The day had been wild and emotionally drawn and yet heartwarming for Dot as she, Murdock, and everyone else got a surprise visit from her mother, her uncle's younger sister: Bianca, and her Partner Pokémon, Lycanroc (Midnight Form). She had originally arrived at the Brave Olivine and Dragon Craft to take Dot home after completing her "trial period" which was originally an excuse for her to go out and see the world while pushing her boundaries with her technicality after hitting a proverbial roadblock.
However, after coming clean with her story to her friends and a mother-daughter battle with Bianca where everything she did came to light for her, she showed her mother how far she had come since joining the Rising Volt Tacklers and was thus allowed to stay with her friends (much to the delight of everyone else).
After Bianca had been dropped off back home, the day continued as normal until the coming night. It turned out that through some improbable means known only to her, one of Sarah and her family's friends, Pinkie Pie, had sent her a letter inviting the Alolan Royal Family to a sleepover party she organized.
When Liko and Roy caught wind of this and realized she was talking about her pony friends she once mentioned to them one time, they couldn't pass up on the opportunity to meet them and also decided to join the sleepover to celebrate Dot staying with everyone. Eventually, the little princess was convinced, and after Bianca was brought safely home, she agreed to let Liko, Roy, and Dot join them for Pinkie's sleepover (but not without Murdock giving his best wishes to them (mostly Dot via his uncle's pride and love, hoping she would be safe throughout the night)).
Of course, they and her family won't be going alone despite the others staying behind as Petunia, Lazuli, and Mistral decided to tag along with the baby dragon wanting her to come with them, the former Explorer being unable to say "no" to her, and the Dragon Zodiac offering moral support for her.
And, since he'll want to take photos for his family to have as keepsakes and to show the others what had happened while they were in Equestria, Rotoscope offered to tag along with his owner.
Before long, after they and their respective partners got their stuff together for Pinkie Pie's sleepover, Liko, Roy, and Dot joined up with Sarah and her family as they prepared to leave. Friede, Cap, a tearful Murdock, and the others were with them to see them off for the night as they man the Dragon Craft and the Brave Olivine while they're gone.
"Okay, you three, have you got everything in gear for tonight including your sleeping bags and toothbrushes?"
"Nothing on your checklists out of place?" Friede and Cap questioned with knowing smirks.
"Yep."
"No problem!"
"Yeah..." the trio replied with varied expressions with Liko and Roy excited for their first sleepover and Dot keeping her composure as usual.
"Well, I guess we'll see you tomorrow."
"You have fun with Sarah and her family at her friend's sleepover," Mollie and Orla smiled warmly.
"Okay!"
"Mm-hmm."
Seeing that the young trainers were ready to go as they turned to her and her family, Sarah nodded and smiled at them, "Ready?"
Dot, Liko, and Roy nodded, and tapping into her Unity Pin's power, she and the rest of her family made their way to Equestria and took them and their Pokémon along. The others all waved goodbye as they saw them leaving for the Gen. 5 Mane Six's homeworld with the friendly cook being emotional as always over Dot doing something new in her life again and continuing to break her boundaries.
"My baby girl... Going with her friends to attend a sleepover party for the first time? I'm so proud of her," he sniffed proudly as tears of joy welled in his eyes for the umpteenth time.
"Keep telling yourself that, Big Guy," Orla sighed at him.
It wasn't long before the group arrived in Equestria but upon arriving, Dot, Roy, and Liko turned into Earth Ponies while Lazuli became a unicorn.
Sprigatito, Wattral, Hatenna, Tinkatink, Quaxly, Fuecoco, Serrate, Char, and Plume were shocked by the unexpected development as they looked the three trainers all over. And, if that wasn't crazy enough for the newbies to wrap their heads around, even Timburr, Roggenrola, and Woobat couldn't help but look at Lazuli's new form, goggle-eyed and staggered by how different she was now compared to being a human.
"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!"
