"Hurry, we have to go to dinner first, then to potions class, Wed." said Enid, bursting with boredom. Right now she was waiting for Wednesday in the middle of her room as usual.

"If you say that to me again, I'll throw you off the balcony." She said while watching Thing jump into her bag.

"Oh, the usual Wednesday!" She said, laughing sarcastically.

She zipped up her bag and hung it on her back. "You think I can't do that?" she asked as she left the room.

Enid laughed loudly and followed her out of the room. "Of course I know you will. After all, I know what you can do."

"I take that as a compliment, thank you." she grumbled, before she could say anything, she went down the stairs and into the dining room, instinctively scanning the room.

"Come on," Enid put her hand on her elbow and entered the meal line. After they both took their food trays, they went to the table where the girls were sitting. "Good morning girls."

"Good morning." said Bianca as she ate.

"Good morning," Yoko said as she adjusted her glasses. "We're going to the city when class is over today, do you want to come?"

"Yes." said Enid excitedly.

"No." said Wednesday, grunting.

"Don't object, Wednesday." said Divina protestingly. "We can go and wander around a bit."

Kent, who came to them at that time, said, "We can even go to the cafe in the city and have coffee." and sat down next to them.

Wednesday hadn't set foot in that Cafe for almost 3-4 months. There she had kissed Tyler and then found out that he was the murderer, Hyde.

After that, everything went to shit.

She loved fear, tension, evil. But she hadn't been to that Cafe since those nasty times.

She didn't go because she was a coward, just because she didn't feel like going there.

Seeing her in this state, Enid calmed down for a moment. "Maybe we'll go to another Cafe." she suggested.

"Where are we going?" asked a voice from behind.

Wednesday, Enid, and Yoko turned their backs, while the others looked that way. They watched Xavier arrive and sit next to Wednesday in a chair he had dragged from an empty table.

Wednesday was feeling a little weird after last night. She knew she wasn't very into emotions, but she knew that what she was feeling right now was shame.

She was embarrassed to look at Xavier.

"They want to go down to the city." said Wednesday, grunting, sticking her fork into her tomato and popping it into her mouth.

"Good, let's go." said Xavier, taking an olive from the tray of food he had set on the table.

"Wednesday refuses." said Divinia.

When Xavier turned to her, she noticed that he wasn't looking at him. He frowned, very small, but turned to the others so as not to show it in public. "Why?"

"I am busy." she said flatly.

"She has no business." said Enid instantly.

"I have to go to Eugene's." she argued.

"You can leave when we come from the city." said Bianca.

She sighed silently, realizing that this was a hopeless battle. "Ok." she said quietly.

"Yes!" said Enid, clapping hands with Kent across from her.

"We can shop for clothes." said Yoko calmly.

"I'm going to the joke shop." said Wednesday, looking at the others.

"I'm afraid to ask what you want to buy." said Bianca, her blue eyes wide.

The corner of her lips lifted. "It would be wise not to ask, Bianca." she said with a quiet threat.

The sound gave some goosebumps and caused others to giggle.

"We're going to be late for class if we keep talking like that." ' said Kent, as he ate quickly.

While the others, except Wednesday and Xavier, ate and chatted among themselves, both remained silent and focused only on their meals.

Meanwhile, Xavier was staring at the girl who was eating quietly. What had changed since last night that he couldn't look at her now?

When Wednesday finished her meal, she picked up her tray and stood up. "I am going." she said, and quickly walked away from the table.

"Wait for us too!" Enid shouted after her.

Of course, she didn't listen and threw her tray in the trash and left the cafeteria. As she walked down the hallway to the Potions classroom, she could feel most of the other students staring at her.

She got a little more popular at school after beating Tyler months ago.

- She absolutely hated it. -

The dark angel who defeated the monster.

This is how it came to be known. Are you aware of the absurdity of this title?

She glared at the other students until she entered the Potions classroom. She entered the classroom and sat in her usual place. She took out her bag, put it on her lap, and waited for the professor to enter the class.

When she saw someone sitting next to her, she turned her head and saw Xavier. Because of the shame that was starting to build up inside her again, she turned her head and stopped looking at him.

Meanwhile, the other 'friends' had entered the classroom and took their seats.

"How are you, Wens?" Xavier he asked as he placed one arm on the table.

"If you call me that again, I'll rip your fingers off and put them in the potion." she growled quietly.

Not only was he unaffected by this, a small laugh escaped his lips. "I'm sure you will."

She frowned but did not look at him. She was trying to understand the emotions that were building up inside her, which she found absurd.

For example, why did her heart beat so fast when he was with her yesterday?

