Sup, Welcome to the first chapter of Naruto: The Honored One. Basically, this is just Naruto with the six eyes and the limitless cursed technique; there are no other elements of JJK in this fic. Enjoy!
A shinobi from Iwa ran through the woods, a look of fear on his face as he ran away from whoever was chasing him. 'Fuck that bastard. He wiped out my squad with one move, and he's just a kid, a fucking kid!' he thought, remembering how the young blonde shinobi from Konoha, years younger than him, defeated his squad with one jutsu. 'What was that jutsu anyway? I haven't seen that kind before.' he wondered, shuddering. Suddenly, he heard a laugh echo out from around him. He stopped and shuddered as the shinobi from Konoha appeared a few meters before him.
"You know you can't run away from me forever." the kid said with a grin. The Iwa shinobi glared at him as he prepared to kill the brat.
"You're just a brat. You will be easy to deal with!" the man said as he started going through hand signs. "Earth Style: Rock Stakes," he said as several stakes formed around the blonde brat piercing him. The man smiled, and the brat didn't even move to evade the jutsu. 'Heh, he's weak. He probably just got lucky. My squads are idiots anyway.' the man thought as he turned around.
"And where are you going? We aren't finished yet, ya know!" he heard the brat's voice. Surprised, he turned around only to come face to face with bright blue eyes. "H-how?" he said in surprise. His only answer was a laugh. The man glared and took out a kunai, intending to stab the brat, only to be surprised as a force seemed to stop his hands from moving any closer to the brat.
"You're weak, you know that?" the blonde grinned. The man glared at him. "Why can't I hit you!?" he yelled in frustration as he tried to stab the blonde multiple times, each time getting stopped by a force. The blonde laughed, amused at the man's futile attempts at trying to kill him.
"Aww, you can touch me, can't you? Ya poor thing," he said. "You see, these eyes are special. They allow me to understand and see chakra better than anybody else, even those hyugas. They allow me to control my chakra precisely, making me very efficient with my usage of techniques. This is one of them, a unique bloodline that I was born with the very first!" he explained with a laugh. The man's eyes widened. 'A new bloodline? Lord Tsuchikage will want to hear of this if I survive this encounter.' he thought.
"Bloodline or not, I will kill you!" the man exclaimed as he prepared another jutsu, but the blond, having enough fun, stopped him from weaving the hand signs for the jutsu. Grabbing his arm, the blonde slammed his palm on the man's gut several times, then launched him into the air with a kick. The man coughed out blood as the blonde appeared behind him and, with a kick to the neck, sent him back to the ground. The force of the kick snapped the man's neck, killing him. The blonde sighed as he landed on the ground near the man.
"Mission complete, " he thought as he sealed the body in a scroll. "Time to head back. I want some ramen," he said to himself as he started the journey back to Konoha. He suddenly stopped as a messenger hawk approached him with a scroll attached to its talons. Removing the scroll, the blonde read its contents.
'Naruto
I know you are on a mission, but this is urgent. Kakashi and his team are on a C-Rank mission when they encountered the demon of the mist Zabuza. You are to head to the land of waves as soon as you complete your current mission.
Sarutobi Hiruzen, Third Hokage
Naruto sighed. 'Damn it, Kakashi, you and your team just have to have the most rotten luck.' he thought as he changed course toward the land of waves.
Land Of Waves
Naruto arrived on the bridge just as the fight against Zabuza and Team 7 started.
"Seems like trouble always finds you, Kakashi," Naruto said with amusement as he teleported to Kakashi's side. "Yo! Naruto, it seems like you are our backup. I don't really need help with Zabuza, so please help my cute little genins for now." Kakashi said with an eye smile as he prepared to fight off against Zabuza.
"Sure, I'll deal with his accomplice, but flare your chakra if you need any assistance," the blonde said as he ran towards the ice mirrors surrounding the last Uchiha.
"Who is the brat Kakashi?" Zabuza asked, and Kakashi chuckled.
"Just the first Konoha solo genin that can do S-Rank missions." he said with an eye smile. Zabuza scoffed.
