Chapter 3: The Lost Ancient Laboratory Part 1
After departing from Fishman Island. Ace and his crew continue on through the ocean waters and floating to the surface to the New World. Before they do, they decide to relax for a while.
Natsu, Gray, Happy, Thorn, and Aquapad were fishing patiently.
"How long has it been since we departed?" Natsu grumbled impatiently.
"Geez, only half an hour," Gray answered annoyed.
"That's Natsu for ya," Happy interjected.
"No surprise for sure," Thorn chuckled with a grin.
"Speaking of where the others?" Aquapad asked.
"Lucy took some of the girls for a hot bath," Arista answered who just approached them. "I was also impressed with the size bathtub, it was as big as a hot spring bath. It seems my uncle Tom made some arrangements to the ship." She then looked at the ocean. "It seems quiet for now, so be your toes."
Erza was taking the steering wheel. "So far, so good, no danger but still have to keep a sharp eye for underwater currents."
Pango was asleep on the deck and drooling. "Snore...snore...snore..." He snored inhaling and swallowing his spit.
"Gross, this guy does that all the time," Tigress cringed with disgust.
"Yuck, I thought Natsu did that a lot," Elfman said sharing the same reaction.
Temukai appeared next to the tiger mink. "C'mon let him be, we just started the journey, we might as well take it easy for a while until danger-"
Smack~!
Tigress and Elfman covered the Water Buffalo's mouth. "Idiot, don't jinx us!" They barked comically almost sweating.
In the ship's crow nest.
Joan was looking through a small telescope. "Nothing so far...no need to report anything." She took hold of a small apple and chewed on it. "Munch...munch...nothing like a healthy snack."
"Mind if I join you?" Sapphire was seen flying in front of the archangel.
"I don't mind..." Joan replied with a smile.
Sapphire sat next to the magic council trio member. "I can't wait to join in this fight." She said eagerly. "After the months of training with Fairy Tail. I will show my power-ups to those navy jerks and other pirates that oppose us."
Joan had to admit she was eager to fight, though, she had no idea why. "In all my years during the time 800 years ago, when I was a child. Things were different, but, for some reason when I joined Fairy Tail on their journey to the world of science and magic, I felt a certain fire light inside me. I'm sure Primo and Kovu felt the same way. I think perhaps that fire is what makes the wizards here so strong. Their passion and emotions help them pull through and move on whenever things get tough."
She thought of Master Orc. "Master Orc, I will make you proud and prove the magic council is more helpful this time. I know things were rough for the magic council due to certain traitorous wizards, however, I will become stronger than you and see that my people's legacy will not be forgotten."
"You know...I was thinking about what to do when I become stronger," Sapphire spoke snapping the archangel out of her thoughts. "When we return home, I want to try to travel to the world of science and magic to visit our new friends. Especially Touma."
"She's still has eyes for Touma," Joan giggled despite forward the ancient dragon girl was being. "Well, we'll have to discuss that with Master Makarov. Knowing him, he'd understand as long as you have a team."
Sapphire knew the archangel was right. "Right."
Joan noticed that the ancient dragon girl wasn't wearing any footwear. "Uh, you're not going to wear any shoes or anything?"
Sapphire wiggled her toes. "I'm pretty much used to it. That said, if my feet were to injured I have special powers to heal me." Joan was suddenly intrigued by this detail. "Is that so?"
"Yup, when I think about it, Master Mavis didn't wear any shoes either," Sapphire said cheerfully.
Joan giggled once more. "That's true..." The two soon laughed.
Inside the kitchen area.
Mirajane was checking for the supplies and silverware. "Looks like most of the supplies are good and clean for dinner." She peeked at the refrigerator. "Looks like most of the food is here and...wait..." She then realized something was missing. "Hey, where are the jerky!?" She took a deep breath regaining her smile. "Oh well, no matter, the guys are fishing no doubt they'll catch something unless Natsu and Happy eat instantly."