After all, the heart; It was an organ that provided the necessary nutrients and oxygen to our body, kept the blood moving in our circulatory system, and acted as a very durable muscle pump.

But yesterday it was beating extraordinarily fast and she didn't like it.

Her heart had beat so fast when she kissed Tyler, but the problem was, there weren't any bugs in her stomach.

'Butterflies,' As other people would say.

She had felt bugs in her stomach last night, but she hadn't felt any when kissing Tyler.

Feeling these bugs from Enid and the other girls; she had heard that it was caused by disgusting feelings called liking, love, happiness.

Wednesday didn't want to feel a sense of love or affection. She thought it was nonsense. For example, she had endured years of disgust under the name of her mother and father's love for each other.

But things were not like that.

And Wednesday knew that too...

She knew she had strange feelings for him. She couldn't call it love or infatuation or anything.

Because she didn't know what love or affection felt like. She had never experienced it before.

For God's sake, all the teenagers she knew had sex, but she had only kissed once. It was her only experience with these matters, only 1 kiss.

"Is there a problem?" Xavier asked as he looked at her anxiously. He had noticed that she averted her eyes and was worried.

"No."

"Okay," he said hesitantly, then averted his eyes but glanced at her from time to time. "What are you going to buy from the joke shop today?"

Although she raised one eyebrow, she still did not turn to him. Because if she turned and looked, she'd still feel those bugs in her stomach, her stupid heart beating fast was frustrating enough anyway.

"Do you really want to know?" she asked with a low growl, that tone of voice was enough to frighten everyone and she hoped that he would too.

He wasn't surprised when she realized she wasn't afraid.

He gave a quiet laugh again. "I'm afraid to ask." he said and shook his head. "Or are you going to set me up again?"

She frowned for a moment in surprise, and it was purely instinctive that she turned towards him. "What? Why should I set you up?"

He raised an eyebrow impatiently. "It may have remained a habit from months ago." he said sarcastically.

She felt as if she had been slapped.

She had involuntarily slipped away from him in her seat. She hadn't thought that he would bring up the subject, so she was surprised.

Although she hadn't fully apologized to him months ago, she had made it clear with her actions that she had somehow made a mistake and was sorry.

And she thought she was forgiven for his behavior during these months. But now, unexpectedly, it hit him in the face.

Clutching her bag tighter in her lap, she stood up and started walking briskly towards the exit of the classroom. She urgently needed to get away from the classroom and Xavier.

"Hey, to where?" asked Xavier.

He neither listened nor looked at her. She rushed out of the classroom. And instantly she met her potions teacher, Professor Groth.

"Oh, Miss Addams, class begins." said the woman.

Her mind started to think of a lot of lies all at once. Then she tried to make herself look a little more tired than she was. "I'm not feeling well," she said.

Her eyebrows were furrowed with concern. "What's the problem?"

"I got my period." she shrugged.

She smiled with understanding. "Oh, I see, dear. I'll give you a lesson exemption card, and you go to an infirmary."

"Ok."

She watched the woman enter the classroom. After a while, the woman came out again. "Here honey." she said, holding out the card.

"Thank you." she said as she took the card. She passed by quickly. She could feel the beginning of a migraine rising from her neck.

Why had Xavier brought up the subject now?

She knew her feelings weren't good, but he thought she was on good terms with her.

Maybe she was wrong.

When all classes were over, everyone had gone to their rooms to get ready to go to the city centre.

Enid was standing above Wednesday with her hands on her hips. "What do you mean I'm not coming to town?" she asked angrily.

She lifted her head from the bed she was sitting on and looked at her. "I'm not coming, it means I'm not coming."

"Why?" she asked in surprise. "You agreed this morning."

She didn't want to go to the city just because of Xavier. She didn't want to face him after what she heard this morning.

"I don't want." she grumbled.

At that time, Thing had decided to join the conversation. "She doesn't want to go because of the conversation she had with X this morning." he said in sign language.

"Shut up!" said Wednesday angrily.

Enid frowned in surprise. "What did you and Xavier talk about? What made you stop going?"

"There is nothing." she said as she got up from her bed, put down her bag and went to the dressing room. "I'm going to Eugene's."

"No, Wed." she protested as she went to her. "Tell me what happened!"

Realizing that she couldn't take it any longer, she turned to her and began to shout. "Because he asked me if I would trap her again, just as I had trapped him months ago!"

She was out of breath and her eyebrows were furrowed in anger.

Enid, on the other hand, stared open-mouthed. "What?"

