Chapters 2 Becoming A Mom
Autobot Base Omega 1
Everybody back at the base was worried when Arcee radioed in cold blue, but was relieved when she said she was fine but needed some help. Cliffjumper was the only one that was available,so he went. From the time that Acree radioed in to the time she came back,the autobots were concerned.
Elite was busy at the time then grew really concerned when she found about the situation,she was pacing back and forth,waiting for their return.

She can handle herself Elite,Moon said.
I know Moon,it's just I worry,I know Arcee can handle herself,Elite said.
It wasn't a serious code blue and she said she wasn't injured,Moon said.

Everybody gathered in the room,Bulkhead,Bumblebee,Jazz,Ironhide,Moonracer and Elite. Optimus was in his quarters working on something.
All of sudden Ratchet said he was bridging them back.
They all gathered around the area of the groundbridge. A green vortex swirled. All of a sudden Cliffjumper walked through with a car with a dead body in it,and Acree in hologram form holding a newborn baby with her bike following behind her which shocked everybody. Cliffjumper set the car and put a tarp over in respect for June,and Acree sat down on the crate holding at once blurted what happened,some looked at Arcee and some looked at Cliff.
Don't look at me,she didn't tell me anything Cliff said.
What happened Elite asked.
Not now, Arcee said.
It's okay,you can tell us anything Moon said.
Not now, Arcee said.
Cee you can tell us anything Cliff said.
Arcee irritated said in a raised voice FOR FRAG SAKE NOT NOW she said.
Everybody was stunned at what she said.
All of sudden Sara, who was their human ally that lived at the base who was an ex marine field medic and also had a doctors degree and a degree in robotics engineering,and a master class hacker,came out of the bathroom and asked what was going on. She then gasped when she saw the newborn and immediately ran over asking if he was okay.
Aree trusting Sara said I think he's okay Sara trying to get a good look at him said I don't see any exterior injuries,and said he looks ok on the outside I wonder how he is internally. He was born within the last week where his mom,Sara looked at Arcee gazed at June's car that has a tarp over it and sighed,Sara looked up at the torn up car and said quietly oh shit.
What are you gonna do? Sara asked Arcee.
Arcee sighed and said I'm gonna raise him.
WHAT some of the bots said,others gasped.
Ratchet said you can't be serious.
I am and I'm going to Arcee said.
No offense Arcee but you're a fifteen foot robot he's a newborn,it's not gonna be easy.
Before Arcee could respond,Optimus walks through the room,scans the room,looks at Acree and asks what happened. Arcee with no choice tells everybody.
Wow Elite said.
I guess there's no changing your mind, is there Arcee,Optimus asks.
No there's not sir,I gave her my word she said.

Optimus with all due respect,you can't be serious,he's a human baby, we have missions and we're fighting a war for frag's shooting Rachet a glare.
I know that,but this would give some of the bots something to do besides worry about a war,it would kinda make it feel like we're not in war times all the time. We all know that Arcee can not have kids because she lost the ability when she was hurt in combat,and you had to remove some of her reproduction systems. I take it that's why you also want to keep him Optimus said.
Arcee sighed with a smile on her face looking down at Jack and said yes sir.
All of a sudden an elevator opened Agent William Fowler walked out PRIME he said looking at Optimus,there were reports of giant robots fighting about a half hour from here. He then looked down and to see Arcee holding a baby,"What are you guys doing running a daycare?" Where's it's mom?
It's a him not an it,and his name Jack Darby Arcee said looking at Fowler.
Alright where's his mom, Fowler asked with a concerned voice.
She pointed her finger at June's car with a tarp over it.
Oh no Fowler said.
Vehicon shot a blast at me. I dodged it,but it hit her car,the shrapnel from the wreck penetrated her chest killing her,her name is June Darby,Arcee said.
He's not a pet that you can just play with every now and again,he needs to be cared for round the clock. It's like another job. Besides you guys are robots you don't have time to raise kids,plus you're a robot,he needs a human mom,not you.
Excuse me but our Carrier and Sire raised us three pointing at Moonracer and Arcee,and we turned out alright.
Look I understand but the government is gonna want to take him into custody and that's all there's to it,Fowler said.
Cliffjumper and Ironhide stepped in front of Fowler. Cliff says if you want the kid you gotta go through us,Arcee is keeping the baby and that's final.
Fine but this better not deteriorate your work,Fowler said.
Sara had an idea pop into her head,hey Fowler I need your credit card.
What no,why do you need my credit card,Fowler asked.
Because I need to buy him baby supplies,or I can just hack into your account and buy a bunch of pleasure items for myself,she said winking at him.
Fine here handing his credit card to Sara. You only use it for him and him only,Fowler said.
I don't know if I'm going to the mall. I might see something to pleasure myself with, she said sarcastically, she was smiling.
Some of the autobots were laughing to themselves.
I'm going to lose my job over this Fowler said,and then sighed,and then left in the elevator.
After Fowler left Jazz said to Sara nicely done,thank you she said.
Hey Elite you know what this means,Moon saying with a smile on her face,we're gonna be aunt's she said smiling high fiving Elite.
I'm gonna be his favorite uncle Cliff said.