"I don't think that'll happen, with Aquapad and Gray there, they'll be sure that those two idiots won't snatch our food," Cana was seen at the kitchen's counter drinking sake. "Gulp...gulp...gulp...hiccup...nice sake."
Ace was sitting at the counter eating a bag of potato chips. "Munch...munch...talk a good snack."
Kosaka was having a bag of cookies. "Yeah, such a good life."
"Be careful, eat like that, you'll be big as Troy." Mirajane said casually as Kosaka gave her an annoyed look.
"Any way, you don't have to prepare the dinner yet, since we're still in the sea, I suggest we should wait until we surface." Ace suggested.
Mirajane nodded her head in agreement. "Good idea, I'll still need some help to clean the dishes...considering you guys aren't doing much, perhaps you can assist me or...I'll see that you only get vegetables for dinner." Kosaka and Ace gave pouty expressions but agreed to do so.
Inside the girl's bath house.
Lucy, Angela, Rena, Jula, Juvia, Mao, Hinata, Merraid, Miyaka, Gilberda, Chelia, Wendy, Chelsea, and Leone were taking a hot bath exposing their bodies.
"Wow, this feels so nice!" Lucy sighed feeling the hot water relieve her muscles.
Rena lifted her tail as water dripped from it. "To think I would enjoy such a nice bath."
"Yeah, about time to relax before we get into something crazy," Hinata said.
"Knowing the things we saw, that won't probably happen sooner than later," Leone joked casually.
"Don't jinx us!" Lucy and Hinata barked comically.
Angela lifts her leg. "The water feels so nice. I wish Camie and the others were here."
Jula was in her human form. "To think that Tom was able to create a big bath for us girls."
Juvia sighed deeply. "Juvia is so happy...I wished Gray would come to enjoy this bath."
"Gray is a guy!" Lucy, Carla, and Hinata snapped blushing furiously at the water mage.
Juvia was lost in her world she didn't hear the girl's outburst.
Gray was in her head wearing towel as she sat in the bathtub. "Gray...join me and let's enjoy ourselves alone together..." She cooed.
"Juvia...my darling..." Gray swiftly tossed his towel aside and jumped toward the water mage. "Let's be one with each other!"
"Oh, my darling Gray!" Juvia moaned.
"Keep those thoughts to yourself!" Lucy, Carla, and Hinata snapped with shark teeth this time.
"She isn't shy..." Angela muttered with a sweat drop.
"That's for sure," Miayaka added having a sweat drop too.
"Love will make you daydream sometimes," Chelia giggled despite the water mage's forwardness about her feelings.
"Not all the time..." Carla grumbled annoyingly her face beet red.
Merraid was sneakily gazing at the girl's bodies. "My, such beautiful bodies the girls have...my such hotness...their skin so smooth and those busty chests..."
Gilderda was smitten by the girl's bodies. "I feel like I'm in heaven."
Mao was in the water doing something sneaky. She was holding a waterproof camera. "Sweet, taking these photos and adding them to my collection will be the greatest thing." Little did she know that two individuals were staring at her. "Mao..."
In a split second, her camera was snatched away from her hand making Mao pop her head from the water surprising some of the girls. "Taking snapshots of us again, I see..." Hinata said looking annoyed.
"I see someone is being a peeping tom," Lucy cracked her knuckles.
"Uhh..."
Bonk Bonk Bonk
Mao was sitting down with a few red lumps on her head. "Aw come on, can't I have a little fun."
"You never learn..." Hinata muttered.
"So lively as ever," Chelsea whispered with a giggle.
"By the way, what enemies do you guys think we'll encounter once we enter the New World?" Chelia asked curiously.
That was a good question and it was obvious. "Who knows, the navy or other pirates will surely be there lurking somewhere in the sea." Carla spoke having her arms crossed. "I get the feeling that something will happen before we reach Wano."
"I was thinking the same thing," Lucy sat back down pondering this conversation deeply. "Wano is quite far away, we might encounter other pirates and navy officers."
