{Author's Note: Sorry that I couldn't do a recap for the this chapter; but a Time Skip of 4 months. Also, Tony and Nix met Spider-Man by accident and mumbling about a Peter Parker aka himself.}
Tony and Nix along with everyone's help including Andi's and Pepper's; Stark Tower newly dubbed Avengers Tower was decorated beautifully for a Winter Wonderland wedding in Autumn. The girls were with Nix helping her get ready; While the guys were with Tony getting ready for the ceremony.
Unfortunately, somehow the announcement of the marriage of Tony Stark and Nix Potter-Black had gotten out and reporters were going nuts over the news that Tony Stark was longer a bachelor anymore.
Meanwhile, in the Bridal Suite...
Nix was looking out the window and said with a sigh, "So much for a private wedding ceremony."
"Well, it's to be expected since Tony Stark was considered a playboy for the longest time and people were wondering if this engagement was a business transaction. However, you and Tony proved that you two were truly in love with each other." Pepper said.
"True and I believe the reason that is actually here is because it was told that the Queen herself was going to attend our wedding." Nix said.
Everyone stopped and looked at Nix with shock.
"What?" Nix said.
"When were you and Tony going to tell us that the Queen of England was coming, Nix?!" Astoria questioned.
"Tony and I weren't exactly expecting the Queen to come because she's busy as a monarch to the British throne. We were in Tony's lab going over a few things when we received a call via video call." Nix said.
"You mean, the Queen called you and Tony saying that she would like to attend the wedding?" Pepper said.
"Yes. We were completely taken by surprise when the Queen told us that she wanted to attend the wedding. So, somehow word got out about our wedding and that the Queen of England was going to attend it." Nix said.
The girls continued their conversation as they got ready. Luna had finished getting ready and was helping with Nix's hair and makeup.
In the Groom's Suite...
Tony was nervous but he also was trying to figure out how the Press had found out about the wedding as well as who their special guest was that was attending.
"Tony, are you okay?" Steve asked.
Tony looked at Steve and said, "I'm a mixture of emotions right now. Plus, I'm trying to figure out how valuable information about our wedding as well as our guest list was made known to the public, Steve."
Clint looked at Tony and said, "It probably wouldn't have stayed a secret very long, Stark. I mean, you're a hero and so is your bride; and eventually people would have found out anyway."
Tony sighed and then it dawned on him that the board members may have found out and decided to announce his wedding to the world.
"Sir, a photographer from the Daily Bugle is here to take pictures of the wedding."
"Send him in, Jarvis." Tony said.
"Yes, sir."
A young man entered and Tony could tell that he looked to be about fifteen. He smiled at the young man and said, "What's your name, kid?"
The young man looked up to see that it was his idol, Tony Stark and nervously said, "My name is Peter Parker; I'm a photographer."
"Well, Mr. Parker, I can only guess that you were shocked that you were going to be taking pictures of a wedding for your boss and that happened to be Iron Man's wedding of all things." Tony said without sarcasm.
Peter looked at Tony and said, "Sir and I admit that I was surprised by it when my boss, JJ told me where I would be taking the photos."
Clint realized who this kid was and asked well more like said, "Aren't you also the personal photographer of Spider-Man?"
Peter blinked but nodded to confirm.
"Kid, you know it's dangerous to taking photos of heroes?" Steve said suddenly.
"I asked Spider-Man's permission, sir." Peter replied looking at Steve.
Steve was about to say something until Tony said, "You know, kid; if Spider-Man trusts you then I think I will as well and I'm sure that my bride who's going be wife in a next couple of minutes would trust you as well. She has this uncanning ability to see how trustworthy a person can be after some people took advantage of her during school by pretending to be her friends."
Peter was surprised to hear that about the soon to be Mrs. Tony Stark as were some of the Avengers who didn't know Nix's story.
"So, kid, I take it that you're going start taking pictures starting with groom and his wedding party first?" Bruce said.
Peter nodded and said, "Yes, then I'll get pictures of the bride and her wedding party followed by a lot of pictures of the wedding and ceremony."
Tony smiled and said, "Kid, I believe you'll do a great job and I think Nix would agree with me on that."
