Scene: Main Titles
(Main Titles while going through clouds with Danny's theme song playing.)
Scene: Flying Towards New York
(Danny is flying while also looking at a United States Map.)
DANNY
Now if I turn here
(Danny moves left.)
Or maybe I should turn here.
(Danny turns right.)
No, that's not right. (Pause.) You know what, there should be an easier way to get to New York.
(All of a sudden, a plane falls right in front of Danny, with wind causing Danny to fly back and spin. After a few seconds, Danny stops and sees the airplane falling.)
This looks like a job for Danny Fantastic.
(Danny flys to the airplane and grabs it's tail.)
Now is a great time to show yourself, strength.
(After about five seconds, Rogue gets in front of the airplane, grabs it and lifts it causing it to fly straight.)
There we go.
(Danny then sees up ahead of him John F. Kennedy Airport.)
Easy does it.
Scene: JFK Airport
(Danny lands the airplane on the runway and then stops it. Danny and Rogue then let go and Danny flies straight as Rogue flies up to him. They both stop mid air.)
DANNY
This can't be real, I mean, you really can't be-.
ROGUE
The one and only Rogue, that's me.
DANNY
Wait a minute, just wait a minute. That means then-.
ROGUE
I was the one flying it towards the airport.
DANNY
Ah man.
ROGUE
I'm sorry if you were expecting someone else to help you out.
DANNY
No it's not that, it's just that I was hoping that it was me doing it all by myself.
ROGUE
Nope, you weren't.
DANNY
Well then, thank you very much for helping me.
ROGUE
No problem, and welcome to New York City Danny Fantastic.
DANNY
Wow, you know my name.
ROGUE
Doesn't everybody. (Pause.) Well I have to get going, but I'll catch you later.
DANNY
Sure.
ROGUE
Okay then, bye.
(Rogue flies off as Danny sees her going.)
DANNY
I wonder who else of Marvel got out of that machine,
(Danny thinks,)
I know, I can go to Marvel headquarters and find out for myself.
(Danny flies off to Marvel HQ.)
Scene: Marvel HQ: San Lee's Office
(Danny walks through the door and sees Stan Lee talking on the phone on his chair by his desk. Stan Lee points his finger up to the sky indicting he'll be right with him. Danny sits down on the chair in front of his desk and looks all around the room in amaze at his office. Stan Lee then hangs up the phone and shakes Danny's hand.)
STAN LEE
Welcome to New York City Danny Fantastic.
DANNY
Please, you can call me Danny Stan Lee.
STAN LEE
No no, you can call me Stan.
(Danny and Stan stop shaking hands.)
So what are you doing here in New York, if I may ask?
DANNY
You've heard that your marvel creations are alive right.
STAN LEE
Of course, we were the ones who told Disney about it first.
DANNY
Then I want you to know that I am here to help gather all of the characters and bring them back into their own world.
STAN LEE
Well then I wish you good luck, and if you need any help, just let me know.
DANNY
Actually, I was wondering if you know what characters are here.
STAN LEE
Well the only characters and places's we know about is Captain America fighting against The Red Skull at Shield headquarters.
DANNY
Then I shall go to Shield headquarters and help Captain America.
STAN LEE
Then good luck, and please, don't die.
DANNY
Don't worry, I won't.
(Danny and Stan Lee then gets up and shake hands. They both then let go.)
STAN LEE
By the way, is it alright that Marvel does a comic book series based on you?
DANNY
Certainly, as long as I get a cameo in a marvel movie that is.
STAN LEE
Maybe not as many cameos as I have been in, but I can defiantly get you in a movie.
DANNY
Thanks.
(Danny leaves as Stan Lee calls on the phone.)
STAN LEE
Hey Joss, this is Stan Lee. I have a great movie for you to write and direct, it's called-.
Scene: Shield HQ
(Captain America and The Red Skull are fighting all over the place with Nick Fury at the bridge controlling the lock down. Danny flies through the doors as they are closing and Danny makes it into the room. Danny, Captain America fights The Red Skull for a few minutes. The Red Skull is then knocked out and SHIELD then takes him away.)
CAPTAIN AMERICA
Thanks for your help Danny.
DANNY
No problem Captain.
NICK FURY
(Voice only.)
I hate to break this reunion up but The Winter Soldier is now entering inside The Avenger's Tower.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
Copy that Fury.
(To Danny.)