"W-What happened to us?!"
"W-W-We're...weird-looking Ponytas? THIS AIN'T RIGHT!"
"Freaky!"
"Crazy!"
"And, kinda creepy, really...!" they, Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly screeched in shock as Char, Plume, Serrate, Wattral, and Tinkatink balked in surprise and Terapagos cooed curiously, tilting his head at them.
"This is...unexpected."
"That is so cool!"
"Now, you look a little like Uncle Galaxagus but without the wings," commented Timburr, Roggenrola, and Woobat as they looked over Lazuli.
"Hmm, this could give Alcremie, Berry, and I an idea for a cake when we get back," Delight hummed with intrigue as she rubbed her chin.
"...Is, this...well, normal for people in this world?" Lazuli gulped as she felt her new horn while Galaxagus hummed thoughtfully, Panthera whistled at her, and Petunia babbled happily at her in her new body while clapping.
"It's normal; it's part of the world order in our universe, whenever somebody crosses over to another world, their bodies have to adapt to the rules of its natural environment so anybody living here won't become suspicious of us and we won't frighten them being our original selves," Sarah reassured as she looked between the four transformed humans. "Since you three are now Earth Ponies, the magic you have now is tied to the Earth. And, you, Lazuli; you're now a unicorn who performs magic spells and incantations through practice and study."
"Believe us, it wasn't easy for us to adapt when we first came here before you all did," Nikki added.
The three young trainers continued to look at themselves in their new pony bodies while Sarah and her family took them in their new appearances:
- Liko, in her Earth Pony body, sported a light cream coat matching her light skin complexion in her human form with her mane (tied back with a hair clip) and tail styled to that of her human hair (its black color accented by subtle blue highlights from the inside), a soft aqua-blue streak along her hooves, and a cutie mark featuring her Terapagos in its pendant form with a white sun-like symbol on the center
- Roy's Earth Pony form had him wearing a dark brown coat with his puffy magenta hair tuff retained from his human form, a subtle yellow trim on his hooves (akin to the yellow details on his sandals), a dark brown mane and tail with hints of magenta at the tips, and an Ultra Ball-shaped cutie mark
- As for Dot, as an Earth Pony, she sported a deep lavender coat with her mane and tail mirroring her human hairstyle, sporting its pink and purple coloration and her fringes gently covering one of her eyes, a faint green sheen to her hooves (akin to her pants in her human form), and a stylized Glameow face cutie mark that referenced the design of her jacket
Lazuli gulped again as she looked over her unicorn body and commented, "So... I'm basically what my mother looked like...as a Zodiac?"
Now, as a unicorn, Lazuli sported a pearl white coat that contrasted with a sleek black mane and tail that ended with white tips, white hooves, a swirl of black and white with a small touch of blue representing harmony as her cutie mark, her silver pendant showing her parents hanging around her neck, and her sword and its belt clip hanging from a saddle band by her right side.
"You could say that but Hu and Mistral told us that when she was a Zodiac, she was much taller."
"I see... And, what are you supposed to be?"
"I'm an Alicorn, a hybrid between Earth Ponies, Unicorns, and Pegasus; what else am I supposed to be?"
"And, us," Doug added as she and Doug revealed themselves in their Alicorn forms again.
With Delilah, her long blonde mane flowed down her left while sporting a black tiara that resembled Twilight's crown but with a metallic sheen and a sparkling shade of midnight blue and sporting Luna's cutie mark as its crest.
Doug, on the other hand, looked like an older version of Twilight's older brother, Shining Armor, with a short black mane and tail, Equestria Royal Guard attire that was stylized to his original human attire, his shoes on his hooves sporting a gold stripe lined on it, a flowing red cape, and his crown housing a red-orange jewel in the middle stylized to Celestia's cutie mark.
"Well, if you three stooges and our straight-woman are done admiring yourselves, we got a sleepover to get to before tonight," Silvally remarked as he, Sarah, and their family led Dot, Lazuli, Roy, Liko, and their Pokémon to the Crystal Brighthouse.
