everyone have an ! over their heads as they twoo the two Cosmogs playing with one of the statues and nearly tripped it. "Stop it, that museum property!"

Rean and Levi grabbed their Cosmogs and apology to the staff for the trouble it cause. Then they headed to the underground by unlocking and going through the door.

(BGM paused)

(Super Mario Galaxy ost - Deep Dark Galaxy)

They made their way to the ground and spotted a couple of monsters in the area.

"Reaaaal accurate info there, four eyes..." Ash sighed. "Didnd't she say she couldn't find any monsters?"

"That just means the situation has gotten worse since Dorotheee checked. " Rean check.

"There's something very eerie about those monsters." Emblem Chrom said.

"Indeed. They have a dark aura to them." Emblem Micaiah said.

"An Evil Fairy. Undoubtedly a type of demon." Altina said.

"Hah. Just as we expected, then." Ash replied

"I don't know if it's because of them, but I feel a chill on my skin..." Elise said

The Kijimun spotted them and screech at them as everyone got out their weapons.

"All right, let's deal with the clean up. Keep your guard up everyone!" Levi advised.

The Kijimuns ran up toward them as some of them let out an errrie screech. Everyone split up as Rean and Levi dash toward and unleash a slash, strong enough to kill them as Ash ran up and then swing his axe fierce, slicing the Kinijmuns as Altina throwing magical shots toward the monsters with Elise throw thrust attacks and then a swing with her rapier. Elise then conjured a wind sphere to pull the kinimuns toward and Tinkaton jump in and use Gigaton Hammer to slam them to the ground as they kill in purple smoke. Aggron sued Iron Tail to knock a few away as Grininja throw Water Shuriken and slice a couple of them with Leavenny throw String Shots to pull a couple and used S-Scissors in the progress. Alakazam used Psychic to send psychic waved and knock away a few as the two Cosmogs just cheered for them.

All the Kijimuns were killed.

"All combat situation resolved." Altina said as they put their weapons away.

"And yet, the spiral presence remain strong." Levi remarked.

"Whatever, they're just small fries to me." Ash command. "But I suppose your little sis ain't too bad, Schwarzer."

"Agreed. I And you work well with your Pokemon too." Emblem Micaiah smiled. "It may be a small glance, but I can tell you're skilled as Lady Auriel said."

"There's no way you learned all of that from St. Astraia." Altina said.

"Correct. I belong to no club, either." Elise nodded. "In my case, the rapier skills Father taught me serve as the basic of my fighting technique. And when I was younger, Rean tutored me as well."

"She even took lessons from Master Ka-fai with me before." Rean added "And on top of that, she's been trained by the Stormwatcher, Miss Konoe, and Master Mavis, too. Honestly, you could describe Elise's style as entirely unique to her."

"Ahaha. Please, your exaggerate."

"Well she isn't Rean's sister for nothing you know." Emblem Levi chuckled until they heard a roar as they all have an ! over their heads and turn to the direction.

"What was that?" Emblem Hector asked.

"Sounds like the voice Dorothee mentioned." Emblem Levi said as Rean, Levi, Emblem Levi, Greninja, Leavenny, and Emblem Micaiah saw a digital version of Pleroma Grass appear in the distance and then a red portal. Coming out was a Ghost armor monster.

"What the—" Emblem Chrom gasped. "Is that the monster we're looking for?"

"I swear I just saw something resembling pleroma grass just a second ago." Rean said.

"Yeah, I saw it too. What's going on?" Levi asked.

"We can talk about this pleroma grass later. Right now, there's a monster with immense power in front of us. It's unlike anything we've face before." Emblem Micaish stated.

"A hostile spirtal bring... It's my first time seeing one like this." Altina said. "It's like a deep=seated grudge of a sorcerer from the Dark Ages made manifest."

"Still, this thing is no doubt the Culprit." Emblem Hecter pointed out. "Guess all we gotta do is slice this thing up."

"You spoke my language, Hector." Ash palm fist. "Let's whoop its ass."

"Class VII impression, as ever." Elise giggled. "I must be careful not to hold you all back."

"Tinkaton!" Tinktaton readied her hammer.

