Hotarumon 14

Hotaru Hatsumi was your average 13 year old girl whom had just moved from Japan to the US State of Virginia when a chance encounter with Latias and Latios changes her life forever. Now she has to balance her new civilian school life while defeating Cipher and their armies of Shadow Pokemon. Can Hotaru use her Rototrix's fourteen Pokemon D.N.A prevail over this new threat.

40. Episode 40: Training Hotarumon 14

Episode 40: Training Team Hotarumon 14

The next day after school and it's after-school activities Windchaser in her vehicle mode had just arrived with the rest of her team at Agent Gibb's house specifically at the back. Gibbs and his agent Ziva wait till Ashley, Darnel, Hotaru with her pet Ziva at her side exit out of the doors. Windchaser remained in vehicle mode obeying Autobot protocol to remain in incognito. Behind Agent Gibbs's house was a training battle field. Gibbs addressed Windchaser "Hey Windchaser, better go into your robot form."

"Uh, can't break Autobot protocol Agent Gibbs sir!" the Autobot replied.

"Don't worry about that" Gibbs told her "Cause I got Optimus Prime's permission to include you in this special training arrangement."

"Me?" the Autobot questions.

"Yep" Gibbs told her "You aren't just a member of Team Prime but you are also a member of Team Hotarumon 14. So, after talking it over with your boss Optimus Prime he's agreed to allow you to undergo this training regiment. Whatever training I have assigned to what was going to be just Hotaru and Darnel soon became a full team effort. So please transform."

Windchaser obeyed transforming wondering what sort of training Gibbs had in mind. Gibbs checked his watch as another Autobot arrived on sight this one in form of a sportscar, and Windchaser notices him as her crush although she never would admit it "Wheeljack?!"

The sportscar transformed into a rough looking Autobot a brief smile on his face "Who else would it be Arcee's little sister?"

Windchaser took a look at Wheeljack's Autobot symbol on his chest it bared the marking of a Decepticon "Uh did you change sides?!"

Wheeljack smiles at her faintly "Only for this training regiment. For as both two Zivas are going to be Ashley, Darnel and Hotaru's opponents for this training...Optimus personally selected me to be your opponent so I thought, why not borrow a fake Decepticon symbol just to play the part more...And honestly Windchaser, Prime choose the right Autobot for the job for I'm not just an Autobot but a former Wrecker. Who else to be a good training opponent than a former Wrecker."

Windchaser's remark caused Ashley, Darnel, Hotaru, and Hotaru's Ziva to sweat drop "No offense but I would prefer Bulkhead."

Gibbs understood where she was going at but explained for Wheeljack "In real life Windchaser you don't get to choose your opponent. You gotta be prepared for whatever Decepticon or robot comes Hotaru's way to kill her so you can defend her from those threats."

"Yeah" Wheeljack replied "Besides, Bulkhead wouldn't want to seriously even attempt to harm you or even any other Autobot even during a special training session. He's a bit of a sweat heart in that compartment...Me not so much." he brought out his twin swords and a war mask covered his face "So, Agent Gibbs sir, shall we begin the training?"

*Intro- Latias's voice- Three years ago, my brother Latios and I made our escape from Cipher taking the Rototrix with us. For three years we had avoided being captured and turned into Shadow Pokemon as well as keeping the Rototrix safe from Cipher whom were making plans to use it for their own evil needs. Three years later, Cipher has remerged selling Shadow Pokemon to Earth in a bid to take over the universe. Luckily my brother and I managed to save a girl in need and gave her the Rototrix a device that transforms the wielder into a Pokegirl or Pokeboy of 14 different types of Pokemon. Now she has the difficult task in not defeating Cipher but purifying all of the Shadow Pokemon. Hotaru certainly has a difficult task to do but she's the only chance two worlds have and I have a feeling, Hotarumon 14 is going to stop Cipher's plans once and for all.

Gibbs agreed with Wheeljack "We'll start the training right away once Hotaru's Zeraora gets over to where you and my Ziva are standing on the opposite side of the field."

Hotaru's Ziva put a paw on her mistress's shoulder which Hotaru pats telling her "Whatever Agent Gibbs has in mind listen to him, then don't hold back on me, Ashley, Darnel, and Windchaser. Whatever he wants you to help train us give us your all."

"Will do Mistress" the Zeroara replied dashing off towards the opposite side of the field.

