Mona was getting ready for the day. She eats breakfast, then heads to her part time job.
"Shoot, the show is tonight. I'll ask my boss if I can leave early." Mona says and goes to do so.
N was finally released. He sighed. But Luke and Duncan were escorting him to the group. Luke didn't trust N enough to have him leave alone.
Uzi sees this, but knows that if she threatens Luke, it would be the last time she does so.
"Mines…so much hardened Diet C-Coke…Couldn't eat the Mentos, all I could do was chop them up…" N shuddered. "Luke had guards there, and he was there, watching." Uzi pats his back.
"He had a whip, and the CLAW team made me ride in the truck in ch-chains…J is gonna have a field day with this…" N shuddered. "She'll literally kill me."
Uzi sighs. "You know what, we need a quick adventure or something random, so we're gonna find a place in the Mushroom Kingdom with sweets!" She stood on a bench, pointing her finger up. N cheered as anything was better than what he had just gone through.
Meanwhile, Atticus and Hal were chatting and looking at the designs.
"Looks good." Garth says. Luke entered the room, decked out in his Sugar Rush royal clothing.
"Whoa…why are you like, all dressed up?" Hal asked, finally noticing Luke.
"He was in Sugar Rush." Atticus says. "I've been there a few times."
"He put N through hell." Oliver Queen says, watching the footage on his phone.
Meanwhile…
"Okay, tonight is my second night on stage." Minako says
"You'll have to go without me. Chibi-Usa is really upset. I don't know why." Usagi says.
Minako thinks Chibi-Usa had been upset ever since the whole time travel incident.
"Reverse Flash, isn't it?" Minako asked.
"Yeah." Usagi says.
"Okay. Tell her I said hi." Minako says.
Later, she checks on Barry. "It must be sad. The police thought Mr. Allen killed his wife, and he got arrested." Minako says.
"I know. But Uncle Jay is doing his best to take care of me now." Barry says, stocking the counter at Sugar Buzz Studios. "I mean, yeah, I'm still devastated about the whole thing, but I didn't think I'd be reliving it. Really."
"You don't seem to be as bothered by it now. Why is that?" Minako asked him.
"I have had time to heal." Barry says, running his hands through his hair. "Can I get you anything?"
"One Snickers shake to go, please." Minako says. Barry nodded and made the shake before handing it off to Minako, who took it.
"Thanks. Will you be there with your teammates tonight?" Minako asked Barry before leaving.
"Probably." Barry says. "I'm not sure."
"I mean, tonight is the second episode of the All Star Talent Showcase's 2nd season." Minako says. "And I'm so excited!"
"I can tell! I just wish the guys would just understand me. I feel like Shane is the only one who actually does. Everyone else? Ehhh…" Barry says, making himself a Sour Skittle smoothie.
"I don't know…" Minako says. "Anyway, gotta go! Hopefully I'll see you later."
She leaves, Snickers shake in hand. Barry sighs, sipping his smoothie.
Meanwhile Rei was thinking of Cuphead.
"I hope it worked." she says and goes to spy on him to make sure he was being nice to his brother.
Mugman was strumming his guitar under a tree, surrounded by a few Inkwell-based admirers.
"Hm, okay, gotta find Cuphead. Good thing I have other senses." Rei says and finds him and covers her eyes and ears.
Cuphead approaches his brother, just standing next to him as he watches him play his guitar.
"Oh, hey, Cuppy. What're you doin' over here?" Mugman asked, now noticing his brother.
"You're good." Cuphead complimented, sitting next to Mugman.
"Um, thanks, I guess." Mugman says, strumming a few chords, making the admirers swoon.
"Well, I think I fixed Cuphead. I think I should use my skills on other bullies." Rei says to herself.
Meanwhile…
"Luke, what kind of hell did you put N through?" Hal asked.
"Made him work in the Diet Coke & Mentos mines in Sugar Rush." Luke says. "He'll know better than to touch my kart again. I don't think he'll want to go back for a second round of labor. And he won't like being chained up again."
"We are ready for tonight." Shane says.
"I wish Barry was. But he's dealing with the after-effects of that fight." Garth says.