Chelsea had to agree. "Yes, no doubt the pirates and the navy we meet will be strong."
Lucy chuckled as she pumped her arm. "Well, let's just give our best in the fight. Whoever we encounter, we'll just kick some major butt."
"Didn't expect to hear that from you," Leone chuckled with a grin as she patted the other blonde on the back accidentally knocking her down a little.
"For now, let's be prepared to fight any enemy we encounter before Kaido and his pirate crew," Wendy added with a confident look.
Carla chuckled proudly. "Yep, we can do this."
Fujika was in her doctor's office seating in her doctor's chair. "Looks like the supplies are here and in good condition. That doctor Jasmine was so sweet to lend a few of her medical supplies." She began to sort out some box of band-aids in a shelf. "I have enough syringes to help with infections or anything that is poisonous."
Gajeel was in his room that he shared with Lily. "This is quite boring, I think I'll take a nap."
Lily couldn't help but think that wouldn't last long. "I get the feeling that won't last long."
In a small library.
Levy was checking out some books she had on history. "Talk about the books we gathered." There was one that sitting on a desk that Lucy's name on it. "Lucy, I'm glad that I got to read yours." She thought happily. "Oh my, the writing is great. Every adventure is what we went through." She began to wonder if she could write a story. "A story of my own, I wish I could write about my life with my friends...and with the man I love..." Gajeel's image flashed in her mind. "Gajeel..." She looked down at her belly. "I wonder if it's time for us...start a child someday."
A sudden thought occurred to her when she had a conversation with Robin a while back.

During the time before the war against Alvarez.
Levy was having a chat with Robin in the Fairy Tail Guild Hall.
"So, these poneglyphs you've been studying might lead to a treasure and to the true poneglyph," Levy inquired.
Robin gave her usual smile. "Yes, I found a few on my journey even before I joined with others. Even one on Sky Island and one on Fishman Island."
Levy was astonished by these. "Wow, sounds like some good history. This ancient writing must be tough for others to read but you can read them."
Robin had a sudden idea. "Maybe...its possible that your magic could help you decipher the ancient writing. Maybe those Gale-Force Reading Glasses could help."

Levy began to wonder about this. She then looked at a nearby desk where her glasses were on. "I wonder..." She said putting her finger to her chin.
Lisanna was resting in her and Mirajane's room. "It's another adventure in the world of pirates..." She looked up at the ceiling. "This time, the enemies will be strong and we have to be ready for them." Aquapad came to her mind. "In all my years, I thought I'd hook up with Natsu...but, that was a long time ago and now..." She smiled happily with a faint blush on her face. "I'm dating Aquapad a Marlin Fishman, never thought this could happen. But, it's something that'll never be forgotten." She placed her hand on her belly. "Perhaps...we'll start a family someday."
Suddenly Wendy's ear perked up as she heard something. "Huh?" She looked at a nearby window.
Natsu and Gajeel heard the sound. "What is that?" They thought in unison.
"Guys over there!" Gray pointed toward the water.
"Holy crap, what is that, a white snake?!" Natsu exclaimed his eyes popping out for a second until he had a pondering expression. "Huh...I wonder if it tastes good?"
"I think your stomach is the least of our worries!" Happy and Gray snapped with shark teeth.
"This is insane!" Aquapad exclaimed with his eyes popping out.
Erza was stunned at this. "Just what kind of water current or whatever is it..." She noticed the sudden movement that the ship was making. "Wait, how is the ship moving?" Realization hit her as she suddenly gasped.
"I think of heard this..." Aquapad began to say.
"A White Strom..." Arista summarized. "It's said to look like a real white dragon. It's a gigantic white maelstrom said to appear out of nowhere to the bottom."
Ace, Juvia, and Kosaka came running onto the deck and recognized it. "Wow, I haven't seen that since I sailed with my other crew."
"Holy crap, looks like an oversized white snake made of water!" Kosaka exclaimed with wide eyes.
Juvia clinged onto Gray's arm. "Don't worry my darling! I'll protect you!"
