My favorite Ninja Nurse Yori (Orochimaru's Wife)
"So Rufus, can you explain to me how I got stuck caring for Hana yesterday, and now today I'm dealing with a cold?" Ron complains to his pet companion from his bed. While the blonde's current sickness isn't like when he and Kim got super sick on the mission, it's enough for him to rest for a bit. Thankfully, when he was watching his sister, it took place on a Friday, so he didn't have to worry about missing anything from school, not that he cared about that either way.
"Hink bad luck?" Rufus suggests with a shrug.
Ron sighs and responds, "I guess so, but quality time with her has been worth it. It somewhat sucks that I can't go on any missions with KP today, but with the way I'm feeling, it's probably the best that the Ron man takes it easy." Rufus nods in agreement, not wanting Ron to put himself in danger while not at 100%.
At that moment, Ron's kimmunicator rings, and he quickly answers it, hoping it's nothing serious. "Wade, what's up?"
Wade's calm expression appears on the screen. "Hey Ron, I'm checking in and letting you know that nothing major is happening today. Kim wants me to remind you..."
"That no mission duty until I'm better and to stay up on water." Ron finishes his sentence in an annoyed tone.
"Getting tired of hearing it?" Wade chuckles.
"Nothing against you, but you know how KP can sometimes be," Ron says. While his best friend means well, she can be a bit extreme when it comes to him.
Wade knows this is true but, of course, wouldn't outright tell Kim that. "She has her protective moments for sure. Anyway, I will let you enjoy your rest, and I am sending you something your way that I'm sure will help you feel better."
Hearing this peaks Ron's interest. "Whatever it is, I will take it. Do I tell you that you rock, Wade?"
"It's always nice to hear how much you all appreciate me. Just be ready when your gift arrives," Wade says with a smirk.
"Roger that!" Ron mock salutes as his tech friends cut the feed. "I wonder what Wade got for me? Probably should have asked, but know him, he might not have told me."
"Hink nachos!" Rufus cheers, assuming that the gift his owner will receive and he will share.
"That is one way to help make me feel better, though I'm sure he would have told us that anyway," Ron states when they suddenly hear some noise coming from behind his window, like an intruder trying to break into the room. "What the? Rufus, get ready for anything."
Despite his condition, Ron grabs his toy sling blade, aims it at the window with Rufus, and gets into a stance, ready to help his owner in the best way possible. "Whoever you are, know I have a weapon and am not afraid to use it!"
"Special delivery for Stoppable-san." An all-too-familiar voice announces this, catching both Ron and Rufus off guard.
"Stoppable, San? It can't be..." Ron speed walks over to the window and lifts the hatch to see a girl wearing a blue and black school uniform that he knows all too well.
"Yori!" Ron cheers, allowing Yori to enter his room, receive a warm hug, and follow up with her custom bowing in honor.
"Greetings Stoppable-san. It's a pleasure and honor to see you again despite your health circumstances." She greets him before giving Rufus's head a rub.
Ron looks at her in confusion and asks, "How did I mean? When did you? Wade?"
"Sai, your friend contacted one of our spies and told us about your condition. From there, I quickly booked a flight and flew here to surprise and help nurse you back to health." Yori explains how she found out about what's going on with Ron. Sensi thankfully permits Yori to see about the chosen one, and after helping save him from Monkey Fist, Sensi is more open to allowing Yori to make a few visits when she can.
To say Ron is happy to see Yori would be an understatement. Since Kim got Ron to realize that the ninja girl has a crush on him, Ron sometimes wonders what it would be like if they were a couple, for he, too, has feelings for her. At the time, he figured they wouldn't see each other again for a long while, so Yori's pop-up now gives some hope. "Well, the Ron-man is excited that my favorite ninja is back, or should I say, favorite ninja nurse?"
"Ninja nurse?" Yori raises an eyebrow at him over the nickname.
Ron freaks a bit, assuming that Yori doesn't like that comment. "I mean, I figure since you are a badical ninja and you are here to see about me, maybe you can play nurse for me, but I'm sorry if that offended you somehow."
Yori giggles and bows while saying, "Oh stoppable-san, you and your American style way of thinking. Naturally, it would be my honor to be your ninja nurse until you feel better."