So Danny, how would you like to come with me and stop The Winter Soldier?
DANNY
I would love to.
(Captain America then shakes his head and he and Danny then run straight towards the camera.)
Scene: The Avengers Tower: Main Room
(Danny and Captain America then enter into the room and get into a fighting stance. They then look all around the room and does not see The Winter Soldier.)
DANNY
Guess he's not here.
(A arrow all of a sudden flies in between Captain America and Danny.)
Wrong!
(Danny and Captain America look up above them at the rafters and they see The Winter Soldier running. Captain America then swings his shield at The Winter Soldier and hitting him, causing him to fall on the ground. The Winter Soldier gets up and Danny and Captain America charge after him and attack him. After a few minutes, The Winter Soldier is knocked out.)
CAPTAIN AMERICA
Good job Danny, I never could have done it better myself.
DANNY
Well same to you too capt.
(Nick Fury appears on the screen.)
NICK FURY
Captain America and Danny Fantastic, please come in, over.
(Captain America and Danny go in front of the screen.)
CAPTAIN AMERICA
We are here sir. We've just captured The Winter Soldier and The Avengers Tower is now under control.
NICK FURY
Good job you two, but I've just received word from the Fantastic Four that they are being attacked by Dr. Doom and need assistance at their tower.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
Copy that.
(Nick Fury then goes away.)
Danny, I want you to go and help them as I take care of The Winter Soldier.
DANNY
Yes sir!
(Danny flies away as Captain America carries The Winter Soldier. The camera then sees The Winter Soldier smiling.)
Scene: Fantastic Four Tower: Main Room
(The Fantastic Four are fighting Dr. Doom, and then Danny comes in and throws a energy ball at Dr. Doom causing him to fly and hit the ground. Danny flies right next to the team while Dr. Doom gets up.)
DR. DOOM
Ah, Danny Fantastic is here. Now the party can really begin.
(Danny and the Fantastic Four fight Dr. Doom for about a few minutes, and then Dr. Doom gets knocked out.)
MR. FANTASTIC
Thank you Danny for helping us.
DANNY
No problem, it's what I do.
(The Green Goblin then flies by the building carrying Gwen Stacy all tied up and gagged, with Spider-Man following him.)
It's The Green Goblin.
MR. FANTASTIC
And Gwen Stacy and Spider-Man. Do you think he need's our help?
(Mr. Fantastic looks at everybody and nobody answers.)
DANNY
I'll go help him as you guys take care of Dr. Doom.
MR. FANTASTIC
We will.
(Danny flies away and heads towards The Brooklyn Bridge.)
Scene: The Broklyn Bridge
(Liz Allen, Betty Brant, and Mary Jane are tied up and gagged on one of the towers. Danny then sees The Green Goblin talking to Spider-Man. Danny flies faster when all of a sudden, The Green Goblin throws Gwen Stacy and Spider-Man stops as he is pondering what had happened to him last time. As Gwen Stacy falls and screaming, Danny catches Gwen Stacy and puts her safely on the ground. Danny then unties and ungag's her.)
DANNY
Are you alright?
GWEN STACY
I am now, but I don't think Spider-Man is though.
(Gwen Stacy points up as Danny sees Spider-Man fighting The Green Goblin.)
DANNY
Don't worry, I'll go help him.
(Danny flies up and joins in the battle as well for a couple of minutes. The Green Goblin then is knocked out and crashes into the ocean. Danny Liz Allen and Betty Brant as Spider-Man grabs Mary Jane and they carry them to where Gwen Stacy is. Danny unties and ungag's Liz Allen as Gwen does the same to Betty Brant and Spider-Man to Mary Jane. Spider-Man then checks on each girl making sure they are okay, and then he goes to Danny and shakes hands with him.)
SPIDER-MAN
Thank you so much for helping me Danny, there is no way I've could have done it alone.
DANNY
I was in the neighborhood and I figure that you needed the help.
SPIDER-MAN
That's true.
(All of a sudden a bright flash appears from The Statue of Liberty.)
DANNY
What was that?
SPIDER-MAN
I don't know, but it looked like it came from The Statue of Liberty.
DANNY
I'll go take a look as you get the girls to safety.
SPIDER-MAN
That I will do.
(Danny then flies to The Statue of Liberty as The Green Goblin climbs out of the ocean.)