She took a deep breath and tried to collect herself. "He asked me what to buy from the shop, I didn't answer him. She asked if I could buy him bait from the joke shop, just as I had trap him months ago."

Enid was really taken aback by this situation. Why would Xavier do such a thing? After all, Wednesday and he have been looking good for months.

"Why did he bring this up?"

"I don't know!" she said angrily. "I thought we were on good terms, but frankly, I was wrong!"

Suddenly a thought came to her mind. "Did you apologize to him?" asked.

Wednesday frowned even more. "No."

She rolled her eyes and put her hands on her hips. "Obviously he expects an apology."

"I implied I was sorry!"

"Well, he wants to hear that from you."

"Why now?" she asked, crossing her arms over her chest. "He hasn't said a word about it for months, he's always been kind to me. So what has changed to bring this up now?"

Enid hesitated for a moment and finally shrugged, meaning I don't know. "I don't know, but I think you'd better apologize."

Wednesday never apologized. She hadn't even said that word once in her life, and she didn't know how to do it.

"Whatever," she said, turning around. "Go into town with the others, and I'll go to Eugene."

"Are you sure?"

She nodded her head yes. "I can't face him right now." she said quietly, her anger gone in an instant.

She didn't want to prolong it any longer. "Okey." she said and turned around and left the dressing room. She paused for a moment when she saw the Thing on the table. "Keep an eye on her."

'Ok.' made a sign.

Sighing, she went to her own dressing room and started to get her colorful clothes.

Everyone was standing in the parking lot, waiting for Enid and Wednesday. But they were all surprised to see Enid come alone.

Xavier was looking curiously at Enid. Why hadn't Wednesday come?

"Where's Wednesday?" asked Bianca.

"It's not coming." she shrugged.

"Why?" ' Yoko asked.

Enid turned her gaze to Xavier. "I don't know exactly," she said, and turned back to the others.

"She didn't attend potions class this morning either. What's going on with her?" ' Kent asked.

At that moment, Xavier realized what had happened. "Oh," he said because of enlightenment. He knew it was because of what he had called her in potions class this morning.

"What happened?" Ajax asked curiously.

He ran a hand through his hair and grumbled. "I figured out what happened. You go, I'll handle it."

"So what's the problem?" ' asked Bianca. "Is it because of you?"

He pursed him lips and shrugged, shoving him hands in him pants pockets. "Forget it, you go and wander, don't wait for us." Just as he was about to leave, he realized Enid was holding his arm and stayed where he was. "What?"

"If you want your head to stay on your body, I advise you not to go now." she said quietly.

Xavier knew what he might encounter if he went to her room, and he accepted it. At least he accepted some. "I can handle this." He pulled his arm away and started walking towards the exit of the parking lot.

"I will not dig his grave." said Bianca with a grimace.

"I don't think it will be necessary." said Yoko, adjusting her glasses. "Wednesday will happily handle it."

"I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with it." said Divinia, laughing.

"Me too." said Enid, then gestured to the cars. "Whose car are we going with?"

"A few are coming with me, a few are going with Kent." said Bianca.

"Okay, let's go!" she said excitedly as she made her way to the cars.

As Wednesday sat in his bed, Thing walked up to him and, 'X is coming here.' he had pointed out.

Her eyes widened involuntarily. She didn't want to face him right now. "Go to him, tell her I'm not here."

He gestured with his hand, jumped off the bed, and walked out the door, making it close. He waited for a while for him to come.

As Xavier climbed the stairs, he met Thing. "Thing, in the Wednesday room?"

'No.' He pointed.

He raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms over his chest. "I know she's there, I need to talk to her."

"Not here," he pointed with his fingers. "She went to the bees."

He raised his hand and rubbed his face. "You're not lying, are you?"

"No."

He sighed and turned around and started down the stairs. He wanted to talk to her right now, but she didn't want to talk...

Meanwhile, Wednesday was listening to them with her ear to the door. She pulled back with a sigh of relief. She opened the door and let the Thing in. The moment she closed the door, she locked it and sat back on her bed.

"She'll see you're not with the bees." The thing pointed.

"I know, but for now I have to be alone." she said, and took hold of her braided hair and pulled it lightly. "I locked the door in case he ever comes back."

'You can't run away from him until the end, what will you do?'

"I won't do anything for now, I'll deal with it later." she said and turned to Thing. "Go on and listen around."

'Ok.' He turned around and jumped off the bed. He began to listen to the door or the window.

Wednesday, on the other hand, lay in bed and stared at the ceiling. She had to do something, after all, she couldn't run away from him forever.

Whatever the case, she had no intention of running away.

She just didn't expect them to happen.
