Okay, here's the next chapter of the story. Number 25 to be exact (I think)

Yeah it is a shorter chapter, I'm doing that for the moment to work on a more relaxed rhythm of mine.

Level 4

*Click-clack!*

In the midst of this riot, Naruto was seen unlocking one last cell door that he happened to come across. Having just found these people, he knew that he had to get them out.

'You sure about this?'

'I am.'

'Well, it's your decision. But they've proven themselves. So good you got them out.'

Naruto proceeded to open the door and walked right into the dark room where it looked like nobody was in it, with most of the room being presumably empty.

Yet that was an illusion, as in the darkness sat two men. Both in different clothing like the Raiders - but they wore green vests; and had attire that of the Shinobi continent.

And the Uzumaki crest patch on their backs.

"As you both can hear, a riot has broken out. Meaning we're getting the hell out."

*Click-clack!*

Naruto unlocked both cuffs these two men were connected to, allowing for their arms and legs to be freed.

"You can comment on that later when we're out of here." Naruto told them as he stood up. "Right now we're on level 4, and we have to get up and steal a ship - or else we're all goners."

….

"Everyone else in the world believe you were dead, Naruto."

"I might as well should've been." Naruto bluntly said as he responded to that question. "Had many close encounters with death itself. Yet here I am - still standing and fighting."

…

"You're planning to go for Marineford, aren't you?" The second voice, that of the fatter one asked. "We heard your speech to your men - that Ace is going to be executed, yes?"

"Yes."

"So you're planning to go there even when all the big powers will be there?" The slimmer one asked out. "Most normal people would think twice of doing that and just leave."

"Yeah, normal people - but not me." Naruto responded to them. "I ain't turning back on a brother-in-arms…you know that."

The two figures stood up, with the slimmer one in the shadows, stepping forwards on his sandals that he still wore, commenting:

"Troublesome…as always."

Meanwhile

"Push them back!"

The guards started disintegrating as their line fell apart by the numerous new inmates who were freed by Ivankov's people, as they were going through their lines like hordes that couldn't be stopped.

"No, please no-"

*SLASH!*

The guard was slashed across his chest by an prisoner who stole a pitchfork and used it against his tormentors.

"Let's get wild!" The prisoner shouted to his friends. "Hunt them down!"

"YEAH!" One of the groups of inmates were seen joining the hunting down of retreating guards.

"DIE!"

Then coming out of nowhere multiple big animals with blue fur holding axes appeared and attacked the prisoners.

*SLASH!*

*SLASH!*

*SLASH!*

"AHHHHHH!"

Many of the pirates were sent off with cuts and torn clothing, sliced without even the slightest amount of mercy as their bodies dropped to the floor in front of those who witnessed it.

"Damn it, the Blugori are here!"

The Blugori were the big blue-furred mask wearing guards of Level 2. With their unexpected speed and ruthlessness, they had an understandable reputation of being feared by the inmates.

"Blugori!" One small Saldeath, an chief officer of Impel Down commanded them with the usage of his flute. "Take those rebelling scum down!"

The music alone seems to be influencing the Blugori as they went to sprint towards the inmates with no hesitation.

"We're doomed!" One of the inmates screamed. "No way we can come across these monsters-"

"Out of my way!"

The inmate got pushed aside by two guys cladded in brown khaki uniforms, with one of them seen carrying a bazooka that he had aimed for the Blugori.

"I'm getting out of this shithole. No goddamn oversized monkey is going to hold me back." The bazooka man growled before asking. "Ready?"

"Loaded!" The loader responded. "Fire at will!"

One Blugori jumped right in front of the two men, close enough to use its double-sided axe against them.

"Look out!"

"Good riddance!"

*BOOM!*

The bazooka shell hit the Blugori and the explosion alone knocked the giant gorilla to its back. With the bazooka duo having not even flinched a muscle.

"Haha!" The man wielding the bazooka grinned. "Still got it!"

Saldeath was stunned for a moment before his anger boiled down to ordering. "Take those Raiders! They're the ones in the brown uniforms!"

Multiple Blugori jumped upwards and targeted several members of the Raiders, including the bazooka team.

"Load in another one!"

"HELL WINK!"

A surge of power imploded right in front of the Bazooka man, allowing him to see the Blugori getting sent off into the walls or ground, taking them out the moment they landed on their backs.