Scene: The Statue of Liberty
(Cyclops, Jean Grey, Angel, Iceman, Beast, Rogue and Wolverine fight Apocalypse for a few seconds. Danny then flies in and kicks Apocalypse causing him to hit the wall. Danny joins the X-Men.)
WOLVERINE
What took you so long pal?
DANNY
Well sorry if a bright flash couldn't get me here sooner.
CYCLOPS
Well as long as you are here, let's end this once and for all.
ROGUE
Hi Danny.
(Rogue waves to him and Danny waves back.)
DANNY
Hi Rogue.
(Apocalypse then gets up.)
APOCALYPSE
It' doesn't matter how many people you get, for I am more powerful then any of you combine.
(Danny then gets out a energy ball.)
DANNY
Let's test that, shall we.
(Danny throws the energy ball and Apocalypse blocks it. Apocalypse then charges at them and Danny and the X men get out of the way as Apocalypse runs out of the statue and falls down onto the ground. Danny and the X men look down at the ground.)
Big on brawn, but nothing on brains.
WOLVERINE
You've said it Danny.
(Jean Grey then gets a telepathy call from Professor X.)
JEAN GREY
Professor X just contacted me and told me that there are no more villains all over the city now, and it's alright to come home.
DANNY
Thank goodness.
CYCLOPS
For sure Danny.
(Rogue looks at Danny.)
ROGUE
Hey Danny, why don't you come with us to our school.
DANNY
Are you certain that would be alright?
JEAN GREY
It is a place for mutants Danny, and I would defiantly consider you a mutant.
DANNY
But my powers were more given to me then I being born with them.
CYCLOPS
That may be so, but like you and Spider-Man, you guys still have great powers.
DANNY
That is true.
ROGUE
So will you come with us then?
(Danny ponders on it.)
DANNY
Why not!
Scene: X-Men Mansion
(Danny is in the living room sitting on a coach with the other characters and Professor X.)
PROFESSOR X
So you say that we came from another world.
DANNY
That is correct, when I was trying to shut down the machine, you guys just came out and who knows what other characters came out as well.
CYCLOPS
What we only know is us, Captain America, Nick Fury, The Red Skull, The Winter Soldier-.
ROGUE
The Fantastic Four, Dr. Doom, Spider-Man and his lovers, The Green Goblin-.
WOLVERINE
AndApocalypse.
DANNY
That is correct, but I was hoping to get you guys together and bring you back to your own world.
PROFESSOR X
Do you know how to do that?
DANNY
I don't know, but hopefully the people at Disney can figure it out.
PROFESSOR X
We would be happy to join you Danny and help bring us all back into our reality, but in the mean time, why don't you stay here for the night.
DANNY
Thank you so much professor.
WOLVERINE
You know Danny, if you're not tired that is.
DANNY
What's that suppose to mean?
WOLVERINE
It means that you are a chicken to face me in The Danger Room.
DANNY
Do you really think that's wise to face me. You hardly know me and I know you so well.
WOLVERINE
That may be true, but we are on my turf boy, and we shall see who the true victor is.
DANNY
You know what Logan, bring it on.
Scene: The Danger Room
(Blasts are coming in all directions as Danny and Wolverine are running. Danny and Wolverine then stops behind some rubble.)
DANNY
I thought you said that I would fight you!
WOLVERINE
As much as I want to, I think it's rather best for us to work together rather then fight each other, for we are both on the same team, are we not?
DANNY
Touche.
(The camera then shows up above a shadow of the sentinel, and then it fires at Danny and Wolverine causing them to fly and hit the ground. The sentinel then starts walking over to them, showing it's whole body.)
That's it, no more mister nice guy.
(Danny and Wolverine fight the sentinel for about a few minutes. After a while, Danny flies straight into the air as Wolverine charges at the sentinel. Danny charges the most powerful energy ball as Wolverine attacks it. After about 10 seconds, Danny fires his energy ball at it' s face and it's face explodes. Wolverine then jumps up to hits stomach adn stabs it causing it to fall backwards. Danny flies back down next to Wolverine. The Danger Room then shuts down and the X Men walks through the doors and greets them.)
PROFESSOR X
That's how to be an X-Men Danny.
(Danny then smiles.)
Scene: Danny's Room
(Danny is talking on the phone to Malissa as Malissa talks to him. the scene goes back and forth between Danny and Malissa with her wearing her pajamas.)
DANNY
Yeah it has been a crazy day today.