Once Hotaru's Zeroara was on the proper side of the field Gibbs addressed his three assistants in a whisper command "Go try to find a place to hide when I activate this holographic field. My Ziva will inform you of what you two are going to aide her in this training assignment. Now go"

The three nodded seemingly vanishing as Gibbs pressed a button that started to reshape the backyard into a holographic projection. First of which began building a large building a bit further away. Gibbs now explained his training assignment to Ashley, Darnel, Hotaru and Windchaser "My training regiment is one that is going to test your ability to act as a unit. You all have everything needed to fuction as a well rounded team. Hotaru you are this team's leader! You have already shown your ability to act as one and come up with a plan of action. Darnel you are basically her technition to help her think of plans. Ashley you are the healer among the team as well as a possible wild card depending on how your training with your other teacher goes in the end. Then finally Windchaser you are the robotic ally of the team. When you get your Zeroara back Hotaru her role seems to be one of a teacher to you on your off time as well as a big ally you can rely on to help in battles."

The four members of Team Hotarumon 14 gave him an understanding nod. Gibbs continued "Your training assignment is a two part one. Thanks to Ratchet we were able to finally gain what sci-fy would call a holodeck. I can program it to include senarios that are designed to train any team anyway that will benefit them. This training assignment is to test your response to a crises that may or may not happen in your life that will build team building skills to the max. As you can see, there is a holographic building a bit further down. I've set it this time to include Cipher Soldiers and Decepticons holding several hostages. Your task is to free the hostages, get them to safety as well as battling against my three assistants and more importantly making it out alive. I've told my three assistants to not take it easy on you and to treat this training as if they were truly your enemies so they'll be going for the 'kill.'

"So we have to be ready to do the same" Hotaru caught on.

"If you believe that's the best course of action to do so yes" Gibbs replied to her.

For Hotaru this was a bit of a gray area for her. Sure she's killed in the past but usually only accidentally or if she had to use lethal force in defending herself. The only time she purposely went on the kill was when Queen Venomica took her friends and horribly injured her pet. She did remember that didn't go too well for her in the end but she made it out alive. She nodded at Gibb's look as if understanding him. Hotaru knew the possiblities that she may have to kill seeing as NCIS Ziva would certainly open fire on anyone that she precieved as a threat. So she'd have to choose some Pokemon form that could deflect and she had the right one "Here it goes!"

She activates her Rototrix turned it to the one she wanted and slapped it down White light shown around Hotaru's body as she lost her clothes, White fur, sprouts pink hair with Sylveon's pink ears filled with a blue color inside the ears, she gain all of Sylveon's ribbons with two wrapping around her head with a bowtie attaching to her head, the ribbons are blue and pink at the end. She also gains another two ribbons attached in a bowtie around her neck, grows a pink Sylveon tail, along with pink hands and pink feet. When the transformation ended Hotaru was "Sylveon!"

Darnel took the hint pressing the button on his belt "Emergecny Henshin!"

With those words said Darenl had transformed into Kamen Rider Enforcer. Once he was done both looked at Ashley as if to ask if she was ready for this training. The blond gave her friends a nod with Windchaser doing the same.

Hotaru looked at her team "Let's get this training thing going team!"

Ashley, Hotaru in her Sylveon form, and Kamen Rider Enforcer prepare to take this training test designed to test their abilities to work as a team.

In Cipher headquarters Erdos couldn't believe his eyes. All their efforts to take that device failed. His bitter foe Hotaru had survived a lethal Shadow attack. At this point Erdos was growing more frusrated by the minute. Too make it worse he realized that with the emegence of Kamen Rider Enforcer all plans to kill Hotaru off would be harder especially with how he completely handled humiliating Queen Venomica! Plus now there was an Autobot whom probably was the least of their worries as she would only be allowed to attack robotic enemies such as Decepticons. Still having that Autobot around he realized would allow Hotaru to travel much more distances. He turns to Queen Venomica "It looks like Hotarumon 14 isn't just that girl any more."

"Sssadly it ssseemsss to be the cccassse" Queen Venomica agreed "Hotarumon 14 wasss a worthy opponent all on her own. Now ssshe hasss that Zeraora Ziva of hersss...Which I ssstill blame you for that one-"

Erdos admitted fault muttering "Take a chance with our randomizer...And it screws us up."

"Now ssshe hasss her friend Darnel helping her not only asss a friend to teach her about type matccch upsss but he can become Kamen Rider Enforcer."

"That leaves that girl Ashley of hers the healer of that team as the weakest link still" Erdos points out.

"On paper she seems to be the weakessst link" Queen Venomica admitted "Yet...Even I know that ssshe'sss not to be underestimated. Even she may outclass us sssoon."

Erdos formed a fist out of anger slamming it into the ground "Gosh darn it!"