"...I-I-It's not as easy...walking on four-ah! Four legs," Liko admitted as she, Roy, Dot, and Lazuli stumbled a bit.
"You can practice walking while we get to the Crystal Brighthouse," Sarah replied matter-of-factly.
It wasn't long before they reached Maretime Bay and passed everyone living there with some of the town's citizens waving and saying "Hello!" to the royal family, the young trainers, Lazuli, and their Pokémon as they went about their business. They were curious about their friends but immediately warmed up to them when Terapagos quickly made a good first impression on them with his innocence and happily naïve disposition supplemented by Sprigatito, Hatenna, Delight, Timburr, Woobat, Galaxagus, Fuecoco, Wattral, Roggenrola, Gengar, and Mismagius' varying personalities.
They soon arrived at the Crystal Brighthouse where Pinkie Pie and the rest of Sarah and her family's pony friends were waiting to begin their sleepover, leaving the swordswoman, the young trainers, and their Pokémon in awe of the building before them.
"Cool...!"
"What a house!"
"Nice place its owners have here," commented Fuecoco, Sprigatito, and Quaxly as they looked impressed by the sight of the Crystal Brighthouse while their owners' jaws dropped in astonishment.
"You've got to be kidding," Lazuli balked with widened eyes.
"Sweet digs!"
"That's quite a seaside pad!"
"Incredible, a lighthouse comprised of a crystal rainbow coloration!"
"Normally, I'd question the color choices for a place such as this but it's quite remarkable," Gengar, Mismagius, Galaxagus, and Panthera remarked with intrigue as Timburr, Roggenrola, Woobat, and Delight cooed in awe.
"My friends living in this world made it themselves, it's become their official clubhouse or boarding house since it was erected. I know, surprised me and my family too when we were first introduced to it," Sarah replied.
"Damn, house fixer-upper much?" quipped Lazuli.
"Well, if you cool cats thought the outer aesthetics are insane, it's even better once you see the inside of the place," Rotoscope chuckled as they approached the door.
Then, Delilah knocked to reveal Sunny (her hooves decked out in bunny slippers and holding popcorn) and Pinkie Pie setting off her Party Cannon with confetti flying everywhere. Dot, Roy, Liko, Sprigatito, Tinkatink, Hatenna, Terapagos, Wattral, Quaxly, Fuecoco, Delight, Timburr, Woobat, and Roggenrola yelped in surprise but the swordswoman gasped in bewilderment before she tried to draw her sword (thinking they were going to attack after seeing the cannon) only for her to realize that she had no fingers on her hooves and can't grab it.
"Welcome to the best sleepover ever! WHOO-HOO!" Sunny and Pinkie cheered excitedly.
"S-S-Stay back! Don't you get any closer!" Lazuli barked, still trying to grab her sword as she stared at the Party Cannon but to no avail.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, easy...! It's okay, the Party Cannon isn't a tool of war. No cannonballs," Sarah reassured her in alarm.
"Ooh, new pony friends, too?! YAAAAAAAAY! Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie and I am the Party Pony of Maretime Bay, nice to meet you! Sarah told us about you guys in her transdimensional letters and I can imagine you all being just as excited to meet us!" Pinkie Pie rambled happily as she bounced around, Lazuli, Dot, Liko, Roy, and their Pokémon (all of them speechless by how energetic and eager she was to be friends with them).
"Uh…y-yeah," Liko stammered, completely shocked by her cheerful behavior.
"She's weird."
"What else is new?" Sprigatito and Quaxly bantered quietly.
"Is she always this….happy?" Dot asked awkwardly.
"Our apologies, she's such a child with boundless energy despite her age but she does mean well. Everything she does is done with the good intent of brightening the spirits of everyone around her," Delilah apologized to the young recluse with a small smile.