"I don't think that's going to help!" Gray muttered with a sweatdrop.
Wendy, Chelia, and Carla arrived on the deck. "Holy, that's insane looking!"
"Yeah, its so long like like a snake!" Wendy added.
"I never seen anything like it!" Carla proclaimed. "I bet Luffy and his crew encountered this too!"
"Guys, we got trouble, I think this White Strom is pulling us in!" Erza was trying to steer the ship away but to no avail.
"It gets worse, nobody has survived to the White Strom!" Arista added.
"That's comforting!" Natsu and Gray barked comically.
"Hold it, Juvia, Kosaka, and Sapphire go the back of the ship!" Arista stated getting everyone that was on deck to look at her and a smile was seen on her face. "I'm about to show you something that Ace told me."
Wasting no time, Sapphire, Kosaka, and Juvia went to the back of the ship and two black poles that were holding two lacrimas. "Are those lacrimas?" Juvia asked a little puzzled.
"Yes..." Ace answered. "While Tom and his new workers were making the arrangements on the Water Fairy, I met up with them to make some modifications and this is one of them."
"I see, what do these lacarimas do?" Pango asked with a yawn.
"You just woke up!?" Tigress barked with her eyes popping out comically.
"That's Pango for ya," Temukai laughed.
"Demonstration...Sapphire, Juvia, amplify your magic to the lacrima on the left!" Ace commanded.
"Yes captain!" The two mages put their hands in front of the two lacrimas which both started to glow and humming sound was within the ship.
Ace grinned as he took a transponder snail. "Arista, are you there?"
The others noticed Arista was not on the deck anymore. "Hey, Arista...where'd she go?" Gray asked looking around.
"Captain Ace, I'm here, the engines are looking good. The magic that was just applied to the lacrima is up to full power!" Arista's voice was heard from the transponder snail. "Now add the last power!"
"Right, Kosaka, apply your magic to the lacrima on the right!" Ace commanded as he took out the transponder snail. "As for the rest of the crew thare inside remain where you are until the danger passes!"
Kosaka walked toward the second lacrima and put his hands in front of it. Like the other, it began to glow.
"Good...operate Underwater Wind Tunnel commend!" Ace stated.
Arista pulled a lever and the ship was enveloped in a wind water-like vortex, but it surrounded the bubble coating. "Can someone tell me what is going on?" Natsu asked looking confused.
"What you guys are seeing is the one of the ship's new moves creating its own underwater tunnel which will lead us the surface!" Ace answered looking exstatic. "In other words, the combined magic of Juvia, Sapphire's water and Kosaka's wind magic created us our own underwater current which will help us get away from the white strom!" Ace concluded. "Watch and learn!"
The water wind-like tunnel or current created a path that led up. "Let's set sail away!" Ace laughed excitedly.
"Not sure, what this is, but let's go along with it!" Natsu proclaimed excitedly.
"With that said, the ship swiftly sailed through the tunnel with fast speed as everyone held on tight while those inside were holding on tight to whatever they could or rather whoever they could.
"This is great!" Chelia giggled.
"Wow, like being a ride that can go fast!" Wendy chimed. "The good part is that I'm able to enjoy it without puking!"
"That's not lady like to say," Lucy sweat dropped.
"Shouldn't that be applied to you," Carla thought with a sweat drop.
"This is insane!" Pango, Temukai, and Thorn cheered.
"Nothing to cheer about this!" Tigress and Rena cried comically.
"Feels like the manta ray we rode back in our world!" Leone laughed. "But this is more than that!"
"If I know Mine and Lubbock they would be freaking out," Chelsea commented.
"Geez, does this have to go so fast!?" questioned shaking a bit.
"This is going to be a bumpy ride!" Mao cooed which was because she and Gilberda were being hugged by Merraid. "Don't worry my ladies I'll be sure you're safe!"
"Not now and not here you three!" Hinata barked blushing furiously.
Gajeel fell out of bed with a loud thud. "Hey, hey, what the heck was that racket?"
