Issei was walking his bike down the empty road of Kuoh. He was tasked with assisting Koneko by taking one of her contracts. However, all that came was getting into a massive debate with this guy over Dragon Ball Z. It was getting frustrating because he knew that Rias would be upset with him. Not to mention, he had to ride his bike because his body couldn't produce enough magic to use the teleportation barrier. Issei's annoyance grew even more when he thought about Leelond, who didn't even need a teleportation barrier. He grips his head while screaming out to the sky, declaring how unfair his life was. But his brooding was cut short by the familiar sensation of someone approaching. Issei frowned, was it that guy from the other day or was it Yuma?

It was a tall woman with massive tits. Her hair was a shade of navy blue, it was long, and it went down towards the middle of her leg. One of her brown eyes was covered by the hair though the look on her face showed she meant business. Much similar to Dohnaseek, the woman wore a similar trench coat, though it stopped at the upper part of her thigh while the top part of the coat was open, revealing her breasts. She also has a gold necklace that sat snuggled between her tits. Issei knew he was in danger, this woman gave off a similar vibe to the others he encountered.

"Hmph, it must be my lucky day."

Issei took a defensive position before remembering his training with Rias. He clears his mind and appears on his left arm with the dragon's claw. The woman smirked, obviously amused by what she saw. She introduces herself as Kalawarna, a fallen angel under Raynare. Of course, Issei had no idea who Raynare was and he didn't care. He wasn't going to die or get his ass beat, not again. But before he charged the woman, a flock of crows appeared between the two and to Issei's shock, Leelond appeared. His expression was neutral though it lacked any kind of malice or anger towards the woman.

"Man, work must be slow for the fallen angels if you three are still after Issei."

Kalawarna narrowed her eyes. She knew this boy all too well. At least, his reputation. Kalawarna also knew that Raynare told her to run away if she were to ever encounter Leelond of the Wicked Eyes. But she wasn't a coward, she was going to prove that he was just another lowly devil and nothing to be afraid of. Materializing in her hand was a spear of light, similar to Raynare's spear, though this one was yellow. Leelond smirked and as she went to strike him, her blade was stopped by a Tanto, a small blade with a medium length handle, which was almost as long as the blade itself. The handle was orange, matching Leelond's hoodie and his headband.

"How is your puny weapon holding up against my magical spear?" Kalawarna asked, using all the strength she could muster to overpower Leelond. Leelond then vanished and reappeared a few steps back as he took a stance of his body leaning slightly forward, his right arm hanging in the front while he gripped his Tanto in his left arm, holding it back.

"I'm not using traditional devil magic." Leelond then vanished and reappeared in front of Kalawarna, giving her just seconds to pull her spear up, which broke apart on contact with the Tanto. The woman was getting annoyed and so she created two more spears of light and brought her arms down. Of course, Leelond vanished to gain some distance. Kalawarna didn't let up and she flapped her wings and raced towards him with an impressive burst of speed. Leelond clapped his hands together, creating a barrier of flames, but these weren't just any flames. These flames were being enhanced with his wind magic, making them just as deadly as Hellfire flames. Kalawarna was forced to pull herself up to avoid connecting with the flames.

"I think it's time for you to leave, Kalawarna. You aren't getting to Issei," Leelond declared, looking up at the woman with his Sharingan eye. The fallen angel was seething with humiliation. This devil was going head to head with her, hardly breaking a sweat. While she may be a proud fallen angel, Kalawarna knew when to pick her fights. She turns around and flies away, leaving Leelond and Issei behind. When could no longer feel her presence or when he felt she was a good distance away, Leelond turned to face Issei. "Are you alright?"

Issei was still in a state of shock before shaking his head. "Y… Yeah, I'm fine. What was the deal with her?"

"Her name is Kalawarna, a fallen angel. It seems that she is working with Raynare and Dohnaseek to wipe you out."

"Who is Raynare?"

"Yuma."

Issei frowned. The memory of his and Yuma's date replayed in the back of his mind, especially the part where she killed him. Issei felt a hand on his shoulder and looked up to see a sad smile on Leelond's face.

"I know it hurts. She was technically your first girlfriend and all. But it's going to be alright." Leelond's words didn't seem to make Issei feel any better, if anything, he felt worse. "Aren't you supposed to be a future harem king or something? Surely one girl isn't enough to bring you down, especially when this world is full of them, not to mention, there are a few decent devils that might be able to rock your world."

Now this lifted Issei's spirits. He clenched his dragon hand and nodded. "That's right. I'm a future harem king!" Issei announced outloud, though it was more so to himself than anything. Leelond chuckled and then grabbed Issei's shoulder before vanishing into thin air and returning to the Occult Research Room. When Issei saw Rias, he winced. He failed yet another contract and didn't have the heart to look the president in the eye.