"There's ten of us and five Emblems with us. This will be a simple matter." Altina said.

"Yeah." Rean draw his Tachi.

(Trails into Reverie ost - Purgatory Scream)

"Let's go, everyone!" Rean declared

"Right!" Everyone yelled.

The monster known as Adeptus summon Afterglow and Shadow Vessels. It then aim its staff and fired a laser beam toward them as they quickly split up while Cosmogs panicked and flew into the nearby jar to hide. Rean lung and swing against Adeptus with Emblem Levi, but it blocks with its scepter and swing at Rean, but Levi block in and then counterattack by unleashing an outward slash and then performs a cartwheel slash to push Adeptus away as Leavenny throw String Shot to capture, then swing and toss it toward Greninja who used Night Slash against it.

The Shadow and Afterglow Vessels both firing laser beam toward Elise, Altina and Ash as they dodged. Ash ran up, swirling his axe with Emblem Chrom and then swing at them but they flew above until Alakazam used Psychic to slam them to the ground and Tinkaton used Gigaton Hammer and crush them.

One Afterglow Vessel appeared to aim Elise but Emblem Micaiah throw Thani to intercept and then Elise thrust combo and then gathering magical power in her hands and throw a stream of water to knock it away.

"Landmine!" Altina clapped her hands as a magic circle appeared underneath and exploded, killing the Afterglow vessel.

Adeptus swing its scepter against Levi as he blocks, swirl, and then jumps outward slash, then thrust combo and dive kick it to the ground and jump away as Rean imbued his sword with fire and swing downward to cut him. Adeptus blocks then aim his hand and fired a sphere of magic to push Rean off. Adeptus got up, raises its scepter and then summon a vortez-like attack and throw them toward the group.

Aggron used used Rock Slide as multiple rocks appeared around by the rings and launch them toward the spiral attack. Intercepting and exploding in contact. Adeptus raised, channel a sphere of redish black and slam it to the ground to create a shockwave, forcing everyone to jump as Adeptus summoned magic circles rotating and firing laser beams. Altina form a barrier to shield herself as Elise did the same with magic, while Rean, Levi, Ash, Aggron, Leavenny and Tinkaton taken the hits as they were pushed away.

Greninja appeared from above and dive kick, slamming Adeptus to the ground, jump off and then throw Water Shurikens and impale its back. Adeptus unleashed a shockwave to knock it off and got back on its feet. Tinkaton dashed toward and swung upward, knocking Adeptus into the air and then Elise aim her hand and threw Crystal Edge and a stream of projections, forming into a drilling attack and exploding on Adeptus as it fell to the ground.

Adeptus got back on its feet and then activated a transparent spell.

"Where did it go?" Altina look around as a magic circle appeared from above and raining down projections.

"Incoming!" Levi yelled as he spin his Glaive rapidly into a shield to protect himself while the others dodged.

Altina press her earpiece and activated a scanner, revealing Adeptus hiding aiming to fire at Levi. "Levi, look out!"

The laser fire at Levi but thanks to Altina he rolled away. "Thanks, Altina!"

Ash's use Heavenly Eye and then found Adeptus readied to attack. "Gotcha you rat!" Ash aim his hand and throw magic chains and capture Adeptus, shocking it and pull him toward him as he took his stand and then unleash a fierce slashing and slam it on the ground. Then he slam his axe on the back, performing a cartwheel, dragging Adeptus and slam it over him as Ash jump back and Altina raised her arm high and Claiomh Solais who form into a fist appeared underneath through a magic circle knocking it into the air and then Levi and Emblem Sigurd jump up and slash through, leaving a wide trail before he flip and kick it back on the ground and slam it there.

Before it can get up. Rean swirl his tachi and jump up and impale its back, causing the monster to roar as it did into a purple light explosion.

Rean pull his Tachi, swirl and then sheath it. "Nice going everyone!" Rean smiled as as they put their weapons away and high five each other, including the Pokemon. Aaagron high give Tinkaton, only to slam it on down on accident, causing him to sweatdrop.

Tinkaton got a cross on her head and barking at Aggron who scratch its head while Greninja, Leavenny sweatdrop.