"Sounds like to we're in through a bumpy ride," Lily said with a calm expression.
Fujika was in her office and the speed was causing her chair to spin around and move around fast. "This...is...m-m-making...me dizzy..." She spoke in a dizzy tone.
"Wow, this is fun...I think..." Levy spoke in a dizzy tone as she was rolling around on the floor.
"Happy, this is so great!" Natsu cheered with a huge smile.
"Aye, sir and the best part is that you're not puking!"
"We don't need to hear that, idiot!" Gray barked with shark teeth.
Temukai was sitting on the deck with his arms crossed. "This is quite the equipment that Tom must've put in the ship. I'd expect nothing less from a famous shipwright."
"This is so manly!" Elfman comically cried with tears.
"What's so manly about it!" Cana snapped.
"Oh my, I guess we should've expected this," Mirajane said calmly with her usual smile. "Good thing I didn't cook yet otherwise the food will spill on the floor."
Soon Ace noticed some objects in the ocean. "Guys, look around us!" He pointed out that the objects were whales.
"Look at the whales!" Wendy looked through the window.
"Wow, they're so beautiful!" Chelia chimed with a cute smile.
Joan was astonished at the group of whales. "Wow, there's so many of them."
"They're so huge," Sapphire commented.
Lucy arrived on the deck and saw the size of the whales. "Let's just hope we don't crash into them,"
Levy was watching from the library's window. "This is a beautiful sight to see so many whales."
Ace thought this was cool. "Slow down the engines!"
Arista pushed the lever forward a little reducing the speed but still kept the water wind tunnel. "Got it!"
"Good, it's better we slow down considering the size of the whales." Usagi said wisely.
The whales began to make sounds like they were singing or calling.
A water-like whooshing sound was heard from the whales.
"It seems the whales are swimming in the same direction due to a current that they created now," Arista said with her finger to her chin.
"Wow, I didn't know whales could do that," Natsu said.
"Pity we didn't catch any fish," Happy pouted.
"Can you two think about anything besides your stomachs?" Gray questioned.
"I suggest we go along with the current the whales are in, if we fight against it'll cause further problems," Arista suggested.
Ace had to agree. "Yes, you hear that you guys, just sit down and relax for the time being. It won't be long until we reach the New World."
"Yeah, I can't wait to see our friends the Straw Hats!" Wendy cheered.
"That's for sure, I'm sure they'll be glad to see us," Chelia agreed.
Leone giggled with a teasing smile. "I get to see Luffy..."
"You're still serious about him," Chelsea said with a sweat drop.
Mirajane arrived on the deck holding her guitar. "Guys, why don't I sing a song while we wait."
"Hey, I wanted to sing!" Gajeel just arrived on the deck holding his guitar.
"Gee, with your singing, you'll scare the whales away," Natsu laughed.
Gray had to agree for once. "The pyro dork has a point for once!"
"What'd you say, icy underwear boy!?" Natsu growled.
"You heard me scale boy!"
"Lame insults..." Lucy sweat dropped.
"Quiet you two!" Erza roared in a demonic tone startling the two mages. "Gajeel, I suggest you take a break this time...got it?" Gajeel nodded his head sweating a little.
"Angela, you can join in...sing along with me...you studied the lines, remember," Mirajane said with a wink.
Angela felt so happy with this chance. "Sure thing..."
Mirajane sat down on a chair with Angela standing next to her. "Anata no insai tsukue wo natete~!"
Kage wo otsou kyou wo mou hitori~!
Hoshizora miage inori wo kakete~!
Anata wa onaji ima sora no shita~!
The whales' eyes turned to the singing from the two girls smiling.
Wendy noticed the looks on their faces and smiled. "Wow, the whales must love their singing."
One of them gave the ship a gentle push. "Wow, its giving us a lift to the surface," Rena said giggling.
"This what I call getting a lift," Kosaka commented with a grin.
Merraid and Gilberda didn't say a word, but they were enjoying the ride.
