Diodara looked pleasant enough...if you didn't know about his history and bad habits that is. Ortho would take great pleasure in punching his face in by the end of this.
The Rating Game would be broadcast across all three Factions, since Ortho fully planned to unveil the new upgrade Asia had gotten recently.
Azazel was sitting back with popcorn again, and Serafall had already confiscated the caramel from him. Sirzechs was watching on another couch with Rias and the others, as they had a vested interest. Sona was sitting with her peerage, but her spot was close enough to keep Serafall happy.
Considering they wanted to see their boyfriend punch that arrogant ass into the ground, they were rather eager to see the show start.
"So he's going to keep the team name Star Rogue?" said Sirzechs.
"It's somewhat original at least, and it's easy to remember," said Azazel shugging.
"Oh look, it's starting!" said Serafall eagerly.
"Diodara sure looks ridiculously smug," said Sirzechs.
"Considering Ortho agreed to put Asia on the line for this, not surprising," said Azazel.
"He what?" said Rias in shock.
"Relax, Asia's already been converted to Angel remember?" said Azazel. "This is more of a way to broadcast that the Heavenly faction now has a way to bolster their numbers the same way the Devil faction has."
"That, and to teach that idiot a lesson," said Sirzechs. "Micheal is still pissed about how many Holy Maidens and pious nuns that brat has stolen from their faction."
"Oh...that's got to hurt," said Issei. Though he wasn't that sympathetic to the ass, with how he had talked about Asia.
As the fight went on, everyone watched with a riveted expression. Ortho was not holding back, and neither were his Servants. IDIA in particular was doing untold damage to Diodara himself.
Then again, Ortho had given him clear orders to "peel that bastard's dick like a banana" to IDIA before the game began. Diodara had really pissed him off.
"I think it's wrapping up," commented Sirzechs. He was glad to have Millicas besided him, because this was a good lesson for him.
"Uh guys, I think Asia is about to start praying," said Issei.
Azazel dutifully muted the speakers after hearing that comment, having come to the same conclusion himself.
The look on Diodara's face was rather satisfying, mostly from the expression of shock.
"How?! How is a Devil like her still able to pray?" read the subtitles. Ortho had set it so that the prayer itself wouldn't be translated to the Devil audiences. Whoever was monitoring the feeds had learned from the last time after Riser, so they had cut the audio once Asia gave the discreet signal.
Ortho's grin was downright evil. He said something to Asia, who smiled beatifically at her older brother.
The expression of disbelief, shock, panic and utter confusion was worth every headache Azazel and Micheal had to deal with getting that system running.
Pure white feathers that were almost luminescent flowed from Asia's back the same way a Fallen or a Devil's wings would. It went perfectly with her cosplay of Colette, and she happily formed her chakrams out of light.
"I never said anything about Asia being a Devil. Angels can reincarnate now too, asshole," said Ortho.
It felt very satisfying, punching Diodara's lights out and ending the game.
Though not before IDIA swooped in before the final bell and did exactly what his big brother instructed him to. Diodara still hadn't stopped screaming once teleported out of the arena.
In the meeting hall
"Good job brats," said Azazel, ruffling the hair of Asia and IDIA. He had gotten Ortho first.
Asia beamed at him with delight.
"So I heard that the Asteroth clan sent for the Phenex clan for their special tears. Funny thing really...the Phenex clan is currently busy dealing with Riser's therapy bill and is unavailable for contact," said Serafall.
"Such a damn shame too," said Sirzechs with mock sympathy. "From what I heard, the cost of tears has skyrocketed recently."
Ortho let out a derisive snort at that. The bastard shouldn't have gone after Asia if he didn't want his dick destroyed.
"Think we made a big enough splash showing off the Brave Saint graph?" said Ortho.
Azazel smirked.
"Micheal is beyond pleased, and he's already getting applications from the faithful in the hopes of being reincarnated early. However it's still in the development phase, so he's being extra selective about who gets approved."
"At least now everyone knows Asia is off limits," said Ortho.
Call him an overprotective bastard, but no one touched his baby siblings and survived.
Probably why he got along with Sirzechs and Serafall so well, come to think of it.
~*~*~*~*~
"You two have everything packed?" asked Azazel.
Gasper had a rather cutesy suitcase, courtesy of Rias. He had decorated it with numerous anime and game stickers, as well as the crest of the house of Gremory to alert anyone in the know about who his King was. Lilac was perched on his shoulder, acting as his protector.
He had gotten upgraded recently with a speaker that could deliver paralyzing sonic waves, as Ortho had finally gotten the parts delivered for it. They had a rather annoying backlog, which was why he hadn't done it sooner.
Ortho had an expanded backpack with all his things, as well as a sizable suitcase. Inside was IDIA's body, as he was in sleep mode for easy transportation. Interdimensional travel was a nightmare for his ability to stream his mind to the satellites and it was just easier to put him in sleep mode for transport.
Hearing the sound of hooves, everyone turned.
Gasper looked terrified, but he had committed to attending Night Raven. Ortho put a comforting hand on his shoulder.
"Come on Gasper, I'm going to be right there with you, and so will IDIA. Besides, it's not like we can't make day trips to visit everyone once we get used to the time difference."
Gasper relaxed at that, as he had mostly forgotten about Ortho's signature spell.
Boarding the carriage was downright nervewracking, in his opinion. He couldn't even begin to imagine how it was for Gasper.
As the door closed, Ortho felt the spell take effect. New students had to undergo a ceremony to be sorted into their new dorms, and it was well known about the special coffins that Night Raven used.
First years had to be awakened from the special coffins before they could be considered full students.
Ortho and Gasper collapsed against each other as the sleep spell took effect.