Jazz and Bumblebee looking at each other agreeing what Cliff just saying I'm gonna be his favorite brother he said smiling at Bee.

Ironhide walking over to Cliff,you're not going to be his favorite uncle,I am,and I'm going to train that kid to be a weapon on the battlefield.

Bee and Jazz were arguing,as were Iron,Bulk and Cliff arguing amongst themselves. Elite walking, bumping her shoulder into Optimus's,smiling you're an uncle now she said smiling. He said I guess you're right.I'm always right she said laughing.
Arcee smiling,knowing the bot's accepted him.
Hey Bulkhead,Moonracer, we need to go to the mall Sara said.
Why?they both asked.
A I need Bulk to hall all of the stuff from the store,B I need Moon to help me pick out outfits for Jack.
YAY Moon said,yay Bulkhead said sarcastically, have fun buddy Cliff said teasing,go frag yourself Bulk said.
Why can't we go? Arcee asked while holding Jack. I need you to stay here with Elite and move your stuff into the room next to mine,so I can help with the baby. Okay Arcee said happily. Elite looked at Arcee and said let's get to work she said smiling.
The guys said we'll give you a hand. Thank you, Arcee said.
After moving all of Arcee's stuff into her new room. She had her bike follow her into her new room sitting in the corner, as she was still holding Jack in her arms. He was smiling at her and she was at him,she adored him.
Sara,Moon and Bulk had come back,with baby supplies.
OH MY GOD THE OUTFITS WE GOT HIM ARE ADORABLE Moon said.
After they moved all of the baby supplies into Arcee's room. Sara then taught Arcee,Cliff,Bee,Elite and Moon,how to feed him, change him and other things to raise a baby. Afterwards they put him to sleep in his new crib. Arcee then transforms back to her bipedal form and she and Sara,walk back to the main room,where all the other bots are.
Sare asked the bots do sparklings sleep right through the night,because he won't.
Yes sparklings sleep right through the night,why he won't Arcee asked concerningly.
He will be awake for two or three hours a night,he needs to eat,might have to change his diaper,and he won't always go back to bed. Sometimes they like to be held before they fall Rachet can make Arcee an upgrade in her holoform so that her body gives off heat,Sara said.
Sure, after I'm done reading up on human anatomy,Ratchet said.
Wait I thought you didn't want anything to do with him, Sara asked.
Well if we have a human baby I'm going to need to know how to treat him Ratchet said.
You do care, Arcee said smiling.
Yap yap yap Ratchet said.
Let me see who his parents are, Sara said.
After doing some research Sara came up with an she said. Well his Dad was killed up in a stick up. Damn Elite said. Jack has no relatives. What do you mean Acree asked,he's got to have some relatives. Apparently not June Ann Brown aka June Darby was a runaway from an abusive family,and it looks like the closest brown relative she has is a third cousin who lives in Joplin Missouri. John Darby was an Orphan,bouncing around from foster to home to foster home till he was eighteen. So he really has no one, Arcee said.
He's got us, that's all he needs Elite said, the bots agreeing with her.

Hey you know that engineer woman that's coming in a couple days. That's my friend. Well, she's got a one year old boy,and she is also a kid's doctor. When she gets here I'll have her examine Jack.
That's awesome, Arcee said.
WAIT you didn't tell she had a kid Ratchet said.
I know I did that on purpose because I didn't want to hear it from you, and I got the approval from Optimus. The Best part is Fowler doesn't know it either.

Arcee slipped away back to her room and activated her holoform,taking her finger and caressing Jack's face,smiling as she did so.
Unbeknownst to her, Elite was watching,and walked into her room,and said hey. Arcee looked over, smiled and said hey and went back to Jack.
He's adorable, Elite said.
I know Acree said.
What do you think Sire and Carrier are gonna think about him,Arcee asked.
Carrier's gonna love him,Sire's gonna be hesitant at first but he'll come around,you're doing the right thing,Elite said.

Elite then kissed Arcee's holoform forehead and said she was going to bed,night Arcee,night Elite.
Arcee went to bed but 1:00 hit and Jack woke up crying. Arcee woke up got into her holoform,picked him up made sure he was clean and then made him a bottle and the fed him as she sat in the rocking chair,he finished the bottle,she then made him burp,and was rocking him back to sleep because he wasn't tired yet,he then held her finger looked up and smiled at her. That warmed Arcee's spark,she then realised there were perks to being a Mom. He then fell asleep and she put him back in his crib and then went to bed.
Wow, that was long. Hope you guys like it. I need some feedback please.
