Party Time
At a receptionist counter at the Manalo Stadium, a receptionist was giving Eddy his Trainer's Passport.
"You are now registered for the Manalo Conference." said the receptionist.
"Sweet!" said Eddy. He then turns towards his family and friends.
"Should we go to our hotel rooms, everyone?" asked Edd's father.
"I can't wait to see what they're like." said Eddy's mother.
Everyone exits the stadium lobby and make their way to a large resort hotel and get themselves checked in; they all make their way up to their rooms and go inside.
"Wow!" said Eddy's father as he looks around at his family's accommodations. Their rooms had a large living room with a long couch in front of a large screen TV, a dining area with a big table and four chairs, two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed with a nightstand and lamp on each side of it, and one with a queen-sized bed with a lamp on one side of it.
"This is as good as the room me and my friends got back at the Lily of the Valley Conference!" said Eddy.
"So amazing!" said Eddy's mother. Ed, Edd, and Jimmy's families, each got the same kind of room that Eddy's family did.
"Such a fine room." said Edd's father.
"It was so generous of you and your friends to purchase them for us, Edward." said Edd's mother.
"I love this room!" said Sarah as she looks at her family's living area.
"Thanks for letting me stay with you, guys." said Maxiley.
"You are welcome." said Ed.
"We can get used to this." said Jimmy's father as he looks at his family's room.
"Where's my older son?" asked Eddy's father.
"He has his own room." said Eddy's mother.
"We're not good enough to share a room with?" asked Eddy's father.
"Nah, I got him one, so we didn't have to share with him." said Eddy with a scowl.
"Smart thinking, son." said Eddy's father, rubbing Eddy's head.
"Hope he stays out of trouble." said Eddy's mother.
"That's too much to ask of him." said Eddy's father.
Meanwhile, in Eddy's brother's room, he was sprawled on the couch, watching TV.
"Now this is the life I was meant to live." said Eddy's brother. "Once I win the tournament thing, I'll be set for life." (a/n: He should be in prison for life.)
"Isn't there a party for the competitors tonight?" asked Ed's father.
"You bet your sweet bippy there is." said Ed with excitement.
"We get to meet the other trainers there." said Sarah.
"This should be exciting." said Ed's mother.
Later, in a large ballroom at the Manalo Stadium, the Eds and Jimmy's families enter all dressed up in Alola clothing.
"Thank you for buying clothes for us, sweetie." said Eddy's mother.
"No problem." said Eddy.
Moments later, the Eds, Sarah, and Jimmy were chatting with other trainers competing in both the Manalo Conference and the Junior's Division.
"Well, well, if it isn't Sarah." said a familiar voice that made Sarah frown before looking to see Nancy and Nathan walking towards them.
"Alola, Nancy." said Sarah, bitterly.
"Alola, Nathan." said Jimmy, frowning.
"Alola, Jimmy." said Nathan.
"So, you completed your Island Challenge too?" asked Nancy.
"Yes, I did, and I plan on winning the Junior's Division." said Sarah.
"You may have won our battle at the festival at Iki Town, but I've been training hard since that day." said Nancy.
"I've been training hard, too." replied Sarah.
"I hope I at least beat you in the Junior's Division, Jimmy." said Nathan.
"Not if I beat you first, Nathan." replied Jimmy.
"I hope you don't cheat like you did in our battle on Akala Island." said Nathan.
"I beat you fair and square!" said Jimmy. He and Sarah stared at their rivals for a moment before the twins walked away.
"What a couple of fatheads." said Sarah.
"Don't worry, Sarah; I'm sure you can beat her." said Maxiley.
"Thanks, Maxie." replied Sarah.
Meanwhile, Eddy's brother was flirting with an attractive woman, wearing a purple polo shirt, white skirt, and sandals; seconds later, the woman dumped a cup of punch she was holding down the back of Eddy's brother's pants, ice and all.
"YAAH, COLD!" yelled Eddy's brother before running off.
"Serves you right, jerk!" yelled the woman.
"Where did we go wrong with him?" asked Eddy's father.
"I have no clue." replied Eddy's mother.
The Eds, their families and friends, all spent the day interacting with everyone at the party, with lots of them wanting the Eds' autographs which Eddy was more than happy to give; they also had plenty of food to eat as well.
Later, it was getting dark; everyone was outside where a luau was taking place. People were dancing to a band, there was hula girls, men spinning sticks that were burning on both ends. Two men were holding a limbo stick a couple feet above the ground; Ed leaned back real low towards the ground and was able to walk under the limbo stick. Everyone applauded to Ed. As Eddy was applauding, he felt someone tap his shoulder; he turned and saw Tanya, wearing a yellow tube top, a yellow sarong with white flower designs on it, and yellow sandals, making him blush.
"Alola, Eddy." said Tanya.
"Alola, Tanya." replied Eddy.
"Great party, huh?" asked Tanya.
"You bet." replied Eddy.
"You want to dance with me?" asked Tanya.
