Hey guys! Sorry for the long wait, I am very excited to continue writing this story :)

IrisPOV

Quil had brought me the full Harry Potter series. He had left soon after, eying Doctor Cullen on the way out. Charlie and Bella visited the next day, Bella gave me all the homework I had missed. She talked to me about her day, mostly about Edward. He was still glaring at her. Why? I was still on oxygen and couldn't get out of bed by myself. I didn't know how long I would have to be in hospital. I was excited when Rowena visited me. She told me about all her new drawings, they were incredible. I had been reading most of the day, it was my third day in hospital. I was reading the 4th Harry Potter book, when there was a soft knock on the door.

"Come in." I said softly, putting a bookmark into the book. Quil and Bella appeared in the doorway, smiling at me. Bella looked nervous, but Quil looked weary.

"Hey Iri, I brought your homework." Bella said, walking over to me, giving me a hug and my homework. Before standing awkwardly next to the bed. Quil walked over to me and gently took my hand. Bella eyed us, before walking out of the room.

"What's up?" I asked him, he looked at my face, a small sad smile on his lips.

"Embry is gone." He replied sadly. I was worried.

"What do you mean?" I ask trying to ease my worry. The only people who had visited me in hospital were Bella, Charlie and Rowena. Quil hadn't visited since the first day.

"He hasn't been in school and we saw him for the first time this morning, he was hanging out with Sam and Paul." He answered, squeezing my hand softly. I put my other hand on top of our joined hands. I wasn't sure why he was holding my hand, but I liked it. Quil was alwas so nice to me, once you got to know him, he was soft on the inside.

"I'm sorry." I wasn't sure how to respond, we were silent for a few minutes. Before Doctor Cullen walked in, Quil withdrew his hand and glared at him. Before hugging me once more and leaving. Dr. Cullen had told me to call him Carlisle, but I still didn't trust him or the rest of the Cullens. He walked over to me and check my vitals.

"Well Iris, you should be able to leave later today. I will call Charlie to come and get you." He said, writing something on a clipboard. "You will have to take it easy for the next week, no strenuous activity and lots of rest. I suggest you stay out of school tomorrow. You should be ok to go after tomorrow though. I will give you a note for your gym class if you need one." He said, before walking out of the room. Yay, only a few more hours in the hospital. I was excited to get out.

I was on the last chapter of the 4th Harry Potter book, when Charlie, Bella and Doctor Cullen walked in. They had a wheelchair with them.

"Here are her discharge papers and instructions for recovery." Dr. Cullen handed Charlie a stack of papers. A nurse came in and took off my oxygen mask, she also took out the feeding tube I was hooked up too. Then Charlie helped me into the wheelchair and we left the hospital.

The ride home was quite, except for the soft hum of the radio. It was raining heavily and the rain pounded on the window. We arrived at home and I was quickly wheeled inside. I wasn't sure why I was in a wheelchair, but oh well. Bella retreated to her room as soon as we got home. I wanted to stand, but Charlie told me to take it easy. So I sat on the couch with him. We watched volleyball. Yay! It's the only sport I care about watching. Charlie loved it when I watched things with him. We sat on the couch togather for a few hours, before Bella came down and started to cook. I wasn't hungry, but I was tired.

"Dad, can you help me upstairs and help me set up my feeding tube and oxygen mask?" I asked him, he was never really comfortable with helping me. He was alwas worried about hurting me or messing up. But in my current tired state, I would need some help.

"Sure Iri, do you want to try and walk up the stairs?" I nodded, he helped me up. I was lightheaded, but pushed on anyway. He supported me on my way up and walked me to my room. It was only 8:24pm, but I needed rest. He walked me over to my bed and I laid down. I wanted to change, but I would go it in the morning. He stood there awkwardly.

"Can you please mix up the feeding solution and put it into the syringe?" I asked him, pointing to the pouches of the feeding substance that goes into my G-Tube. He nodded and mixed it up, before handing it to me. I attached the G-Tube to my button-tube and pushed the feeding solution into the tube. It started the flow. I thanked him and told him I could do the rest. I waited the time needed for the G-Tube to finish delivering, before detaching the G-Tube from my button-tube and shutting my button-tube. I grabbed the liquid oxygen and out in into the oxygen machine, I pulled the mask over my head and pushed the button. Starting the flow of the soft oxygen mist into the mask. My eyelids dropped and I fell into sleep.

It was a dreamless night, I was awoken by the rain against the window. It was raining again, of course. I didn't mind that much it was cozy. I sat up slowly, letting the lightheadedness subside. I took the oxygen mask off my face and got up. Using my bedside table to support me as I got up. I slowly walked over to my dresser and pulled out some fresh clothes. I changed and walked over to my bathroom. I notice my hair is tangled in evey direction. I brushed it and went back over to my room. I decided to go downstairs and work on the homework Bella had brought me. I had pushed it off, while I was in the hospital. I ended up working on homework for most of the day. I had my headphones on and was listen to music, while I did my homework. It was relaxing. I lost track of time, just enjoying the peace and quite of my music. Luckly I was able to finish all my work, by the time Bella got home. She seemed upset.

"Your day ok?" I asked her, taking my headphones off and pausing my music. She glanched at me and sighed.

"Edward was gone today." She said, I couldn't tell if she was sad or upset. Or both.

"Oh, do you know why?"

"I think it's, because of me." She said, I could see tears in her eyes. I got up and hugged her. She hugged me back, before disappearing upstairs. I'm guessing she has a big crush on him, I don't like it. I've never really cared or been worried about her past crushes, but the Cullens seem dangerous. I hoped she would be carful. I didn't bother her again, until Charlie got back. He was tired from work. Bella hadn't been down since earlier, but she came back down to cook dinner.

"How was your day?" Charlie asked me, I told him about my chill day as Bella cooked dinner. She was silent, until Charlie asked her about her day.

"It was fine." She said, she had frided some fish for dinner. I was hungry, but still recovering, so I didn't eat.

I went to bed early again, I wanted to go back to school tomorrow. I did my feeding tube and set up my oxygen mask, before pulling it over my face and falling asleep.

I hope you guys liked this chapter! I really appreciate the support, I'm glad you guys are enjoying the story. I absolutely LOVE writing it.