"Even in spirit, that young lass is a crafty and clever pony who always knows how to get a smile out of her friends," Doug agreed, softly chuckling.
"...You serious about the cannon thing or are you just pulling my leg?" Lazuli remarked, raising a suspicious and wary eyebrow at her while keeping her front right hoof over her sword. "She also looked as though she got a screw loose on her."
"Yes, it's only used for parties like this. I'm sure Sunny and Pinkie Pie didn't mean any harm, Lazuli. If you drew your sword on her, she would've made it into a toothpick or fired her cannon in your face by now," the little princess nodded before she introduced the two ponies to her and the young trainers, "Speaking of which, Lazuli, Dot, Roy, Liko, meet Pinkie Pie and Sunny Starscout."
"Hi."
"Hey..."
"W-What's up...?" the quartet greeted.
"Nice to meet you, Sarah's told us about you in her letters and dimensional calls," Sunny smiled at them.
"Well, what are you waiting for? Come on in, silly billies!" Pinkie chirped as she grabbed the quartet and dragged them inside as the others followed.
When Pinkie Pie finally let them go as they entered the Crystal Brighthouse, Dot, Lazuli, Liko, Roy, and their Pokémon were awestruck by the interior of the place that was Sunny's new home, seeing a disco ball shining down upon its living room and camping tents that had been set up around the room.
The first ponies in the room they were able to see apart from Sunny and Pinkie were Applejack (having a sleeping mask over her cowgirl hat), Rarity (her mane in curls and wearing pink fluffy slippers), Pipp (also having her mane in curls and wearing a purple dress), and Misty (her mane in a bun and wearing slippers and pajamas in a matching shade of pink) laughing together over drinks.
Twilight (wearing purple pajamas and her mane in a neat ponytail), Zipp (wearing icy-blue pajamas and a yellow bandana on her mane with matching socks to boot), and Izzy (wearing an orange cloth on her mane and orange pajamas decorated with orange fruit decals) were seen nearby, having a pillow fight.
Off to the side were Hitch (his sleeping cap on him), Sparky, Edge Blade (sporting a black nightgown), Fluttershy (wearing a simple light-yellow nightgown), and Rainbow Dash (sporting a robe in her mane's colors) in their tents along with the Pokémon belonging to the Gen. 5 Mane Six and those of the Gen 4. Mane Six. Seeing Sparky again, Petunia happily flew over and babbled at him before they went into a play wrestling brawl with each other.
"They're here~!" Pinkie shouted to her and Sunny's friends, getting their attention as they saw Sarah, her family, Dot, Liko, Roy, Lazuli, and their Pokémon enter the Brighthouse.
"Yay!" Fluttershy cried her timid cheer, smiling.
"Alright, it's about time you made it, Your Royal Sports!" laughed Rainbow Dash, seeing Sarah and her family entering.
"Well, howdy there, yer highnesses! Glad you could make it! Say, who are the new apples in yer bunch there?" Applejack grinned before turning her attention to Dot, Roy, Lazuli, Liko, and their Pokemon.
"Uh, hi...! I-I'm Liko and these here are Serrate, Sprigatito, Hatenna, and Terapagos," Liko gulped as she blushed.
"Hey."
"Hi, there."
"Highty-hi-hi!"
"Hello," her Pokémon and Razorwhip greeted.
"Hey, my name's Roy! This here is Fuecoco, Wattral, and Char!" the young adventurer said eagerly.
"Whazzup, fellas?"
"Yo."
"Greetings."
Dot nodded as she quietly added, "...I'm Do and these are Quaxly and Tinkatink. And, this is my Featherhide, Plume."
"What's up, Doc?"
"H-H-H-Hi..."
"Hey."