MALISSA
And to think that you got to meet Spider-Man.
DANNY
And a lot of the other marvel characters as well, thank goodness that the villains are now at Shield headquarters.
MALISSA
Are they like their movie counterparts?
DANNY
Kind of a mix between the movies and the comics.
MALISSA
That's really awesome Danny, I wish I was there with you.
DANNY
Me too. (Pause.) So anyway, how was school today?
MALISSA
Boring as usual, especially in band.
DANNY
Why was band boring? You usually like band.
MALISSA
Why yes I do like it better then my other classes, but of course without you there, it's not fun at all.
DANNY
Oh.
(A knock is at Danny's door.)
Well anyway I have to get going and rest up for tomorrow's search for the other marvel characters.
MALISSA
Well then good luck and talk to you tomorrow. Bye.
DANNY
Bye.
(Danny hangs up the phone and another knock is at the door.)
I'm coming.
(Danny goes to his door and opens it. Rogue is there wearing her pajamas.)
Rogue!
ROGUE
I'm sorry to disturb you but I was wondering if you would like to talk?
DANNY
About what?
ROGUE
Oh, about anything.
DANNY
Sure, come on in.
(Rogue comes on in and sits on his bed as Danny joins her.)
So, what next?
ROGUE
How about we talk about your girlfriend.
DANNY
What girlfriend?
ROGUE
The girlfriend you were just talking to silly.
DANNY
Oh she's not my girlfriend, she is actually my best friend.
ROGUE
Soon to be girlfriend?
DANNY
I don't know if I can, for she is my only friend that I have now.
ROGUE
But you got us and whoever you helped out today.
DANNY
You really think I have made friends today?
ROGUE
I don't see how you couldn't. (Pause.) I never would have thought after what I did to my boyfriend that I would have the chance to meet other people like me.
DANNY
People with special powers.
ROGUE
You can say the word Danny, it's not a swear word.
DANNY
Okay, a mutant.
ROGUE
And like Professor X said, you and Spider-Man are mutants.
DANNY
But how can I be a mutant when I wasn't born in your world.
ROGUE
Well then what makes you different from everybody else?
(Danny ponders it.)
DANNY
I guess my super powers.
ROGUE
Then there you go. (Pause.) Look, I know you may not think of yourself as a mutant, but you are like us, people with great powers and great responsibility.
DANNY
Just like Spider-Man.
ROGUE
Yes, just like Spider Man.
(They both look at each other awkwardly and then Rogue gets up.)
Well I have to go.
(Rogue starts heading to the door, but then she turns around and kisses Danny on the cheek.)
No matter what other people think of you, just know that we can become better then what they think.
(Rogue then leaves. Danny then leans back on his bed.)
DANNY
What was that about of me being a mutant. Maybe it's because the world is finding out who I really am, and they will think of me as a mutant maybe?
(Danny closes his eyes.)
Scene: Marvel Villains HQ
(You see shadows of The Kingpin, The Mandarin, Baron Mordo, Carnage, and Maximus.)
THE KINGPIN
Danny Fantastic must be stopped at all costs.
THE MANDARIN
Lets show him the true powers of the Mandarin.
BARON MORDO
Danny will see those powers a mile away, what we need to do is surprise him, my way.
CARNAGE
(Laughs.)
You guys are idiots, Danny will defiantly stop you, unless you are like me.
THE KINGPIN
You guys couldn't get rid of Danny even if you wanted to.
(All three surround each other and get ready to fight.)
MAXIMUS
Gentlemen please, I would like to get rid of him too before he reveals more of his powers. But us fighting each other will not help that.
(All three stand up straight.)
There we go. Now then, I do have a plan of how we can get rid of Danny once and for all.
(The camera then sees Venom's shadow hiding behind a wall.)
Now listen, carefully.
Scene: New York City (Montage)
(Danny fights with Daredevil against The Kingpin at The Chrysler building. Danny then fights with Iron Man against The Mandarin at Stark Tower. After that, Danny then fights with Dr. Strange against Baron Mordo on Times Square.)
Scene: The Avengers Tower: Conference Room
(All of the Marvel heroes fight each other except for Danny, Professor X and Nick Fury who are standing on the stage. After ten seconds, Danny throws out his energy ball into the air. All the heroes stop fighting and sit back into their chairs.)
