"You can't be serious?" Uraraka puffed out her cheeks and at this point was pretty sure she had steam coming out of her ears during her meeting with the dragon hero.

"I'm sorry Uravity, I know it's a lot to ask…" Ryuko said apologetically knowing how much of a stress and burden this was putting on one of her favorite sidekicks. Which was precisely the reason why she came to her for help. "But out of everyone here you're one of the best ones I have, I wouldn't ask you otherwise."

Dropping face first on the table Uraraka simply nodded. "Fine…"

"Thank you. I'm very gratefully for your help Uravity." Ryuko got to her feet. "From my understanding this new transfer seems nicer then the last." She made sure to use her words carefully since the previous new sidekick Uravity had to train was a bit of a handful at the moment.

"Oh, I hope they're nothing like this guy." Uraraka could only hope after the grueling few weeks she had endured. All she wanted to do was grab her stuff after finishing her pile of paperwork then head home, which is exactly what she did.

Her first year fresh out of high school and things sure were keeping her busy, but she preferred it that way. It always helped keep her mind busy while being able to send more money home to her parents back home.

All her friends would constantly call her up and invite her out here and there which of course she would go and hang out whenever she could, but on most days, she just preferred to stay home and cuddle up with a nice bowl of ramen while watching anything interesting on tv.

It was just this newfound feeling of finally having her own place and realizing it was true what people always said. There was no place better than being home.

Upon unlocking her door, she quietly stepped inside closing the door after herself and taking off her high heeled boots. Once her feet hit the cool floor, she couldn't help but giggle and wiggle her toes just at the thought of relaxing for the rest of the night, which is when her phone rang knowing who it was before answering it.

"Hey Mina." Walking over to the kitchen she held the phone between her ear and shoulder while grabbing a glass of water and listening in on what her friend had to say.

"Come on Ochaco, I'm begging you to come out today, it's Friday night after all!"

"So?"

"So, it's been weeks since we've done anything which might as well have been years!"

Giggling, she put the phone on speaker while walking over to her room. "Mina I'm tired. I just got home from work and guess what…I have another person to train come Monday."

"Fuckin hell…" Bakugo shook his head leaning back on the couch with arms folded. He had just gotten home himself a few minutes ago after visiting his parents knowing she'd be home soon.

"Seriously? They should give you a raise for that." Mina huffed stuffing another spoonful of food in her mouth.

"It's fine I don't mind it as long as they're not like the current asshole I have."

"Round-face!"

"Ochaco!"

"What? It's true." Uraraka sheepishly grinned upon realizing what she said.

Laughing Bakugo turned his head to look at her bedroom door. "Watch your mouth Round-face you're almost starting to sound like me."

"See! That's a perfect reason as to why you should come hang out with us tonight!"

Smiling, Uraraka knew that at this point Mina would use any excuse humanly possible to drag her out tonight, even if it meant getting her out kicking and screaming.

"So what do ya say Ochaco?"

"Tell her no!" Bakugo shouted from the living room already having his mind set on wanting to just stay home. Not that he needed a reason to anyways. Wait…when did he start thinking of this place as home?

"Oh fuck… when did this happen?!" Jolting to his feet he frantically began dragging his eyes around the apartment as if just now seeing it for the very first time. Panic began to sink in as well as the realization that to him, this felt like his home. Their home. "Uraraka get your ass out here! Now!" When he continued hearing her talk to Raccoon eyes, he suddenly felt the walls closing in on him and felt his face growing hot. "Shit…"

Running his shaky hands through his spiky hair his eyes grew when he saw her walking back and forth from the bathroom with a towel snuggly wrapped around herself. Immediately averting his gaze, he felt his face turn even hotter at the sight of her cursing under his breath. This wasn't the first time he'd seen her walking around with a towel on and made it a point to always turn around with an equally red face to respect her privacy since he wasn't a damn creep like grape face.

But once the realization hit him that he was actually 'living' with a girl, and not just any girl but the one girl he sorta may have some kind of possible feelings for… "Shit what am I doing?!"

Heading for the door he stood there for a moment knowing that he should go since in the long run maybe this wouldn't do him any good to be here…but for some reason he couldn't make his feet move.

He knew he should go. Every logical part of him was telling him to, but did he really want to?

He knew the answer but couldn't bring himself to say it.

