Chapter 2: What Happened To Blu
Back at the hollow, Jewel had returned from getting grapes from the tree. Jewel is waiting for her boyfriend Blu to return. She is wondering where he is.
"Oh Blu where are you?" Jewel said in her thoughts. The toco toucan smiled at her
"Good morning Jewel." Rafael greeted her.
"Good morning Rafael. How are you?" Jewel asked him.
"I am doing good. How about you?" Rafael asked her.
"I feeling great. I am waiting for Blu. I wonder where he went." Jewel said.
"Blu. He have a meeting with Nico and Pedro for some important things." Rafael said.
Rafael knew that Blu is going to propose to Jewel tonight. He want to keep it as a surprise since he promised his Spix macaw friend that he won't tell Jewel.
Rafael said in his thoughts "Thank God I did not ruin the proposal for Jewel because it will be ruined for Blu. Blu is my friend and I will never betrayed him. I promised him not to tell Jewel about his plan to ask her to marry him. Ever since Blu and Jewel become a couple, I was so happy for them."
Flashback
Blu went to Rafael's hollow. Rafael is happy to see his friend.
"Hey amigo." Rafael greeted him.
"Hey Rafael. I am going to the Ipanema Beach to meet up with Nico and Pedro because I want to propose to Jewel. I am trying to find the romantic location and the two of them will help me." Blu explained to his toucan friend.
Rafael cheered for joy. "Wow amigo, that is great."
"Rafael please don't tell Jewel that I am proposing to her. This is a surprise for her." Blu reminded his friend.
"Of course amigo. Blu you are my friend and I will never betrayed my friend. I am good at keeping secrets." Rafael said.
"Thanks Rafael and see you later." Blu said. He fly and go to the Ipanema Beach to meet up with Nico and Pedro.

"Now I will join Eva." Rafael said as he join to find his wife.
Jewel and Eva are talking to each other.
"Jewel, how does it feel about living in the jungle?" Eva asked her friend.
"Living in the jungle is so good. I told Blu that living in the jungle is freedom and you don't have to rely on anyone. Blu accept my offer and now he likes the jungle." Jewel said.
"Blu is such a handsome guy for you." Eva said.
"Yes he is." Jewel said.
"Rafael." Eva said.
"Eva my love." Rafael said.
"Daddy." The Toucan kids hugged their father.
"Precious kids you got." Jewel said.
"I told you before 17 kids I have." Rafael said.
"Some of the kids drive me crazy sometimes." Eva said.
"Kids be kids." Jewel said.
"Mrs. Jewel, is Mr. Blu will come back soon?" Carlos asked her.
"I hope so kid. Blu is my sweetheart." Jewel said.
"Okay." Carlos said.
