Makoto's Best Friend and Older Sister. Aoi is an Energetic, Passionate, and Determined Girl who dreams to be a Rockstar. Aoi craves freedom to the point of wanting to violate any strict rules. Despite her Rebellious demeanor, Aoi is Kind-hearted and has a soft spot for her loved ones. Aoi's Pretty Cure form is Cure Gelato.

Makoto Kenzaki (剣崎真琴)
Aoi's Best Friend and Younger Sister. Makoto is shown to be Serious, Cold, and Aloof outwardly. Deep within, Makoto is a Sweet, Calm, and Well-behaved girl who yearns friendship. Makoto loves Idols and Singing. She has a great sense of Justice and she puts other's sake first before hers. Makoto's Pretty Cure form is Cure Sword.

Love Momozono (桃園ラブ)
A Spirited, Cheery, and Emotional Girl, Love has a passion for Dancing. She is a Slacker when it comes to studies, and can also be Impulsive and Reckless. Despite this, Love does everything to protect her loved ones no matter what happened. Love's Pretty Cure form is Cure Peach.

Saki Hyuuga (日向咲)
Saki is an Energetic and Strong-willed Girl with a great love for sports. Saki also likes to Cook Pastries. She becomes Lazy with the topics she isn't keen to. Saki may be Short-tempered and Impatient, but she is actually Kind and Helpful of others. Saki's Pretty Cure form is Cure Bloom.

Nao Midorikawa (緑川なお)
An older-sister type, Nao acts like one towards her loved ones. She is Kind and Gentle, yet Tough and Competitive who doesn't have tolerance of wrongdoings. Nao loves to compete in sports. Nao is Courageous most of the time, yet she has fear of insects. Nao's Pretty Cure form is Cure March.

Rin Natsuki (夏木りん)
Rin is a Down-to-Earth Girl who loves Designing Accessories. Though usually Calm, Rin is actually Passionate, Competitive, and Hot-Headed who tends to clash with someone, but she means no harm and she knows it's for their sake. Rin's Pretty Cure form is Cure Rouge.

Elena Amamiya (天宮えれな)
Elena is a Responsible, Diligent, and Bright Girl who loves Sports and has a radiant smile. She isn't confident about her ethnicity due to her skin color but she learns to accept her true self. Elena is Kind and Helpful who wants to bring peace all over the world. Elena's Pretty Cure form is Cure Soleil.

Dabyi (ダビィ)
Independent and Wise beyond her years, Dabyi is a cat-like fairy who tends to act as an older sibling towards her friends. When it involves about her loved ones, Dabyi loses her usual Serious and Cool demeanor, and can act Worrisome and Agitated. Her Human Partner is Makoto (and also Aoi).

Flappy (フラッピ)
Flappy is a Responsible, Firm, and Serious Fairy who isn't afraid to speak his mind. He is also ready to hold any responsibilities given to him. He is Determined and Protective towards his loved ones no matter what it takes. Flappy shows his Shy side when it comes to the things he likes. His Human Partner is Saki.

Moop (ムープ)
Moop is a Mischievous and Playful Fairy who likes making fun with his friends, yet he has a Good-heart who is ready to defend everyone. Despite his usual Cheeky Behavior, Moop is somewhat Bashful whenever someone mentions his favorite things. His Human Partner is Saki, and his best friend is Flappy.

Prunce (プルンス)
Prunce is a Skeptical and Cautious Alien who only starts to warm up when he spends time with someone or something that he isn't familiar with. He also tends to Exaggerate over minor things. Despite his unusual upbringing, Prunce is Caring and Reliable to someone he cares about.

Tarte (タルト)
Tarte is a ferret-like fairy who tends to react easily in some situations. He is also Sarcastic and claimed that he knows everything to the point where he annoys someone. Despite this, Tarte shows his Kind and Friendly Side to his friends.

Momona Aise (愛瀬ももな)
(Appearance: She is a girl with medium length pink hair and reddish pink eyes.)

Momona is an International Singer who just recently arrived from Italy, but is fully Japanese. She is Introverted, Shy, and Sweet, yet she is confident with her singing. Despite her Sweet nature, Momona can't stand wrongdoings and can be Violent when provoked. Momona is very kind towards her friends.

Mary (メアリー)
(Appearance: She looks like Bonbonribbon from Sanrio)

The Fairy Partner of Momona. Mary is a Sweet and Caring Fairy who likes Nature. Unlike Momona, Mary is Extroverted and Cheerfulwho enjoys entertaining people. Mary is Selfless to the point of wanting to risk her own life for others. She ends her sentence with ~riri.

Kousuke Aoba (青羽こうすけ)
(Appearance: He is a boy with cyan hair with a single ahoge and has bright blue eyes)

An International Singer who recently came from Italy despite being fully Japanese. A Passionate and Enthusiastic Boy, Kousuke is eager to try something new, even if he isn't good at it. He also has a Short-attention span. Kousuke may be Sassy and Childish, but he really has a soft spot for someone he cares about.

Angelo (アンジェロ)
(Appearance: He looks like Cinnamoroll from Sanrio)

The Fairy Partner of Kousuke. Angelo is an Energetic and Excitable Fairy with a passion for making sweets. He is Selfish and slightly Spoiled, but has a Good Heart deep within. Angelo can be Reckless sometimes which made himself getting hurt. She ends her sentence with ~lolo.

Komugi Inukai (犬飼こむぎ)
Tsubasa's Best Friend and an avid fan of Aoi and Makoto's Idol Group. Komugi is a Kind, Curious and Energetic Girl who loves to play Sports and Walk on long Distance. Despite her Gluttonous attitude, Komugi is Selfless and Caring towards her friends. She will be Cure Wonderful and the best friend of Aoi and Makoto later in the series.

Tsubasa Yuunagi (夕凪ツバサ)
Komugi's Best Friend and an avid fan of Aoi and Makoto's Idol Group. Tsubasa is a Boy with a desire to become a Pilot, so he studies Aerodynamics. He is Studious, Bright, and Hardworking. Tsubasa is also Thoughtful and has a soft spot for his friends to the point of wanting to sacrifice himself for them. He will be Cure Wing and the best friend of Aoi and Makoto later in the series.

Laura Lamer (ローラ・ラメール)
Laura is a Strong-willed, Sassy, and Hot-Blooded Girl who aspires to be an Idol Singer. Laura may be Ambitious and slightly Selfish, but she has a Heart of Gold. Laura is actually a Kind and Better Friend who put someone else's needs first before her own. She will be Cure Lamer later in the series.
