With a few steps forward, problems appeared. With a few steps back, I made new problems… So I moved forward, never looked back, and forgot the things I had done. And It's… only getting worse.
I have lost everything I made during my old path, Life never forgave me for what I had done, and the world punished me with a blind fate. But at least, I still got up during that hard time and carried the entire pressure of society and life just… to at least smile at little small things I created along the way.

The unwelcoming arrival
"Another failed clone..." The long blond hair mumbled with disappointment.
Otto is his name. He checked his hologram information about the project. Reviewing all of the activities in the chamber pod… he looked at the video that showed that the clone with the ID K-257 was trying to escape the pod by violently smashing The pod's glass, using its body. Then slowly make out, and run away when being spotted.
When looking at these footages, he had a weird feeling to it, but all of things he saw is just not so… abnormal at all. Except the strange action its made, right moment K-257 broke the pod, it was scanning around like… it aware its existence and even made some contact with another specific clone pod like K-324, K-001, K-423, K-422,... Etc. It also had some sort of seizure and metal break.
But after that, its only goal, again, was to escaped, like what Otto already expecting.
So watching that clone trying to find an escape, pretty much a normal thing. He already watched countless unsuccessful clones turning into a Honkai beast and trying to escape, etc etc… So seeing this first intelligence clone aware of its surroundings is only something different. This clone was in a very very early developed state.
"Well… Age 6. Body… 87% unfinished, struction bone still weak… 'roundly 35%, Kaslanna's gene is still not fully developed yet and… almost all of its organs or body parts are still unfinished or… strong enough to be awakened… Too many things are still not finished… Too many… Too fragile… too fragile to be awake." He mumbled in a small tone, calmly inspecting the file. And he finished with an obvious normal voice. "Well… there is nothing to celebrate nor worry about, it can't live long enough to see the grass grow anyway, but… better safe than sorry..."
Then he wrote a message, sent it, and turned off the hologram to get back to dealing with his essential business right then.
"5 minutes to life… *sign* such a joke to this world."

"Hey, Boss sent us a job to do."

"Eliminate… a clone zombie? Well this is gonna be easy."
"Yeah, we kill those things countless times now. One bullet on the head will alway do the trick.''

''What do you mean? We are in Siberia! My entire body is freezing here!''
''No, I mean… I sense some sort of dange-''

The bullet pierced through her heart, making her fall down, and slowly dying in blood lost. Shocking second one, she turned her head to the white hair figure who used an old rusty rifle attached with a bayonet.
''ISAR!''
''YOU- YOU GONNA PAYBACK FOR KILLING ISA-''
BANG!*
The second one fell down to the ground. Dying in a gasp of their blood. The second one looked at the white figure who was now approaching her. That figure held the rusty rifle up, aimed at her skull, and executed her with one rifle-shot on the head…

''SHE FUCKING INSIDE CONTROL ROOM! GET HER OUT!''
Entire squad of Valkyries was hunting that clone down, one by one, rushing to the room where it's hidden.
Alarm throughout all clear, red light flashing every corner of the hallway.
That clone had killed too many people from scientists to high-class Valkyries. Most of them were killed by a single rifle bullet on the head or heart but some even got shot on the knee or even their entire limb chopped by a bayonet.
K-257 must paid the price for what it had done.

''BETA! BREACHING CHARGE READY!''
''BREACHING IN! IN 3.. 2… 1-''
Right before, the charge even detonated. The door suddenly opened and they faced a flash of bullets.
It hit right on the face of an unlucky Valkyrie. Quickly, The Clone dashed out with immense speed, a speed that no one was even able to react to. It was trying to escape that dead corner. Knew that it didn't even have a winning chance when Schicksal brought an actual experienced squad to kill it.
That valkyries squad expected K-257 would run away instead of fighting. So they already planned something for that clone.
''Alpha! The clone is running to your site! ready to ambushed it!''
''Roger that!''
''We won't let that thing get away!"
They continued chasing that clone, trying to lure it into their trap.
From the moment it came to the armory zone, where the entire storage of weaponry was stored, the place where Valkyrie will end that clone.
3-4 valkyries ambushed that thing with their melee weapons. They dashed to that thing, with furious rage and hatred.
But as last, K-257 still out paced them 2 steps ahead.
BANG*
The first precise rifle shot on the stomach of one poor valkyries using an axe. Quickly, it noticed a spear welder coming behind.
K-257 swung that old rusty rifle to the spearhead, forced her to impale the spear on the ground and shot her chest with one-handed.
Using the bayonet already attached to the rifle, using its weapon like a spear kept the enemy from getting near. Or they would get cutted, chopped or even got shot.
Valkyries had outnumbered that clone, but couldn't catch up.
They changed strategy, instead trying to keep up that thing, they will make that thing have to slow down.
The fight wouldn't end till one side achieved their own goal…
3:00 pm
ha* *ha* *ha*
''I… almost… did it… almost…'' K-257 left out some of its last breath…
Dying in the weight of tiredness. The failed body didn't want to obey the master's order anymore. Its vision was blurry as its edge… It wasn't even able to pick up its rifle anymore…
''I failed… once again.'' It spoke up with a faint smile.
While Valkyries…
''Sarah! Sarah! Wake up please! Sarah!'' One of Valkyrie was crying out loud, seeing her friend slowly dying on the hard cold floor. She tried bandaging her but… too late.
Their reinforcements arrived at the scene. Only thing they saw left were dozens of corpses or dying valkyries who were also too late to be saved, and the last thing they saw was that clone, lying on the floor while pinned down on the ground by various melee weapons. Most noticeably they saw… It's still alive and still trying to pick up the old rusty rifle.
K-257 noticed the reinforcement arrived, but it couldn't do anything to fight back. The body finally failed, pinned on the ground, impaled by multiple weapons, blood lost, and exhausted…
Barely living by adrenaline in its vein. Its soul held the entire body together. In this condition, it's only able to gaze at the final sight of that one crying valkyrie picking its rifle and…
SMACK*
smash its head with the rifle's stock…
End the life of a failed clone.

''Just… dump it outside. It is now worthless. No data we can research in that body. Too much tissue has been dead. Now it's nothing but a mere corpse.''
''But my lord! Based on the data, K-257 is not supposed to live more than 5 minutes, because its body is still not finished yet. Somehow it's EVEN capable of fight and out-performed our valkyries for more than 4 hours!''
''Listen to me, that thing now is just a worthless piece of flesh. Kaslana's gene wasn't fully developed yet. I already checked that thing for more than 3 hours now, and the only thing I found is just a bunch of flesh that is ready to fall apart… And fixing that thing only result making Honkai beast.''
