(chapter 3: the last son)

After an hour of hard work, Petey and sandy managed to rebuild the gateway.
"Phew, it took a while, but we finally managed to rebuild this thing!" Petey exclaimed happily.
"Now all we got to do is turn this thing on and find yall's friends!" sandy said as she tried to turn it on, but a big slot appeared near her.
"Please insert key."
"Alright, hang on." Petey then began to look in the manual. "Ah, found it, it says that in order to restart gateway, one must need an Observer weapon and insert it into slot."
"But what does an Observer weapon look like?" sandy asked.
Petey continued to look in the manual until he saw a sword whose bottom looked like similar.
"Hey, isn't that the same thing that Aaron has?" Petey said as sandy looked at it.
"Well butter me in shock! It is!" sandy yelled as she looked at Petey.
"We need to find the others and fast!" sandy said.
Meanwhile, inside the ruined manor, everyone was sitting on deferent thing while Aaron was sitting on the flour.
"I can't," he began. "I can't believe, I'm all that's left."
"Aaron, look," meggy began. "I'm sorry about what happened to your friend."
"They were not just my friends," Aaron then looked at her in sadness. "They were also my family."
"You know," Aaron began as he looked at everyone. "I always thought, the reason they weren't calling me back, was because they were pranking me," he slightly laughed. "But no, they all die to a threat I can't even remember, GOD DAMN IT!" he yelled in anger as he kicked the wall. "I could really use you right now Ramon." He said in sadness.
Just then, a secret hole in the wall opened reveling a disk.
"Uh? What's 'a' this?" Mario asked as everyone went to see what was happening.
Aaron then grabbed the disk and inspected it, and his eyes widen in shock.
"This disk has my name on it!" he exclaimed as everyone saw that the disk had the name 'Aaron' in black marker.
"Wait," skips began. "If that disk has your name on it, then that means it might explain what happened here!"
"Well, what are we waiting for?" Flippy said as he grabbed the disk and plugged into 80-HD chest.
80-HD dome head began to play it, reveling an old man who looked like Aaron, but with long white hair on his head and a long white beard.
"Who's that?" Patrick asked Aaron.
"that's Ramon, the leader of the Observers and my mentor." He told them.
"Greetings Aaron," the hologram began. "If you're seeing this, then it means the observers are all gone, and you are the last of our kind, and that means I have failed you as a leader and a mentor, but all is not lost, for you are the last hope."
"I am?" Aaron asked as the video continued.
"You must assemble your own team of heroes, and you must defend the multiverse from anyone that might destroy it, Aaron, if you are watching this, I only give you this one last request, keep moving forward, and live your life. Goodbye, and good luck Aaron."
The video then ended, as the disk came out of 80-HD chest, Aaron grabbed it with a sad look on his face.
"I'll try, Remon." He said sadly, he then looked at everyone.
"Dude, you, okay?" Mordecai asked in worry.
"I probably wont asked a lot from you all, you are all just strangers," he began. "But we can't just watch these rifts continued popping up randomly and sucking thing up, but I can't do it alone, so, will you help me find the rift problem and rescue your friends?"
Everyone looked at each other and then back at Aaron.
"Me and five are in bro." muscles man said in determination as fives nodded.
"Bark! Bark!" dogman bark in joy.
"Let's a go!" Mario said stupidly with his eyes crossed out.
"we're ready!" SpongeBob exclaimed.
As everyone counited to yell in agreement, Petey and sandy walked in.
"Hey Aaron, we need your help with the gateway!"
(2 minutes later.)
"So, the gateway won't work because you need Aaron sword?" the chief asked.
"Oh! My bad!" Aaron apologized. "We made a safety features that in order to turn on the gateway, you need an observer weapon to power it up, kind of like a car."
"that's a smart move." Benson said to him.
Aaron then turns on his sword and plugs it in the slot, the gateway reactivated.
"re-routing from backup power, all systems are go, limited systems functionality restored."
"Limited system functionality? Am I gonna lose an arm if I go through that thing? Meggy asked.
The gateway started to shake again.
"It does look unstable," skips said. "It's incomplete, I saw five pieces get sucked in before in exploded."
"You right skips, the keystones are missing." Aaron said.
"the what?" Squidward asked.
"Think of them as batteries, without them, the gateway will become more unstable." Aaron explained to them.
Petey took out his scanner and points it at the gateway. "My scanner's showing me that there is something through here."
"Could it be leading us to the keystones?" smg4 asked.
"Probably." Replied Aaron.
"Or lardbutt?" said tari optimistically.
"Maybe." Said Aaron.
Suddenly, a voice echoed in the rift, whoever it was, he was screaming. "AAAAAAR!"
Meggy recognized the voice. "It's Lardbutt! He's in trouble! Or he's happy, he uses 'Aar' for a lot of things. Ether way we have to find him!"
"Whoa there las!" Mr. Krabs exclaimed. "We don't know if the gateway is safe yet." He then grabs Squidward by the neck and legs and throws him into the gateway!
"WHHHHHAAAAAAAAA!" Squidward yelled in fear.
"Mr. Squidward? are you dead?" he asked in the gateway.
"Let's find out!" Aaron shouted as he pushed everyone inside as the gateway closed.