"So, we've got a problem, prez," Leelond said with an air of casualty. He takes a seat on the couch and leans back. Rias didn't respond, deciding to let him go on. "We ran into yet another fallen angel."

Rias' expression hardened as she glanced over back at Issei. He was really feeling on edge and thought the president was going to really tear into him. But Rias didn't seem to be concerned about the contract being completed or not. Not only was it confirmed that Issei was still alive and got reincarnated as a devil, but he displayed his sacred gear. That meant the target on his back grew.

"Well, you're safe, that's what matters."

"I promise, prez. I'll get stronger and get to the point that no fallen angel stands against me!" Issei said, meeting Rias' gaze. A smirk formed on her face and she gave a nod to the newly reincarnated devil. However, her smirk then faded.

"Issei, I love your spirit, I really do. I like that you're motivated and that you believe in yourself. But don't go around picking fights with any fallen angels. It's unfair to the rest of us, especially Leelond, who has had to bail you out twice already."

Issei's demeanor is really deflated now. He lowered his head and muttered an apology. He then turned on his heel and proceeded towards the door. "I'm going to head home now and get some sleep. I'll see you all tomorrow."

"You know, prez, you didn't exactly have to be that harsh with him."

"Leelond does have a point, Miss President. Issei is still new. You don't have to try and bring him down, especially since he's still adjusting," Akeno said in her usual soft and playful tone, though there was a hint of seriousness in her voice.

Rias lets out a sigh. "I'm not trying to bring him down. I just don't want him to overestimate his own abilities."

"Oh, don't say that. I was like six when I awoke my hidden powers and was like half his age when I mastered them."

That's when Rias snapped at her bishop, her eyes narrowed dangerously. "It's not the same, you know that. You were a special case."

"And Issei isn't?"

The king and bishop were going back in fourth. While most peerage members didn't dare argue with their king, Leelond wasn't like most. Yes, he followed orders to the T and never questioned them. But when it came to voicing his opinion, he didn't hold back. But midway through the disagreement, Leelond lets out a sigh of his own, no longer having the mental capacity to keep up with this argument.

"I know you're concerned about him. I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't concerned. But you have to have faith in your decision to make him one of us, Rias."

The tone in the room shifted to one that was much more serious and the intensity grew. Leelond only called Rias by her name when he was being serious. It was one of the few times that Rias didn't get pissed. She remained silent for a few moments and nodded. Leelond then got up from the couch and turned towards the door.

"I'll be back later, prez. A hot and spicy bowl of instant ramen is calling my name," Leelond said while waving back. Rias could tell that he wanted to blow off some steam, which is why he didn't teleport out of the room.

The next morning came and while Issei was heading to school, he was brooding once more. He had upset the president again and this time, he really did feel like an idiot. It seemed that no matter what he did, it always put him in a jam and then Leelond had to bail him out. The constant cycle of needing to rely on someone else was getting old fast. But Issei's thoughts were cut off by the sound of a feminine moan. He turned to see where it was coming from and to his surprise and excitement, he saw a piece of ass with a cute pair of white underwear.

"Oh no… It looks like I fell down again," the girl muttered as her upper body was covered by her robe. "I'm such a klutz." The girl then sat up and the hood of her cloak had the sign of a cross, but that wasn't what had Issei's attention. It was her blonde hair and beautiful green eyes that nearly made him drop with lust. As eyes continued to stare at the nun and it was at this moment that Issei really wanted to corrupt this girl with his own perverted mind. Sitting in a tree was a black crow with a Sharingan eye, watching Issei. A bead of sweat ran down the side of its head at the new devil's antics.

Issei managed to snap out of his daze and ran over with his hand extended. "Hey there, are you alright?" The girl took his hand and nodded. Issei was blushing furiously. Her hands were so soft and smooth. There was a slight gust of wind, that may or may not have the work of a particular crow, but it caused for the hood of Asia's robe to fly off. Issei quickly runs over to grab it and while picking it up, he couldn't help but feel as if he really hit the jackpot this time. Blonde and busty gets me lusty. Issei kept repeating that line in his mind, momentarily oblivious that the girl was looking at him.

"That was very sweet of you, uh… I'm sorry, but I don't even know your name."

"Oh, uh! Issei, Issei Hyoudou, and your name?"

"My name is Asia Argento," the girl now identified as Asia said. A slight blush appeared on her face and she connected her two fingers, like she was nervous. "I'm sorry to bother you, but I'm actually lost. Could you help me out?"

Issei didn't hesitate and nodded. Asia revealed that she was looking for the church and the two began walking in the direction, side by side. As they walked, Issei asked if she was in Kuoh as a tourist. Asia giggled softly and shook her head. She explains that she was recently assigned to serve the church out here in Kuoh, which is how she ended up getting lost. Issei nodded again.