"As if he can. Haku will defeat that brat." he said with a smirk. Kakashi only answered with an eye smile as he prepared to fight Zabuza.
Back with the solo genin, he blocked the senbons the masked-wearing nin threw at the Uchiha, who currently looked like a pin cushion. "Well, it seems like the last Uchiha is struggling against some weak shinobi rest. For now, I'll deal with her," the blonde said with a smirk. Sasuke glared at him.
"I don't need your help. Naruto! Get out of my way!" the Uchiha said with a snarl. The blonde's eyes narrowed at him. "You need rest, you ungrateful bastard. You can't even move your arms properly at this rate. You will just get in my way and will get killed. Now get lost." he said, summoning a shadow clone, taking the Uchiha away from the ice mirrors, and appearing next to Tazuna.
"Sasuke-Kun!" Sakura shouted in worry as she looked at her crush, who was riddled with needles. The clone looked at her. "Make sure the Uchiha won't interfere and get himself killed for his stupidity," the clone said before vanishing.
Back with Naruto, the blonde stared at his opponent with a carefree look. "Hopefully, you are more of a challenge than my previous opponents. They were all so weak!" he said with a smirk, and the masked nin shook her head.
"Arrogance will be the death of you, shinobi-san," she said as she started throwing senbon at the blond but was surprised as the needles stopped a few inches away from his opponent.
"What? What is this?" he whispered as the blonde laughed. "What can I say? I can afford to be arrogant because of my bloodline. No one can touch me!" he said with a grin.
"Every bloodline has a weakness, and yours is no exception. I will find it!" the masked nin yelled as she increased her speed, throwing multiple senbons at the blonde from all directions. The blonde just stood there with a confident grin.
"As I said, you will never be able to hit me. You're weak!" he said, but suddenly, his grin faded as he felt a sting behind his back.
"What the?" he said as he put his hand behind his back, pulling out a needle that somehow got past his defenses.
'Fuck, one weakness of infinity is that it's not an automatic defense. I need to be aware of where the attack will land.' he thought with a wince.
"Found it, your weakness! Fast attacks from all directions!" the masked nin yelled as she further increased her speed, trying to overwhelm the blonde's defenses.
"As if I'll let you!" the blonde said. "Ao" he said as he waved his hand. A blue sphere appeared a few meters away from him, pulling the masked ninja towards it. The blonde waved his hand towards himself, and the sphere followed, rapidly pulling the surprised masked ninja towards him. The blonde kicked her in the stomach, launching her out of the surrounding ice mirrors and, clapping his hands together, appeared behind the ninja.
"I'll be trying my new jutsu on you. Don't worry, it'll be quick and painless!" the blonde grinned. Pointing at the masked nin, he said, "Aka" A red orb appeared, glowing brightly as if it was about to explode, but after a few moments, the orb disappeared. The blonde sweatdropped. "I failed!" he said, then knocked out the masked nin with a chop to the neck.
"Well, that's done. It's been a while since I got hit by something." he said to himself 'I really need to learn how to do chakra reversal' he thought with a sigh as he noticed Kakashi finishing his battle. The man was preparing his Chidori while several ninken held Zabuza in place.
Suddenly, a laugh echoed, "Well, well, Zabuza, to think you will be defeated. I never thought I'd see the day!" a blue-skinned man said as he appeared with a large sword wrapped in bandages resting at his shoulder. Zabuza's eyes narrowed.
"Kisame," he said the blue-skinned man grinned. "Sup little demon, now I don't have time for you. My target is that brat." he said, pointing at Naruto.
Kakashi's eyes narrowed. "And why would you want to target him?" the scarecrow asked. Kisame smirked.
"I want to test his abilities now, if you don't mind." the man said, appearing before Naruto. "Let's take this somewhere more private." He said as he and Naruto teleported to the woods.
"Naruto!" Kakashi yelled as they disappeared. 'Damn it, I don't know if that kid can deal with Kisame. He Is strong, but he is cocky. I just hope he will survive before I can get there.' the man thought as he prepared a Chidori to kill Zabuza.