Queen Venomica understood his frustration as Erdos looks at her "Okay it was bad enough when it was just Hotarumon 14. Now we have a major headache. We can only assume that NCIS mainly Special Agent Gibbs will be training them to be better."

"Agreed" Queen Venomica admitted.

Erdos frowned hating to admit that maybe this was too much now as he asked Queen Venomica "All our plans to terminate Hotarumon 14 have failed! Now her friends, that darn blasted Zeraora of hers, and that Autobot have formed an elite team. What can we do Queen Venominca?!"

The Succubus Naga Queen put a hand underneath her chin thinking as she addressed him "One thing we will not do is never admit Hotarumon 14 is too much for our forces. We'll adapt, our forccccesss mussst be ssstronger than her team. Right now our forcccesss alone without the aide of a Ssshadow Pokemon will absssolutely be crussshed. I will absssloutely refussse to admit defeat to Hotarumon 14. Ssshe will be in my ssstomach one way or another in the end."

"What do you have in mind?" Erdos asked her sensung she had a plan.

"A new plan" the Succubus Naga Queen admitted "With the rise of Kamen Rider Enforcccer, Cccipher sssoldiersss and my loyal sssubjeccctsss will be even more outclassed then they have ever been when it was only Hotarumon 14. I'm pretty sssure I could handle him in future battles now that I've ssseen what he could do. We need more than Shadow Pokemon..."

"More monsters?" Erdos asked "Like what?!"

Queen Venomica got an idea muttering one word "Grimm."

"Grimm?" Erdos inquired.

She repeated the one word "Grimm. Monsters nearly similar to Shadow Pokemon but can't be purified."

"Where do Grimm exsist?" Erdos asked.

"Remnant for one thing" Queen Venomica answered "And that gives me an idea...An evil idea..."

She thought of it looking at Erdos giving him a bit of an order "Keep your forcccesss here and don't attack Hotarumon 14 today."

Erdos blinked this was the first she ever gave him some sort of command that he felt that she was taking over calling the shots. He watches her slither off asking her "Where are are you going?!"

Queen Venomica looks at him with a bit grin on her face "Paying sssomeone elssse a visssit. Sssomeone whom onccce tried to make a deal with me before I was sssealed away."

Erdos watches her and something told him that it was best to listen to her. He supposed that Queen Venomica would explain her plan so he would obey what she ordered him to. He didn't see a Decepticon in form of a steath fighter listening into this. Hearing all these words the jet flew off towards the Nemisis to inform Megatron on what he heard and how to proceed.

In the training grounds behind Agent Gibb's house. Special Agent Gibbs watched as Windchaser approached the building with her passengers inside. He crosses his arms watching intently as if he were an actual teacher at a school. He heard Director Vance, Tony, Kenshin, and Mcgee approaching. Director Vance just like Agent Gibbs wanted to see how well Team Hotarumon 14 acted as a team. Gibb's training excises was just what they needed.

"Are we late boss?" Kenshin asked.

"Nope" Gibbs told him "They are just beginning."

Tony looked at his boss and could see Gibb's was clearly focused on this "First time I ever noticed you so serious on non NCIS related issues boss."

"This is for their own good Dinozo" Gibbs replied "They are a team now and need to focus as one. I'm sure I say this for all of us that Miss. Hatsumi is in over her head when dealing with Cipher. In the past if I recall she was the only one to do everything fighting Cipher Soldiers, defeating the Shadow Pokemon of the day."

"That would've put the pressure on her a lot" Director Vance admitted "With only Ashley and Darnel only able to passively support her. To have to fight through all of those enemies combined without any help would be tough on anyone."

Kenshin shook his head as he agreed with both his boss and Director "Yet to think none of us ever knew what was happening. Luckily though my daughter doesn't have to worry about fighting everyone of her enemies alone."

"Exactly" Gibbs admitted "Now that Hotaru has a team, it's time they act and come together as one. I figure why not give them combat senario drills that may or may not come up. It'll help them come together as a team."

"Better now in these types of drills than in actual real life enviroment where Cipher may have an edge" the Director added on seeing where Gibbs was getting at.

"Precisely"

The Director of NCIS was firm as he spoke to Gibbs and his crew in a serious tone "We also must agree to keep Hotaru, Darnel, and Windchaser's identiy a secret and keep it to ourselves. I don't want any of those kids having to deal with the media if someone leaked out the information of whom the local heroine along with her team really are. Are we clear?"

"Yes, sir!" was the response.

All of the NCIS agents and their Director turned to see how well the team would do on this training battle.