DANNY
Now I know you guys have a long history of each other not wanting to work together but rather fight each other for the fun of it. But we need to stay together and get you guys back home to your world.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
It's still America Danny, this is our world.
DANNY
No it's not, you guys don't belong here.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
As much as you don't belong here either.
DANNY
What do you mean by that?
CAPTAIN AMERICA
I mean that you are like us, humans with super powers, and that we need a new leader to lead us in protecting this country, right?
(Shouts are then heard all around of yeahs.)
MR. FANTASTIC
Get Danny off of the stage.
(The characters start coming up to Danny but Danny flies up into the air.)
DANNY
If that's what you guys wish then fine, you guys can handle it by yourselves. I quit!
(Danny flies out of the building with The Human Torch, Spider Man, and Iron Man chasing him away. Once Danny leaves, they stop and everybody cheers except for Professor X and Nick Fury.)
NICK FURY
What do we do now professor?
PROFESSOR X
We wait.
NICK FURY
For what?
PROFESSOR X
I don't know.
(The camera then goes to the back of the conference room and sees Venom look up at the ceiling, and then he leaves.)
Scene: Central Park
(It is night time and Danny walks through the park for a while, and then he sits on a bench. Eddie Brock sits by him.)
EDDIE BROCK
If I were you, I would go back and show them who's boss.
(Danny recognizes the voice and stands up with a energy ball in his right arm.)
DANNY
Saying from a person who is Spider-Man's worst enemy.
EDDIE BROCK
But I am not the Eddie Brock from the comics, I am him from The Animated Series.
DANNY
Different character, same name.
EDDIE BROCK
Look Danny, I know you have been through a lot here in the last few days, but I am not here to harm you, but rather warn you.
DANNY
About what?
EDDIE BROCK
That there is more to this then what you have been facing.
(Danny puts his energy ball away.)
The enemies that you have now just put away have now escaped from Shield and are now planning the final battle against the marvel heroes.
(Danny starts laughing.)
What's so funny about that?
DANNY
The heroes can take care of it and win, for that is written in their script.
EDDIE BROCK
That may be so Danny, but this is after all no script and there is a new villain that not even the heroes know about, that can destroy them easily.
DANNY
What kind of new villain?
EDDIE BROCK
I know not his name, but he is a new character that was being created by Marvel Comics that can defeat almost anybody, except for the ones you well know.
(Carnage comes out of a tree.)
CARNAGE
How dare you betray us brother, after all we've been through
(Danny turns around and Eddie Brock stands up.)
Oh well, know thy enemy as thyself, wouldn't you say?
(Eddie Brock turns into Venom.)
VENOM
We do not like our new leader, nor the ones who follow him.
CARNAGE
And we don't like ones who betray us. That betrayal is worth death, and as for you Danny,
(Looks at Danny,)
our leader would like a chat with you.
DANNY
And what if I say no?
CARNAGE
Then we shall have to take you by force.
VENOM
Over our dead bodies!
CARNAGE
Very well then, as you wish!
(Carnage, Danny, and Venom charge each other and fight for a few minutes. Carnage then throws Venom into a lake and knocks out Danny. Carnage grabs Danny and leaves as Venom gets out of the lake and sees them escape.)
Scene: Marvel Villains HQ: Dungeon
(Danny wakes up and he sees in front of him The Red Skull, The Winter Soldier, Doctor Doom, The Green Goblin, Apocalypse, The Kingpin, The Mandarin, Baron Mordo, Carnage and Maximus. Danny is chained to a wall.)
MAXIMUS
Welcome Danny to our lair.
DANNY
And I take it your the leader of all this.
MAXIMUS
That I am. My name is Maximus, the greatest Marvel character ever created.
DANNY
If you are, then how come I have never heard of you?
(The villains laugh and Maximus turns around and fires laser from his eyes at the wall. The villains stop as Maximus then turns around.)
MAXIMUS
It's because I was barely just created, and now that I am here, it is time for us to take over this city.
DANNY
Then why am I here and not dead? Have I not been the one who has been stopping you guys the last few days!
MAXIMUS
That you have been, but we were more testing you to see if you are strong enough to join us. And now that you are, we want you to join us and rule this city.
DANNY
No!
MAXIMUS
Danny, your so called heroes have abandoned you and are now preparing for their final demise. Don't you want to join the winning side?
DANNY
I do, but I know that my side is already the winning side, whether I am all alone, or have the Marvel heroes. But know this Maximus, I will never join you even if you are going to kill me.
