Ciel Kirahoshi (キラ星シエル)
The best friend and Adoptive Younger Sister of Nozomi. The Lively, Sweet, and Hardworking Girl, Ciel is a Professional Patisserie who learned to be one abroad. Though she can be a perfectionist and struggle to admit that she's wrong, Ciel is overall Caring and Considerate towards her loved ones. Ciel's Pretty Cure form is Cure Parfait.

Nozomi Yumehara (夢原のぞみ)
The best friend and Adoptive Older Sister of Ciel. Nozomi is the Optimistic and Cheerful Girl who never has specific talent on her own, but she wants to teach others. However, despite being somewhat Childish and Irresponsible, Nozomi has a Great sense of Justice and she is ready to defend her friends at all cost. Nozomi's Pretty Cure form is Cure Dream.

Honoka Yukishiro (雪城ほのか)
Honoka is a Gentle and Understanding girl with a great interest in chemistry. She always put others first before herself. Despite her Calmness, Honoka can be Violent when provoked. Still, her Kind and Selfless later is what makes her a great friend to others. Honoka's Pretty Cure form is Cure White.

Madoka Kaguya (香久矢まどか)
As a perfectionist, Madoka must be good at everything. She excels in Academics and Archery. Madoka is a Cool, Ladylike, and Intelligent girl who can't make her own decisions, but she soon becomes Independent, thanks to her friends. Madoka's Pretty Cure form is Cure Selene.

Hinata Hiramitsu (平光ひなた)
Hinata is a Girl who loves Cosmetics and Fashion. She is Outgoing and Friendly, yet Rash, Impatient, and Academically Challenged. Hinata tends to speak her mind. Despite not so Intelligent, Hinata is caring and supportive of her friends. Hinata's Pretty Cure form is Cure Sparkle.

Miyuki Hoshizora (星空みゆき)
Cheerful and Energetic with a Big Heart, Miyuki is an avid fan of Fairytales. Miyuki is Clumsy and slightly Naive to the point where she ends up hurting herself. Despite not being good academically, she is willing to help her friends in need. Miyuki's Pretty Cure form is Cure Happy.

Rikka Hishikawa (菱川六花)
Rikka is Quiet, Hardworking, and Intelligent. She is a girl who strives on her studies and dreams to be a doctor. Blunt and Honest, Rikka isn't afraid to tell others what she thinks. Yet, Rikka is concerned about her friend's sake and well-being. Rikka's Pretty Cure form is Cure Diamond.

Mascots

EnEn (エンエン)
EnEn is a Shy and Timid Fox-like fairy who always tend to get scared easily. He always feel the pressure of being told what to do, yet he can be Strong-willed and Determined when the time is right. Behind his faint-hearted demeanor, EnEn is Kind and Helpful towards his friends. His partners are Ciel and Nozomi.

Mipple (ミップル)
Demure and Well-behaved, Mipple is a Fairy with a Great Sense of Responsibility. Due to her Motherly nature, Mipple tends to advice her friends whenever they need it and would help them without a doubt. Mipple is a peacemaker among her friends. Her Human Partner is Honoka.

Nyatoran (ニャトラン)
Nyatoran is a free-spirited cat-like fairy who likes things that he thinks are cool, and he can be brutally honest. Depending on the situation, Nyatoran switches from being Giddy to Serious. Although being Impatient usually, Nyatoran shows any Shyness when given attention. His Human Partner is Hinata.

Raquel (ラケル)
Loyal, Reliable, and Diligent, Raquel is a dog-like fairy who always try his best to be a good friend to his loved ones. He tends to side with someone who is loyal to him despite having any second thoughts. Despite this shortcoming, Raquel is still Caring and Helpful regardless. His Human Partner is Rikka.

Kurumi Uchida (内田くるみ)
(Appearance: She is a girl with long blonde hair with fringed bangs, usually tied back in a ponytail with a green ribbon.)

Kurumi is a girl who is willing to provide needs of others. She is Sweet, Kind, and Enthusiastic, yet a bit of a Pacifist. Kurumi doesn't like violence, but she doesn't hesitate to fight for her friends when they're in a pinch. Kurumi has a passion for Cooking and Household Chores.

Mabel (メイベル)
(Appearance: She looks like Lovelin from Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live)

The fairy partner of Kurumi. Mabel is a Bright, Sweet, and Friendly fairy who likes making friends. Mabel is shown to be Confident, but is actually Meek, and she doesn't like violence like her partner does. She tends to ends her sentence with ~bel.

Hikaru Kanzaki (神咲光)
(Appearance: He is a boy with lavender hair in a normal male style, and has periwinkle eyes.)

A Boy with an ambition to become an Comedian, Hikaru is Calm, yet Dumb and somewhat Naive. He tends to make mistakes which causes a big trouble. Despite being easily frightened, Hikaru has a strong heart and is willing to defend someone who is important to him.

Sophia (ソフィア)
(Appearance: She looks like Kurun from Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live)

The fairy partner of Kurumi. Sophia is a Cool, Straightforward, and 'Rational Fairy who never gets react easily regardless of the situations. Although Timid like her partner, Sophia shows any Confidence and Bravery when her friends are in great trouble.

Amane Kasai (菓彩あまね)
One of Ciel's Chef Idols. Polite, Graceful, and Thoughtful, Amane has a passion for both Cooking and Karate. She is a Responsible girl who can balance between school and work. Once a Villain, Amane become more Kind and Loving, yet she can be Stubborn. She will be Cure Finale and the best friend of Ciel and Nozomi later in the series.

Asuka Takizawa (滝沢あすか)
Asuka is a Sporty Girl with a Soft Spot of Cute Things and Cooking. Despite her seemingly Unfriendly Attitude, Asuka is actually a Big-Sister type who loves her friends dearly. She is Passionate, Caring, and Reliable, yet she has a Short temper. She will be Cure Flamingo later in the series.