The two men turned around to see it was that weird looking person named Ivankov, who's head was still larger than it should be.

"You Raiders sure show no fear." Ivankov smiled at them. "I can see the fact you didn't even flinch when those oversized gorillas were about to slice you. You just keep on moving and we'll cover you! HEEHAAW!"

The Raider nodded. "Right!"

Ivankov then turned his head around. "Straw Boy!"

*PUNCH!*

Luffy just finished KO'ing another guard who tried to attack him, still holding him with his hands as the man's eyes were blank white.

"Huh?"

"Let us deal with these small fry, and join Naruto's people." Ivankov told him. "They'll help you go upstairs."

"Right!" Luffy agreed as he started running forwards. "Let's go!"

"Incoming!"

Luffy was running as he heard that and happened to look to his right to see some of Naruto's guys firing bazookas at the Blugori, all at the same time, in the dozen.

*BOOM!*

The path in front of them was covered in black smoke as Ivankov's people were moving up first in front of Luffy, while Gin and his men were providing cover for Luffy.

"Hey! Hey!" Gin shouted upon spotting something. "Stand back! I see something!"

"What-"

*SMACK!*

A metal bat smacked the advancing Okama across the face with unprecedented brutal force, putting a halt to the escaping inmates once they recognized the three creatures that blocked the path.

"The demon guards!"

A oversized Koala, Zebra and rhino were standing there over the bodies of defeated prisoners who were given no mercy.

"Damn it! We're outmatched!"

The guards were happy to see their backup arrive, but not as happy like the dominatrix chief named Sadi. Who in her pink revealing outfit and pitchfork was seen appearing out from behind one of her Demon Guards.

"This is the end of the road…Hmmm!" She said in a lustful way. "So bow down, kiss my feet and take your punishment!"

The Demon Guards smashed a couple of more inmates in their ways, killing scores of them who were unable to escape their sights - forcing the Raiders to then put a halt.

"Stand back! Stand back!"

Meanwhile

Impel Down Docks

"Defensive positions!"

Gunfire and burning ships is what was now the current situation that had developed in the docks of Impel Down, as only a few Warships had managed to set out sail-

*BOOM!*

Others did not, as another warship that exploded right next to another one, where some Marines were trying to make a stand against the unknown enemies that had managed to pin them down, with gunfire and smoke being present across the deck.

"We're blind, sir!" One of the marines said firing his rifle. "Orders!"

The captain was on deck with his men, holding a sword and a pistol, he tried to restore any form of order in the midst of the chaotic field, as he had no visible sight around him and he lost contact with other ship captains.

"Order a fire mission to the Rear Admiral - tell them to fire the cannons!"

"What?! On our position?" The marine was dumbfounded. "We'll be killed!"

A grenade happened to land in front of the dazed captain.

"Nobody-" The captain coughed for a moment. "Nobody will escape Impel Down-"

*BOOM!*

The explosion rocked the wooden deck and took out the captain by sending him backwards - severely wounding the officer as he laid there with his body twitching. Still conscious as he started to hear the screams of his men.

"We're being boarded!"

"Which sides?!"

"All of them!"

"There!"

"I'm hit!"

The captain was seen leaking blood from the side of his mouth but also felt his back drenching wet and he knew it wasn't the seawater that splattered over, he knew he was a goner.

More shots were being fired as it sounded like the ship was being overwhelmed with his men taking casualties at an unsettling fast pace.

*Crack!* *Crack!* *Crack!*

The sound of cracking wood happened to alert the dying captain's, who looked upwards and saw a man with a gas mask - dressed in a brown khaki uniform and a bolt action rifle he was holding.

They looked briefly at each other before then the captain's eyes closed down - permanently, with the last thing he heard was:

"Sergeant! We've captured a ship!"

Level 4

"Agh!"

Several bodies of Ivankov's people were horribly defeated by the Demon Guards, as they were some of the strongest of the group - even they were no match against these monsters. As they were getting hunted down like easy prey.

"They're strong! Help!" Some of them shouted while getting pummeled to death. "Please!"

Several meters away from the onslaught, Crocodile was watching this and had was not impressed by this as he happened to stand in front of a group of Raiders.

"Just pathetic."