Suddenly, another laugh echoed as an army of bandits with a small man approached them.
"What a waste of money you are, Zabuza, to be defeated by a team of kids and one man. You are a disgrace," the small man said with a smirk. Zabuza's eyes narrowed.
"It seems like my contractor has betrayed me now. If you don't mind helping me deal with this, Kakashi, we are no longer enemies." The demon of the mist said, and Kakashi agreed.
"Fine, I'll help you," he said, releasing his summons, cracking his neck, and preparing to deal with the bandits.
"Kill them!" Gato said in fear as the army charged at the two men.
With Naruto
The two appeared in a clearing. The blue-skinned man kicked Naruto, but as he expected, a barrier stopped his kick. "Heh, it seems like our info is correct. You have a barrier protecting you." The blonde's eyes narrowed at the black robes with red clouds the man wore.
"Akatsuki, eh? Seems like Jiraiya is correct. You are targeting the Jinchuriki. Well, unfortunately for you, I'm the strongest, and I don't care how you found out that information, but I will kill you!" the blonde said as he tried to kick the swordsman in the chest but was blocked by his sword.
The blonde's eyes narrowed at it. 'It seems it is interfering with my infinity, so that is Samehada, the sword that eats chakra, huh?' he thought as Kisame punched him in the stomach. The blonde's eyes widened.
'This guy is dangerous without my infinity. I need to deal with that sword, but how?' he thought as he jumped away from the man.
"Ao" he said. The blue sphere with the gravitational force appeared, trying to pull the swordsman, but the man just grinned, swinging his sword. The orb disappeared, making the blonde's eyes widen.
'That sword can also neutralize my Ao. It seems like jutsus is out of the question. The only way is taijutsu.' he thought as he prepared himself. Kisame grinned.
"I'm so much stronger than you, brat. I have enough fun; I'll kill you now!" he yelled as he disappeared and reappeared behind Naruto.
'He's fast!' the blonde thought as Kisame swung his sword. The blonde ducked under the sword, and the man grinned, expecting the move. He swept his feet, knocking Naruto off his feet, and with a sadistic grin, the man shredded the boy's legs with the sword. Naruto screamed in pain and tried another Ao, but the sword ate the technique just like last time. "It's useless, brat. You're dead now!" Kisame said with a grin as he shredded the boy's remaining leg, pulling out a kunai; he brutally stabbed Naruto in the neck and one final blow in the head.
"Heh, weak. I don't care if Pain will be angry. This brat will be too troublesome to deal with if he gets any stronger. It's better to kill him now and wait a few years for Kyubi to return and capture it," Kisame said as he disappeared from the clearing, leaving the boy's corpse.
With Kakashi
"It's done." He said with a tired sigh as he and Zabuza killed the last remaining bandit. Gato whimpered in fear at the glare Zabuza was giving him as he stood before him. "Fuck you." The demon of the mist said and slit his throat and kicked him off the bridge.
"Well, what are you going to do now?" Kakashi asked the man, and Zabuza thought for a moment.
"I'll join the mist rebellion. I heard Mei is leading them. We shall meet again, Kakashi. I want a rematch soon." the demon said as he picked up Haku and disappeared.
"Sakura Sasuke, head back to Tazuna's home with him and guard it with Sai. There might be more bandits that he needs help with. I'll go looking for Naruto." Kakashi said as he disappeared to go looking for Naruto.
Forest Clearing
Kakashi stood wide-eyed as he saw the corpse of his sensei's son lying in a pool of his own blood. Kakashi knew the boy was dead. His bright blue eyes were dull, and his body was pale.
'No, no, no, no, no, not again! Not again! Not again!' the man thought, shaking as memories of Obito, Rin, Minato, and Kushina flashed in his mind. The man turned around and puked. He can't get the image out of his mind, and with the sharingan, the image will forever haunt him until the day he dies.
Suddenly, a rush of chakra was felt. Kakashi turned around wide-eyed as he saw the boy's corpse convulsing as a blue aura manifested on the boy's corpse. Suddenly, the boy's legs healed, and his wounds healed without a single scar. Naruto stood up, dazed.