"Haha. Now I was right to see Elise in full combat mode." Emblem Micaiah smiled. "Your support and Orbal arts are superb."

"Yeah. Nice one little lady." Emblem Hector let out a hearty laugh.

"Ahaha. I'm glad I can be of help." Elise smiled.

"Looks like the atmosphere of this place has calm down." Emblem Sigurd remarked.

"Looks like that Sorceror-type monster WAS the source." Emblem Robin said.

"That seems like a safe conclusion." Rean nodded in agreement. "I imagine the rest of the monsters that were hiding will leave as time goes on."

"Speaking of hiding, where are Cosmogs?" Levi look around and then his Cosmog slam into him. "Oof!"

"Cooooos~" Cosmog nuzzle his face while the other Cosmogs slam into Rean's chest, nuzzling him

"Haha! There you are you little scamp." Rean chuckled and petting him.

"Are those two your Pokemon?" Elise asked.

"That's right. They're newborn like Pokemon, According to Arceus so they can behave like how children do."

"I was wondering why it was making some trouble. Now it make sense."

"You know, I may have underestimated your skills, Elise. You've gotten so strong—stronger than I ever could've imagined." Rean smiled. "As your big brother, I'll always be fussing over you at least a little..."

"Yeah I don't think "little" cuts it." Emblem Levi said as everyone agreed.

Rean sweatdrop. "Okay, maybe a lot. ut know I know I can absolutely trust you to have my back."

"But something was bothering me. What was that... pleroma grass-like suddenly sprout and then disappeared to summon that monster?" Levi wondered. "Not to mention now of all times..."

"There was also the Magic Knight that appeared in Ymir recently as well." Rean added. "I've spoked to Valimar about it and he sense something disturbing the Spirit Veins but cannot identify the cause."

"There was also the Nobody and Unverse as well." Altina added.

"Unverse are like Grimm, yeah?" Ash asked. "They came from that organization member."

"Vanitas, yes." Rean rub his chin. "But I heard from Alisa and Sharon that he's "darkness" from his final moment. And that he look like Sora for some off reason..."

"It disturbs me to why he looks like Sora when Kirito took a picture of him." Levi grimaced. "But he's somehow connected to Sora. As for how eludes me. Still. Something definitely is going on below the surface of Erebonia again."

"Great. Can't this country take a vacation from all the crazy supernatural crap for once?" Ash wondered.

"Yeah. Let's go make our way over ther." Rean said as they made their way and go into the department store and then look around and see Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Kanji.

"Well, Senpai and the others were busy and Naoto, Chie and Yosuke-Senpai went to Crossbell for the independence ceremony when it happen. So I'm pretty much the only one of the group here." Kanji answered.

"We came quickly as we could. I'm surprised someone would do that." Donald said.

Vivi was seen talking to Edelgard, Hubert and Monica.

Edelgard is wearing casual clothes. Edelgard wears a cream color jacket with with a belt on the sleeves end. She wears a brown shirt with a White concrete mini skirt with grind patterns. She wears thighs high tights and brown combat boots.

Hubert's Casual Clothes is that he wears a black coat with belts on the edge sleeves. A Velvet shirt underneath a black shirt. And Black trousers.

Monica's Casual Clothes is a brown capelet jacket with brown buttons, with a red shirt. She wears red mini skirt. She wears things black tights and brown combat boots.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't Class VII and friends!" Vivi called out as they turn with Linde, Edelgard, Hubert and Monica.

'Oh it's so good to have moments like this.' Rean thought. 'Still, Noel is right about Jusis saw what Rufus is doing coming. I'm sure it must weight on him heavily. But at least he has Millium to help take his mind of it.'

"We've been looking into the flow of goods in the capital." Millium answered.

"Well, it seems like there's lot of groups buying stuff in bulk lately. All kinds stuff, too—food, orbments, Pokemon food and items... It's almost like they're getting ready for something."

"At first, I thought Millium was just doing her bottomless stomach, but I can see the brain in her line of work." Diluc said.

