Welcome everyone to something different. Not exactly new, but not exactly old either. This is... a little confusing for some, I'm sure, so I'll explain.
In 2019, I finished off an entry in my Intros series covering Soul Calibur VI. However, by the time I was about to wrap up, there were still DLC characters to be released. It was one of four entries I technically left incomplete, along with Overwatch, the MCU, and Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. And given some of my recent stories have been a little bit draining given how long form they are, I'm in need of something short and relatively easy. So, why not go back and wrap up a few stories I left hanging?
While I do plan to revisit the MCU once this current Multiverse Saga is over, will go back and do Smash Ultimate eventually, and actually don't plan to return to Overwatch at all since it's a completely different game at this point. I felt either Soul Calibur VI or Smash Ultimate would fulfill my plans perfectly. And since Smash Ultimate wouldn't be satisfying enough since there's only three characters to do there, I chose to wrap up Soul Calibur VI.