Windchaser was getting closer to the building where the hostages were being held. Inside the driver's seat Hotaru groaned knowing she should've used Lucario. Lucario would've been able to see the hostages aura and the amount of enemies. Kamen Rider Enforcer sat on the front passenger seat with Ashley sitting at the back. They needed a plan and Hotaru had one asking Windchaser "We know that if there was a Decepticon among the enemy that they'd come to attack you as soon as we got close right?"

"Correct" Windchaser confirmed.

"Then that's what you are going to do with Wheeljack" Hotaru told her "Ashley, Kamen Rider Enforcer prepare for emergancy manuvers! Windchaser got any smokescreens?"

"I do!"

"Then let it fly!" Kamen Rider Enforcer told her seeing where Hotaru was getting at.

Windchaser caught onto it "Good idea you two! Here it comes!"

Just as Windchaser was getting closer to the building there was a bunch of smoke that formed around the tesla model X almost no one saw Ashley, Hotaru, Kamen Rider Enforcer get out of the vechile as Windchaser continued on her path. Silently Hotaru lead her two allies towards the building on foot.

"Good call" Gibbs muttered seeing this "Show's she's taking this seriously."

"Only with an Autobot though would you be able to pull that stunt off" Vance warned.

"Not unless a car has an auto pilot" Mcgee commented silently "Which last I checked Teslas do."

"Yeah Proby" Tony told him "Teslas do have auto pilots but they certainly don't have smokesceens or if they did they wouldn't know how to deploy them."

Windchaser got closer to the building as she did so she knew she was approaching Wheeljack. Sure he was an Autobot but he was also a former Wrecker a special ops version of Autobots whom did the real heavy duty missions. Missions where no other Autobot would dare to do. She had to hope she bought Ashley, Hotaru and Kamen Rider Enforcer time to get to the building under the cover of the smokescreen. As she gets closer Wheeljack whom had been perched on top of the hill spotted her. Once he spotted her he drove towards her in an attempt to smash into her. Windchaser saw him approaching and both Autobots transformed at once. Windchaser tried going to intercept Wheeljack by lashing out a punch at him while Wheeljack came down at her with a flying kick!

Turns out thanks to being at a higher elevation before attacking Windchaser mistimed her punch but Wheeljack's kick was right on slamming right into her robotic chest. The result of the collission forced Windchaser onto her back while propelling Wheeljack into the air backwards. The Autobot preformed a neat back flip as he landed on his two feet. Windchaser climbed to her feet quickly then with both Autobots pretending to be enemies drew their weapons and opened fire at one another. Blue blaster bolts filled the air on both sides as both weaved in and out of the attack range. Wheeljack pressed on the attack blasting at her while dodging then advancing on her. Windchaser caught on but too late as Wheeljack advanced on her too quickly then after dodging her latest blaster fire withdrew his then finally drew his twin swords. Windchaser withdrew her own blaster and attempted to form her out blades extacting them from her machinical wrists as the clash with Wheeljack admitting to her while easily parrying her blades with his duel swords then kicked her backwards again "Too slow!"

The two Autobots go at it with Wheeljack giving her tips with sword or blade fighting even though she was his enemy he wanted her to be a good team player so why not give her tips when fighting "Come on Windchaser don't let your opponent take control of the battle! You gotta take iniutive cause otherwise if you let your opponent get to the best of you-"

He pauses then tripped her, then in the process nearly skewered her through the chest with both blades but she barely blocked it allowing him to complete his sentence "You'll have an uphill battle! Not how you or your teammates would want!"

Windchaser grimances but remembered something "Let's face it Wheeljack, my team is probably always going to be on the defensive..."

She dodges his sword swipes then surprised Wheeljack by sending charge of electricity down her blades as they clashed them. He stumbled as she then uses her hands to generate a huge gust of air. The air strikes Wheeljack and he immediately acted as if caught in hurricane force winds. Too make it worse the amount of wind had some sort of electrical discharge so as he was blown backwards he litterally got a charge out of it. Windchaser smirked "How's that for taking the advantage?!"

"Gotta hand it to you" Wheeljack admitted to her "Didn't see that coming from you Windchaser."

He gets serious "Yet you'll need a bit more if you wish to continue."

The two Autobot prepare for more battle with Gibbs nodding Wheeljack was a good training partner in his eyes. The former Wrecker was going to give Windchaser tips even though he was her practice enemy.

"Is that good boss?" Tony asked Gibbs "He's litterally giving her tips...If this were an actual battle I doubt a Decepticon would do so."

"That's why it's called training Dinozo" Gibbs told him "What you said is true in a real type senario a Decepticon wouldn't give Windchaser tips, she'd might be destroyed if she couldn't fight back. Wheeljack knows what he's doing."