"Sure!" replied Eddy, excitedly. Soon, he and Tanya were dancing; Eddy's brother looked on with a jealous look on his face. He looks around and sees a hula dancer, dancing; he walks towards the woman with a big, toothy grin on his face. Seconds later, he walks away with the same grin but missing a tooth.
"This luau is quite entertaining." said Edd.
"It certainly is, Edward." said Edd's father.
"I'm so glad to be here." said Edd's mother.
"Are you having fun, sweetie?" Ed and Sarah's mother asked Sarah, who was dancing next to Maxiley.
"You bet, Mommy." replied Sarah.
"How about you, Jimmy?" Jimmy's mother asked him.
"I'm having lots of fun, Mommy." replied Jimmy.
Moments later, the Eds, Sarah, Jimmy, Eddy's brother, and their families, along with Maxiley are walking back to their hotel rooms with sleepy expressions.
"That luau was so fun." said Eddy's father.
"I hope we do something like that again, someday." said Eddy's mother.
"Except without our older son." said Eddy's father, making his older son frown. As everyone continued walking, Eddy's brother sees an attractive woman walking down a sidewalk.
"If you guys need me, I'll be spending some time with that chick there." said Eddy's brother before struting towards the woman.
"That's a pretty big 'if'." said Eddy's father.
(One minute later)
"Sic' him, Furfrou!" shouts the woman. A Furfrou was chasing Eddy's brother, barking; Eddy's brother begins climbing up a lamp post, but the Furfrou jumps up and bites him in the butt, making him yell in pain.
"He'll never learn, will he?" asked Eddy's mother. The Eds, Jimmy, their families, and Maxiley begin walking back to the hotel. Moments later, everyone arrives at their hotel rooms.
"See you all tomorrow." said Ed's mother.
"We are looking forward to it." said Edd's father. Everyone then enters their hotel rooms and closes their doors.
"That was such a nice party." said Ed and Sarah's mother, after she closed the door after she, her family, and Maxiley were inside.
"How do you think you'll do at the Junior's Division, Sarah?" asked Ed and Sarah's father.
"I don't know, Daddy, but I'll try my best." replied Sarah.
"That all we ask of you, Sarah; and no matter what happens, your mother and I will always be proud of you." said Ed and Sarah's father.
Later, in Jimmy's family's room, Jimmy was climbing into bed.
"Are you excited about tomorrow, son?" asked Jimmy's father.
"Yep." replied Jimmy.
"Well, you should still try to get some sleep." said Jimmy's mother.
"You'll probably need it for tomorrow." said Jimmy's father.
"Okay, Mom and Dad." Jimmy replied.
In Eddy's brother's room, he was getting ready to take a bath with a pained expression from the Furfrou biting him.
"Just they all wait." said Eddy's brother. "I will become the most popular trainer in Alola, and pipsqueak will be just a little nobody." He then goes into the bathroom, takes the time to gawk at the jacuzzi tub, before beginning to take a bath.
That night, the Eds were on their rooms' balconies, that were concidentally right next to one another's, looking at the view of the ocean.
"We've come a long way since we first arrived in Alola, gentlemen." said Edd.
"You said it, Double-D." said Eddy.
"Tomorrow's gonna be so cool!" said Ed.
"Do you think you will have to face your brother, Eddy?" asked Edd.
"I hope so." said Eddy. "I've been waiting a long time to beat that jerk at something, and I did promise Dad that I would crush him if I do go up against him."
"Well, you are far more experienced that he is, Eddy." said Edd. "That alone should give you a sufficient enough advantage."
"Eddy will win." said Ed.
"We both believe in him, Ed." Edd responds.
"Thanks, guys." said Eddy. After that, the Eds go back into their rooms and go right to bed.
The next morning, after everyone had breakfast, they headed right for Manalo Stadium.
"Are you ready, Sarah and Jimmy?" asked Edd.
"We've been training for this day." said Sarah.
"We know you both will do exceptionally well." said Edd.
"Thanks, Double-D." said Jimmy.
"Do you think you'll be battling Nancy, Sarah?" Maxiley asked his girlfriend.
"If I do, I'll crush her." said Sarah with a look of determination on her face.
"And I'll defeat Nathan if I go up against him!" said Jimmy.
"That's the spirit, Jimmy!" said Eddy.
"Who cares about some baby tournament?" asked Eddy's brother. "The real show will begin when I start showing everyone what I can do."
"You mean get rejected by every woman you flirt with?" asked Eddy with a smirk.
"Watch it, pipsqueak!" said Eddy's brother as he glared at his younger, more experienced, brother.
"That's enough!" Eddy's father shouts at his older son.
"Whatever." said Eddy's brother.
"Let us begin, shall we?" asked Edd. Everyone then enters the stadium.
The Eds, Sarah, and Jimmy have finally made it to the Manalo Conference. Sarah and Jimmy are about to begin the Juniors' Division. Who will they battle first? Wait and find out.