"Lazuli... These are my parents' Pokemon and my own: Galaxagus, Panthera, my Alcremie - Delight, Timburr, Woobat, Roggenrola, Gengar, and Mismagius," the swordswoman continued before she heard a neigh and noticed her mother's Palisman looking at her with a raised eyebrow along with her female Featherhide, Breeze, prompting her to pick the little unicorn up and gently caress her mane. "Oh, right... Sorry, Star. And, this here's my mother's Palisman, Stardust."
"Greetings, friends."
"Pleasure."
"Hello."
"Hey, there."
"Hi!"
"How do you do?"
"Yo, whazzup, party animals!"
"Ready to have some fun?"
"Hello there."
And, before the group could begin their sleepover with the ponies, Mistral appeared in her Zodiac form with a rucksack on her neck, surprising the royal family, Liko, Roy, Dot, Lazuli, their Pokémon and dragons, and Stardust.
"Hey!" blinked Lazuli in bewilderment.
"And, I'm Mistral, a friend of the royal family with us and one of this little bundle of joy's guardians. It's an honor to meet you," the Dragon Zodiac greeted, bowing politely to the ponies.
"Ms. Mistral?! What are you doing here? I thought you were back in our home dimension with Mr. Hu and the others!"
"Hey, why the long face, kid? I just wanted us to have a little time to ourselves if you're feeling put off by everything before you; we never got to have any girl time between us since you came back."
"...Fair enough."
"It's nice to finally meet you, Sarah and her family told us much about you. My name's Twilight Sparkle and these are Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Rarity. Of course, you already know Pinkie Pie," Twilight greeted warmly, introducing herself and her friends.
"Yeah, you know me as Sunny Starscout. But, the others with us are myfriends: Hitch Trailblazer, Izzy Moonbow, Sparky, Zipp Storm and Pipp Petals, and Misty Brightdawn. And, the other alicorn is my sister, adoptedsister, actually: Edge Blade. The Pokemon with them belong to us: my guardians - Siren, Sugarcoat, and Sugarcake, Steenee, Maractus, Hawlucha and Swanna, Mabosstiff, and Edge's Pikachu - Surge," Sunny introduced, gesturing to her own friends and their Pokémon.
As Izzy and Zipp continued their pillow fight with Equestria's former princess, one of Hitch's animal friends, a crab named McSnipps-A-Lot, approached them with a pillow since he wanted to join in only to drop it in surprise when the happy-go-lucky unicorn jumped in front of him with a playful battle cry.
"En Garde, Crabby McCrabman!" she grinned, brandishing her pillow at the friendly crab.
Dot gulped at the sight of the sleepover before her until she inquired, "So... These sleepovers, what do you even do in them?"
"Well, since you're so eager and this is your, Liko, Roy, and Lazuli's first time in Equestria, I thought we'd celebrate with a game of Truth of Mare followed by a make-up session, then melt marshmallows, and pull off a little sleepover parkour!" Sunny listed, growing excited as Dot gulped with a nervous sweatdrop.
"I don't...understand..."
Seeing how close Dot was to a nervous breakdown and Liko, Roy, and Lazuli being equally unsure, Sarah went to Sunny and told her, "Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey... Sunny, take it easy. Let's not get ahead of ourselves, okay? Why don't we keep to the basics, for now? I mean, this *is* Dot, Liko, Lazuli, and Roy's first sleepover and they've never done anything like this, ever."
Sunny and the rest of the ponies were surprised as they briefly stopped to look at them and the Earth Pony echoed, "Their...first sleepover?"
Pipp gasped and her eyes sparkled as she dashed over to the newcomers, telling them, "First sleepover?! Well, if that's the case, let's make it fun for them! It *is* our duty to ensure they have the most exciting, most perfect, and most iconic sleepover!"
Then, to the tune of "Bestie Kinda Night", the younger princess of Zephyr Heights dragged the quartet with her (making them yelp in surprise) before they were placed on chairs as she and the other girls sang together and brought out her mane-styling tools. With them, she happily stylized the manes of her friends and sister (much to Zipp's chagrin) while Rotoscope happily recorded everything in his amusement.