"So much for the Newkama Six Forces…" One of the Raiders commented as he was not impressed. "What were they thinking attacking monsters like that? They're getting slaughtered."

"PLEASE!" One of the fleeing inmates tried to run away. "Spare me-AGH!"

The dominatrix Sadi only was delighted as she then said. "More… More! Its like music to my ears!"

The three Demon Guards now were running for the next group, as by now Luffy grew impatient and started running for them.

"Out of my way!" Luffy shouted as he prepared his arms for the "GUM-GUM-"

But then three figures landed in front of the group, standing in between Luffy and the charging Demon Guards, the one in the middle was Naruto who sprinted forwards.

"Let me handle this, Straw Hat!" Naruto shouted. "You two! Handle those two beasts!"

The two followed, making it now that three humans were charging for the three oversized animal monster guards.

"Pummel them to the ground!" Sadi shouted in passion. "Make them scream!"

Going for the Zebra, the chubby fat looking guy wasted no time as he began to tighten his fist - while the Zebra spotted him and swung his bat at the human-

"Demon Guards! Finish them!"

*GRAB!*

Caught off guard, the Zebra then was facing a sudden grown man close to his size that grabbed the animal's bat and was putting it to a standstill.

"Get…out…of…my…WAY!"

The sheer present of the sudden giant alone got some people to react.

"We got a giant among us?"

"Hey! I remember him, he's from Konoha."

"Wait! Look!" someone pointed out. "The Rhino!"

Unable to move, the double-wielding Rhino was struggling as it could only whimper as it looked downwards to his own shadow, realizing it was connected to the normal human who was in a stance.

"Shadow Possession Jutsu…complete…"

*CLASH!*

The sound came from the middle, and once all eyes had focused there, someone shouted.

"Its Naruto!"

Standing there with both his blades out, both his Katana and Tantō, Naruto had blocked the yellow Koala's brace-knuckles with minimal effort, as the koala was seen struggling.

"T-The Shinobi and the Captain are holding them back!" One inmate said out loud. "They're Demon Guards are struggling!"

"Hmm, Shinobi?" Luffy turned to Jimbei. "Wait, so those two guys? That means they're hella strong, right?"

"Correct." Jimbei confirmed as he told about them. "They come from the same village Naruto is from and are strong, do not underestimate them."

…

As the focus laid back again on the three Demon Guards, the guards were seen being astonished, as they couldn't believe that the strong Demon Guards were actually having a difficult time.

"What are you fools doing?!" Sadi demanded. "Smash their brains in so I can hear them scream!"

The order was heard by the Zebra who growled and tried to gain the upper hand over the grown opponent, only moving him inches back.

"You…look tasty."

The Zebra looked bleak hearing that.

"I haven't had a good meal for a long time!" The brown haired young man said as he looked all the more angry. "Now prepare to be smashed!"

"Huh?!"

"Expansion Jutsu:" SUPER SLAP!"

*PUNCH!*

Then like nothing, the Zebra guard got to send off with a caved-in chest into the wall that it crashed into. Causing the guards to shout in agony after seeing that.

The Zebra was knocked out of conscious, with one blow it was taken out - a powerful one.

"Nice hit, Chōji!"

The large man with the hands covered in blue fires, was indeed the one and only Chōji Akamichi. Having just defeated the ruthless animal with an empty stomach he didn't deny he was fighting on.

"I'd pulverize you now if I had the chance - like barbecue."

The concentration happened to then turn to the pineapple-haired kneeling man, who had the Rhino still in his grasp.

"Human Shadow Manipulation Jutsu!"

A pair of human-like figures appeared from the shadows and kicked the Rhino where it hurt, right before it started coiling around the monster and encircling it like a tornado and raising it up from the ground to surround it and-

*SNAP!*

A loud snap was heard that caught both sides of the bridge off guard, nearly making some empty their stomachs as then:

*BANG!*

The Rhino guard fell flat on his back to the bridge, with the sound of his bone snapping might've been his spine that just broke, with the limbs of his body seen twitching. It was given a horrible experience by the Nara.

Shikamaru Nara to be exact. Who looked like he couldn't be bothered of having just paralyzed one of these monsters without a second thought.

"Troublesome…as usual." Shikamaru wheezed before turning. "Naruto!"