"Namida Kodayafurueru toki no
Yami ni kujikesou na toki demo~!

Kaeru bashou ga
Kaeru bashou ga aru kara~!
Matteriru hito ga iru kara~!
Soon a light was showing above. "Guys, it's the surface!" Lucy pointed out.
Sapphire was so excited. "This should be a great adventure to the sea of the New World!"
"Yeah, I'm ready for some action!" Jula held up her swords.
"It won't be long! I'm all fired up to fight!" Natsu smirked with a challenged look.
"I bet I can take down more enemies than you can!" Gray smirked.
"I wonder what kind of bounty we'll get," Elfman wondered.
"Who knows, the navy would give us a bounty if we proved to be a threat to the World Government," Hinata presumed.
"That's for sure, but, either way, we'll find out," Erza added. "For now, let's prepare ourselves for any enemy or island we might encounter before getting to Zou and Wano!"
Ace went to the front sitting on top of the statue-like figure of Mavis. "Master Mavis...Zeref...Annabelle...thank you both for giving me this chance." He had images of the Spade Pirates including the Whitebeard pirates flash in his mind. "Marco...every one of my brothers...if you guys are in the New World...wait for me." Then two images of a woman and a little girl came to his mind. "Yamato...Otoma...I'll be in Wano someday...just wait for me a little longer." He felt like he wanted to cry tears of joy but he had to keep it together and one last image of his little brother Luffy came to his mind. "Luffy, I get the feeling we'll meet somewhere in the New World, but, our adventures are our own business...but perhaps we can share this journey just this once."
They finally reached the surface as they flew in the air. "We're flying!" Fujika said.
"Hang on you guys!" Lucy advised.
"That's only the only thing!" Hinata pointed at the thunderstorms in the sky.
"That's one crazy storm!" Levy shuddered comically.
"Scary..." Lily covered his ears looking nervous.
"Keep it together, just remain calm and keep the ship steady!" Erza stated keeping the crew calm.
Lucy looked at the Log pose. "Let's see...looks like the third needle is pointing forward...wait..." She saw the needle glowing. "The needle is glowing...why is that?" She disregarded the thought and focused on the situation. "Erza, keep the sail out and drive forward which is the log pose is pointing!"
"Time to give us an extra speed." Ace held up the transponder snail. "Arista, activate sail booster!"
"Yes, captain!" Arista pressed on a button a nearby control panel.
Behind the lower rear of the ship a hatch opened revealing a two large dial tones. "Jet Dial Tones!" Ace proclaimed. "Full power!" The two big jet dial tones released strong water and went onward.
"This goes fast!" Natsu and Wendy cheered.
"So, this what it's like for dragon slayers to enjoy a boat sail," Lucy commented.
"Not to mention Gajeel can take a nap, though, he keeps snoring," Gray said. "Although, Natsu snores louder than Gajeel."
Natsu was cheering too loud to overhear the ice mage's snarky comment.
"Juvia wishes to sleep with her darling!" Juvia cried in a pouty way.
"Too much information," Angela and Rena murmured with a sweat drop.
"Is that fog?" Sapphire pointed out.
The fog was appearing in the air and it was so thick. "Damn it, this fog is thick as soap." Mest cursed.
"That's one way to put I guess," Lucy commented.
Ace was prepared for this. "Arista, activate the ship's light!"
In the ship's deck.
Arista went back to the control panel and pressed a button with a fairy giving off a light. "Operation: Fairy Gleaming Light!"
The Mavis-like statue's eyes glowed giving off a strong bright light that beamed through the fog. "Its working!" Erza stated.
"Alright, be on your toes!" Ace advised the crew.
"Yeah!" The crew proclaimed.
"Arista is very mechanical!" Merraid cooed playful.
"Nothing less from a famous shipwright!" Gilberda added cupping her face with a swoon look.
"Don't get creepy," Chelsea advised.
Carla chuckled softly. "This voyage has started now..." Suddenly a vision flashed in her head.