Peter smiled and started taking pictures of the groom and his groom's men. After he took their pictures; he went to find the bridal suite to take pictures of the bride and her bridesmaids
When he arrived at the bridal suite; he knocked and said, " The photographer for the Daily Bugle covering the wedding."
The door open and a woman with blonde long wavy hair ushered him saying, "I'm sure that beautiful bride doesn't mind a few pictures."
And the moment, the bride turned to face him and he was surprised at how beautiful the bride was.
Nix saw that the young man was nervous and said, "May as the name of the photographer that's going to be documenting our wedding for the Press?"
Peter was a bit surprised by her kindness and said, "Uh... my name is Peter Parker, ma'am."
Nix blinked as she thought for a moment and was stunned because she realized that this was the little boy who had dawned an Iron Man mask and almost got hurt if it hadn't been for Tony standing right beside him.
Nix's bridesmaid noticed her reaction to the name and wondered what that was all about then they heard Nix say, "Well, Mr. Peter Parker, I have no doubt that you will do a good job with the pictures. However, may I ask something of you?"
Peter blinked and said, "Sure, ma'am."
"I understand that you're taking pictures for the Daily Bugle and I don't know how much JJ Jameson is paying but I would like to you in advance for some of our wedding photos because I have feeling that you're good with your camera in taking pictures. How does 500 sound to you, Mr. Parker?"
Peter was shocked to hear this as were the bridesmaids. It took a few minutes for Peter to answer because he was in shock; but finally he said, "Okay."
Nix looked at Peter and said, "Every little helps, because I think in the mist of planning our wedding; we forgot about hiring a wedding photographer, Mr. Parker. So, think of this as helping us out because we forgot something; plus, you'll be able to get pictures that maybe others might not. I get the sense that Tony has faith you and so do I."
Peter was surprised that the bride was willing to pay him for wedding photos for just her and Mr. Stark; regardless of what Mr. Jameson wanted. So, he nodded to let the bride know that he was okay with that.
"Thank you, Mr. Parker, that will mean a lot to myself and Tony because it will be special in ways that you couldn't possibly imagine." Nix stated.
Some of the bridesmaids wondered what Nix meant by that; but Luna gasped in surprise as she realized what her dear friend and sister meant by her statement which caused the others to look at her strangely.
"Not my place to say." Was all Luna said putting more lilies and poinsettias in the arrangement in Nix's hair.
Peter had never seen a more beautiful bride than the woman who was becoming Mrs. Tony Stark today. Her wedding dress was very beautiful and he learned that wedding dress had belonged to the woman's mother.
"Nix, I understand that you're letting your cousin, Draco walk you down the isle?" Pepper said.
"Yes, he asked me if it would be okay since Mr. Weasely was dealing with things." Nix said.
Peter knew that he had heard the name 'Draco' a few times since working as a photographer for the Daily Bugle; but he wondered why the name Draco was brought up here.
Suddenly, there was a knock on the door.
"Come in." Nix said.
Peter looked at the door and was shocked at who entered the bridal suite. He recognised him as the CEO of Black Industries and he couldn't help but wonder what he was doing here.
"Cousin Nix, are you ready?" Draco asked.
"Yes, I am, dear cousin and I would like you to meet Peter Parker, photographer for the Daily Bugle and a hired wedding photographer for today since that was one thing forgotten. So, Peter is saving the day." Nix said.
Peter went wide eyed as Draco and the bride called each other cousin; which meant that Mr. Stark was going to marrying into a very wealthy English family.
"Nix, I think that you and Draco shocked Mr. Parker by revealing that you're cousins. Not mention, that this wedding is not only known as Tony Stark's wedding but also Iron Man's wedding." Luna said, "Besides, I like the name that Tony came up for you when you fight beside him."
Nix blinked and Draco looked at his cousin curiously then asked, "What does Tony call you, my dear cousin?"
Nix blushed but not in a bad way and said, "Tony calls me his Phoenix Flower; considering he calls me Nix for short."
Then they looked towards Peter was still in shock; until Draco cleared his throat which caused Peter shake his head and apologized to Nix as well as Draco.