This left the three young trainers and the swordswoman astounded as they didn't know how she could use the same tools their fellow humans used in their world seamlessly despite being a Pegasus as she placed vibrant pink and purple streaks in Twilight's mane, curled Rarity's mane into more stylized ringlets complete with a gemstone tiara, slicked Rainbow's mane back with lightning bolt clips, gently braided wildflower accessories onto Fluttershy's mane, making a loose ponytail with apple charms and a red bandana out of Applejack's mane, and puffed out Pinkie's mane with confetti decorations.
She then gave the same treatment to Nikki and Delilah's manes with Asha's mother having her mane flowing in loose waves and dyed to a cream-golden ombre and Alola's queen having her mane in an intricate left-side braid with blue ribbons that matched her own tiara.
Unfortunately for James, Doug, and Tsukumaro, none of them were spared from Pipp's makeover session with James' mane and tail brushed back with glittering gold and brown highlights, Tsukumaros's mane in soft curls with an ocean blue streak and white highlights, and Doug's was nearly swept back with a sharp edge.
Next, she moved on to Liko, Roy, Dot, and Lazuli as she styled the young girl's mane into a braided crown, the braid circling her head with the rest of it being left loose, causing Sprigatito, Hatenna, Serrate, and Terapagos to grin and warble happily at her makeover. Roy's makeover saw his mane made into a bold and spiky mohawk that retained his magenta tuft, the rock-star look getting him Fuecoco and Wattral's approval with Char smirking at him. Quaxly, Plume, and Tinkatink enjoyed Dot's hairdo as it fell in soft waves and left a slightly parted fringe, making the Duckling Pokemon give an approving thumbs-up, a happy warble from her male Featherhide, and a wide beam from the Metalsmith Pokémon.
With Lazuli, her Pokémon and Mistral watched with intrigue and glee as her mane was styled into soft waves with delicate white swirls at the tips (which she admitted to liking on her).
After that, they were gathered by the fireplace in the dark, telling each other stories about their past adventures or scary stories while making funny faves apart from the Gen. 4 Mane Six. Twilight and her friends also took the time to introduce their own Pokémon (all of which slightly resembling their old pets which included Winnona, Angel Bunny, Opalescense, Tank, Owlicious, and Gummy): Twilight's female Noctowl (Owlora), Applejack's male Rockruff (Barkley), Fluttershy's female Buneary (BunBun), Rarity's male Espurr (Lumiere), Rainbow Dash's male Tortuga (Tornado), and Pinkie Pie's Fuecoco (Fizzy).
Sunny went first as she made a scary face, making the girls flinch before they noticed Izzy some popcorn and making a face with her mouth full when it was her turn. Zipp was up next and she made a scary face before handing it off to Misty who made a silly face by squishing her cheeks. Then, Pipp and Sunny made freaky smiles that got a laugh out of them until they turned on their flashlights and pointed them at a shadowy figure (which was Rarity having a facemask and kiwis over her eyes).
Apart from Sarah, her family, and Mistral (who all just snickered), everybody else screamed and fled as the flashlights were left shining on the former Element of Generosity, making her remove the kiwis from her eyes and reply with, "What?"
It was soon time for Zipp and Rainobw's favorite activity of their sleepover called Sleepover Parkour in the Brighthouse's bedroom (which Liko, Roy, Lazuli, Dot, their Pokémon, and their dragons admired given the layout of the room).
"Sleepover Parkour!" Zipp hollered as she bounced on her bed before being joined by Fuecoco and Roy and their laughter filled the room.
"This is so much fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun!" Misty hollered after dragging Dot (the young recluse yelping in surprise and bewilderment) along before they cannonballed onto Zipp's bed, making Zipp, Fuecoco, and Roy bounce as the two ponies' Cutie Marks give off a bright glow.
