Kyouka glared over in Todoroki's direction which he didn't seem to notice since sitting right next to him was Momo who was doing the best she can helping him with a math problem he was stuck on for a while. She had to admit that she also needed help with math as well but she waited for Momo to be done even though Iida offered to help her out but she refused.
She watched how Momo and Todoroki accidentally brushed fingers when she handed him an eraser, both looked away from each other blushing at their moment. "Kyouka!" Uraraka poked her grabbing her attention. Jirou looked over at her let out a "Huh?" In response. "What did you get on number three?" The gravity teenager asking as she pointed to her paper in hand. Kyouka thought about it for a second. "It's in the text book." She said as she went back to spying on Momo and Todoroki who seemed to be sitting a lot closer to each other than they were before. "Uh, I didn't bring my textbook. Do you have yours?" Uraraka replied. Kyouka turned her attention back to Uraraka and shook her head. "No, because Todoroki stole my book." She announced a bit irritated by the fact Momo was giving Todoroki her attention.
Todoroki looked up from his work and looked over at Jirou with a sympathetic but blank look on his face. "Did I take your book? Because this is the same one I was assigned in the beginning of the school year." Kyouka cursed silently in her head because he's right about assigned books. "No, I think you took mine it looks exactly like your book." She looked over at Momo and failed to miss her confused expression that took over her whole deminure. "Kyouka, you do know that we have assigned books numbers?" Momo asked. "Also you're number 14 while he's numbers 23." Kyouka blinked multiple times. "Why are you letting him steal my book!" She asked not even noticing Uraraka looking nervous or how Iida looked at Momo to see how she was going to handle the situation. She didn't even notice the way Midorya gently patting Todoroki on the back out of support. She was just waiting for her friend to defend her.
Momo smiled at her and shook her head by Kyouka's stubbornness. "I'm not letting him steal your book, it's Todoroki's assigned books that he regularly uses." Kyouka slumped back in her chair and crossed her arms in protest while accidentally kicking Momo on her leg under the table. "You're so mean to me!" She complained. "Did you forget that you let Midorya borrow your text book five minutes ago?" Momo asked, rubbing her leg where she was kicked. Kyouka looked over in Midorya's direction who was nervously handing it back to her.
She embarrassed herself all for nothing. Momo suddenly cleared her throat catching her attention. "Don't you owe someone an apology?" Momo suggested point a finger towards Todoroki who looked unbothered and was over the situation even when it started. Kyouka was about to protest but she gave in. "I'm really sorry for accusing you for stealing my book." She said hopefully that it would satisfy Momo.
Todoroki looked at her for a moment before accepting her apology. "Apology accepted." He replied and then turned his attention back to Momo so she could help him with the next math problem he moved on to. Uraraka looked between Jirou and Todoroki and Momo. Today was the worst day to not bring her own textbook.