"The real question is" Vance reminded them "How well will Miss. Hatsumi be againt her pet Zeraora Ziva be? How will Kamen Rider Enforcer do against our Ziva?"

Gibbs nodded at the director's words watching intently "She did well to come up with that plan to get inside. Wheeljack completely forgot about Ashley, Hotarumon 14, and Kamen Rider Enforcer."

Tony groaned still feeling bad that it was most likely Kamen Rider Enforcer going to have to handle Ziva "Our Ziva's going to cap his butt boss."

Both Agent Gibbs and Director Vance had the same idea where this was going both admitting "That's not the point of this training Tony!"

Hearing this Tony blinked as Gibbs explained this "Sure it's a training assignment to get hostages out of a building but the main gimic is how they would react to the situation, and how they'd work as a team to deal with it. Sure they may get capped given whom their practice opponents are in this senario but it's also to help them fight together while dealing with the senario I've set up."

Director Vance was silent watching intently sure NCIS would be forced to stand by on the sidelines most of the time unless of course the same situation that unfolded about a day or two ago occured but that didn't mean NCIS couldn't train this team to the best of their abilities on the teams down time. Just about anything to aide the team was on his point of view something worth looking into.

Inside the building Ashley, Hotaru, and Kamen Rider Enforcer had made it. They could hear the massive battle between Wheeljack and Windchaser. Ashley wondered if she should help Windchaser but Hotaru had talked her out of it as this was all part of the plan. If there was a Decepticon aiding Cipher somehow Windchaser would need all the training she could get to handle the Decepticon cause after all there would be no back up most of the time to help if she got into a pickle. Besides Windchaser could provide a good destraction by dealing with such a threat as she did now. The group could now see the heavily armored Cipher soldiers even effortlessly taking them out one by one. At first it was easy for them to try to get hostages free but eventually as they rounded the bend NCIS Ziva made her appearence marvously pretending to be a terrorist or Cipher soldier firing her gun expertly. Hotaru's ribbons went to work and fast deflecting the bullets. She had to be careful in doing so as one false deflection could mean she might accidentally hit a civilian.

"Hotaru" Kamen Rider Enforcer told her as the trio took cover behind a wall as if they were truly NCIS agents on the hunt for a criminal that opened fire on them "Ashley and I will handle this opponent."

"We will?" Ashley whispered.

Kamen Rider Enforcer shot her a look as he quizzed her "What can you do to a Shadow Pokemon at this point Ashley?"

Ashley blushes red realizing this "My bad!"

"Yeah, you're gonna end up getting your butt kicked if you fought against a Shadow Pokemon at this rate" He told her "Hotaru's still our only option to deal with Shadow Pokemon but we should in theory be able to deal with the other threats Cipher sends at us so she don't have to."

"Takes a lot off my shoulders if you three er four would be able to do it when our Ziva gets back after this training assignment" Hotaru added on still carefully deflecting bullets.

"Alright then" Ashley said "Just how do you plan to get past Ziva? She's a bright mind for an NCIS agent."

Hotaru saw a steel beam the building had that lead to a high metal beam above them. Kamen Rider Enforcer notices this nodding whispering to her "Good idea! Use those to your advantage."

Hotaru shook her head yes in response to where he was getting at whispering "While you two deal with this threat I'll start climbing these beams and carefully advance."

Timing it right Kamen Rider Enforcer leaps behind cover using a sword blade to deflect the bullets as he looked at Ziva "Alright miss! No more playing around."

Ziva shook her head as Cipher Soldiers appeared to help her and he went onto the attack. Ziva fires but Ashley breaks cover then right before NCIS Ziva could react Ashley announces "Flanz Exarmato!"

With one spell Ziva and the other Cipher soldiers were disarmed. Kamen Rider Enforcer changes gears pressing a button on his blue light "Time for a Deep Freeze!"

The blue light fires a freezing blast at the group. NCIS Ziva thinks quickly and rolls out of the attacks path leaving the Cipher soldiers to freeze. Kamen Rider Enforcer puts his blade away calling to Ashley "Ashley get the hostages clear out of here somewhere!"

"Got it!"

The Kamen Rider charges NCIS Ziva back going to give Ashley time to get the hostages on this floor. Ziva flung herself at him. He amazingly catches her with ease typically NCIS Ziva would be able to overpower any man however she had severely underestimated that a Kamen Rider had super human strength which was way superior than the most strongest man on Earth. Still even with him having the super strength advantage NCIS Ziva wasn't out yet. Utizling her incredible momentim she built up during the charge she managed to find her way onto his neck, then used her leg to hurl him onto the ground causing him to grunt muttering to himself "Oh that didn't go down too well. No wonder Agent Dinozo said she's good in hand-to-hand combat."