Several hours later...
Ortho was a bit groggy, waking up in the coffin. However he felt a thrill of excitement as he realized he was wearing the special robes, and facing the mirror.
"The shape of your soul is...Ignihyde!" declared the mirror.
Nearby, he saw a still nervous Gasper. Ortho went over to where he was standing to wait out the ceremony.
"Which dorm did you get?" asked Ortho.
"Diasomnia," whispered Gasper.
"Nice, you got the dorm of the Thorn Fairy!" said Ortho impressed.
"Shh!"
Ortho was entirely unapologetic, and let Gasper hide behind him.
He had to blink when that unruly familiar broke loose, and started causing trouble.
Then he saw who was in the coffin and had to groan.
"What is it?" asked Gasper.
"What is she doing here?" said Ortho irritably.
"Who?" asked Gasper.
"Hinata Yuuka," said Ortho. "She's from Kuoh...and last I checked she had no magic."
Yuuka looked incredibly confused, but then again she was a normal human with no Sacred Gear (Ortho knew that for a fact) who came from a relatively normal family.
Ortho put it out of mind for the moment.
Gasper winced when he realized that they would have to split up. Ortho put a comforting hand on Gasper's shoulder as they ended up parting ways at the mirrors.
Ignihyde was everything he dreamed of and more. He did have to stare briefly at the odd child in what was clearly a custom made gear meant to look like the ceremonial robes, but he put it out of mind.
He was finally in Night Raven, and he was going enjoy it!

Ortho was incredibly irritated, mostly at whoever was manning the school's firewall. He had set up IDIA's charging base easily enough, but someone kept blocking the videos Azazel sent for editing. He had agreed to keep it up so long as it didn't interfere with his school, since it meant more pocket money for him.
And for some reason, most of the files kept being blocked.
After the third failed attempt, Ortho had enough.
"IDIA...time to have fun. Find a way around this stupid firewall so I can send the files," said Ortho.
IDIA gave him a thumb's up...after about five minutes, he made an odd chirp.
"Nii-san, I found the issue. The files seem to go through a secondary router that is blocking access without the right pass codes," said IDIA.
"A secondary router? Who would set something like that up?" said Ortho baffled.
"Locating now. The secondary router is within range."
"Right. We're going on a hunt and taking that shit down or setting up our own router and bypassing this nonsense. No one messes with my livelihood," said Ortho irritably.
At nightfall, the two slipped out of the dorm to go on a hunt. Finding the router was easy enough...though who or what put it in a tree of all things was unknown. Ortho could care less, and went to work.
"Let's see how they like my little surprise for the headaches they've given me the past week," he said irritably.
It was bad enough he had to intercede between Gasper and the teachers. Apparently there was another student who live-streamed the lessons, and once his history was explained, they allowed him to hide in his room so long as he attended classes that actually required a physical presence.
Ortho went down a bit further to set up his own separate router, so he wouldn't have to deal with this nonsense twice. Once it was up, IDIA activated the shielding program so no one could track it down without having to physically look for it.
Once done, they went back to the dorm to sleep. It was going to take a while for the update packages to be sent and Ortho already had the videos prepped for sending. By morning, Azazel had transferred that week's allowance plus the usual bonus for editing the videos in a timely manner.
He did have to wonder at the scream of frustration he heard from inside his dorm, but did his best to put it out of mind.
A few days later...
Yuuka was extremely relieved when she accidentally stumbled across Ortho.
"Oh thank Inari," she said with visible relief. "Ortho-senpai, I had no idea you were dragged here too."
"Dragged here? I got the invitation last year," said Ortho. "How did you end up in an all-boy's school?"
"I have no idea!" she said with annoyance. "Crowley barely allowed Grim and myself to attend like actual students!"
Ortho felt empathy for the poor kid.
"Wait...You know this guy Yuuka?" asked Deuce.
"Yuu-chan and I used to be in the same school last year," said Ortho.
"Ortho-senpai is one of the Princes of the school," said Yuuka.
Ortho snorted.
"I'd rather be a prince than be compared to the Pervert Trio. And don't think I'm blind to the fact half the girls were shipping me with Kiba of all people until he finally started publicly dating Tsubaki."
Yuuka blushed slightly, as she had been one of the biggest shippers in the school for that pairing. Then she scowled at the reminder of those damn perverts.
Ace and Deuce looked confused beyond belief.
"I'm surprised you know magic, Ortho-senpai."
"It's just Ortho. We're on equal grounds here after all," said Ortho.
Ortho easily pulled up his search engine, and within minutes found what he was looking for.
"I knew it. Someone put in a missing person's report for you back home," said Ortho.
"Wait...you can access the sites back home? I haven't been able to call my parents in days!" said Yuuka.
"Let me borrow your phone and I can set it up so you can call them. Depending on the situation we might be able to get you properly set up here as a real student, as opposed to relying on the headmage's charity," said Ortho kindly. Yuuka handed it over without question. He handed her a spare phone he had on him. "Here. Use this one until I can get you set up with your current phone. At least this way you can tell your parents that you're fine."
Yuuka could have hugged him, she was so relieved.
"You're not a bad guy at all, are you?" said Ace grinning.
Ortho's hand suddenly lashed out, and he grabbed Grim before the familiar could pilfer his food.
With a snap of his fingers, a small bag dropped into his hand.
Before Grim could protest, the scent of the herbs within caught his attention. Seeing the rambunctious cat suddenly become calm made everyone stare.
"What? My girlfriend Kuroka loves cats, and this is their favorite catnip. Works like a charm on magical cats," said Ortho.
Actually he used it to calm Kuroka down all the time when she was in a really foul mood, but he wasn't going to explain that.