"I finally figured it out…" he whispered as Kakashi approached him shakily.
"N-Naruto?" he whispered, and the blonde looked at the man, a maniacal grin appearing on his face.
"I finally figured out the Reversed Chakra Technique!" he shouted as he started ranting.
"When Kisame stabbed me through the throat, I gave up on counter-attacking and poured all my focus into the reversed Chakra technique. Chakra is made of two different energies. While it can enhance the body, it can't regenerate it. So, you divide that chakra into its base energies and force them to work separately simultaneously. That's the reversed chakra technique!" the blonde explained with a maniacal laugh.
'He's high.' Kakashi thought with an amused sigh but was relieved the blonde was not dead.
"I gotta try something!" the blonde said as he made the hand sign for Aka. The red orb appeared at the tip of his finger, glowing brightly. The glow got brighter. "Aka" the blonde said, launching the orb at a nearby tree, obliterating it and the next 30 or so trees. In a straight line, Kakashi looked at the destruction with wide eyes. 'So he finally managed to complete Aka, well done, Naruto.' he thought with a proud smile.
The blonde grinned. "Fucking finally!" he said as Kakashi ruffled his hair. "Well done, Naruto, now let's head back." He said, and the blonde nodded.
After a few more days, the bridge was completed and named the Great Team 7 Bridge. The group then returned to Konoha with little to no trouble, only stopping for breaks for Sakura. The group arrived at the gates, and after signing, Kakashi announced that his team could head home to rest, leaving him and Naruto to head to the Hokage tower to report the success of their mission.
Hokage Office
The two entered the office. "Report!" the Hokage said, and Kakashi started his report.
"Hai. After we encountered the demon brothers…-" Naruto zoned out as he heard a voice in his head.
"That was a close one, Kit. It's good that you figured out how to use the reversed chakra technique before you died." Kurama said, and Naruto inwardly smiled.
'Yeah, it's good, and as a bonus, my infinity is now automatic with RCT. I can constantly keep it on, and with my eyes, it's an automatic defense that can automatically determine the threat and respond accordingly. Now, to test it out, I might get Kakashi and Neko-nee to help me with it,' he said with a smile, and Kurama nodded and yawned.
"Well, I'll go take another nap. See you later, Kit." the fox said, and the blonde rolled his eyes. 'Lazy bastard,' he thought, getting a snort from the fox.
The hokage closed his eyes as Kakashi finished his report. 'Naruto has just got even stronger. You will be proud, Minato,' he thought with a small smile, but he then frowned at the thought of Akatsuki making a move. 'I need to inform Jiraiya of this development,' he thought.
"Endangering your team on their first C-rank mission will get you and your team probation, but I will let you off with a warning this time, Kakashi. This better not happen again." the old man glared, and Kakashi nodded. "Hai!".
"You two are dismissed; as always, the payment will be on the mission desk. Your C-Rank mission has been upgraded to an A-Rank considering your encounter with Zabuza and the Akatsuki, " the Hokage said, and the two saluted before leaving.
'I'm getting too old for this shit damn in Minato.' The old Hokage thought with a sigh as he looked at the portrait of his successor, who died the night of the Kyubi attack.
A Few Days Later
Naruto stood at the training ground as Neko or Yugao outside Anbu and Kakashi threw kunai at him. The blonde's eyes were closed. A few shadow clones behind him were also throwing kunai at him, but unlike with haku, the kunai was stopped by his infinity. The blonde grinned. Finally, it feels good to have infinity as an automatic defense.
"Well done, naruto. Congrats on the achievement," Yugao said with a smile. The blonde smiled.
"Thanks, Yugao-nee. It feels good to get RCT finally!" he said.
"But I don't like that you almost died. You better not get cocky or arrogant again, got it!?" yugao said, leaking killing intent for good measure, and Naruto's sweat dropped. "Hai hai" 'damn, she's scary,' he thought with a shiver; Yugao smiled.