"WHOOOOOOOOO!" Sunny cheered after she and Liko (who had been jumping on Sunny's bed) jumped towards Izzy (who was bouncing on a giant pillow along with Pinkie Pie and a bewildered Lazuli (without her sword on her) as the swordswoman yelped and screamed).
As for Edge Blade, she was joined by Terapagos, Quaxly, Hatenna (who was laughing uncontrollably after sensing everybody's overwhelming joy and happiness over the sleepover), Sprigatito, Timburr, Roggenrola, Barkley, Fizzy, and Bunbun as they happily jumped atop Misty's bed.
"Strike a pose~!" Pipp chirped as she posed mid-air during her bounce and her cutie mark shone brightly.
Quaxly joined in as he spun gracefully in the middle of his own bounce and brushed his hair in his trademark pose while everybody jumped onto the pillows, laughing heartily.
As they laughed, Dot began to feel comfortable; despite not understanding things such as sleepovers, picnics, having meals with others, and being a Pokémon Trainer back then, after opening herself up to her family and friends about her strifes, she was having fun more than ever.
The overwhelming joy and happiness the ponies, their Pokémon, and her friends shared started to get through to her as the sleepover pressed on and she found herself smiling more often than not and laughing along with them. Her growing joy also found its way to Tinkatink, Quaxly, and Plume as they howled with cheers and hearty laughter while they played with everyone else, made all the more heartwarming when she recalled her mother's blessings after telling her that she was going to stay with her uncle and the Rising Volt Tacklers to remain with them throughout their journey.
"...You know what, Quaxly...?" the young recluse admitted quietly with a soft smile, getting Quaxly's attention as he looked at his human partner. "I...I, I kinda...like this sleepover thing..."
"It sure is fun, Partner!" the Duckling Pokémon grinned back as the ponies' cutie marks shone at their brightest in response to their happiness and activated the Crystal Brighthouse's magic.
"Hey, looks like the Crystal Brighthouse wants to join in!" Sunny beamed as the Brighthouse's rainbow magic swirled around everyone and showed them wearing fluffy gowns and slippers floating out and slipping themselves into their new owners.
Pipp was ecstatic as she gasped and squealed in delight, "Fuzzy dressing gown, cute fuzzy slippers?! EEEEEEEEEEEE!"
Misty and Izzy watched in awe as its rainbow magic traced a gold line on the floor, creating a fountain (its tip glowing and causing some chocolate to cascade down its sides, revealing it to be a chocolate fountain), stacks of marshmallows, and a large cluster of snacks. The Brighthouse wasn't done with its own part in the sleepover, however, as it also produced a special treat station specially made for the Pokémon coupled with Poke Puffs, cakes made from Pokémon berries, and Pokémon biscuits of a variety of flavors next to it.
"Whoa...!" the royal family, ponies, Mistral, Liko, Roy, Dot, and Lazuli breathed at the Brighthouse's handiwork.
"That's crazy..." gasped Dot.
"This is incredible!" Liko added in awe.
"Wow, look at that fountain, guys! It's absolutely gushing with chocolate and this place created a Pokemon food bar, too!" Roy beamed.
"FOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!"
"ALRIGHT!" cheered Fuecoco and Wattral.
"S-S...So, beautiful and, delicious," sniffed Tinkatink with delight.
"Pretty...!"
"Cool!" Hatenna and Sprigatito added in amazement as they, Fuecoco, Wattral, Terapagos, Quaxly, Tinkatink, Petunia, Sparky, Timburr, Woobat, and Roggenrola eagerly darted towards the fountain and the Pokémon food bar with a cheer.
"YAHOO! I love chocolate!" Misty hollered, sharing their sentiments as she eagerly dipped a marshmallow into the fountain's chocolate while Izzy and Pinkie instead plunged their heads into the flowing and churning chocolate and pulled their coated heads back.
"WE LOVE FOUNTAINS!"
