Balrog and Vega are being summoned by Bob Barbas,a demon who was working for Mundus. He conspires with them to have revenge on Ryu and the fighters who sides them as an exchange for reviving M Bison.
Ryu attended to see Ken Masters preparing to fight with Mike Haggard. After Ken has won the match,He and Ryu meets with Guile & his wife,Julia. Suddenly,A massive shockwave causes a power outage. The Power turns back on.
That Morning,The People fled from the demons. Ryu and Ken fought against them with aid of Dante,who took them to his hideout and explains Bob Barbas has been pulling everyone in each world.
Ryu and Ken begun looking for visitors until they ran into Frank West before being confronted by Zombies. Leon and Claire appeared and opened fire on them. More demons appeared and nearly captures them,but Morrigan Aensland intervened. She explains that she wasn't working with Mundus,revealing that she is a Darkstalker from the Demon World called Makai.
Their hideout was attacked by Barbas' demons,who has captured Ryu. They were about to take them as well until Megaman stops them. He manage to put a tracker on onto the Shadaloo truck so they might know where they have taken Ryu. They are joined by Mike Haggar,who revealed that he lost his wife and had to get back at her killer.
At Barbas' lair,He has revived Bison and planned to execute Ryu. Ken and the other infiltrates Barbas' lair where they fought off the demons and freed Ryu. Dante battles Barbas while Ryu fights with Bison. After he defeats him,Ryu teams up with Dante,killing Barbas. Bison,Balrog,and Vega fled.
Ryu and Ken thanked the heroes and returned to their homes. Ryu and Ken enters the gym where they sparred.
Mid-Credits: Balrog and Vega shows Bison what they were working on since after his apparent demise. Shadaloo has use the part of his ashes to create a clone. Inside the capsule is blonde woman(Cammy)
Post-Credits: Jedah Dohma felt Barbas' demise and notice Morrigan and said "This should be interesting".