"Good now, then I'll be taking my leave. I have patrol in the next few hours. See you two later." She said, leaving with a shunshin.
"She's scary when angry." Kakashi said with a slight shiver, and Naruto agreed.
"Yeah, but she's just worried. I can understand that, but how's the team?" the blonde asked, and Kakashi shrugged.
"It could be better. Sasuke is way too arrogant. Sakura is a fan girl, and Sai pretty much has no emotion," the sensei of team 7 said with a sigh.
"Want me to knock some sense into the Uchiha?" Naruto asked with a smirk, and Kakashi shook his head.
"Nah, not now. Maybe in the coming Chunin exams. Nothing beats good ol' public humiliation," Kakashi said with an evil smirk.
"Ho ho, now that is a good idea." Naruto said with the same smirk as the two planned on how to humiliate the last Uchiha publicly.
A few hours later
Naruto was aimlessly walking around the village, humming a small tune. Suddenly, he heard yelling. Turning the corner, he saw Konohamaru being bullied by what looked like a suna genin.
"I'll teach you a lesson, you brat!" the suna shinobi said while his female teammate tried to stop him.
"Stop it, Kankuro! We can get in trouble." The blonde suna genin said.
"No, temari. I need to teach this brat some manners," Kankuro said as he prepared to punch the kid but was suddenly stopped by a cough. The three looked at Naruto, who was glaring at the two suna genin.
"You better let go of Konohamaru. You two don't want to start an incident that will embarrass your village, do you?" he said, his piercing blue eyes staring a hole at Kankuro. The boy opened his mouth to retort but was stopped by another voice.
"He's right, Kankuro. You are an embarrassment to the village," a cold voice said, and Kankuro instantly stiffened, letting go of Konohamaru, who instantly ran to Naruto, hiding behind him.
A red-haired suna genin appeared right next to Kakuro and Temari, wearing a gourd on his back and the kanji for love on his forehead.
"G-Gaara, i-I was just teaching this brat a lesson," Kankuro explained. His only answer was a glare.
"Shut up," Gaara said, looking at Naruto. "I apologize for my brother's embarrassing action. What is your name?" he asked.
"Uzumaki Naruto, and you are?" Naruto responded.
"Sabaku no Gaara, I hope I will see you at the Chunin exams. Let's go. Temari Kankuro Baki-sensei is looking for us," the redhead said as he walked away, followed by his two teammates.
'Hm, interesting, that guy gives me the creeps.' he thought as he turned to Konohamaru.
"Are you okay, Kono?" he asked, and the boy nodded. Yeah, thanks, boss! I'll see you later. I need to find Ebisu-sensei," Konohamaru said as he left with a wave.
"Who was that?" a voice asked, and Naruto turned to see Sakura and Sasuke.
"Just a team from Suna. They are participating in the Chunin exams. Just a warning: be cautious around that redhead. Something is off about him." Naruto cautioned, and Sasuke scoffed.
"No match against me and my eyes," the boy said with an arrogant smirk. The blonde shook his head. "Your arrogance will be the death of you, but don't blame me if you get injured badly." he said as he walked away.
"Hey! Don't be rude to Sasuke-Kun!" the pink-haired banshee screeched. Her only answer was a middle finger as the blonde disappeared in a burst of speed.
'I'll kill that loser. I will show him the wrath of a Uchiha!' Sasuke thought with a snarl as he walked away, Sakura following behind him.
Hokage Office
Several Jonin are gathered inside the Hokage office as the old man announces the coming Chunin Exams. "Whose team will be participating this year?" Sarutobi asked the Jonin senseis. A few of them refused to enter their team this year, saying that their team was not ready yet. The old man nodded in understanding as Kakashi arrived late as usual.
"You're late, Kakashi." the Hokage said, amused. The cyclops chuckled as he rubbed the back of his head.
"Maa maa, you see, I need to help this old lady cross the road." He said, earning a few chuckles and groans from the others inside the office. The Hokage cleared his throat, gaining the attention of the Jonins.
"Anyways, are there any others who wish to enter their team for the exams?" the Hokage asked, eyeing four particular joins.