"Poor thing…" Shane says. "I know he's in a lot of emotional pain right now."
"Yeah, maybe we should ask the producers to delay the show somehow." Atticus says.
Meanwhile, at Sugar Buzz Studios, Barry had his headphones on, listening to "Your Song Saved My Life" by U2 on repeat, trying to keep himself focused on his work. Barbara comes up to the counter.
"Are you okay?" she asked, concern etched on her face. "It's okay to tell me about your feelings, Barry-boo."
Barry blushed slightly at the name Barbara just called him before looking at her and removing his headphones. "I'm okay, Babs. You don't have to be worrying about me so much, you know." He says.
"I know. But as your wife-to-be and all that, it's my job to worry about and be concerned for you, Barry." Barbara says, popping a handful of Jujyfruits candy into her mouth.
"Babsy, I wish that things wouldn't be this hard to deal with, you know? And I just want my teammates other than Shane to actually understand that the whole thing that I literally witnessed during that fight is still killing me mentally!" Barry cried. "All I want is for it to just GO AWAY! And I want you to help me deal with it, too…" Barry sniffed before picking up his headphones again.
Barbara took Barry's hands. "Barry-boo, I'll always be there for you. For better or for worse and all that." She says. "You'll be okay. And you know I have your back. I'll help you any way I can."
Meanwhile, Mona was working hard. She wanted to be ready for later. She goes to her boss.
"C-Can I clock out early?" She asked as he nodded.
Meanwhile, Luke headed back to Sugar Rush as he was overseeing the security measures in his kart garage. The guys ended up tagging along.
"So, what measures are being taken this time?" Hal asked curiously.
Luke explained. "Let's start with the traps that will be set for any potential kart thieves and kart-munchers. I'm not letting them through these halls that easily." He says.
"How can we help with this?" Garth asked.
Atticus thinks. "You guys go prepare for the show. I got this." Atticus says.
They blink in confusion.
"Relax. I've been here plenty of times and I don't have a sweet tooth, unlike N." Atticus says.
Emma was getting ready for the show and dressed like Skara would. Skara had to work with Raine for a bit before the show, so she wasn't around at the moment.
"Why is she working?" Emma asked.
"Just eat your food." Skylia says.
N came. "Hey guys!" He says.
Angry Luigi hid in a closet with Savannah.
"Huh, you're alive. I'm surprised." Alem tuber says. "That's why I never bother with Luke."
N shivers. "No more mines…no more chains…Diet Coke and Mentos bad…" He sucks his thumb. "The whips…no more whips…"
"And they say I have a sugar problem." Emma says.
Meanwhile, Chibi-Usa was a bit paranoid.
"Relax, we put that Reverse Flash creep in jail." Usagi says.
"I'm not going! Not on my life!" Chibi-Usa says as Usagi tries to pull her, but she bit Usagi's finger.
"You brat!" Usagi growled as they got into a fight cloud.
Meanwhile, Atticus was done as the castle looked different.
"There. I should find the others." He says.
Luke appeared on the Silvermint-Cycle. "Want a ride?" Luke asked him. He nods and boards the motorcycle as the two of them ride away from the castle.
Meanwhile
"Okay, Let's look for Begmax since he's loose." Delta says.
"No way. He's probably just trying to buy Christmas presents, he's harmless." Savannah says.
"Fine." Delta says to them.
Minako arrives at the place giggling. "Stupid Usagi, who needs her, anyway? I got Luke."
Luna waves as Minako goes to join her and Sam.
With Barry, he finds the boys.
"Hey, Barry, how are you?" Shane asked, taking his hand.
"Barry, are you good? Maybe you should rest." Atticus says as he and Luke pull up.
"Still can't believe we didn't see our future counterparts." Garth says.
"Are you still on about the future? Why spoil it? That's no fun." Minako says.
Mugman arrived with a tired mona. He admires Luke's motorcycle. "Sweet set of wheels you have there." Mugman says with an admiring smile.
"Thanks. A beaut, ain't she?" Luke says.
"I'll say. What kind of fuel does it take?" Mugman says, setting Mona on the grass.
"Pure maple syrup. But on a good day, it'll take the finest jelly apple juice fuel. Or even peppermint extract." Luke says. Mugman's eyes widened at this information as he frantically took notes.
