Leni made Charity a birthday breakfast the next day.

"Today isn't my birthday…" Charity says.

"It's not, but you were upset yesterday…" Leni says.

"After all I do for this state…AFTER ALL I DO!" Charity screamed.

Leni goes to Luke. "Luke, plan Mom a party." Leni says, telling Luke what happened.

Charity leaves the manor in a huff. "SCHOOL! ALL OF YOU! GO!" She screamed.

Luke cries. Leni holds him as they leave.

Meanwhile

"Hmph, you know we've been protecting Michigan for a while. I think we should get a party after we win the talent show." Alem tuber says.

"We sure do a lot." Melony says.

"Greendale still hates us." Angry Luigi says.

Emma sat alone, thinking. The whole thing took a toll on her. Skylia walked her to Silver Oak Academy.

Emma was nervous about this.

"Be good and do everything Mr. Gilbert asks you, okay?" Skylia says.

Emma sniffed and nodded.

Meanwhile

"I say Angry Luigi makes a crystal sculpture then throw A week worth Of parties parties will fix everything " Keith says

"You're thinking of Luke. Parties aren't the solution." Savannah says.

"Parties are literally the answer to all problems." Keith says showing a long video of a lot of problems being solved by parties.

Charity sheds angry tears and starts working on new declarations as she rants to herself.

Later, all of Michigan was planning a party for her. Today, Charity didn't feel like she was even enough for this state anymore.

"No one cares. Nobody. Not no one, not know how!" She screamed as she grabbed the declarations and stormed into her press room. "It's time…" she says coldly.

Later, she came out to see a bunch of decorations and pictures. ALL of Michigan was decorated for her.

"Happy Appreciation Day, Charity Huntington!" all of Michigan chanted.

"W-What?!" Charity was surprised to see this.

"I planned it." Luke says. Charity didn't know what to say as she was still surprised.

Luke gives her his gift. She takes it, revealing a charm of the state key. "Oh, honey! It's beautiful!" Charity gasped before hugging her son. "It's wonderful!"

Lincoln got her a sculpture. "It's glorious!" Charity says.

With Emma, Gilbert had been working with her for a bit. Emma ran to be alone.

Charity wondered what else was in store. Luke and his group performed a show as she smiled.

"Sweetie, you are so wonderful!" Charity says. He smiled.

"I would like to dance with you, cupcake." Charity says to Luke, offering her hand.

Luke smiled and danced with her.

"I love you, sweetheart. You are incredible." Charity says to Luke.

After that, Forest got her a new limo.

"Forest, you doll!" Charity says, hugging and kissing him. "And do you know how old I will be on my birthday this year?"

"56." he says.

"It will be an exciting occasion!" She says as he smiles.

Soon, Oliver did a magic show as Charity clapped for him.

Skylia soon picks Emma up.

"How did your first day with Mr. Gilbert go, sweetheart?" Skylia asked.

"Okay." She says softly as she heads to Charity's party.

The cosmic buddies were preparing for the talent show.

"Even if we don't win. Charity will still give us recognition." Savannah pointed out.

"Which we won't. Listen, we never win." Angry Luigi says.

"Tell that to me. I was part of Remy's team and we won and I still have epic 1st blind girl in ANH awards and interviews, too." Melony says holding one of the awards up.

Alem tuber growled. "You got lucky. If it wasn't for Remy and Garrett, no one would even know your name. You'd still be locked up" Alem tuber says

Melony growled at that comment.

"You only won because it was a team competition and by their fame." alem tuber says

"Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!" Melony screamed.

"I should have destroyed you. You're still a threat weapon xi" alem tuber says

Melony leaves. "I QUIT!" She stormed off before Randy spoke anymore.

"Melony, wait…" Savannah says before glaring at Alem tuber. "You just don't know when to shut up, do you?!"

"She took all the glory from her teammates." Alem tuber says.

"You're gonna lose me if you can't learn to shut up. Oh, wait, you just have." Savannah says coldly before going after Melony. "Yes, she did, but Garrett was nice enough to let her have it."

"So, all of you wanna quit. Go ahead." Alem tuber says, annoyed.

But to his surprise, a lot of others stayed. Savannah and Melony were the only ones who left the team due to Alem tuber's big mouth and tendency to brag.

"He didn't mean anything he said." Savannah says as she consoles Melony. "I know you quit that weapon stuff a long time ago."

"Go away." Melony says.

"I left the team because of the things he said about you. I don't take that stuff lightly." Savannah says. "I'm no longer on his side."

"I'll probably head to New York tonight. I do need to rehearse since I'm going to be the first blind girl in the Macy's parade." Melony says.

"And he isn't going to mess that up for you." Savannah says. "Not on my watch. He's been in the parade more than enough times. And you deserve this more."

At the party, Luan was doing a show as Charity was getting something to eat.

Later, Lucy reads a poem as Charity couldn't help but smile at it.

Melony was waiting to be picked up.

"Are you sure you're ready?" Savannah asked.

"Relax, I'm really excited to be on a parade float and I'm really excited about the talent show. I hope you guys win. I may enter with Garrett, mostly because I like him a lot. As more than a friend." Melony says.

"Have you kissed?" Savannah teased as Melony blushed.

"We…um…sorta did." She stammered, not wanting to confess everything about it. Luckily, Savannah didn't ask her anything else about it.

"Should I come with you?" Savannah asked

"No, Jerbo and Viney need you. Especially since they are going to be on ANH again next season and need you around for moral support." Melony says.

Soon, Melony's helicopter came to pick her up.

