Background
Enclosed is the only surviving 1813 newsprint concerning Queen Elsa's departure to Mainland Continental Europe as part of Arendelle's intervention in the Napoleonic wars. This newsprint was moved from the Vatican Apostolic Archives to NSA's Temporal Laboratory for further study by the Project Timegate and Project Timekeeper committees. Both committees concluded that no imminent threat exists from anomalies present in the document. However, due to the risk it poses to the continuity of both programmes, the newsprint will not be returned to the Holy See.
A cover story was developed and issued to the State Department for correspondence with the Vatican.
The document is currently secured in a SCIF Level-4 facility located within the basement of Fort Meade.

Arendelle Chronicle, 4th September 1813
Following the promulgation of Arendelle's duty to the continent. Her Royal Majesty Queen Elsa I of Arendelle yesterday bid a tearful farewell to her realms as she boarded the HMS Arendal bound for Saxony. Accompanying the Queen are the 1st and 2nd Akershus Infantry Brigades, 12th Cavalry Regiment, 10th Engineering Corps, 9th and 14th Canoneer Regiments, together with the Royal Household Cavalry Guard. The Queen is expected to make landfall by the end of September. Further maneuvers are to be undertaken before she commits the Arendelle Expeditionary Army towards the Coalition struggle against Emperor Napoleon's forces.
A parliamentary vote was conducted last month concerning the prospect of Arendelle's intervention in Europe, passing with the slimmest margin, 12 votes to 11. The Queen signed a mobilisation bill the next day. Throughout the countryside, a call to arms resulted in droves of men returning to their valorous military units. Further volunteers answered the Queen's call, mobilising in tranches to fulfil her need to guard against the Danish realm. It has been supposed that a slim Parliamentary margin occurred due to fears about our neighbouring Danish Realm's proximity to Arendelle and their interests fighting alongside the French. Though it is with no uncertainty that Her Majesty's shrewd diplomacy towards HRM King Frederik VI of Denmark has avoided a major military confrontation between two great Kingdoms.
HRH Princess Anna of Arendelle will assume Her Majesty's Royal Duties in her absence.
Without exception, the Arendelle Chronicle wishes Her Majesty godspeed on her journey and divine blessings on Arendelle's expedition into Prussia.