A large ancient city domain that had advanced technology was seen before her eyes.
A large army of androids were coming with armed rifles and shotguns firing magic lasers. There was one giant cyborg-like gorilla that was made of black metal and opened its mouth firing a giant magic laser cannon balls.
A mysterious young teenage girl with black hair and a pony tail that has approaching them then wielded a Magic Saber. Erza is seen fighting against the mysterious teenage girl.
A tall young adult android came wielding a saber with a green blade. "I will destroy trespassers!"
"What is this place...who is that girl and that young man...why is there so many androids...are these more android Machias...?" Carla's voiceover said as she stared in confusion and disbelief.
"Help me...help me...save me...from this prison..." A girl's voice cried in desperation.
When the visions were done, Carla had a mixed expression of puzzled and disbelief at what she had just seen. She didn't notice that Wendy was poking her cheeks.
"Carla...Carla...what's wrong?" The blue haired dragon slayer asked, looking concerned for her companion. Chelia was next to the other girl too looking concerned as well.
Carla snapped out of her trance shaking her head. "I had...a vision...I wasn't expecting one to show for quite a long time."
"Yeah, you had the visions in the last world but you had them more than ever," Chelia reminded. "Either way, what was this one about?"
Carla put her hand on her head. "Not sure...but, it seemed like we're about to get to another island...one that's..." Before she could finish, Erza's voice rang out. "Guys, something is appearing ahead!"
An island started to come into view but was barely visible due to the fog. "Looks like an island is up ahead!" Joan took out her binoculars and looked through them. "The fog is too thick..." She then felt a strong magical energy within the fog or rather from the island. "Wait...I'm sensing magic from the island...how is that possible?"
Lucy kept looking at the log pose. "The needle is still going wilding and the glowing on it is blinking so fast too." She had a feeling that something was on the island.
"No use guessing you guys!" Ace stood with his arms crossed. "So, let's go ashore on the island and explore!"
"Are you sure?" Gray asked.
"Yeah, we still have a lot of time before we go to Wano so let's get there!" Ace replied.
"You heard the captain!" Leone cheered. "Let's get to the island and see what awaits there!"
Natsu chuckled excitedly. "Yeah, I'm all fired up to fight any enemy that is waiting for us!"
Elfman grinned pumping his arms. "This is going to be super manly!"
"He's using Franky's catchphrase," Lisanna murmured with a sweat drop.
"It would seem so," Mirajane giggled.
Thorn held his trident. "I can hardly wait for the first island of the New World."
Aquapad cracked his knuckles. "If any enemies try to attack us, we'll kick their butts."
Kosaka smirked. "I will blow my enemies with my wind magic!"
"That sounds scary," Lucy whimpered her body shaking and sweating a bit.
"Wow, you're super slimy," Happy joked.
"It's sweat!" Lucy corrected with shark teeth.
"Anyway, no more time for gawking!" Erza said pointing her finger toward the island. "Let's check out this mysterious island!"
"Yeah!" Most of the wizards minus Gajeel, Lily, and Mest cheered.
They sailed through the fog slowly as they used the ship's lights to find their way through.
Joan continued to look through the binoculars. "..." She then let out a small gasp as she saw something on the shore. "Guys, I think I see the docking bay about a few feet away!"
"Happy, Carla, and Lily, roll the sail up a little to decrease our speed!" Ace commanded.
"Aye, sir!" Happy, Carla, and Lily replied in unison.
"Did I just say that?" Carla and Lily suddenly questioned feeling utterly awkward as Happy snickered trying to hold back his laughter.
They slowly arrived at the docking bay. Despite the fog, it was clear the bay looked ancient.
Levy arrived on the deck observing the docks. "Wow, the dock looks so ancient."
"Seems like it," Gajeel stood by his girlfriend. "Although, the place looks deserted, not a soul in sight."
Erza had to agree. "Indeed, it seems so." She then looked at the ship's crow nest. "Joan, fly up a little high and see if you can spot anything or anyone!"