"I, Asuma Sarutobi, wish to enter Team 10 on the Chunin Exams." Asuma said as he stepped forward.
"I, Kurenai Yuhi, wish to enter Team 8 on the Chunin Exams." Kurenai said.
"I, Kakashi Hatake, wish to enter Team 7 on the Chunin Exams." Kakashi said while reading his book.
"Yosh! My eternal rival will enter his team on the exams, and so will I, as I feel my team is now ready! So I Might Guy wish to enter Team 9 on the Chunin Exams!" Guy said with a thumbs-up.
The old Hokage nodded as he listed down their teams. "Anybody else?" he asked the other Jonin. They shook their heads, and the old man nodded. That will be all dismissed!" The Jonin left the office, but one man stayed.
"Anything you wish to say, Kakashi?" the Hokage asked. Kakashi closed his book.
"Hai Hokage-sama, will Naruto be able to participate in the Exams? Seeing as he is a solo genin." The Hokage smiled and nodded. "Yes, Naruto will be able to participate, seeing as he is strong enough to handle a team of genin, and you know he will somehow find a way to join even if he was not allowed," the man said with a chuckle, and Kakashi nodded with a laugh of his own.
"That will be all. Thank you for answering my question, Hokage-sama." Kakashi said with a bow before leaving.
A few days later
Naruto smirked as he entered the academy. He could finally become a chunin, and he had no doubt he would get promoted. I mean, he is the strongest, he thought with a cocky smile Kurama shook his head.
"Don't get too cocky, brat. Even if you are strong, there might be someone who could counter your infinity, just like with Kisame." The fox said, and Naruto winced at the memory. 'Yeah, I'll tone it down. Please remind me of that experience once in a while when I get too cocky.' Naruto said to his friend, and the fox nodded with a chuckle.
"Good. I don't want to die because you got way too arrogant anyway. I might stay awake. There might be something interesting that can happen," Kurama said, and the blonde nodded as he walked up the stairs.
'Fucking idiots, can't they notice the Genjutsu?' he thought as he continued to walk up the stairs ignoring the large group of Genin gathered at the front of the room being blocked by two chunin.
The blonde reached the room, opened the door, and getting inside, only to be met by intense glares from the rest of the genins in the room. The blonde chuckled lightly as he leaked out KI, causing them to look away.
"Troublesome, they let you in without a team?" Shikamaru asked as he and his team approached the blonde, who chuckled with a smirk.
"Well, I'm a one-man army, so the old man let me enter, and I can easily defeat everyone in this room, ya know!" he said, pulling down his shades to stare down everyone who was looking at him with a glare about that particular comment.
"Troublesome, but don't target us. Please, we Konoha Genin, we got a truce." Shikamaru said as he and Naruto fist-bumped.
"Yeah, yeah, I'll make sure not to target any Konoha teams," the blonde said as the door opened, revealing a bruised Sasuke with Sakura fawning over his injuries, Sai right behind them with a clearly fake smile. The blonde whistled.
"Damn, Sasuke! You really have a knack for getting in trouble. You really are an idiot for getting an injury even before the exam starts. Dumb move. If you asked me, you'd be putting yourself at a disadvantage." Naruto said with a chuckle as Sasuke glared at him.
"Shut up, Naruto!" the Uchiha said, nursing the bruise on his face and getting even more annoyed as Ino and Sakura started fighting over him.
"Sup Naruto! How ya doin'?" Kiba asked as he and his team approached them.
"H-hello Naruto-Kun." Hinata said shyly while Shino nodded at him in greeting.
The blonde smiled. "I'm Doing fine a few missions here and there, but I'm excited about this! I'll get to show off my strength!" he grinned, and Kiba laughed.
"Well, if I ever get to fight, you don't go easy on me. I want to show my strength off, too!" he said with a grin, and the blonde nodded.
"You're really loud, you know that? You guys are putting a target on yourselves," a silver-haired genin with glasses said as he approached the group.
"Who are you?" Sasuke asked with a glare, and the glasses-wearing-in chuckled.