"Boo-ya!" Ron cheers a little because his body does not let him jump in the air as he would like.
"With that said, I need you to get back in bed so I can start caring for my patient." Yori orders and guides him back to his bed.
"No arguments there, probably overdoing it by being up so much, yet I'm not feeling as bad as earlier." Ron expresses, getting more comfortable.
Yori observes Ron's body from his forehead to his chest for discomfort, which makes Ron blush slightly. "It could be your mystical monkey ability kicking in, a faster healing rate."
"I have that? It could explain how, after the missions, I seem to recover the way I do." Ron recalls moments when his MMP could have kicked in after his first battle with Monkey Fist. Now, he would want to explore it more and tap into it by will, not random.
"There is much for you to learn about being the chosen one and what power you possess. Maybe we can see about getting you some more training sessions after you feel better if that's what you would like?" Yori offers, piquing Ron's interest.
"If it means you are with me during the classes, I might be more open to that," Ron responds smoothly with a sly smile. For obvious reasons, getting training classes from Yori would appeal to him better than anyone.
Yori matches his expression and understands Ron's mindset regarding training classes. "We can arrange something to make that possible, but that can all be discussed. Right now, my main focus is to be your favorite ninja nurse and get you back in good spirits."
"Sounds good to me." Ron leans up from his bed to express his gratitude to Yori. "Thank you so much for the surprise visit and for caring about me as I get better. It means a lot to have you here, even when you live far away, and for doing all this for me."
Yori's heart flutters when she hears the sincerity in Ron's tone as she bows again. "The honor is all mine, Stoppable-san."
"You know you can call me Ron-San instead," Ron teases, despite being used to being called by the latter name.
"My apologies. I forget that you would prefer to be referred by first name rather than last." Yori points out, remembering the times he has mentioned that.
"It's no big; whatever you are comfortable with works with me." Ron shrugs before feeling one of Yori's hands grasp the side of his face and witnessing an expression he hasn't seen from Yori before, a hot one, to be exact.
"I wouldn't be a good nurse if I didn't meet my patients' needs, but I also appreciate your consideration. With that, I think you deserve even more special treatment." Yori states while rubbing his cheek with Ron, growing increasingly nervous as she approaches him.
"Special treatment?" Ron manages to squeak out before receiving a big wet kiss that puts him in a huge shock. Yori had planned on doing this once Ron was 100%, but after his kind words and already having feelings for the young blonde, she couldn't hold back from the need to feel his lips on hers.
Once she pulls back, Yori giggles at the cute look that Ron has on his face, only able to say, "Wow."
"Does that help Ron-san?" Yori asks, getting more into her role as a ninja nurse.
Ron picks up on the hint as his brain finally reboots while giddy over Yori calling him Ron-San, saying, "My body feels hotter than usual, but in this case, I say it's worth the feeling of receiving kisses like that."
"Is that so? Then maybe we should let you cool off." Yori offers, beginning to back away, only for Ron to respond with his not-so-great yet cute version of the puppy pout to convince her to stay next to him a little longer. "Now, how can I resist him when he gives me looks like that." Considering that she has her stuff in case she falls under the weather, Yori allows a cuddle session with Ron and gratefully holds her softly in his arms.
At some point, Ron speaks up and asks softly, "Can you be my nurse all the time?"
Yori pretends to think about the question before answering. "Oh, Ron-San, you and your American-style way of meeting your needs. Maybe I can make some exceptions, but you can't purposely get sick or hurt so that I can nurse you back to health."
"Deal!" Ron agrees to Yori's requests and gets a laugh out of her.
"I'm glad to hear it Ron-San. Now let me get off of you before I have to help with another big problem with a specific part of your body." She suggests removing herself from Ron to get more things for him, with Ron turning extremely red when he realizes what body part Yori was referring to.
Author note: It's been forever, but I finally updated this series. I overthink when it comes to writing Yori, so that's part of why it was hard to do a chapter like this, but I think as we advance to Yori's flirty side, I might have more freedom with it. Speaking of, I know the chapter ended abruptly, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to write the hot part for this chapter. Let me know what you all think.