*CLANG!*

The Koala guard had his hands forced over his head by Naruto, who now had an opening he made, and he took it-

*SLASH!*

*SLASH!*

The yellow fur slashed off the animal was mixed with droplets of blood as the cuts went down deep and took out the last Demon Guard before he also dropped to the ground.

"EEEEEEH!" The guards' eyes nearly popped out in shock. "THEY BEAT THE DEMON GUARDS!"

Sadi screams. "AAAAAAAAH!"

…

The defeat by the three Leaf natives, got them to have a small moment of victory that Chōji found small-time to celebrate.

"We still got it. Even in this place." The Akamichi shrunk as he rubbed his good arm with an suggestion. "Maybe we can take one of those demons and feast ourselves with them?..."

"Really? Now?" Shikamaru looked at his friend with an annoyed look. "Troublesome…You haven't been out for ten minutes and you're already thinking about food?"

"Hey, I haven't had a decent meal in this place in a long time." Chōji argued as he turned to Naruto. "What do you say?"

"At the moment, we got bigger problems at the moment like getting out of here." Naruto reminded them, but added nonchalant. "... Plus, I'd rather eat something else but these bastards, so I'll have to say you need to wait."

"Ah man."

…

If morale was low for even a moment, then it certainly had gotten a surge as now the inmates were cheering at the defeat of the devil tormentors.

"Good job!"

"Yeah! Sit down, you bastards!"

"That's what you get messing the 9th Raiders!"

Luffy watched with amazement on the way those giant animals were beaten, but also for some reason, really disturbed to an extent.

"Wow… They can fight."

"It's that they don't mess around." Crocodile was speaking, having landed next to both the Fishman and the rubber man with his cigar in the mouth. "These Shinobi are real killers, they'd slit your throat and eat lunch without even blinking an eye."

Naruto was seen sheeting his blades back as he walked past the body of the yellow koala, joining the other two fighters.

Those two, Jimbei noticed and started to recognize them, as he remembered them before in the war.

But before he could say something, he saw and warned.

"Naruto, behind you!"

*WHIP!*

All three men happened to take distance before the whip could hit them, and nearly Naruto who now was, unfortunate, the dominatrix Sadi herself.

"You will...hmmmm, Pay!" Sadi confronted Naruto as she readied her whip. "For taking out my minions, I will make you scream! I will make you feel pain! Hmmmm! I will make you say my name!"

She again tried to whip again at Naruto-

*GRAB!*

Now having caught the sadist woman's whip, Naruto was now directly fighting Sadi.

…

"No."

"Huh?"

"Just…no." Naruto responded without holding back. "I've got no time to stick around, and I am done here." He tighten his grip. "So move it, woman, or I'll make you!"

"Call my by my name!" Sadi demanded as she held her end of the whip. "Its Mistress Sadi-AHHH!"

And before she could even finish her sentence, Sadi lost her standing and suddenly found herself screaming. Being lingered around the air by Naruto who held a strong grip on her whip, and was basically toying around with the chief guard, much to everyone's surprise.

"H-He's got Sadi by the whip!"

Screaming and trying to hold onto her custom-made whip, Sadi the dominatrix was at Naruto's mercy who now had enough of her and-

*SMASH!*

Sadi got smashed up against the other chief guard, the small flute-using Saldeath, who had no chance to step aside as he got the full headbutt against that of the pain mistress.

Knocking both head guards of Impel Down in one blow. Naruto had just defeated them and the results were universally shocking on both sides.

"The chief guards are down!"

"Oh no! We're doomed!"

"Let's go!" One of the Raiders shouted. "To level 3!"

The first line of prisoners broke through the last groups of guards who were now overwhelmed or cut off, making the path for the door that lead to level 3 open.

It then happened to be that the door opened up, forcing some of the escape force, mainly those Raiders and Okama to then stop and wonder what was going on.

"Why is it opening up?" One asked. "We didn't even touch it!"

"This got to be a trap!" One of the Raiders stopped. "Stand back!"

"Who cares! It's our luck!" One of the pirates just stomped in. "Let's go to level 3!"

The closer these guys got to the open door, they more they noticed the figure standing - with a spinning blade!

"This is the great fort of hell! No one shall pass!"

A powerful surge of wind send many of those attempting criminals back like a tornado send them into the ground without a warning, landing right behind Naruto, Luffy, Ivankov and their people, who held their ground to see who they had to face off now.