MAXIMUS
Killing you is not such a bad idea, but we have a battle to prepare for right now.
(Maximus turns around.)
Prepare for the final battle gentlemen. This will be one battle that Danny will not be joining.
(Everybody cheers.)
Battle stations everyone.
(Everybody then leaves as Maximus starts leaving.)
Enjoy your prison Danny, or should I say Danny the not so fantastic.
(Maximus then laughs as he leaves with Danny all alone.)
DANNY
Professor X was right, I am just like them, a mutant. How can I get anyone to follow him if I am just like them?
Scene: The Avengers Tower: Main Room
(Nick Fury, Professor X and Venom are talking.)
NICK FURY
Are you certain about this Venom?
VENOM
Absolutely! The villains now have Danny, and they shall be here any minute.
NICK FURY
What do you think of this professor?
PROFESSOR X
I do indeed sense panic from the civilians as the villains are heading towards us. The best place for them to attack would be The Empire State Building.
NICK FURY
Then we need to hurry and get ready.
PROFESSOR X
Agree.
Scene: The Empire State Building
(Iron Man, The Human Torch and Iron Man fly all around the building as the other heroes gather in front of it (Except for Nick Fury and Professor X,) with Spider Man hanging onto one of the light posts. All of a sudden in the distance, the villains all march through the street with people running around scared and screaming. The villains stop right in front of the heroes.)
MAXIMUS
This city belongs to us. Anyone who opposes us shall be exterminated. Do you have any questions?
(The heroes look at each other but don't respond.)
Then let the battle commence!
(Everybody charges at each other.)
Scene: Marvel Villains HQ: Dungeon
(Danny still has his head down, and then remembers a quote.)
ROGUE
(Voice only.)
Look, I know you may not think of yourself as a mutant, but you are like us, people with great powers and great responsibility.
DANNY
With great power comes great responsibility huh?
(Danny breaks down his chains.)
Hang on New York, I'm on my way.
Scene: New York City
(All the characters fight each other all over the city except for the islands. After about a few minutes, Danny fires his energy ball at The Red Skull. Danny flies down and lands by Captain America.)
CAPTAIN AMERICA
Thank's again Danny.
DANNY
No problem, even what after you guys did to me.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
About that, I'm-.
DANNY
We'll talk about it later, right now the city needs our help.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
What's the plan?
DANNY
Keep them busy until I defeat the leader, once the leader is gone, then the villains should stop fighting and faint.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
How do you know all this?
DANNY
I just talked with Stan Lee just now and he told me that Maximus curse is that anyone who defeats or kills him, anyone who follows him will automatically faint.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
How long do you think they will be knocked out for?
DANNY
At least 24 hours, according to Stan.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
Then I say lets do it.
(Danny nods and then flies all around the city looking for Maximus and helping the heroes out with their villains. After for about a few seconds, Maximus comes behind Danny and fires a laser beam from his arms towards him. The laser misses but hits a building. Danny notices's this and looks behind and sees Maximus chasing after him. After about a few minutes of chasing all around the city, (Including The Statue of Liberty,) Maximus hits Danny and he falls hitting the roof of One Time's Square.)
Scene: One Time's Square
(Danny stands up as Maximus flies down and stands.)
MAXIMUS
You can't defeat us Danny. Your powers can not match mine.
(Maximus gets out a laser sword from his hand.)
Give up now and end this charade.
DANNY
I will never give up in the fight against evil. I may be a mutant like Spider Man, but I also know that with my powers I have great responsibility for them.
(Wind all of a sudden gathers around Danny.)
My father not only gave me my three powers, but also other powers that are still dormant in me, ready to be ignited.
(Danny then throws his right arm and the wind goes to Maximus. Maximus holds his ground.)
MAXIMUS
If you think that little wind can stop me, then you better find yourself a new job.
(The wind then gathers around Danny again, and then the wind forms into a sword and Danny grabs it with his right arm.)
DANNY
Although in real life, wind can not stop laser, but in the Marvel universe and my world, it doesn't matter what powers you have, but that when you use it for good, then evil never wins.
MAXIMUS
We shall see about that!
(Danny and Maximus charge each other and they sword fight one another for a few minutes. Danny then charges his energy ball through the wind and stabs Maximus in the heart. Maximus then falls down and disappears.)