Minako drooled, then snapped out of it. "Ami ditched me so she can study. Rei has work, and Usagi claims Chibi-Usa has future nightmares." Minako says, annoyed. Luke pats her back.
With Skara, she and Raine worked on movie stuff before heading to the show venue with Boscha.
"So, can I watch Die Bard 3?" Emma Asked
"No." Skara says "You're too young."
"But Uzi showed me the first 2." Emma says as Skara glares at Uzi.
"It was a good movie." Uzi says as she looks at N, who shakes.
"J f-found out about me and the mines…" N shakes as he sheds tears.
"I'll blast J's head off." Uzi says.
"You did that last time, and she threatened your life." N points out before going back to cowering.
"Bite me! I don't care!" Uzi says. "Besides, I got an upgrade."
Alem tuber got pied by Jax. "That's it!" Alem tuber growls, then Jack pied him.
Alem tuber sighed. "N, get up." Alem Tuber says as N was part of his team.
"No way!" he sobs.
Meanwhile, Makato checks on Usagi as she opens the door and gasps. The house was a mess and Usagi and Chibi-Usa were fighting.
"Hey, cut it out! Usagi attacking a kid? That's low." Makato says
"She started it!" Usagi says.
"No, she did!" Chibi-Usa says
"Honestly, I'll patch you both up." Makato says. "Then I'll watch over you 2."
"Look, it's Reverse Flash!" Usagi says. Chibi-Usa screamed as Usagi laughed.
Meanwhile, Barry was looking in a mirror as Shane sat with him.
"Thinking about the future? Look, it's okay. We won." Minako says.
"It's a lot for him emotionally." Shane says, brushing Barry's hair.
"Don't make me go back…" Barry sniffed, fidgeting with his hands.
"I won't." Minako says.
She heads off. "Good luck, Luke.' she says.
"Thanks." he says.
Meanwhile, Chibi-Usa Was watching TV and saw Reverse Flash.
"Reverse Flash!" She screamed.
"Chibi-Usa, no one is there." Makato says "I think you have PTSD."
"I get the feeling Barry may have it." Usagi says.
Makato calls Minako. "Hey, is Barry okay? We think he may have PTSD." Makato says.
"He seems fine." Minako says.
"Honestly?" Makato asked.
"Look, I have a show to get ready for. Not that any of you seem to care." Minako says.
"Seriously?! The show is more important?! Think about Luke's teammate and friend…you know what? Just put Luke on." Makato says sternly.
Minako reluctantly handed Luke the phone.
"How is Barry?" Makato asked him.
"Shaken to say the least. The future fight isn't the only thing causing him PTSD." Luke says. "There are times where he wasn't allowed to fight crime because his PTSD was so bad."
"Tell me more." Makato says. Luke then told Makato all she needed to know. Minako looks down, feeling horrible. Makato hung up.
Chibi-Usa shook. "What if I get e-erased from existence?" Chibi-Usa stammered.
"That's impossible…oh, shoot, you mean he's after me? Why? Oh, I'm your mom in the future. Killing me would kill you." Usagi says.
"Look, I think we need to find this guy." Makato says.
Meanwhile, Savannah checks on N. N was sitting, his face buried in his knees.
She pats him. "N, cheer up." Savannah says. N looks up at her. She hugs him and offers him cupcakes as N smiled a bit.
The cosmic buddies run into the Musibros.
"Atticus fudo!" Angry Luigi squealed.
"Oh, if it isn't the ones who traumatized my boyfriend!" Uzi growled.
"Oh, you wanna go?!" Hal asked as Savannah got in the middle.
"No, we don't." Savannah says.
Soon, the show was starting.
"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the second episode of the second season!" Braxton says.
"Tonight is what I like to call our Dance Craze show. Why is it called that, you ask? Well, I'm going to ask Dave to explain it." Gemma says with a smile.
"Of course. Dance Craze is where our teams had to create a routine to a song that incorporates a dance, like the 'wobble' or 'juicy wiggle' or whatever they prefer." Dave says.
"Tonight, 5 teams are being sent packing, sending 35 teams to the next show in Anaheim, California for our Disney Spectacular show." Gemma says.