"There's no need to apologise, Mr. Parker. Believe or not, Tony Stark met my cousin on his own. They became friends and eventually their friendship started turning into a romance which is pretty rare at times. One would probably go and say that my cousin and Tony are soulmates." Draco stated.
Peter went wide eyed again but didn't freeze up this time and said, "That's rare but also amazing at the same time. I have to admit that I feel honoured that your cousin asked me to be the wedding photographer regardless me being here for the Bugle."
Draco chuckled and said, "I think Nix believes that you could probably do better than a professional."
Nix looked at Draco and said, "Draco, Mr. Parker was highly recommended by a super hero that helps people that the Avengers and is considered an Honorary Avenger by Tony and myself in our eyes."
Peter blinked.
"What hero would that be, Nix?" Andi asked curiously.
"That would be Spider-Man; of course." Nix said.
Peter was stunned and wondered if he had met Nix before because he was suddenly getting this dejvu moment for some reason.
Natasha looked at Nix and asked, "When did you meet Spider-Man, Nix?"
"When Tony and I went for an appointment to see if any harm was done to our wonderful little miracle. Spider-Man wasn't exactly paying attention to us because he was upset about something; but Peter was mentioned." Nix said.
Peter was stunned that Tony Stark and his bride had been at the same place that he stopped to rest at for a few minutes as Spider-Man. However, when he heard Nix say 'little miracle' that only mean one thing and that was she had been pregnant when Loki attacked and fought alongside the rest of the Avengers; which caused him to pass out from shock with a loud thud.
Nix, Draco, and the others looked to see Peter passed out on the floor . Then Nix knelt down beside Peter and said softly, "Peter, you're a very brave young man."
Everyone was confused by what Nix had said but noticed Peter coming around. Peter looked at Nix with realisation that she had been the woman that his Aunt May had told him about that had stayed with him after Iron Man had left saying, 'Good job, kid' when he was younger.
30 minutes later...
The wedding ceremony was about to begin. The room in which the ceremony was to be held was decorated beautifully with red, gold,and silver ribbons along with poinsettias and lilies that were coloured gold and silver. The room also had some fairy lights as well as magical falling snow; which had some of the guests wondering how Tony Stark managed to pull something like that.
Peter was taking pictures of very little thing including when the groom and groom's men entered. He was amazed at how Mr. Stark's tux looked as well as the groom's men that he took a picture. Then he took pictures of the bridesmaids followed by the ring barrier and the flower girl. Finally, it was the bride's turn to come down the isle and he took the pictures.
Then Peter noticed that the Queen of England was sitting in what looked like a VIP section that definitely was surprised by that the rumour had been true about the Queen of England herself attending Tony Stark's wedding.
Now, it was time for Nix and Tony to say their wedding vows to each other.
Peter continued taking pictures but he also listened to the wedding vows and as he was listening to Tony and Nix saying their vows to each other; he could hear the emotions behind them from both of them.
However, what really intrigued Peter was the special effects that happened when Tony Stark and his wife kissed sealing their wedding vows to each other. Then it was on to the wedding reception which followed the wedding's theme as well.
At the wedding reception...
Peter was taking pictures of the wedding guests; then he took a picture of the wedding cake and groom's cake before newly married couple cut into the cakes.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, introducing you to for the first time, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Stark also known as Lord and Lady Stark." The announcer said.
Peter went wide eyed at hearing the nobility titles of Tony Stark and his wife as were a few other guests. Then Peter watched as Tony and his wife bowed and curtsied to an elderly looking woman with what appeared to be a crown meaning that Tony and his wife knew exactly who the elderly looking woman was that he took a picture of it.
Apparently, Peter wasn't exactly the only one to notice what Tony and his wife did because several others did the same thing which confused some of the guest. However, when Hawkeye and the Black Widow followed by Captain America, Dr. Banner, and even Thor did the same thing ; people wondered who the woman was.
Peter also followed suit out of respect to the elderly woman.
The elderly looking woman acknowledged them all and then they heard her say, "Regardless of what some people think; we owe the Avengers a lot of thanks to keeping Loki from expanding his little tantrum to the rest of the world and as Mrs. Stark knows there are far more dangers in the world."
