Stone watched the white-quilled hedgehog eat the guac slowly
"So uh does she have a name?" Stone asked
"She said her name was eri." Shadow said, "She was near where I woke up."
"Do you know what happened to her?" Stone asked
"No. I don't think she knows either." Shadow said
They watched as Eri continued eating the guac
"Well, then I have to open up the cafe." Stone said, "So you two stay back here."
"Since when did you start a cafe?" Shadow asked
"I've had it for a while." Stone said, "Friends of Sonic show up here and I don't want to deal with the hedgehog just yet so that's why you're staying back here."
Shadow looked down guilty
"Did I kill him?" Shadow asked "Tom?"
"oh him? He's fine." Stone said, "His arm is still in a cast but other than that he's fine."
"That's good." Shadow said
"Anyway, I have to get to work." Stone said, "Don't break anything."
And with that stone left the back room
"So Eri what was life like on your home planet?" Shadow asked
"Is this not on earth?" Eri asked with a slight head tilt
"No it is I'm asking about your home." Shadow said
"Earth is my home." Eri said
"No where you were born." Shadow said
"I was born on earth." Eri said
"No, I'm talking about you species your people." Shadow said growing a bit frustrated
"I was human..." Eri said
Shadow's frustration was replaced with confusion
"I-I was human...But I wasn't treated like one." Eri said, "T-They hurt me every single day and used my C-curse to hurt people."
"Your curse?" Shadow asked
"M-My quirk." Eri said
"I am...Unfamiliar with that term." Shadow said
"My power...I rewind things..." Eri said, "I only know what I've overheard."
This changed a lot of things for shadow
He now had new information
One. Eri was once human with powers
Two. She wasn't treated as a human
Three. They used her powers to hurt people
And finally, he wanted to kill a bitch
The day continued on with Eri and Shadow waiting for Stone to be done with his work
Soon stone returned
"Hello, you two." Stone said, "I brought you a donut eri."
"A donut?" Eri asked
"Yeah, it's classic with chocolate dip." Stone said, "It's good."
Eri took a bite and quite enjoyed it
Stone pulled shadow aside
"Did you learn anything?" Stone asked
"Apparently she was human, she was tortured and she had powers because turning into a hedgehog." Shadow explained
Stone said nothing for a few seconds
"First. What. Second. What?! Third. WHAT?!" Stone said
"Yes. It's confusing." Shadow said "And I'm pissed off."
"I think I'm getting a migraine." Stone said
"I want to kill something." Shadow said
"Okay maybe we should i dunno see some sights to get our minds off this stuff?" Stone suggested
"Fine." shadow said
Stone took Eri and Shadow to New York
"Stone...Where's the two towers?" Shadow asked
Stone froze up
Then they visited Disneyland
"I don't trust that mouse." Shadow said
"Honestly I wouldn't trust him either." Stone said
and then went To an arcade
"how are you doing this?!" Stone asked
"Don't question it!" Shadow said as he got a perfect score in a dancing game
All from the comfort of the backroom because of a virtual reality machine
After that stone took them to a spare room he had
"You two sleep here tonight." stone said "While I clean up shop okay?"
"Okay." Eri said as Shadow stood guard
Stone then went downstairs to prepare for the next day...
When something stumbled in
It was decently tall and was wearing a cloak
"Uh sir or ma'am...We're closed." Stone said
The thing fell over barely able to keep itself standing
"Are you okay?" Stone asked as he rushed over
he pulled back the hood and was met with quite the shock
A robotic doppelgänger of sonic
Specifically, a prototype created by the doctor called "mecha sonic"
But the doctor had considered Mecha Sonic's design obsolete after designing Metal Sonic which hadn't been built because the doctor fell into his lazy phase
So how was it here?!
And then Stone saw a G.U.N logo
Of course...Without the doctor constantly updating the firewalls It was only a matter of time before G.U.N got access to their secure files
but why was it so beat up? Did it fight Sonic and lose?
(I better focus on the firewalls.) stone said as he picked up Mecha Sonic and took them to the backroom
Once there stone patched up the leaks of the firewalls (While also taking G.u.N's plans) before having a look at Mecha sonic
Their body was riddled with bullet holes their right arm was missing and their left leg looked like it would break at the slightest touch.
Which it did...
"Okay, I can do this." Stone said as he activated Mecha sonic
Mecha Sonic shot awake and scanned their surroundings

ALIGNMENT: ALLY
STATUS: DOING REPAIRS
COURSE OF ACTION: SPEED HIM UP
"Could you please hurry up and fix me?" Mecha sonic asked
"I'm sorry but I don't have the proper materials." Stone said
Mecha Sonic grabbed a buzz saw and put it near the remnants of his leg before grabbing a crab claw
"Found some." Mecha sonic said
"...Resourceful..." Stone said
Stone then got to work
He worked all throughout the night fixing up the bullet holes and attaching mecha's new limbs
"There we go." Stone said once he was done "How do you feel?"
"Much better." Mecha sonic said
"So why did you decide to abandon G.U.N?" Stond asked
"They outfitted me with an A.I who's purpose wasn't meant for combat." Mecha Sonic said "I wanted to Live and not be a weapon of death. So I escaped and instead of using G.U.N's database for my friends and foes I used the doctor's."
Mecha then looked around
"Where is he?" Mecha sonic asked
"Ah...He's...Gone." Stone said
"When will he be back?" Mecha sonic asked
"He's dead..." Stone said as a tear rolled down his eye
Mecha Sonic then updated
"Very well I will follow you instead of leaving." Mecha Sonic said, "I originally only came here for repairs."
"Well then glad you decided to stay." Stone said
The next morning Eri and Shadow went into the backroom
"What do you have?" Shadow asked
"A latte with steamed Austrian goat milk." Stone said as Mecha Sonic sat next to him

Seriously where are the Scrapnik island mecha sonic getting sent to the movieverse fics?!! I NEED HIM IN MOVIEVERSE!!