She warns him as she attempted to reach his taser gun "Don't let Tony's words cloud your judgment!"

He saw what she was going to do and manages to roll away "No way I know what you were aiming for!"

She goes onto the attack keeping the Kaman Rider at bay while somehow tripping Ashley whom attempted to get past while the Kamen Rider fought NCIS Ziva. Ashley hit her head hard allowing NCIS Ziva to touch her. She attempts to use Ashley as an an extra hostage but Ashley wasn't going to let this happen warning NCIS Ziva "Oh you don't know how many times I've been used against Hotaru in this way. I refuse to let this happen to me again even during training!"

The blond unleashes several magical arrows of ice at her opponent just as her magic teacher had taught her. NCIS Ziva manages to avoid all ten magic arrows allowing Kamen Rider Enforcer to get into hand-to-hand combat with NCIS Ziva giving Ashley the order "Go Ashley!"

Ashley nodded rushing forward. It was then NCIS Ziva noticed Hotaru was missing and she scanned around for her as she clashed hands around her opponent "Where's your leader?!"

"Like I'd give away her position!"

NCIS Ziva's reply was a comment on how well that would've went down during this or any type of situation that called for teamwork skills "Good response to that question! Never give the enemy information on a mission that requires a bit of stealth from someone."

Hotaru was true to her word. As soon as she heard her two friends engage their opponents she climbed the nearest poll using the combined might of her super human inherited strength while transformed as well as her claws in both her hands and feet. She scaled the poll as if she were a cat then followed the steel beam that lead deeper in the building seemingly using the cover of the darkened light as camouflauge despite her white fur. Thanks to Kamen Rider Enforcer's plan to handle NCIS Ziva working she was able to sneak past. She could see Ashley below gaining the freed hostages and leading them to the back side of the building. There was another floor from what she could go into another room a when all of a sudden a flash of electricity stormed down the steel beam and Hotaru turned to see her Ziva. Ziva saw her mistress and spoke to her "Whatever your plan is Mistress to pass this test, it's worked so far. I'm your last obstical. Please come at me as if I was a Shadow Pokemon. Don't hold anything back."

Hotaru agreed with Ziva "Very well, and I ask you don't hold back on me ether."

Her Zeroara chuckled dryly "You should know me mistress, I won't hold back especially when it comes to teaching you tips in a lesson!"

With that said the Zeraora unleashes her Discharge attack at Hotaru. Hotaru's ribbons went right to work intercepting the electrical move and deflects it sadly right at her pet. Ziva rushes into her own attack not taking any damage due to her ability of Volt Absorb. The Zeroara charges forward warning her "You do know I don't take damage from electric type moves! What was the point of that Mistress?!"

The Zeroara pounces at Hotaru whose ribbons wrap around her with Hotaru adding on "Preventing unnessary casutlties Ziva! This training mission isn't just about beating you! It's to solve a crises if I ever get to them. If I can prevent unneccary civilain casualties I'll do it!"

Ziva gave Hotaru a smile as Hotaru was certainly using the ribbons as a Sylveon should as two more appendages. Still while the ribbons were tight the Zeroara was able to briefly break free then spun around giving Hotaru a face full of her Zeroara's feet to the face. Sadly Ziva had struck her in the face with her claws extracted from her feet as if she were a real cat. This left a nasty three slash mark on her cute Sylveon face barely missing her eyes.

"Ah that smarts" Hotaru muttered feeling the slash trying to tighten her ribbons but it was no use at this point as the unexpected slash from her pet's claws in her feet caused her ribbons to loosen more. Ziva ceased the oportunity and pounced on Hotaru warning her as she pinned her mistress to the ground flat on her back "You were doing good to catch me Mistress but you can't let up cause...While Sylveon are good special defensive walls...They lack in one stat in particular..."

Before Hotaru could respond Hotaru bit her lip as Ziva unleashed a paraylizing Discharge right onto her. Hotaru bit her lip trying her hardest not to scream in pain as while she did amazingly endure it like any Sylveon would be able to thanks to their high special defensive stat being electrocuted still hurt! Plus it didn't help that Ziva's Discharge did inflict the paralyizes status condition. Her Zeroara picked her up by her throat which surprised her that Zeroara was able to pick her up like that almost without any effort at all. A human girl her age and size should've been heavier for any Pokemon to lift but Ziva's strength surprised her. Hotaru notices her pet's claws glowing yellow as Ziva uses her Plasma Fists attack as a massive punch to the chest aiming to use her punches as if it were gonna be impalement. Hotaru goes flying electrocuted once again and she hit the ground hard on her back grunting. Her pet goes onto the attack claws extracted to preform her Slash attack which Hotaru knew would be considered an electric type move. Ziva gives her the answer "Sylveon lack regular defenses Mistress! In other words normal physical attackers like I slightly lean towards will have a blast tearing down Sylveon.