"It does seem unusual." Hubert rub his chin. "Commenting with Crossbell's occupation, there shouldn't be any reason for stocking when the war is over and winter is almost over."

"If you ask me, those buyers are suspicious." Happy pointed out.

"Indeed. When we started looking into them in detail, we discovered they were either start-ups or foreign. That, and they all appear to exist in name only." Jusis added.

Lucy hummed. "It really adds up to the mystery."

"So what does this all mean?" Natsu asked

"Could it be possible we're dealing with cases of fraud?" Monica asked

"Actually, no." Dulic answered. "The transactions are legitimate—the sellers received their money, and the good were dispatched. But the other significant mystery is that there is no record of where any of those goods ended up."

"Hmm... That is rather strange." Goofy rub his chin. "It's almost like they're trying to avoid getting caught."

"But have you tried tracking their moments?" Donald asked

"The Intelligence Division has tried tracking some of these orders... but they just get forwarded all over the place before disappearing along with the other others like this." Millium answered.

"They may have had better luck if they marked an order from the moment it's place, but alas." Jusis sighed

"Right." Rean sighed. "By the time they realize they're dealing with another one of these, the transaction is already gone."

"But does this mean that whoever's buying all of this got what they needed?" Sora wondered

"It's possible, but we can't say for certain." Emblem Robin said. "Still, it seems we're dealing with some skilled criminals in the mist."

"Right. They would want to cover their tracts, then we're dealing with a nerferious group." Emblem Chrom agreed.

"Could it be possible it may be the Reborn Imperial Liberation Front?" Emblem Micaiah asked and then notice Jusis was thinking. "Jusis?"

"Apologize. I was just thinking. I was just wondering if it perhaps may lead to Crossbell's new 'surprme leaders' instead." Jusis replied

"Huh... You know, you may be onto something." Ragna rub his chin. "Rufus was known to be a shrew man."

"Indeed." Edelgard rub her chin. "Not only he is skilled in both diplomatic, negotiation, and politics. He is also skilled in tactics, and master of Court Fencing. He's a man of many talents. It truly is a shame that he used those talents for a dark purpose."

"Indeed... I just cannot fathom why my brother would be so foolish. I thought he'd finally learned his lesson." Jusis muttered

"It makes no sense to me, either." Millium nodded. "I haven't known him for THAT long, even if we were both Ironbloods... but after we beat him in the Empureal Fortress, he seemed pretty much done. Then we have Xehanort. We forgave him for helping us, but now he's back somehow and making evil again."

"Regardless of why both Xehanort's return and why Rufus would commit atrocities will serve us no purpose in the now." Hubert said. "What matters now is not those two at the moment, but to our missing prince and princess."

"Right. We can't afford to turn a blind eye to Crossbell either." Emblem Hector added.

"I agree. Still, I couldn't help but wonder if this crisis is connected to their disappearance." Emblem Micaiah wondered

"And whatever those answers may be, our focus inevitably turns to him, I'm sure you won't be alone to confront him, Jusis." Emblem Sigurd said.

"I agree." Levi nodded in agreement. "So don't go running off on your own, okay?"

"I..." Jusis trailed off then nodded his head. "Don't worry. I wouldn't dare. I'm well aware that there's only so much I can do alone."

"Hehee! Good, 'cause your friends and Pokemon are here to help you in times of need, and you definitely need us here." Millium cheered

"Golem/Ruff!" Both Golem and Lycanroc nodded in agreement.

"Well, then, should we get back to gathering information?" Rean asked

"That would be wise." Emblem Sigurd nodded with smile. "The more we can find, the better."

"Yeah. Come on! Let's go grabbed the info grub!" Natsu palm fist as they take off to Mater Park.

"Mater Park is a popular spot to relax and unwind." Elise said.

"Indeed. I always admire the scenery of something peaceful as this part." Edelgard smiled

"Don't I know it." Ash agreed. "I've taken some good-ass nap here."

"I figured you would say that." Emblem Chron chuckled before they heard music. "Oh, I think we found Elliot."

"Finding him sure didn't take long, huh?" Rean chuckled as they approached and see Elliot is playing music with his music friends as Annette, Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang were watching them.