"I see, so you're a nun?" Issei asked. Asia nodded. "I guess that one was on me because your uniform just screams that you're a nun, haha," Issei said with a chuckle.

Asia looked down with a smile, the blush from earlier still not fading. "I'm so glad that I ran into someone kind like you. You really are a pure soul, Issei."

Issei rubbed the back of his head while letting out a sheepish chuckle. But then a sudden jolt shot through his body and something was telling him to run. For a moment, he thought it was a fallen angel but when his eyes fell upon the church, he knew that since he was a devil, the church was off limits. He comes to a stop and looks at Asia.

"I'm sorry, but I just remembered that I had something to take care of. But if you head on straight, it'll bring you straight to the church."

Asia looked over and smiled at seeing the church in sight. She gave a polite bow and thanked Issei for his help and hospitality. "I hope I get to see you again, Issei. Maybe sometime you can come by the church and see me."

"Yeah, uh, maybe," Issei muttered. He then quickly turned on his heel and as he walked further away from the church, the sense of dread and danger faded away.

Unknown Location

The world around him was black and everything was inverted with a white outline of everything. Blood was white and it covered the entire street. Leelond could see his own reflection in the blood and his form took the appearance of a 6 year old version of himself. One by one, the familiar faces of the Oakland clan dropped to the ground before getting utterly obliterated. It was the day that he was found by the great Serafall Leviathan, 12 years ago. He continued watching his kin get destroyed by a gathering of stray devils and even fallen angels. It was a horrific nightmare, one that Leelond blamed himself for. Had he been strong enough, he could have protected his family. His Sharingan was blazing at seeing the carnage before his very eyes.

Leelond took off running, wanting to escape the sight of all the bloodshed. That was when he went to the familiar house that he was born in. He entered and found his mother and father, sitting in the den. They had blank expressions on their faces, like they already accepted the reality that was in front of them.

"M… Mom… D… Dad… What are we going to do?" Leelond asked as the tears ran down his face. His mother, a warm, kind, and loving woman, gave him a warm smile.

"It's going to be okay, Leelond. I promise."

"Leelond… Come here," his father asked in a soft tone. This was much different than the tone he used on a daily basis, one that was used by the leader of the clan. Leelond walked over to his father and looked up at him with tears fresh in his eyes. "I haven't held you since you were a baby." Leelond was then wrapped up in a hug by his father. The man then looked down at his son with a soft and loving gaze in his eyes. "You've made me very proud… I'm sorry that I haven't been the best father."

"B… But dad… What are you talking about? W… We can still run, can't we?" Leelond asked.

The man didn't respond and a distant look formed in his eyes. "Leelond… I seem to remember that I forgot to give your birthday present," his father said. He then told Leelond to please go to the shelf and grab the blue colored box. Leelond was confused, why was his father talking about a birthday gift now of all times. But he didn't argue and followed his father's orders. He opened a box and it was a Tanto with an orange handle, his favorite color.

"What is this, dad?" Leelond asked while inspecting the Tanto.

"It's a special blade, one infused with the Oakland blood in it. My son, I don't want to die to a fallen angel or stray devil. I want to die by the hand of an Oakland."

Leelond's eyes went wide in horror. His father was asking him to kill him. He couldn't, no, he wouldn't… But when he met his father's gaze, something changed inside of him, like something snapped. The idea of death flooded his mind and thoughts and in that moment, Leelond began to realize that death was apart of life. He looked at his parents and gave a slight nod. His little arms were trembling and the tears were pouring down his face like a waterfall.

"Leelond… You truly are a kind child."

Both William and Belinda Oakland fell over, their bodies now lifeless as the blade he was holding didn't just have Oakland blood, but a special magic that was toxic to all celestial beings, devils, angels, and fallen angels. Leelond looked down at his parents who were dead and a strange burning sensation appeared in his eyes. The three Tomoe Sharingan that appeared from the earlier sight of his clan being killed began to spin. Soon, a four-point wheel emerged, almost like a square with spikes sticking out. Leelond lets out a primal roar and suddenly, the home Leelond grew up in was covered in black flames. His right eye began to bleed and when the strays and fallen angel saw the commotion, they decided to move onto Leelond. But as quickly as they came, the dark celestial beings fell to the ground, their bodies covered in black flames that were said to be as hot as the son.

Leelond's eyes opened wide, they were bleeding and his Mangekyou Sharingan was active. At the same time, his vision had slightly blurred, but that was due to having activated his Mangekyou Sharingan for a period of time that was longer than usual. Leelond leans over and uses his hands to hold himself up while breathing heavily. He was meditating and it seemed that he fell back into one of his night terrors. He shakes his head and uses the sleeve to his hoodie to wipe away the blood. After a few moments, Leelond leaves the secluded spot by vanishing in thin air.