"That makes so much sense" Hotaru muttered recalling the many times she got beaten up by Physical moves such as taking Shadow Resheram's Iron Head to the chest cavity breaking it open with ease, or taking Shadow Mega Metagross's Bullet Punches which had the same effect on her Fairy type chest when she was Sylveon. Plus she also remembered getting beaten to a bloody pulp when the Shadow Mega Metagross pounded her continously.

Hotaru barely has any time to react as her Zeroara was upon her slashing wildy. Hotaru weaves in and out needing to get some distance. Just as one of the slashes was about to connect Hotaru back flipped out of the way in time! Not detoured by the miss her Zeroara went onto the attack clearly embracing the what if it were a Shadow Pokemon attacking thing. Hotaru took her chance and lashes out her ribbons at Ziva's feet. Ziva's reflexes were impressive as she managed to avoid the ribbons that were aimed at her feet only to allow them to wrap around one arm. She then grabbed onto Hotaru's ribbon firmly then pulled her forward like a fish caught on the rod "NOT AGAIN!" Hotaru muttered loudly. Ziva's fist started to glow with fire as she unleashed a Fire Punch right at Hotaru's chest. Thinking fast Hotaru opened her mouth and used it to intercept her pet's punch. Now Hotaru had caught her pet's fist in her mouth but it didn't exatly desolve the flames in time so her entire mouth was on fire! She could feel the hot fire on her tongue but Hotaru didn't let up then she readjusted her ribbons and preformed a Draining Kiss right on Ziva's lips.

Her Zeroara grunts feeling her energy be drained by the move as well as noticing Hotaru's own health increasing. Hotaru kept it up as Ziva freed her arm then slashed Hotaru across her face again sending Hotaru crashing again onto the beam. Hotaru slowly got up as by now Ziva was faster than she was very fast "What the?"

Hotaru's Ziva smirked "That's cause I paralyzed you with my Discharge ability Mistress! It's a chance that move can paralyze foes and it looks like I got a lucky blow in!"

Hotaru wasn't going to be beaten. Not as Sylveon she could still move...Not all the time as she found out like right now as her Zeroara closed in for a 'kill' shot. She could hear her Zeroara giving her information "Last night you suffered a burn which took away health from you each time you used an attack even if it didn't do damage while it also lowered your own attack stat severely. Now as you can see, when a Pokemon is paralyzed it may not move at all as well as greatly reduces your speed!"

Ziva was close to Hotaru's head claws extracted for one final electric type Slash move. It was true Hotaru's body couldn't move but her ribbons could still move! Just as Ziva was about to connect Hotaru's ribbons both grab onto the Zeroara in two places. One grabbed her in the arms and the other one grabbed her in the legs securing her. Hotaru breathes a sigh with relief as Ziva attempted to break free even unleashing a Discharge at her. Hotaru managed to counter the blast with Mystical Fire. Sending it to collide with the electric attack. There was a massive explosion as the attacks met but Hotaru managed to use her ribbons to toss her Zeroara from side to side trying to disorinate her. Ziva amazingly took it and Hotaru grunts seeing it wasn't effective. Getting an idea she began spinning her ribbons around. This did what she hoped it would. The banging against the walls wasn't enough to disorinate her but the spinning did. Hotaru let her ribbons toss her pet backward while she was still caught in the spinning motion. Then Hotaru prepared a Moonblast which strikes Ziva right in the chest sending her back and almost off the beam she was standing on. This move caused Ziva to briefly faint and Hotaru notices this diving off the beam to catch her pet with her ribbons. She managed to do so taking out other Cipher soldiers that were standing guard on the last remaining hostages. Ashley emerged at the room as Hotaru landed on the ground on all fours a with her fainted pet Zeroara in her ribbons. Seeing this Hotaru and Ashley work together to take down the guards. Ashley disarmed them with one more Flanz Exarmato, and Hotaru took them out with Disarming Voice rendering them unconsious.

"Let's pretend I've purified Ziva" Hotaru told Ashley giving her Ziva's fainted form "Now take the hostages and get to the back exit."

Ashley nodded going to do so. Hotaru on the meanwhile was going to return to Kamen Rider Enforcer.

