Thomas Light begun making Robots. He successfully made the power cores working right. Not only he made 6 Robots,but made 2 robot children,Rock & Roll. The two begun getting along with them. That night,Wily snuck in & reprogrammed 6 robots for world domination. Rock catches him,but gets overpowered by the corrupt Guts Man & they escaped.
Light reveals that he & Wily were friends who wants to make the world a better place. Unfortunately,Wily grew jealous because Light's design was chosen over his. After Rock volunteers to go after them,Light has him enhanced into Mega Man.
He was sent to face Ice Man first. After defeating him,Mega Man takes his ability chip. He later battles with Fire Man and defeats him when he weakens him with Ice powers. He manage to take down Cut Man,Elec Man,& Bomb Man.
Light & Roll discovers Wily's location and Mega Man goes there where he was confronted by Guts Man. After Mega Man defeats him,Wily uses the Airship to attack him. Mega Man manages to damage his ship,causing it to crash. Wily survives & was under arrest.
As the people celebrate Mega Man's victory,The Bus dangles on the bridge. Mega Man rush towards the Bridge while the crowd cheers for him. Unbeknownst to him,He was being watched by a mysterious figure in shades.