"No need for the hostility, Sasuke-san. I am Yakushi Kabuto, and I might be able to help you all with information regarding the other genins," he explained, and Naruto's eyes narrowed.
'Information about other genin? Now, that is interesting but suspicious. How can he have records of other genin from other villages?' he thought as Sasuke started demanding information.
"Tell me about Uzumaki Naruto!" the Uchiha said, and Kabuto pulled out a card.
"Hmm, interesting… Uzumaki Naruto has no team, meaning he is going solo in this exam!
Ninjutsu: S! what the hell? Genjutsu: A Taijutsu: A, and he also has an impenetrable defense capable of stopping anything! Missions: D-Ranks: 55 and what the hell? 5 B-Ranks and one S-Rank?! What have you been doing, and why are you still a genin?" Kabuto asked, in shock, as the other teams looked at the blonde.
Naruto's eyes narrowed at Kabuto. 'That S-Rank is supposed to be a secret. Why does he know about it? He could be a spy, and he reeks of snakes! I must inform the Hokage about this.' he thought as suddenly a genin from Oto attacked Kabuto. The genin avoided the fist but was shocked as his glasses shattered, and he fell to the ground, clutching his ears in pain with his dojutsu. Naruto clearly saw the way the attack worked, and the genin sent chakra to his gauntlets, which sent a chakra-enhanced soundwave that affected the silver-haired genin. 'Interesting attack.' he thought as a poof of smoke appeared in the front of the room.
"Settle down brats! I am Morino Ibiki, the proctor for the 1st exam. Now, get to your seats and join! Refrain from attacking others, or I will disqualify you and your team!" Ibiki yelled as the genin scrambled for their seats.
"This will be a written exam consisting of a few rules: 1: you will have 10 points at the beginning. Each wrong answer deducts 1 point. 2: the total is based on your whole team, and 3: each time you get caught cheating, deducts 2 points. Get caught 5 times, and you and your team are disqualified! You have 1 hour to begin!" Ibiki announced, and the Exams began.
Naruto started reading the questions but noticed something wrong. 'These questions are not meant for Genin. Hmm, interesting. I noticed him say get caught cheating, and you lose 2 points, so we have to cheat? Clever wordplay, Ibiki-san!' the blonde thought with a chuckle as he laid his head on the desk. 'No need to answer the questions if the purpose is to cheat.' He felt as Ibiki looked at the blonde in surprise.
'He already figured it out. Damn, he is sharp,' he thought with a smirk.
After a short nap, naruto woke up just in time. As Ibiki announced the end of the exam, the blonde noticed quite a few teams were missing. Ibiki smirked at the others.
"Let us begin with the last question. This one has its own rules: 1: You can decide if you want to answer the question or not." he announced.
"What if we chose not to answer it?" a random genin asked, and Ibiki smirked
"You will automatically fail." he said. "Then, of course, we will answer it!" another genin said.
"However, if you get it wrong, you will also fail and will never be able to retake the exams, meaning you will be genin for the rest of your career." Ibiki revealed with a smile, and the genins were outraged.
"You can't do that! Some people are retaking the exams!" someone else yelled.
"Bad luck, my exam, my rules. If you don't want to risk it, give up!" Ibiki announced, and a few teams started leaving. After a few minutes, Naruto laughed loudly. The man looked at the blonde with a glare.
"Why are you laughing, brat?" he asked, leaking KI. Naruto looked at him with a smirk.
"Just get it over with. The purpose of the exam is to cheat, and the final question is whether or not we have the guts to become chunin." he revealed, and Ibiki smirked.
"Well, well, he figured it out well, then everyone else inside this room passes!" Ibiki announced, and the genin cheered.
The window shattered as someone entered through it. A sign appeared, covering Ibiki's face.
"Proctor of the second exams, the sexy and single Mitarashi Anko!" Anko announced with a grin.
"You're early again, Anko." Ibiki said as he walked around the banner
"Well, whatever, meet me at Training Ground 44 in 30 minutes, GO!" Anko yelled as she jumped out of the window.
