Crack!Fick where Harry is an animagus and makes Hermione and Ron carry him around

Molly Weasley stopped and did a double-take. "Hermione, I thought Crookshanks was orange?"

Hermione Granger nodded. "He is orange."

"Oh." Molly dithered for a few moments. "Did you get a second cat?"

"Something like that," Hermione said. The black cat with startling green eyes coiled around her shoulders, turning its head with casual insouciance that only cats can have.

"Oh. Okay." Molly blinked a few times and went on her way. Having raised seven children, she knew when saying less was more and she had enough on her plate than to suss this mystery out.

"You owe me," Hermione said flatly.

The cat leapt off her shoulders and shifted, growing in shape and form until Harry Potter smiled at her. "I know. That's why I'm teaching you and Ron to be Animagi too."

"That's fair I suppose," Hermione sighed. She sighed even more deeply when Harry changed back and climbed around her shoulders once more. "You know, I normally don't care for the fur fashion, but I like how it looks," she said, looking at herself in the mirror. She flushed a little at Harry's sniggering.

"Ron, isn't that Hermione's cat?" Ginny Weasley asked.

Ron Weasley nodded. "Well, he's more of a Grimmauld cat. We just didn't notice him earlier cause he's black and the whole house is dark and shadowy. Not to mention that there isn't enough lighting in here."

"Aww. He's such a cute kitty," Ginny gushed.

"Oh yeah. He's such a cute widdle pussy cat and-ow!" He glared at the cat on his shoulder that dug his claws into said shoulder. "Chill, mate, just having a laugh."

Ginny left, called for by their mother, and Ron grinned. "Right. I'll let you in the twins' room and you can move their stuff about. I think we're close in really convincing them that Grimmauld is haunted and a poltergeist is messing with their things."

Harry nodded eagerly, purring with amusement.

Albus Dumbledore looked around the room. "I could have sworn I saw Harry in here earlier."

Remus Lupin smiled blandly. "Perhaps he slipped out when you were not paying attention. He might still be a bit miffed over what happened before arriving."

"Ah," Dumbledore said, looking sheepish. "I was hoping to make amends of a sort. Perhaps another time."

Remus waited for the older wizard to leave before looking at the top of a cabinet in a shadowy corner. "He's gone." He smiled once more when Harry opened his eyes and looked surprised. "I do have a keen sense of smell, you know." He chuckled when the cat made a surprisingly expressive paw gesture at him.

"I do believe your animal nature is having an effect on your human behavior," Hermione said.

Harry nodded. "Think you're right. I like tuna a lot more now than I did before and sitting in the sun is really soothing."

"You're getting good at ignoring Umbridge," Ron said. "How're you doing that?"

"Oh that. It's weird. I just get the feeling that she's beneath me and well, she doesn't irritate me that much anymore." He shrugged weakly while Hermione and Ron laughed heartily. "I really hope that's a cat trait because I really hope I'm not that much of an arse."

"Depends on who you ask," Ron chortled.

"Fair," Harry grinned.