As the music plays on before the crowd, it soon come to an end as the audience applaud.

After the music is over and Elliot and Annette were busy chatting with Elliot Mussic friends, Team RWBY approached them and before long, the group join in.

"Yeah, so what did you guys think of the performance?" Annette smiled.

"Yeah, I couldn't help but wanted you to keep going and going until the end." Levi smiled. "Hearing your music really soothes the soul."

"I couldn't help but agree. Your music truly superb, Elliot." Edelgard smiled.

"Yeah! I love your music so much that I ended up purchasing twice the CDs." Lucy smiled.

"I think it's safe to say that everyone here loves your music." Monica smiled

"Have you ever consider making a song about fish?" Happy asked

"About fish, huh?" Elliot asked.

"Ignoring the felines request..." Diluc said.

"Hey!" Happy got crosses on his head

"Your music is truly spectacular. Along with the performance with your friends. I'm glad to witness this performance."

"We thought we did it well, too, but it's nice hearing it wasn't just in our heads." One of Elliot's music friends smiled.

"Wow. I wasn't expecting to see Edelgard, Hubert, Monica, Ragna, Noel, Natsu, Lucy, Happy, Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Diluc here too. And Millium and Jusis too." Elliot smiled.

"We've met along the way before coming here." Ragna said

"Sorry if it feels like we dragged you over our way." Rean sighed. "Is this the first time you've seen each other as a whole?"

"Oh, no. We had a class reunion not too long ago." One of Elliot'sa friends said.

"We just haven't had a chance to play together in ages."

"We couldn't pass it up with all of us being in Heimdallr now." Elliot said.

"The Rieveldt Company started up a small orchestra, and I couldn't resist applying since I used to work here. Then Ron and Morris joined it, too, so here we are."

"Oh? I didn't know you guys started one." Levi said

"I imagine you'd have to be top-notch to be accepted." Rean said

"Yeah. It wasn't easy getting accepted, let me tell you." One of Elliot'sa friend said.

"But hey! We can't let Elliot show us up all the time, so it was worth the hustle."

Rean chuckled. "Make sense."

"I'm just glad you've found a way to keep playing music that makes you happy." Annette smiled.

"And the thing that'd make ME happy is the four of us going on tour together in the future, so I hope we can." Elliot let out a smirk.

"R-Really?!" One of Elliot's friends asked.

"Consider my bags already packed!"

"*sigh* Did you guys just forget what we were talking about? Elliot can do what he likes, but we have to work around the orchesta's schedule."

"Ahaha. I haven't done that many, but that's still nice of you to say."

"You're the music lecturer at St. Astraia, correct?" Altina asked.

"Provisional, but yeah. I'm still learning the ropes to showing the topes, but it's been a lot of fun so far."

"Oooh! I want you to teach me, music, Elliot!" Millium cheered.

"I'm amazed you can carve out the time, but I see you having a knack for it." Jusis said

"Well this is Elliot we're talking about." Blake said.

One of Elliot's friends sigh. "I can't believe you get to instruct at an all-girls' school, too."

"Elliot always manages to luck out in life, huh? I wish I could lecture at St. Astraia. Just once would be enough."

"I hope you never will if you think he's 'lucking out'."

"Ahaha..." Annette nervous laugh until she notice the lock. "Oh shoot! Guys, you should hurry to Rieveldt building for the rehearsal."

"Yeah. We'll see you guys around." One of Elliot's friends agreed "Have fun with the rest of your time in Heimdallr!"

"I'll make sure they do." Elliot smiled. "Hope rehearsal goes well!"

"But it's very suspicious for soldiers to be having a secret meeting while in uniform." Weiss said.

"Could it be those soldiers were spies from another country to disguise as soldiers?" Ruby asked.

"But what would they even gain from their actions?" Blake wondered. "It doesn't sound it would be deep."

"It wouldn't shock me if they were still in uniform while off the clock because they were short on time." Elliot sighed.

Elise was thinking for a moment as Emblem Michaih notice with Rean.