Everyone was confused by that except for Tony and his wife's family that knew what the elderly woman was talking about.
"Now, it's time for the happy couple to have their first dance as husband and wife." The announcer said.
Tony walked out onto the dance floor with Nix; and they started dancing to the song 'So This Is Love' because this song fit the two of them perfectly in a strange sense.
Everyone was watching Tony's and Nix's first dance as husband and wife; but some wondered why they had chosen the song 'So This Is Love' from the Disney movie, Cinderella.
Peter took a very beautiful picture of Tony and his wife while they dancing. When he went to review the picture that he had just taken; he could see the love that they had for each other. He wondered if him and MJ would evr be like that or not.
About eight months later...
Tony and few of the Avengers had gone on a mission. Pepper was out of town, Rhodey was back at the military base and Happy was doing some errands for preparations for the baby Stark that would be coming in nine months unless Nix was pregnant with multiples; so Happy bought two of everything.
Also, Tony called Nix every so often to check on her because she was at least five or six months along and he was worried for her and the baby or babies. He hoped nothing happened to his wife while he was away.
Luckily, for Tony that there was a hero that would check in on his wife from time to time and his name was Spider-Man considering that both Tony and Nix knew who Spider-Man really was. They treated the masked hero and his Aunt like family when they had discovered the truth about Spider-Man.
Tony even came up with a plan to keep Spider-Man's identity a secret by allowing Peter Parker aka Spider-Man have an internship at Stark Industries as a cover.
However, today when Peter aka Spider-Man decided to check in on Mrs. Stark at the request of his boss/mentor like he always did; his was stunned see Mrs. Stark passed out which had him worried. He immediately called for the medical team; when they arrived they were stunned and began checking her over.
Meanwhile somewhere fighting an enemy...
Tony had a feeling that something was wrong back home and had Jarvis contact Nix immediately. However, it was Peter answered, "Hello, Mr. Stark. We're in Med Bay because when I arrived; Mrs. Stark was passed out on the floor. The doctors and nurses are checking her out to make sure that she's o..." Then he heard Nix scream, "FURY IS SO DEAD! I'LL EVEN PULL A PEGGY CARTER ON CAPTAIN AMERICA!"
"Kid, do I even want to know?" Tony asked.
"Um... it seems that I think that the baby is coming early?"
"What?! Put Nix on!" Tony said as Jarvis adjusted the view screen aware that the other s were hearing everything.
Peter held the phone in front of Mrs. Stark. SoNix looked at the screen and said, "Tony, the baby or babies are coming early. I hate that you're not here but Peter's here. I will explain things to his school."
Tony sighed and said, "I may not be there in person but I'm going to stay on the vid phone regardless and I trust Peter there with you. Also, Nix, did the doctors tell you what happened to cause you to go into labour early?"
"No, they didn't but I possibly have a few theories, Tony; but let's just say that I'm not in the best of moods because of this. Also, are you that you should be on the vid phone while you're fighting?"
"I understand, honey." Tony said, "And I'm going to stay on the vid phone with you because you and Peter need me as well."
The other Avengers were clearly aware that Nix was upset with Fury and Steve because of this situation. Apparently, even Nick Fury heard Mrs. Stark's threat and wondered what she would do.
Regardless of having his wife on vid phone and fighting as well as filtering out some of the noise; Tony managed miraculously coached his wife through the labour even if there had been a bit of few choice of words in the middle.
After the fight, a loud crying sound came over the comms and a voice saying, "Mr. Stark, congratulations. You have a beautiful baby girl."
Tony started shedding tears of joy and asked, "What's her name, Nix?"
Nix was smiling at him and said, "Her name is Antonia Lily Marie Stark. She's beautiful, Tony and I have no doubt that she'll probably be a daddy's girl."
Tony felt a lump in his throat and was smiling at Nix and his baby girl. Then he said, "I think our little girl will be a bit if both of us, honey. And is Peter still there with you?"
Nix smiled and said, "Yes, Tony, Peter is still here; he just had to call his Aunt to let her know what had happened; so she won't worry."
