TAZ POV
I watched her walking towards the Water as i grabbed my board. I Smiled, the last time we surfed together is years ago. But She fell and dropped the Board. A loud scream escaped her beautiful lips. She didn't tripped i'm sure, so i put my board down and run towards her. I saw blood and a lot of it. „What happened?" „Glass. I... There was Glass and. T.J it hurts so much." She looked at me and cried. It's the first time i ever saw her cry. I sat down and looked at her foot. There was a long looking shard of glass stuck in her foot and her ankle also got a few little ones in it. What Idiot is doing something like this? „Hey, come on. Everything will be fine. I helped her up and then picked her up bridal style. It looked really bad. „Can we get it out?" „No, that's not safe. We have to go to the Hospital." She laid her head on my shoulder still crying a bit. I hold her close. Seeing her crying was the worst thing. I knew, that one day this will happen, but still. I put her in the Car laying a towel under her foot, and looked for the next Hospital. It was just 10 minutes away. I got our Bags, with our wallets and our jackets and then i drove to the Hospital. As soon as we arrived I walked in and told them what happened and that Mimi's in the Car waiting because She can't walk alone. Some nurse came with a wheelchair and followed me. Mimi sat in the Car, the Bleeding had stopped but it still looked incredibly bad, and she still was in a lot of Pain. She hat splinters stuck in her foot and ankle. She was taken straight to a treatment room where a Doctor was already waiting for her. They gave her something for the Pain and I was scared what's happening to her. They said they had to X-ray the foot first and see how deep the big shard was in, before they could do anything. She was scared, but i was there and wouldn't leave her side as long as possible. „I'm here. Mimi, i love you and everything will be finde. I promise." I looked at her, still tears in her Eyes. I tried to be strong, for her. But it was so hard to see her like this. I wish I could take away all the Pain and fear that she's feeling right now. We now had to separate for the X-ray, but it's just for a few minutes until she's back. After 5 Minutes she was already back and still afraid, because of the looks the Doctors had on their Faces while looking at the Pictures. Back at the Room we waited for someone to tell us what's going on and she got more and more nervous. „T.J what's going on? I'm afraid." She took my hand and i could feel how afraid she was. So was I but I couldn't show it. Not now. „I don't know. But someone will tell us. And no matter what, I'm here." I kissed her Head and she smiled a bit. I tried to comfort her a little, it also comforted me. Then the door opened and the Doctor came back in. „Ms. Summer?" She nodded in fear, so I was holding her Hand a little stronger. „We just looked at the Pictures from the X-ray and as you can see." He showed us the Pictures and they didn't looked promising. „Unfortunately we have to remove the Shard surgically. The small once can be removed without a surgery but the Big one is too deep." She was scared. She inhaled deeply but needed some time to exhale. So I spoke for her. „When can you do this?" „We would do it right away. If it's okay. We don't want the area to become infected, or worse." I looked at her and stroke her Hand. „Okay. It's okay." I nodded. She was slightly panicking but i did my very best in comforting her. The Doctor nodded and understood what was going on. „Okay so i leave you alone. A nurse will come by within the next 15 Minutes and will Help her changing. So she has time to calm down and realize what just happened." I nodded. „Thank you Doctor." He left and I gave her a kiss on her Hand. „Everything will be fine. I will not Leave. I will be here all the time. You will never be alone." I talked to her with all my heart. She was starting to in and exhale regularly and calm down. „You promise me?" She looked at me with teary eyes. „Yes of course i do." I kissed her forehead and smiled at her. „I will be here when you wake up. I wont let you down." Now She smiled due to her teary eyes. „It's the first time I ever saw you cry. You know that? After all this years. It's the first time." I smiled. So did She. „Yeah. You're right. I'm not a person who cry's a lot. I get mad, yeah. But i don't cry a lot. It takes a lot to make me cry." She silently laughed. „There it is. That beautiful smile of yours." I smiled and she couldn't stop but smiling back at me. „How can i not. I have the most gorgeous boyfriend sitting next to me." „I love you Mimi. And god I was so afraid." „I love you too T.J. And I'm sorry." „You don't have to be. The idiot who shaders the Glass there should be." She pulled me close and we hugged each other. Then the Nurse came in with the Clothes she had to wear. It still scared her, but she will be fine. I helped her because she was wearing her wetsuit. So it was Hard to get her out of it. „Just rip it off, I'll get a new one." She said laughing at us because we looked so hopeless. I looked at her in disbelief. „You sure?" She nodded. „Yeah, I just get a new one." The nurse got some scissors and we just ripped it apart. Then she put on the very beautiful shirt she got and was ready for take off. The fear came back and I took her hand once again. „I'm here. And I'm here when you come back." She smiled at me. „But you have to leave. Our stuff is laying around the Beach. Our boards. Just pack everything together." „No, you'll be finished before I'll be back. I can do that later. I will wait here for you. I love you. Just think of that. Think of all the beautiful times we spent together. And when you wake up, i'm by your side. Okay?" She smiled widely. „Okay." „We have to go." The Nurse said. „See you later." I said. „Alligator." She smiled while leaving me behind. Another nurse brought me to the room I could wait for her to come back. „You two are the most beautiful couple I've ever seen." I smiled. „Thank you." „How long are you two dating?" „A Month. But we know each other way longer." I couldn't stop but smile by the thoughts of our time in Tenerife. „You two are the definition of true love." She smiled as she walked away. „Good luck." She said before she left the room. It was too nice hear such lovely words from someone who doesn't even know us. The Love we share seems very obviously. I would do everything for her. And i know that she would do everything for me too. I hope that everything is going well. Suddenly i saw some Nurses and a Doctor running towards the Operating Room. Someone screaming. „It's a code red. Fast!" And i got scared. Wasn't she the only one right know in there? I stood up looking for someone to ask and found the kind Nurse from earlier. „Excuse me, what's going on? What is with her?" I was scared. Panicking. „Sorry boy, no time, really, please sit down. Everything will be fine." „Genevieve, call Dr. Johnson. We need him. NOW!" Another nurse called. She looked at me stressed and i just panicked. What was going on in there?