"Is something troubling you, Elise?" Emblem Micaiah asked

"I'd like to get my thought in order a little more before sharing." Elise answered

"Understandable. Something is miss here." Emblem Sigurd said. "Lady Aurier's instructions were absolutely on to something. But it's also too early to say for certain if any of this is related to this "C" character... But we should keep that at the back of our minds just in case. You'll never know when the pieces will come into place."

"Agree. But it seems that everyone is here, right?" Weiss asked. "Why don't we find a place to gather and discuss?"

"In that case, how about the cafe in the department store?" Monica suggest.

"An excellent idea. Let us be off." Hubert said as they take off to Plaza Bifrost.

As many are going on, Blake, Levi, Rean and Greninja stop as Blake ears twitch as they turn around.

'You guys felt that too?' Blake asked.

'Yeah. Someone was watching us.' Levi nodded.

'Greninja.' Rean said.

'Ninja.' Greninja nodded and then vanished.

'Come on.' Levi said and they go in.

"It's a little early, but heck, I'm down for lunch!" Millum smiled. "Forget tea time—how about we have meal time?"

"Oh yeah, let's grab us some grub." Natsu smirked.

"I think you guys had plenty enough." Ragna comment as Rean's ARCUS Alpha ring.

"A Call?" Rean pick up his ARCUS unit and answer and see Carl Regnitz. "Representative Regnitz?!"

"Greetings, Rean. My apologies for contacting you out of the blue like this." Carl Regnitz said with a smile. "I was wondering if, by chance, you might have met with the rest of Class VII and your other friends by now."

"We did get together with a investigation group in the capital not too long, in fact. I take it you have some idea of what's going on with us?"

"Heh, more or less, but not like back when the Intelligence bureau was under direct control of the government."

"Man, it's wild that we have a direct line to the head of government, huh?" Ash asked.

"About that... There's a matter of utmost importance I must discuss with you all. Assuming you haven't eaten yet, I'd love to discuss it over lunch."

That's some great timing, actually. We were all about to grab a bite to eat together." Levi smiled. "So it will be our pleasure."

"Much appreciated." Carl smiled "I'll be waiting at the Der Himmel Hotel in the Garnier District. Oh, and please don't feel rushed. I have plenty of time."

"All right. Thank you, as always." Rean smiled as Carl hang up.

"How funny things turn out. I actually have business to discuss with Representative Regnitz." Edelgard said. "But that aside, it seems he also has something to share."

"Whatever that may be. It seems we found something juicy." Emblem Hector said.

"Her Himmel, right?" Elliot asked. "That's a fancy hotel in the Garnier District." Elliot said.

"Lunch at a hotel, huh?" Millium grinned. "Consider me pumped! How about you, Jusis?"

"Please, I'm BEGGING you. Don't forget your table manners." Jusis sighed as they headed off to Garnier District.

"Wait, where's Greninja?" Altina asked

"Now that you mention it. Rean, wasn't he with you?" Elise asked.

"Oh yeah, I sent him to look into something for me." Rean said

"Wait, hold on. We should let Greninja know that where we're heading when we come back." Levi pointed out. "Oh, right." Rean nodded as he pull out a Pokeball and toss it into the air and Charizard came out. "Charizard, do you remember Plaza Bifront Department Store?" Rean pull out his ARCUS Alpha, tap a few buttons and then reveal the picture. "This one. I sent Greninja to look into something, he'll be wondering where we might be so can you tell him to meet us here in Garnier District at that building right there?" He pointed at Hotel Der Himmer.

"Roar." Charizard nodded in respond.

"All right, I'll be counting on you." Rean said as Charizard flew off. Rean look and see San Corries Jewelers. 'San Corries Jewelers...' Rean close his eyes as he recalled his Father's words.

"That reminds me, Rean. I been meaning to ask you something. I don't mean to pry but... have you thought about... making it official with Levi? You know. Marrying him."

'I should come back here and purchase an engagement ring...' Rean smiled a bit as he blushed

"Oh, N-Nothing." Rean said as Millium was looking at the store, causing her to have a thought bubble as she thinks. "Anyway, shall we?"

They headed inside the hotel and were greeted by Carl. "Thank you for coming." He said. "Please, follow me, all of you." He said as they headed into a large room. "And here we are."