"As you can see, my uncle and aunties are very rich. One day, my aunt will be president and all will bow." Melony laughed, joking at that last bit before she hugged Savannah.

"Thanks for being my friend. Tell Garrett I couldn't say goodbye, because, well, it's his mom's day." Melony says.

"Somehow, I think he already knows that you're going to New York. He's got some friends up there he's gonna see the parade with." Savannah says.

Meanwhile, Luna performed a song for Charity. After it ended, Charity wondered when the entertainment portion would finish so everyone could just enjoy themselves at this party.

Soon, everyone began to chat about other things as Kat and Ana ran off to play.

Luke smiled at his mom. "You're appreciated, today and every day." He says.

"Sweetie, you're so kind to me. You know you didn't have to do all this for me, but I love you and I love this all the same." Charity smiled and hugged Luke.

Lisa and June look away from each other, blushing as Lana laughs. Ollie looks at Lana.

"I'd advise you to not laugh at my sister." Ollie says.

"Sorry, Lis." Lana says

"So, are you two dating?" Leni asked

"No." They say

"So, Shane, you excited to win the talent show?" Penny asked.

"Yeah. Although, if the cosmic buddies win, I won't mind. I have other things I look forward to winning either way. My duties as Mr. Michigan are a lot, and talent show practice on top of Mr. United States pageant practice and school are also keeping me busy." Shane says.

Soon, Savannah was finished with the cake as she also baked muffins. all types of muffins and made a bunch of vegan desserts.

"I approve of this." Ollie says.

Ana looked hungry, but Kat slapped her hand away.

"Girls, what did I tell you about fighting in public spaces?" Charity says.

"Sorry." They say.

The cake says "Thank You, Charity Huntington, for protecting and serving all of Michigan! We appreciate your hard work!" in purple icing.

"Well, you are all too kind!" Charity says as she serves the cake.

Meanwhile, Melony groaned as she arrived in New York.

"My head…" Melony groaned, having jet lag as she couldn't feel vibrations very well and stumbled about and was about to trip when the lady who serves drinks caught her.

"Someone's here to pick you up." she says.

"Who would pick me up?" Melony asked dizzily as she started walking.

She nearly tripped, but Kylie saved her from falling.

"Kylie, what are you doing here?" Melony asked.

"I live here in New York. With two of Garrett's other friends." Kylie says.

"I mean here in this place?" Melony asked.

"I'm here to pick you up and take you to the parade place. But let me take you to the apartment I share with Garrett's friends." Kylie says. "You need your rest before rehearsals tomorrow."

Melony reached out for Kylie as Kylie helped her into her car, then Kylie loaded her stuff and they went off to the apartment.

They soon enter. "So I'm finally about to meet Garrett's old group, huh? I never thought I'd see the day." Melony says.

"We went to middle school together, before he moved to Michigan in 9th grade due to his dad getting a new job with a CPS branch there. We hung out all the time." Kylie says.

"I guess they already know me." Melony says and soon senses his friends.

"Roland, Eduardo, Cedric, this is Garrett's friend, Melony." Kylie says.

"Nice to meet you!" Roland says. "Roland Jackson, the pleasure's all mine."

"Eduardo Rivera, future cop. I strive to be like my brother, Carl, who is also a cop." He says.

"Cedric Cruz, Garrett's basketball buddy and a candy connoisseur thanks to my dad." Cedric says. "Nice to meet you."

"I guess it's nice to meet you too." Melony says.

"Come on, let's get you settled in. Wait, how long are you staying?" Kylie asked.

"I don't know." Melony says.

"I think it's till after the parade." Eduardo says.

"Maybe, or I could stay permanently." Melony says, surprising Kylie. "I mean, I really don't have a family to stay with or a clear path at all."

"That's so sad…" Cedric says, knowing what it's like to not have a family. His dad passed on not too long ago and it still hurt him.

"You're welcome to stay here." Roland says. "Living on the mean streets of New York is no way to live, I always say."

Meanwhile

"So, she's gone?" Emila asked

"Yep, good riddance." Alem tuber says, although there was a hint of regret in his voice. No one knew that but him.

"So, what do we do next? About the whole new sister thing?" Angry Luigi asked.

"Are we moving into Willow's house?" Emma asked.

"Yes, in order for you to get your schooling." Skylia says. "Gilbert and Harvey are making another addition to their house and have agreed to take care of us. Plus, Gilbert wants to work with Emma outside of school."

"This won't end well." The twins say, remembering how Skara left them and were sure that Willow would get fed up easily.

They would be wrong about that. Willow and her family were very caring people. The last thing Willow would ever do is get fed up with someone that she and her family would be taking care of.

Meanwhile, Melony was eating and called Garrett.

"Hello?" Garrett says.

"Hey, Garrett!" his friends say.

"Roland, Eduardo, Cedric! Hi!" Garrett says. "How are you guys doing?!"

"Great!" Cedric says. "We're looking forward to Thanksgiving, and can't wait to see you!"

"Same! Just a few more weeks of school left before break, then I'm en route to New York for the Macy's parade and a Thanksgiving dinner party with you all!" Garrett says.

"Yeah, Melony arrived and she kinda wants to stay with us since she has no family." Cedric says.

"She told me." Garrett says. "She's no trouble at all. I'm surprised she left the Cosmic Buddies, honestly."

"Who?" Eduardo asked.

Garrett then explains everything.

"Oh, them." Roland says. "I feel so bad for your friend being treated like that."

Melony fell over, tired. Kylie carries her to her room.

"Thank you." Melony says.