It was a man standing 10 meters tall with a double-edged naginata blade, with a pot-bellied body, he resembled a cross between a devil and an Egyptian pharaoh - it was Vice-Warden Hannyabal.

Glaring down at the escaping inmates, the vice-warden had himself more focused on the individual standing there, who he addressed.

"Straw Hat….

*CLANK!*

The gates of the elevator opened as guards waited outside for it to fully open, moving aside to allow the new reinforcements to pass through, these men were happy to be now having the presence of their top commander.

"Thank goodness you've arrived, warden!" One of the guards saluted. "We're all that left."

Magellan got out first and noticed the few that stood here. "Is this all that's left?"

"Yes, sir. The escaping inmates have released all the inmates across level 3. Even the members of the Damned Raiders are released."

Hearing that, didn't surprise the warden. "Of course they would." He turned to his Marine back up. "Vice Admiral."

Momousagi's men were seen running out with guns ready as Gion walked out with determination.

"Let's go."

PANG! PANG! PANG! PANG!

A dozen shots were heard as they came from the door, forcing the prisoners to duck for cover or avoid the shots. With the result being that many of those who weren't able to dodge them having been caught in the line of fire.

"Look!"

Instead, they weren't shot with lead, but instead nets. The ones that the guards used to capture prisoners as these were trapped like animals getting caught.

"Damn it, get them out!" One of the Raiders ran up to the net with a knife and dragged him out of there. "Help out, bring them out of the firing line!"

"Behold!"

Hannyabal's yelling caused those within ear-range to then turn around and see where he was pointing at. It was a staircase filled with men armed to the teeth, all seen standing ready, loaded and unnerved by the situation.

"We've got a thousand troops armed with a thousand cage-shot bazookas lined up all the way to Level 3!" Hannyabal announced their presence. "You won't get pass me, criminal scum!"

Luffy was growling in anger alongside the clearly frustrated Inazuma. But that ended when they saw that Naruto walked past them, and had his Tantō blade out, and that only.

"Uzumaki Naruto… The Cunning Fox." Hannyabal spoke with contempt before he took his battle stance and exclaimed. "In order to guarantee the safety of all innocent citizens, you alongside Straw Hat must be eradicated! I hereby sentence you to death on behalf of the Warden!"

The declaration only seemed to make a frown grow on Naruto's lips as he readied his blade.

"I'm sorry, Domino. But I have to yet again fight your comrades."

Domino, who stood alongside the other Raiders, was seen holding a rifle with sweat dropping from her face.

"He's a good man - one who does not shy away from duty."

Seeing the reports were true, Hannyabal saw one of the guards, Domino of all people, having really defected to the escaping mob. But not just the pirates, but the men of the Elemental Wars that he knew she fought alongside with prior to here.

He wanted to comment on her betrayal. Yet he felt like he couldn't even speak a word about it - conflicted was the word, and in all honesty he'd lay the blame on the man he was facing off.

"You and your band of fighters, the 9th Damned Raiders. Who are revered as heroes for your actions in the Elemental War around the world!" Hannyabal shouted with his blade aimed at the Uzumaki. "And look at you now, on the run and avoiding justice."

Naruto shook his head at that assessment.

"But I do not care for that, as my role of Vice-Warden now calls for your end." He raised naginata up. "Die!"

The 'Bloodsucker' was about to hit Naruto straight over the head to try and split him in half-

*CLANK!*

The blades clashed, as it was expected from both swordsmen - but that didn't help when Hannyabal was seen shocked at what just occurred.

"W-What!?"

His Naginata blade was stopped by Naruto - who just had his Tantō blocking the larger blade, much to the shock of everyone else who saw this defying of any logic.

But the look on Naruto's face was that of a suspicious frown, like he wasn't even investing his energy into the fight.

"Move it." Naruto warned him. "Move aside, now that I give you the chance."

"Who are you to order me, criminal!" Hannyabal scoffed at him. "I will not let you PASS!"

Naruto shook his head and responded. "Then so be it."

*CLINK!*

The blades disconnected as Naruto forces the Naginata blade away with force - and then disappearing in a swift from his spot.

"What the-"

Hannyabal's words died the moment Naruto re-appeared in front of him with a look in his eyes - one different from his blue eyes.