Joan sprouted her wings and flew high in the air. She looked around and tried to sense anyone using her magic sensor. "Strange, the magic I just felt is gone like it vanished." She had a strange feeling all of a sudden. "I get the feeling what gave off that magic energy was alive and probably hiding their magic presence."
Erza seemingly felt the magic presence vanish. "Strange, the magic energy is gone like it disappeared on its own somehow." She felt so skeptical about this, but, something inside her told that something was awaiting on the island. "Alright, guys, assemble on the deck right away!"
Soon everyone was on the deck ready to discuss their next approach.
"Alright, now that everyone is on the deck," Ace was sitting in the center with Erza standing by his side. "Three teams will go and explore the island, I will lead one of them and the other will be lead by Usagi and Erza. while the Main Team will remain here to guard the dock as the ship."
Erza took out a piece of paper. "Team A will be led by Ace and joining him will be Hinata, Elfman, Miyaka, Mirajane, Gajeel, Lily, and Sapphire."
Elfman, Gajeel, and Lily grinned while Mirajane gave her usual smile, Miyaka held up her pistols with a confident look. Hinata pumped her arms with a smile. Lily gave a small grunt and Sapphire had an eager look on her face.
"Team B will be led by I and coming with me will be Leone, Chelsea, Aquapad, Natsu, Happy, Lucy, Chelia, Gray, Juvia, Wendy, and Carla."
Natsu and Gray smirked with a soft chuckle. "I bet I can take down a lot more enemies than you, ice stripper."
"Oh yeah, I beg to differ dragon boy!"
"Now's not the time you two," Lucy grumbled annoyingly.
Wendy felt excited to explore. "I can't wait to see what mysteries lay wait for us."
"This isn't a vacation," Carla murmured.
Juvia cupped her hands while fawning over Gray. "Don't worry, I'll protect my darling Gray!"
Leone cracked her knuckles. "I will look forward to kicking ass."
"This won't be a pleasure cruise," Chelsea sweatdropped.
"Team C will be led by Usagi and with him will be Temukai, Tigress, Pango, Cana, and Kosaka!"
Temukai gave a smirk pumping his arms.
Cana held up a wine bottle. "I wonder if the drinks on this island are still drinkable."
"I doubt it," Tigress said.
"Let's do this!" Pango cheered.
Kosaka smirked. "As long as Kosaka the Wind mage is here, this exploration will be a snap."
Erza looked at the other remaining crew. "The others will remain to guard the ship and the area. The one in charge will be Merraid." She looked at the former Oarburgh Clan co-leader. "So, we're counting on you Merraid as well as the others to protect the ship, if anything happens report to us either on the transponder or portable communication lacrima which Usagi, Ace, and I will have."
Merraid gave a playful smile at the scarlet mage. "Anything for a lovely woman like you." Erza felt awkward in that response but ignored it. "Ahem...if that's the case, let the exploration begin."
Everyone was rearing to go, so the three team departed onto the docking bay and walked further to the island on through the rest of the docking area.
Further away deep in the island fog was still around and inside the center was an ancient city and deep within the ancient ruins was a high advanced laboratory and inside was a big supercomputer.
The computer's screen started to make static sounds. "Looks like company has arrived...after all these years." A voice spoke from the screen.
Somewhere in the New World
Luffy and his crew were exploring the strange two islands that one side that was snow and the other was burning flames after a distress call. "The place is burning hot." Usopp sighed wiping the sweat off his forehead.
"No joke, it's like an oven or volcano," Zoro agreed for once.
"Yes, but, I wonder who was calling from the transponder snail," Robin wondered.
"Well, let's keep exploring and find out!" Luffy declared with a big smile.
"Unless whatever was attacking this poor fellow finds us first," Usopp whimpered with his skin crawling.
Fairy Tail arrive at some unknown island that looks ancient with old technology. Yet its still unknown so they decide to explore it until then, but, what awaits for them and what was speaking through the old supercomputer?