"Good point, Nix." Tony said.
Nix chuckled and said, "Yes and you will come back safely to us or just might do something that would scare the complete pants off of Fury as well as Captain America!"
"Honey, I think that they heard through the comms?" Tony said.
"Good!"
"Hon, we're almost done and then I'll be there. I'm sorry that I wasn't there in person." Tony said.
Nix smiled and said, "I know because being a hero is a job; but all I want is you to back safely even if you get bruised or battered in process. We will always be there for you."
"By the way, about what you said earlier involving Pirate and Capsicle?" Tony questioned.
Nix grinned and said, "Tony, when we were dating that you'll have to expect the unexpected with me."
"I do recall you saying that, Nix." Tony said.
"Then you know what will await those once you've returned."
Tony chuckled and said, "Okay, Nix."
"See you soon, Tony."
"See you and Tia soon, honey." Tony said.
Nix looked at Tony with a questioning look that said, 'Tia'
Tony smiled and said, "I thought Tia would be a good nickname or we can also go with Toni that's spelled with an 'i' and confuse the helll out of Fury."
Apparently, that got both Nix and Peter laughing then Nix said, "I appreciate how much you've changed my life and so has Peter. By the way, May might stop by; she wanted to discuss something with the both of us. I believe that it's really important the way Peter discribed it."
"Same here, honey and if May has something important to discuss with both of us then I'll be there soon." Tony answered.
"Okay, see you soon, dear."
"Same here, Nix." Tony said.
An hour or so later...
Tony, Steve, and the others that went out on mission returned followed by Happy who had help carrying in baby supplies and to Tony's surprise; it was Clint that was helping Happy.
"Happy, did you go overboard?" Tony asked.
Happy turned to see his boss and friend then said, "Maybe, a bit."
"Tony, where do you want all this?" Clint asked.
"In the nursery, of course. Nix and I planned ahead just to be safe. Apparently, it payed off in the long run." Tony said.
"What do you mean, Stark?" Clint asked.
"Boss?" Happy questioned.
At that moment, Peter stepped out of the elevator that led to Med Bay and said, "Mr. Rogers and Director Fury are wanted in the Med Bay now!"
"Listen, kid, you can't order Steve or Direct Fury to Med Bay." Natasha said.
Peter looked at Natasha and said, "Thirty minutes or she will begin her wrath on the both of them."
Tony realized what Peter was saying and said, "Kid, I'm going to get cleaned up then I'm heading that way."
Peter nodded.
Then Tony turned towards Natasha and said, "Nat, it wasn't exactly an order that the kid was issuing; it was more of a warning and if they don't turn up then let's just say there's to be dire consequences or worse depending how angry she is. I'm you recall your encounter with her but this is probably going be way worse than that." Then walked off to get cleaned up.
Natasha blinked and paled.
Just then, Fury arrived and saw that Natasha was a bit pale.
Clint looked at Fury and said, "You and the Captain have been summoned to Med Bay by Mrs. Stark. I don't know what for and probably don't want to but I can guess that the two of you are in trouble."
Fury was about to say something; when Peter leaned over and whispered something into Clint's ear; which caused Clint to go wide eyed then said, "Scratch that, you and the Captain are doomed. I have no doubt that Tony might tell you off as well."
Then Peter decided to help Clint and Happy put the baby things up in Antonia's nursery/ room which was close to Tony's and Nix's room.
Fury and Steve headed to the Med Bay to see what was going on and why they had practically been ordered to report to a certain room.
Moments later, in a room in Med Bay...
Steve and Fury were standing in a room that looked a bit lively in their opinion. A nurse was walking towards them and shook her head knowing that these two men were responsible for the father missing the birth of daughter but the had to help through vid phone instead of being here.
A doctor looked at them and said, "I'm not going wish the two of you good luck; because I think I can understand how angry she is and Tony Stark was a cautious man and new that anything could happen with his wife. So, you two have to face the consequences. Just luckily, Mr. Parker had been informed in case something happened while Mr. Stark was away."