"Come now, Levi, no need to be so formal with me. Please be yourself as you usually do." Alfin smiled

Just they they're the leader of a so-called 'Reborn Imperial Liberation Front.' They also look slightly different from the C we dealt with in the past."

"Speaking of which, I'd like your take on that matter, Rean. Do you believe the new C and original C are one and the same?"

"No. While I'll admit I wasn't able to get in touch with Crow at first but I did ask Mona and Kamek to confirm for me. As my hunch was right. They are not the same person." Rean answered

"I was thinking the same." Carl smiled.

"I also think that Crow and this new 'C' are not the same person. But someone else entirely. After all. Crow left his old life behind him and settle down in a new prosperous life. He has now a Wife he love so much, and even a military position in King Bowser's military ass his vessel. Crow is living a better life now, wouldn't you say?" Emblem Olivert smiled.

"Yeah, I recall something like that too." Emblem Elliot added.

"Most of them are seemingly reformists and young officers who idolized the late chancellor. It's as if they refuse to settle back into normality after the war's end. They're still addressing others with deep aggression and are clearly very unhappy with the current state of the Empire."

"And allow me to take it from here." Emblem Oliver spoked. "This one concerns us the most from their reaction to Crossbell's reoccupation. Instead of being angry at the idea of the 'united nation'. They've done the opposite. They support it completely." He said as everyone have an ! over their heads.

"Are those guys stupid?" Ragna growled. "Why the hell would they support that bastard delusion?"

"Once again, Osborne's sins continue to come back to haunt us." Diluc muttered. "However, if they are willing to support it... along with what we've collected so far..." he rubbed his chin until he got an idea. "You don't think these military men are plotting something, are you?"

"Sharp as ever, Lord Diluc. That is what General Vandyck is thinking as well." Carl said

"Purchasing food, orbments and such... then disappearing their traces..." Monica rub her chin.

"Can you tell me what you've discovered?" Carl asked as they shared with him the information. "Hmm... Soldiers holding covert meetings in the city and large amounts of supplies disappearing. It wouldn't surprise me if members of the army were defecting to the Ebon Defense Force."

"I should have known if that was the case. It also wouldn't surprise me if those defected members of the Imperial Army were to stage a coup either." Dulic added.

"It would not surprise me if that was the case. It would seem there is still much to be done..." Emblem Olivert muttered.

"Agreed. I think we've also got a clear picture of what's been going on here after sharing all we know." Rean agreed. "If we put the pieces we currently have together..."

"Then the 'muck and mire that gathers in the vermillion city' from C's statement refer to the traitors of the Imperial Army." Levi muttered.

"Yeah... That statement did mention it would see those who supported the United Nation pay for their crimes." Noel Vermillion agreed.

"Now everything is falling into place..." Donald muttered.

"If there really are rebels in the army, then C's plan is to punish them." Goofy said. "And it won't matter to who finds first, because the other will be there."

"Haha... I'm glad." Rean turn to Carl. "And you won't have to worry, You're still not sure exactly how the situation stands in Crossbell, but I'm sure Machias is just fine."

Jusis nodded in agreement. "I concur. It will take more than this to make him lose heart."

"Indeed. Machias is strong, wise, and intelligent. Knowing him, he can handle himself well." Hubert agreed.

"Thank you. All of you." Carl smiled. "I've also put similar faith in my son. I'm sure he's doing everything he can on the inside to see justice prevail. As for Alisa and Towa."

"Knowing those guys, I know they can handle it." Ragna nodded in agreement. "They touch as nails. And they even got Sharons with them too. They'll be fine."

"Since when did you carry one of those around?" Millium asked

"Since never. This isn't mine." Rean answered

"Yeah. I felt like some sort of spacial power was involve. Did someone put that in your pocket through magic or space manuplation?" Levi wondered.

"Your guess is as good as mine. But there has to be a reason behind it. Though I can't imagine it connects in any way to the prince's disappearance or what's happening in Crossbell. I don't know what to do with it."

"Hmm... Let me examine it." Levi said as Rean handed to him and he look at it.