Red, like an animal with bloodlust, as his Tantō was ready-

"OUT OF THE WAY!"

Running down the way, Magellan and Gion were hurrying up with their men. Who were informing them while on their way about the current state.

"Where are the ringleaders?" Magellan asked while running alongside them as they ran past the bodies. "And how many men do we have on this level?"

"They're hold up in front of the staircase to Level 3, sir!" One of the few officers left briefed. "But we have to hurry, Vice-Warden Hannyabal is holding them back, but not for long!"

*BOOM!*

An explosion stopped and even got some of the moving guards and marines off guard, as it got Magellan and Gion to stand down - before the Vice-Admiral then noticed what it was.

The bridge had been partly destroyed as a large gap was left in the middle, making it impossible for anyone to jump over it.

"They're setting up traps to stall us." Gion figured it out. "Must be Raiders' work."

*JUMP!*

Jumping over was Magellan, reaching the other end of the gap and then turning around to see that Momousagi had also jumped afterwards and proceeded to run towards the other side.

"Let's go." Magellan said. "The men need to catch up another way."

"Right."

*Drip* *Drip* *Drip*

The sound of something dripping to the ground was a hollow one. It was the sound of blood descending into the ground, from mainly two sources:

From one, was Naruto's Tantō blade that was slightly covered in the red liquid as it was releasing small amount of droplets down to the floor, with Naruto seen partly exhausted as he was staring down at his opponent.

The other source of the sound of blood came directly from the bleeding person himself. Hannyabal who was seen covered with his own blood from his arms to limbs to even his stomach, as a disturbing amount of his was seen in small puddles surrounding him as the Vice-Warden of Impel Down was seen breathing and seething while refusing to cede.

"V-Vice Warden!"

"Damn is he nuts? The captain is about to kill him."

The way he got cut up, slashed, attacked and even thrown around like a toy by Naruto was still not enough for the guard to stop and stand aside, as he stood up and yet again faced off against him, with his naginata blade on fire.

"Ugh….Ugh…"

Seeing him breath barely, Naruto just stood there as he watched the man bleeding from the wounds he inflicted on him, knowing the Vice-Warden was close to exhaustion.

*Click!* *Click!* *Click!* *Click!*

The sounds of numerous clicks heard from the entrance as the presence of the over thousand riflemen of guards were seen aiming for Naruto who just stared at them with no worry in his eyes.

Fear is what Naruto read, as they had just witnessed their second-in-command being sliced and beaten up to near-death that caused them to hesitate the thought of even uttering the command of fire.

'They're scared, kid.'

'That I can see.'

'You still have to get through, though. So I suggest-'

"HALT IT!"

The demand came right from Hannyabal himself, who was still down on the ground on his knees, but his hand had reached out to even grasp Naruto's boot - with his bloodied hands imprinting the sides of it with the still fresh wounds.

"You….You won't get pass me!" Hannyabal shouted in defiance. "I AM NOT DONE WITH YOU!"

"You are, Hannyabal. You know you are."

"LIKE HELL I AM!" The pharaoh clothed man stood up in pain and began spinning his weapon above him. "I WILL NOT ALLOW CRIMINAL SCUM LIKE YOU TO ROAM FREE ON THE EARTH!"

*SWIFT!*

…

CRACK!

*BOOM!*

A cloud of dust erupted at the location where Naruto and Hannyabal were standing, causing confusion and fear among the spectators.

"CAPTAIN!" Naruto's Raiders and the Okama shouted.

"VICE-WARDEN!" The guards and the defeated Sadi and Saldeath shouted.

Jimbei, Crocodile, Ivankov and even Crocodile however, didn't have concerned looks on their faces, neither did the Shinobi.

Luffy however was concerned, as he watched this all unfolds, he wondered what happened-

*GASP!*

Appearing out from the dust was Hannyabal with both his arms extended out as his head was staring at the sky ceiling with his mouth open.

"Damn…you."

Then the Vice-Warden's last movement was him falling to his back and land on the hard-stone floor.

*BANG!*

Taken out and with the dust cleared, the Vice-Warden Hannyabal now laid defeated by the hands of Naruto Uzumaki.

"THE VICE WARDEN IS DOWN!" One guard shouted. "COMMENCE OPEN-"
