jayla was streaming for her twitch channel. the title said: oh?! we're making chocolates for valentine's day? and the chat was going wild, making a few hypothesis on who she was making the sweet treats for, a few people guessed a partner, meanwhile some people were guessing that it was for her family members.
"hello and good morning chat!" jayla opened the stream with her pngtuber self with a chef hat instead of her usual star-shaped hairpin. "today we are going to remake that elmer chocolate, uh, chocolates." the stream then showed jayla's hands holding the heart shaped box.
"who is the chocolate for?" someone in the chat said. jayla started to sigh, she wanted to avoid this question because she starts to "blush" whenever she sees or talk about or to him.
"i, erm, it's matthew cook, my lovely boyfriend."
"the green ranger?!?" the same user typed. jayla gave the user a thumbs up. the chat couldn't see her face but she was smiling, showing her braces.
a few hours later and jayla was done with her chocolates. "well, i think it's time for me to give this to matt. see you again when i stream at 7." jayla ended the stream and walked outside. she looked around the city that is angel grove. the birds were chirping as jayla walked out of the house and her journey to the youth center began. she rode on her bike for the very first time without her parents helping her. once she reached her destination, she locked her bike with a u-lock and walked to the youth center and into the juice bar where matthew was ordering a pineapple shake.
"uh. hey matt. i got something for you, since it's valentine's day," jayla then opened her box of chocolate like it was an wedding ring. "will you be my valentine?"
"yes i will, jay, i will be your valentine. i've always loved you since we first met as the purple and green rangers." matthew whispers the ranger part as if he didn't reveal his identity on live tv.
"oh my goodness, thank you!" jayla hugged matthew and kissed him on the lips for the first time. "let's try these chocolates that i made."
"sounds good to me, thank you jay. i love you."
"i love you too."