Kamen Rider Enforcer wasn't having much luck. Sure he had super-human strength and possibly speed yet that wasn't enough against someone like his opponent Ziva. He realized real quickly that experienced opponents might be able to out last him. He had taken several hits from everything she could give him punches, kicks even the occasional neck break. Okay those he managed to avoid any further but he knew she meant business. If he didn't think of something and fast he was toast. He attempted to freeze her with Deep Freeze but she leaps over the attack and kicked him in the face taking him down yet again.

"You're gonna need a new attack than that" she warned him as she went onto the attack.

She attempted to grab his taser gun but he pulls away managing to actually land a kick to her sending her backwards. It was a lucky blow but he was determined not to let her get his weapon. He knew her game if she got it, she'd use it on him. Just as he was about to think on his next move Hotaru's ribbons came out striking an unprepared NCIS Ziva across her back as if they were whips. Ziva was taken by surprise as she tried to turn only to find her own arms and legs were now caught by the ribbons. Seeing this Kamen Rider Enforcer raised his tazer gun aiming it at NCIS Ziva "Surrender! It's over!"

NCIS Ziva tried to sound as if she were on of Cipher's admins as she spoke "Just wait till my Shadow Pokemon deals with you two."

"You mean that Shadow Pokemon?" Hotaru quizzed her "The one I just beat and purified?"

Hearing this NCIS Ziva now knew where Hotaru was getting at as she raised her hands in surrender as Hotaru wasn't letting go despite being paralyzed. This allowed Kamen Rider Enforcer to make an arrest "Miss, you are under arrest for holding multiple people hostage."

With that said the trio leave the building meeting Ashley, the freed hostages and Hotaru's Zeraora whom was just coming around shaking her head "Ah, the mistress got me good that time. No wonder she likes Sylveon she's really good at it."

Windchaser and Wheeljack were still going at it although Wheeljack was the better fighter of the two having beaten her down. Once out of the building NCIS Ziva calls to him "Good job Wheeljack at least you kept her busy."

"Right when I was about to do something fancy" the Autobot said stopping his attack.

With that the simulation was paused. Agent Gibbs with Director Vance at his side and the rest of his NCIS agents walked forward. Gibbs noticed the training was a success and could tell Team Hotarumon 14 did well.

"Good work" Gibbs told them "Kamen Rider Enforcer you will need more physical training. I mean I know my Ziva is quite a challenge so we'll work on that on the weakened. Miss. Hatsumi, you are very impressive."

"Indeed" Director Vance said "Using your team to your best advantage. I wish you all luck in getting better and will make a suggestion on continuing to let Gibbs give you some battle tips. Next time though Miss. Hatsumi your Ziva will be on your side."

Hotaru's Zeroara raised a tiny hand "Agian mistress is good at Sylveon."

"I maybe good but you taught me why physical attacks hurt so much" Hotaru told her pet "I gotta get better in making sure to avoid those."

"One area that can do better is getting a better grip with your ribbons mistress" Hotaru's Ziva said.

Hotaru nodded her head thoughtfully as the group exit.

In a distant land of Remnant a male figure appeared inspecting his forces. His forces all appeared to be mostly human but had animal traits mostly one of them. Some could have ears, some had tails, some like this figure had horns on his head. He was previewing the latest scheme from his bosses. He was to make an attack this evening. Suddenly the ground gave way and a female member of his group is coiled her painful cries echo till she could no longer breathe dying. Then she is consumed head first by a demonic creature. The man normally would've flipped out but he didn't as he watched the figure consume the girl. Once she was eaten the demonic figure turned as she addressed him "Remember me Adam?"

The figure grimanced as he addressed her "Uh, yes...Queen Venomica! I thought you were in prisoned!"

"I wasss" she admitted "But not any more...Lassst I ccchecccked we made a paccct."
"We did"

"It'sss time you honor it" she told him.

Adam looked puzzled on what she wanted but only for a moment as

Yep! If you haven't guessed it from the end of this episode then you know the direction this is getting towards... For the sole reason that I plan to do a Hotarumon 14 movie fanfic that would cover the RWBY characters engaging/meeting Hotaru Hatsumi and her friends. That will most likely be after this season...Yep I've decided it's a season will end. I can't put the crossover in this fanfic yet because I have to do a crossover with one other hero which'll lead up the the season finalle afterward. Plus I'll need to figure out which volume of RWBY I'll take. Anyway next chapter is Episode 41: Team Hotarumon 14 Hotaru and her teammates must come together to face off against a Shadow Pokemon, a wierd creature they never encountered before and Windchaser's decepticon rival. Can the team succeed?
