"Yo! Munchie Munch." Brian says as he entered the SVU squad room.
"Brian, flowers? You shouldn't have?" Much responds dryly.
"Dream on, pal. Hey, where is Liv?" Brian contines as he walks over to Liv's desk.
"Cragen gave her two days off." Amaro said as he walked pass Munch and Brian before sitting at his desk.
"She didn't tell you?" Munch questioned.
"No, we were supposed to hook up yesterday, but I got roped into a double shift,so"
"So, you stood her up?" Amaro cutting him off.
"I left her a couple of messages and haven't heard anything back." Brian continued.
"Have you tried Kat?" Munch asked knowing the answer.
Brian nodded no.
"Still hasn't warmed up to you I take it." Munch replied.
"Not exactly." Brian answered.
"Het Brian!" Cragen said as he walked into the room. "How's Liv?"
"He hasn't seen her." Munch answered calmly.
"When is the last time you spoke to her?" Cragen asked.
"Monday. I left a few messages." Brian responded.
"Have you tried Kat?" Cragen continued questioning, but the stare he received back from Munch told him the answer.
"Well, she was pretty upset when Lewis got release." Amaro contributed before picking up the phone and dialing. "Went straight to voicemail. Hey Liv, it's Nick. Give me a call."
"Same with Kat." Cragen said with the cellphone still to his ear. "Hey kid, its gramps. Give me a call."
"See the connection there Brian?" Munch said sarcastically in reference to Cragen's gamps title.
"Captain, pizza boy folded like a slice." Fin said as he walked into the squad room with Amanda.
"Uh, listen, I need a favor before you two punch out. Swing by Liv's apartment." Cragen stated as Fin and Rollins noded.
(*)
"Nobody is picking up the landline." Fin says as they reach the hallway to Liv's apartment.
"She could be catching up on some sleep. She is a single mom and an overworked dectective." Amanda says trying to justify.
"For 35 hrs? What about Kat? I know teenages sleep but that doesn't sound like my girl." Fin responded as he started banging on Liv's apartment door.
"Liv! Kat! It's Uncle Fin." Fin yelled.
"Liv! Kat!" He yelled again.
"Something isn't right." Amanda said as she kneeled down and picked up a stack of papers outside the apartment door. "Look, Kat's phone." Amanda said as she picked up a cellphone.
"Call the squad." Fin instructed.
(*)
"It's him. It's Lewis." Cragen said once he arrived in the scene.
"Yeah, he tied them up, duct-taped their mouth. There is hair and blood everywhere." Rollins follows up giving the Captain a run down of the scene.
"He might have taken them down the fire escape. Liv's bedding is gone." Amaro says entering the living room.
"So is a rug from Kat's room. I helped her carry it up about a month ago." Fin says from behind Amaro.
"Any signs of Liv's cell?" Cragen asked.
"No, but Tarus is tracking it." Amanda answered.
"Canvas the building, check all survellance cams." Cragen instructs.
"Cap!" Fin yells from the kitchen.
"You got something?" Cragen says as he walks into the kitchen.
"There is a pan on the stove with keys and Liv's badge. It smells like burnt hair or flesh." Fin says concerned.
"Son of a bitch." Cragen says under his breath realizing how bad this situation is. "A dectective and her daughter have been kidnapped. You bag everything. I got to call one PP." Cragen says to the apartment full of detectives and uniformed police officers.
As Cragen is leaving the apartment Rollins phone dings. "We got a ping from Liv's cell. It's Bushwich, Lewis' halfway house." Rollins states.
"Amaro, Fin get down there now." Cragen reponds quickly.
(*)
"Where are they?" Amaro asked as he slammed a man up against the wall at Lewis' halfway house.
"I don't know. I swear." The man responded quickly.
"He was here." Fin yelled back.
"What? N-n, n-no way. Hand to God." The man response again as Nick lets him go.
"Were they with him?" Amaro against a little more calmly.
"Where is her phone?" Fin asked looking down at his phone.
"I don't know no phone." The man replied frantically.
"No?" Fin questioned as Liv's phone started to ring. "Then what's this?" He continued holding up Liv's cell phone.
"Dude, I had no idea. He left that, he said not to tell anybody he was here. That dude's crazy." The man again said frantically.
"He was here? When?" Amaro asked.
"Yesterday morning, early. Real early, before breakfast."
"What did he want?" Fin asked.
"My car. Well it's my aunt's car. A Lincoln. I don't know where he went though. All he asked me for was the car and how much gas was in it. He was in a real rush he didn't want to keep her waiting.?" The man replies.
"Her? Who?" Amaro asked.
"That lawyer chick, the one who got him off."
Fin and Amaro exchanged a look before leaving.

"Your Honor, if we could." Amanda said as she stormed into a courtroom,
"Order!" The judge said quickly at this unexpected outburst.
"This is an urgent matter. We need to question Couselor Mayer." Amanda continues as she walks up to the red headed laywer.
"We're in the middle of an arraignment." The judge said taken aback by this request.
"I understand that..." Amanda said before being cut off.
"Captian Donal Cragen, SVU. Your Honor, Counselor Mayer may have information about a suspect who's holding an NYPD detecetive and her daughter hostage."
"Okay, I will allow a 20 minute recess." The judge said as she banged her gavel.
"Lewis was right. You do have a vendetta againist him." Counselor Mayer said as she stormed out of the courtroom.
"Counselor, you clinet broke into Dectective Benson;s apartment two nights ago. Now he has either killer her and her daughter or he is holding them captive." Amanda response.
"You're out of your mind. I just saw him." The lawyer replies.
"When? Where?" Amanda asked eggerly.
"This is harassment. I don't have to answer your questions." Counselor Mayer responded as she turned to walk away.
"Look, these are pictures of Detecetive Benson's apartment, these are pictures from her underage daughters room." Amanda said and she scrolled through pictures on her phone.
"You have the wrong suspect. I was with him all day yesterday."
"Where?" Cragen jumped into the conversation.
"We drove out to Long Island." The lawyer replied.
"In a Lincoln?" Cragen asked.
"Yes. How do you know that?"
"He stole it. Where'd you go?" Amanda asked.
"He wanted to go to the beach to clear his head." The lawyer responded.
"Okay, so on this drive did he stop anywhere? Did he check the trunk? We have reason to belive that Detective Benson and her daughter were in that car." Cragen offered.
"No, the car was empty. I had to get back to the city, so after dinner he dropped me off at the train station."
"You had dinner? Where?" Cragen asked.
"At my parents house in Bellport." She answered as a look of concern fell on her face.
"When was the last time you talked to them?" Amanda asked.
"I haven't talked to them since I saw them yesterday. Do you think they are in trouble."
"Not sure, give us their address." Cragen said as he started dialing on his phone.