Apparently, both Fury and Captain Rogers had no idea what they were in for until they heard a woman's voice say, "My husband was aware that things sometimes the unexpected things happen to me; and just so happens that today happened to be one of those days. The two of you are responsible for Tony not being here."
Fury and Steve turned to see a woman sitting in medical bed holding a baby. They walked towards the end of the bed to get a closer look at the baby.
At that moment, Tony walked in ignoring Fury and Steve. He went to pick up his baby girl. Fury and Steve watched as Tony picked up the baby and Steve was about to say something when the woman said, "Tony, are you okay?"
"I'm okay, Nix. I just can't believe how beautiful she is and I'm greatful that Peter was here with you two; when I wasn't." Tony said with tears of joy falling down his cheeks.
"Which reminds me, Tony. If Loki shows up what do you plan to do?" Nix asked.
Tony's eyes narrowed at the mention of Loki because he could have harmed Nix and his daughter at the time when the Battle of New York took place. Then Tony said, "I'll come up with something for Rock of Ages soon enough; but right now, you both need me."
"Stark, do you know why we are here?" Fury questioned.
Tony looked at Fury and Steve then said while holding his daughter, " I'm assuming that my wife wishes to have words with two of you because of what happened today."
"Why would your wife be angry at us, Stark?" Fury said.
"Why wouldn't she be?" Tony said holding his daughter close, "I mean you don't know my wife like I do and trust me when you have no idea what she can do."
Both Fury and Steve were confused by what Tony meant by that.
Then Nix smiled and said, "I'm sure if Howard Stark was here; he would be shocked by how his best friend treated his only son when they first met. However, I wonder how Peggy Carter would feel knowing the man that she had loved treated her godson."
Steve paled.
Fury was about to say something when Nix said, "Fury, you're the Director of SHIELD and claim to be a friend and yet; you had one of your agents infiltrate our home and writing a report on my husband which I still plan to get for that because Iron Man is Tony and Tony is Iron Man. No one can take that from him; not even you!"
Fury wasn't sure how he felt about Mrs. Stark talking to him like this.
After the conversation with Fury and Captain Rogers was over with; Tony and Nix met with May Parker and Peter. Tony and Nix along with Peter wondered what was so important that May wished to talk with them immediately.
May entered the room and Tony gave Jarvis instructions that it was a private conversation and that the others didn't need to hear it at the moment. So, Jarvis silence barriers around the room for the conversation that they were about to have.
Meanwhile, the Avengers wondered what Peter's Aunt wanted to talk to Tony and Nix about that was so important.
Back with Tony, Nix, Tia, Peter, and May...
"May, what is it that you wish to discuss with Tony and myself? If you don't mind me asking?" Nix said.
"Nix, if something were to happen to me...I would like the two of you to become Peter's guardians." May said.
Tony and Nix were a bit surprised even though they already thought of Peter like a son. Then Tony said, "My wife and I would be honoured, May. If Peter is okay with it; of course."
Peter looked at Mr. and Mrs. Stark then at his Aunt; he wasn't exactly sure what to say to this because he was surprised by it. In a way, he did think of Mr. and Mrs. Stark as his Mom and Dad but he never told them out loud; this also meant that Antonia would be like his baby sister.
"Peter?" Nix said looking at him.
Peter looked at Mrs. Stark and said, "I would like that. I mean having an extra set of guardians couldn't hurt; could it?"
"Not at all, kid. I think that your Aunt is concerned for you if something happened to her and be honest; we already thought of you two as family from the day we met you and your Aunt." Tony said.
Peter smiled understanding.
"Tony?" Nix said.
Tony turned to Nix and said, "Yes, dear?"
"Why don't we say that Peter is your personal intern at Stark Tower. That way, he can have an excuse to come here if May is working late?" Nix said.
"That's not a bad idea, sweetheart." Tony said handing Tia to her mother.
Nix took Tia from Tony in order to feed her. Peter watched as Mr. Stark draped a lite weight blanket over his wife; so she could breastfeed Tia.
Then they continued their conversation as Tony began writing up the internship papers for Peter. However, they were also doing this in order to protect Peter as Spider-Man as well because both Tony and Nix had noticed bits and peices.