Gengar and Mismagius couldn't help but join in on the fun as they used Psychic to levitate several sticks lined with marshmallows and dipped them into the fountain's chocolate, levitating them to Sarah and her family along with some Tropical Pineapple and Blueberry Mango Smoothies the ponies prepared ahead of time.
"How did this place do it?" Dot breathed in awe as she, Mistral, and Lazuli helped themselves to some chocolate-coated marshmallow sticks.
"Beats me... If anything, this house did all this by itself as if...it had a mind of its own. It's improbable, but... Whoa," the swordswoman admitted, astonished by the Brighthouse's seemingly sentient behavior.
"It's powered mainly by our friendship; the Magic of Friendship! That's the foundation of the Crystal Brighthouse!" Sunny replied.
"Wow! So your friendship makes this place come alive?"
"That's incredible!" Roy and Liko said, amazed as Zipp and Rainbow jumped onto a pillow pile and marveled as they levitated beneath them before jumping from pillow to pillow.
"Awesome!"
"This is the BEST, THING, EVER!" they hollered.
The Crystal Brighthouse was aglow with magic as the night wore on, transforming its interior into the starlight nighttime sky as the ponies' cutie marks shimmered amongst the stars.
"Okay... I'll admit, I wasn't expecting this sort of crap to happen, but... Seriously, kiddo, you have some...unique 'friends' or else a bunch of creepy, unorthodox, and whacky ones," Lazuli admitted again to Sarah despite feeling impressed.
"Yeah, this party is a blast! I might never go to sleep tonight, even if I'm one of the Rugrats! Come on, I'm ready to stay up all night! PARTY, PARTY, PAR-!" Pinkie cheered ecstatically only to stop in the middle of her rambling as she, her friends, and some of the Gen. 5 Mane Six fell asleep from the night's events.
It was evident as Edge remained on a floating blanket she occupied as Zipp snuggled with Rainbow Dash and Applejack on her bed, the party pony and Izzy floating upside down in a blanket through Izzy's magic, and with Rarity, Fluttershy, Pipp, Misty, and Twilight nestled together in a pile of pillows as they softly snored.
Sparky and Petunia were also out cold as they curled next to each other but close by, Hitch and his animal friends slept soundly with Liko, Roy, Dot, their Pokemon, and their dragons along with the Pokemon belonging to the Alolan Royal Family. This left Sunny, Sarah, her human family, Lazuli (her own Pokémon, Stardust, and Breeze snoozing quietly in another part of the room), and Mistral the only ones left wide awake as they watched everyone looking tuckered out from their sleepover.
"I guess we can call your, Dot, Liko, and Roy's first sleepover a rousing success with how you all lasted," the little princess snarked to the swordswoman.
"Yeah... I'll admit, it's not so bad once you get used to it," she replied before yawning.
"Heh, I guess it's off to bed for you, too, kid," Mistral chuckled.
"You guys can crash in our tents in the living room with everybody else in here, help yourselves," Sunny offered.
"Thanks a lot, Sunny. 'Night," Sarah smiled as she began to feel drowsy and she, her human family, Mistral, and Lazuli went down to the living room to occupy the ponies' tents, leaving Sunny alone as she looked over her sleeping friends.
"Hey, Crystal Brighthouse...? If you can hear me, I just want to say...thank you, for making this the best sleepover ever," the Earth Pony thanked her new home as a sliver of the Brighthouse's rainbow magic flew around her, hearing her thanks. "I'm glad to know Sarah's new friends had a great time tonight, it just goes to show how magical a house full of friendship can truly be..."
She climbed onto her bed and gigged as the sliver of rainbow magic made a heart shape at her in return before she let out a soft yawn, "Ah... Goodnight, Crystal B..."
And, with that, as the Brighthouse's magic tucked her in, Sunny looked at all of her sleeping friends one final time, and in the presence of those who changed her life for the better, Equestria's old guard, and the new additions in the form of the Rising Volt Tacklers' young trainers and the former Explorer, fell into the most blissful and soothing slumber she ever had.