Scene: New York City
(All over the city the villains freeze and the heroes cheers.)
Scene: Stark Tower: Main Room
(Danny and all the marvel characters are there with Iron Man connecting the Disney Device to his main computer.)
IRON MAN
Are you ready Jarvis?
JARVIS
Whenever you are sir.
(Iron Man looks at Danny.)
IRON MAN
The Disney device is ready for you now Danny. Although I do have to warn you that once you start the machine, this whole building will disappear along with us characters. So you and the machine will be falling into the ground.
DANNY
Don't worry about it Stark. I'll be holding on to the machine as much as I can until Disney comes and takes it.
IRON MAN
Well then good luck, and thank you so much Danny for helping.
(Iron Man and Danny shakes hands.)
DANNY
It's really no big deal.
(They both let go.)
IRON MAN
Yeah, uh huh.
(Iron Man then walks over to the group with Nick Fury, Professor X, Captain America and Mr. Fantastic.)
NICK FURY
Thanks for helping us Danny, without you, there was no way we could have defeated Maximus.
PROFESSOR X
Although you are like us, you have something that no one else has on this planet, and that is you fight for what's right, no matter what the odds are.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
I am so sorry for what I said to you, and to make it up to you, when you come to our world, I would be happy to hook you up with someone.
DANNY
Thanks but no thanks.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
Well then how about a gyro on me.
DANNY
Now that's a deal I can shake on.
(Danny and Captain America then shakes hands and then lets go. Danny goes to Mr. Fantastic.)
MR. FANTASTIC
You really are like us Danny, fantastic people doing fantastic things.
DANNY
I wish I had more time to fight with you guys.
MR. FANTASTIC
How about when you come to our world, fight off some villains with us and I will personally introduce the world to you as Danny Fantastic, the greatest super hero of the netherworld.
DANNY
The Netherworld huh.
MR. FANTASTIC
Certainly.
DANNY
I like it.
(They both shake hands and then let go. Danny goes to the Disney Device.)
Are you guys ready?
SPIDER-MAN
No, but go for it anyway.
(Danny pushes the button and then holds onto the machine.)
Scene: New York City
(The light goes all around the city covering the tower, Shield HQ, the Avenger's tower, the Fantastic Four Tower, and the X Men Mansion. After all those buildings disappear, Danny still is flying and holds on to the device. A helicopter comes up above him and two men throw down the ropes and slide down it. They grab the device and then are pulled up into the helicopter. Once they are inside, the helicopter leaves and Danny sees the helicopter take off.)

TV NEWS REPORTER
Over the last few days here in New York, Marvel characters had entered our world and had a battle between each other with the heroes and the villains, along with Danny Fantastic helping out as well.
(Some guy wearing a marvel shirt.)
SOME GUY
It was so awesome having the marvel characters here having a great battle all over the city. I do feel bad for the city, but hey, who wouldn't want to see live the Marvel characters and Danny Fantastic going at it huh?
TV NEWS REPORTER
Speaking of Danny Fantastic, Marvel comics have just released a comic book based on this event called Danny Fantastic: Battle for New York.
STAN LEE
Danny Fantastic himself came to me and gave me permission to print up this comic. If the comic does well, we may be able to do a movie on it so stay tune for that.
SOME GIRL
I really am thankful for Danny Fantastic to come here and save us. This day will indeed live in history as the battle of New York, all because of Danny Fantastic.
Scene: Malissa's Home
(Danny knocks on Malissa's window as she goes to it, open it, and Danny gives her a rose. Malissa takes it, smells it and then both smile at each other. Danny then picks up Malissa and they fly into the sky and through it.)

We may not know what Danny Fantastic is doing now with serving the government and Disney, but we do know that where danger calls, you can always count on Danny Fantastic, to do fantastic things for us.
(Wind all of a sudden gathers around them and they gather extra speed and go towards the camera.)

Scene: Imprologue: Danny's Home: Living Room
(Danny and Malissa fly down by his house and opens the front door. Danny and Malissa walks in and sees in his right his parents sitting in the living room.)
DANNY
Hey there guys, what's up?
MADELINE
A letter came in for you today.
DANNY
Really! I do hope it's not from Mr. Saunders.
GEORGE
Oh you be surprise who it is from son.
(Danny opens the note and reads the letter. The camera then sees Danny's shocked expression as the camera goes to the note address from "Sky High.")