"Damn it." He didn't know how long he was standing there with his back turned and hands balled up until he heard movement behind him.

"Ok I'll meet you there…ok bye…" Stuffing her phone inside her purse Uraraka walked over next to the door to put her heels on unaware of Bakugos shocked expression at her appearance once he turned halfway.

She wasn't wearing anything fancy since they were meeting at a bar after all, so she was dressed in a long-sleeved pink blouse and body-fitted black skirt that made him want to snap his eyes back up as well as his mouth.

"S-so where are we going?" He stuttered, never removing his eyes from her.

As it turns out the night wasn't too bad in his opinion since it wasn't just the girls, Kirishima, Kaminari and the rest of the guys made an appearance as well which he didn't mind, allowing them to just basically help catch him up after the last time he visited them since Raccoon eyes now lived with Shitty hair, but there was no way in hell Bakugo was going to stick around long enough in their apartment to hear what the hell they would be doing in there.

"So Uraraka, any idea on who the new person is?" Kirishima lifted his drink to his lips.

"Not yet and I won't until Monday." She shrugged. "Hopefully it won't be like the other."

"Right. That useless shit shouldn't even be considered a hero or a damn sidekick at that." Bakugo scowled sitting himself next to her when he saw some idiot making eyes at her from the bar but since she was completely involved with her friends she hadn't noticed. "What the hell you looking at?!" he growled, narrowing his eyes.

"I'm sure he couldn't have been that bad."

"You don't know the half of it." Bakugo irritably shook his head peering down at her. "Tell him all the dumb shit's he's pulled just this week."

"Yeah, it's worse." Uraraka pouted and continued to tell them everything's that's happened in the last week with Bakugo adding little bits and pieces to the story even though he knew no one would hear him, and still found himself nodding alongside her and smirking whenever he would hear her laugh.

She danced and laughed all night alongside them while Bakugo stayed back seating with Kirishima and Sero who were currently talking about work. Normally he would be interested in anything involving work since it helped him keep track of what was going on but tonight, he just let himself relax and watch as Uraraka enjoyed herself. She may have not been the best dancer and he found himself smiling whenever she could laugh at herself but what mattered was that she was happy.

The sway of her hair and sparkle in her eyes as she smiled made him want to hold onto these memories for as long as he could.

By the time they finally made it home Uraraka was beyond exhausted, quickly taking her heels off and making a beeline for her room to change.

Silently sitting himself on the couch he patiently waited for her to emerge to brush her teeth then hesitantly followed her to her bedroom door after a few minutes to see her already under the covers fast asleep. "Well, that was quick." He chuckled, stopping right in front of her and crouched down to see her sleeping peacefully but knowing what he had to do. "I guess...it'll make this easier."

For whom he did not know, because when he tried to speak again, his mouth felt dry, and it took him a moment to clear his throat. "I know you can't see me Uraraka…or hear me. And I know that I'm shit with words as you could probably tell by now." He chuckled weakly dropping his eyes. "I'm sorry for anything I may have put you and everyone through with the decisions I've made which led to this or if I somehow made you feel uncomfortable just being here." Lifting his red eyes, he saw her shivering slightly in her sleep since her bare arms were exposed and quickly made to pull the blanket up higher without success when his hand went right through it which felt like another slap in the face. "I um…." Stubbornly blinking the tears away, he let his eyes roam her beautiful face hating that he couldn't do anything for her. Taking a shaky breath in, he didn't care anymore if his voice sounded strained or how pathetic the next words sounded to him. Not with the way his chest ached right now. "I can't even do the simplest things for you Uraraka… and for that I'm sorry and I hate myself everyday for it."

"Hmm…."

"I wish I…" Shaking his head he had to remind himself that this was his reality now and no amount of wishing could change that. "Can't wish anymore, can I…?" He smiled weakly watching her breath in and out.

With soft eyes he gently leaned forward placing his lips barely an inch from her forehead knowing it would go right through before moving back. "Thank you for letting me stay here and I'm sorry for invading your life like I did. You deserve better." Slowly getting to his feet he took one last look over his shoulder at the still sleeping girl that always made his chest flutter in the most ridiculous of ways since school, before leaving out the open door of her bedroom. "Goodbye Uraraka."

As she continued sleeping a single shimmering tear slid down her cheek. "Please don't go…."