"This season, the Bejeweled Button will be working differently. The judges may use the button twice for two individual teams. The two teams that get the Bejeweled Button treatment will avoid elimination and will automatically move to the next show." Braxton explained. "The button will only be used twice per show."
"So, without further ado, let's bring out the first team!" Gemma says.
"Cuppy and Mugsy!" Fans chant.
They came on with Mona as girls screamed for Mugman. The group then went into their "Move It Like This" performance, the crowd going wild as they smiled.
Meanwhile, the cosmic buddies get ready as N shakes.
"Let's do this!" Jax says.
They came up as fans cheered for them. N smiles as they do their "I Like To Move It" routine.
Luke watched this as he adjusted his custom denim jacket. Hal, Barry, Garth, Oliver Queen, and Shane were watching as well.
"Hmmm, not bad." Hal says, observing N's dance moves.
"So, what's on the agenda for your birthweek this year, Lukey-boy?" Garth asked.
"I've planned it all out. Well, at least five of the seven days. One of the days, Vanellope's planned a Silvermint Soiree, which is my Sugar Rush birthday celebration. The other one is going to be a party in Times Square, which is being hosted by my friend Jacob. Jacob's dad owns most of Times Square, so the party there is going to be huge."
"Cool!" Garth says.
"When do we get to meet Jacob?" Hal asked.
"In two days." Luke says.
Meanwhile, the Cosmic Buddies finished to loud cheers. N shakily walked offstage.
Minako got ready with Luna, Sam, Mazzy, and Sully. But she had no idea this was the Dance Craze show. Luna had the group performing "Rock This Town" by The Stray Cats.
Minako could live with that, knowing most of the shows had themes. Not every show had a "Freestyle Free-For-All".
Emma watched.
"Are you still scared?" Melony asked N.
N nodded, but couldn't help but overhear all the talk about Luke's birthweek. "What's a birthweek?" N asked.
"Luke and his friends celebrate 7 days a week. Come on, let's go." Alem tuber says, wanting to leave.
"Will I get one?" N asked.
"That's the problem. Only Luke and his pals get them because they're famous." Savannah says.
"Yeah, we were never good enough to be on his level." Melony says.
Meanwhile, fans cheered when Minako and the Moon Goats finished.
The Foxes were next as the crowd cheered for them. They came up with Hunter and Cynthia, doing their "C'mon & Ride It (The Train)" routine, the crowd loving it.
Meanwhile, Rei senses something and took out her pen.
She emits a flaming aura and becomes Sailor Mars.
Sailor Mars rushes for Usagi's house, bouncing off gasped as a yellow blur rushed by.
"Crap!" She says.
Meanwhile, Usagi was watching the show with Makato when the lights turned off.
"Huh? I swear mom paid the bill." Usagi says as the door was kicked open as Reverse Flash smirked evilly.
The girls gasp as he rushed over and choked them.
Usagi tries to breath as Makato bit his hand and performed a judo throw, sending him to a wall
"Usagi, run!" Makato says and took out her pen.
Makato smirked as lightning covered her body. She smirked and became Sailor Jupiter.
Sailor Jupiter tried using her lightning, but Reverse Flash rushed and kicked her.
Meanwhile…
"Go, Cynthia!" David cheered. The Foxes finished as the fans cheered for them.
After that, the show went to a commercial break. One of the commercials was about Luke's birthday week. The others were preparing for their turns on stage while others were taking a break.
Luke was excited for his week already. Skara drinks some juice.
Mike and Josh were watching the video of N mining and sobbing.
"Ha!" they say as Chrissy teleports in and grabs them.
"Okay, joke's over, you 2." she says.
Later the Trillion Triplets performed on stage as the crowd went wild. They tossed some golden t-shirts after their performance
"Show-offs." Uzi says.
Meanwhile, Sailor Moon panted as she arrived at a park and sighed.
"My legs hurt." She says as suddenly, Reverse Flash arrived.
"You've got to be kidding me…" She says as he goes for a strike, but Sailor Mercury leaped and kicked him.
He gets up, but gets hit by a flame sniper.
