Stoick gave the command.

The villager's were to find Ruffnut and Tuffnut, capture them and bring them to stand before the counsel for judgement.

Luckily, it didn't take long as the two were found pranking Mulch and Bucket on the beach by the sea.

The twin's were promptly brought forward by two guards, holding their bound wrists in place.

Pushing them forward to stand before the counsel.

Stoick could only sigh once again as the twins began to shout.

"It wasn't us! We swear!"

In one swift movement the counsel raised their hands, the symbol for silence and order being commanded.

Gags were then placed in both twins' mouths, effectively silencing them.

The counsel spoke.

"We believe that Ruffnut and Tuffnut Thorston have taken their pranks too far this time."

"The village cannot sustain themselves if there is no order amongst our people."

"While we respect their dedication to the God of Pranks, Loki. We cannot overlook their grave misjudgement of releasing the arena dragons as a form of a 'joke'."

"Not only could the dragon's have wreaked havoc on our village, but they could have stolen more of what little food we have left and killed even more of our villagers."

"Especially since we have yet to recover even a fraction of what we lost in this last raid."

"Thus we have decided that enough is enough."

"Ruffnut and Tuffnut Thorston are hereby sentenced to death by be-heading tomorrow morning and will spend their final night in the prison cells."

Shock. Stoick was shocked. Death..that was a high price to pay for the release of a few dragons, but he knew all too well the implications behind it.

The twins' antics had become more and more reckless lately, causing a loss in precious resources such as food, and workers time.

Their fate was sealed.

The twins' looked at Stoick, eyes locking on his.

Clearly pleading for help.

It was no use though.

They were a liability and for once, there was nothing he could do.

He had to put the majority first.

So he looked away.

The counsel spoke once again.

"So with this, our decision is final."

"Take them away."

Muffled screaming could be heard, along with sobs and pleads that could never be understood.

The villagers only looked at them with contempt and turned away.