"Whoa, I actually got him!" Sailor Mars says as he speeds over and kicks her, then rushes and punches her a bunch of times in a second and kicks her aside.
"Rei!" Sailor Moon says. He suddenly appears and kicks Sailor Mercury and smirks as he kicks Sailor Moon.
Suddenly, a star chain grabs him. Sailor Venus smirked, but he grabs the chain and swung her up and leaped high and kicks her down as there was a dust cloud.
"Hey!" Delta says arriving with Chrissy and Nimona.
"Crud, those loser buddies…" he says and speeds off, retreating.
"Get back here!" Delta says and speeds after him across Tokyo.
"So you really wanna challenge me? Come on!" Delta says as she shoots energy orbs hitting him, sending him up as she teleports and kicks him.
Sailor Moon tears up. "Minako, get up!" She says.
"I'm sorry…I should have never judged you. I was selfish." She groaned. "I could use some video games."
"Moment ruined." Sailor Moon says.
Meanwhile, Emma was getting ready. "Wish us luck." She tells the other cosmic buddies.
They nod as she heads up with Skara.
"I want a birthday week." N says.
"We'll help make it happen. When is your birthday?" Savannah asked. N shrugged.
"Yeah I forgot my birthday, too." Delta says.
"Aren't you supposed to be fighting?" Savannah asked
"Nimona wanted a turn." Delta says, shrugging.
"After the show, we kick Luke's ass." Uzi says.
"Yeah, I don't think that's going to happen." Jax says.
"Luke will be gone after the show." Pomni pointed out.
The boys patiently waited. Soon, it was their turn.
"Coming up next…you know them, you love them, THE MUSIBROS!" Gemma says.
Girls screamed when the boys appeared on stage. They then did their routine to "Old School" by Cupid.
The crowd couldn't help but dance along. Luke had some amazing stage presence among his friends. Leni cheered.
Meanwhile Usagi looked after her friends
"Are they okay?" Chibi-Usa asked.
"I don't know." Usagi says.
Meanwhile, the button was used for the boys. Fans cheered as they high-fived each other.
Meanwhile, Nimona tries punching Reverse Flash, who kicks her as she breathes flames, but he dodges. She turned into a gorilla but he attacked her.
Chrissy got ready, but he rushed and punched her hard across the face as she grunted.
Meanwhile…
"They are awesome! Maybe I should join their friend…no, Luke is scary." N says.
Atticus smiled as he and Luke sign autographs.
"Atticus is so cool." Angry Luigi said.
New York Sound went up as Garrett smiles. They did a performance as fans cheered.
The Chipmunks also performed, doing their "South Side" routine. Fans cheered for them. Luke watched, a soft smile on his face.
"You like this song?" Hal asked him. Luke nods and continues to listen.
Next were the Chipettes as their fans cheered for them.
Meanwhile, Chibi-Usa was shaking.
"Calm down." Usagi says, looking upset.
"How? All our friends are knocked out." Chibi-Usa says.
"Not all of them." Usagi says as Makato groans.
"Ow…" Makato winced.
Meanwhile, The Bard Experience went on as the crowd cheered during their performance of "Jailhouse Rock".
Boys cheer for Skara, Emma, and Boscha. The crowd loved Raine's special effects. They soon finished as Skara smiled.
After the show, Luke went to relax.
Meanwhile
"We will be fine." Rei says, but falls on her broken ribs. Usagi winced.
"Okay, we need help." Ami says.
"We can't get Luke or Barry will freak out." Makato says.
"Are you kidding me? You want us to be defenseless?" Minako asked.
"Girls, look, he's probably not coming back. Those Cosmic Buddies took care of it." Usagi says.
"Usagi, are you sure?" Chibi-Usa asked, shaking hard.
"We'll be okay, I promise." Usagi says, smiling sheepishly.
Meanwhile
"Will I ever sign an autograph?" N asked.
"Sure!" Savannah says.
Meanwhile
"You did great, Mugsy." Mona tells Mugman aa Mona was tired.
"Thank you, love." Mugman says as he loaded her into the backseat of his pickup truck. "Now let me take you home."
He took Mona back to Diamond City, Mona sleeping peacefully in the backseat.
