Battle Against Time
Trunks was flying, bursting through simulated areas.
This place was some sort of large simulator with hundreds, maybe thousands of rooms, but all had a limit.
He was just casually bursting through the rooms hoping to find everyone.
Trunks can't even sense their energy from where he is.
"Cell! I'll reach you just you wait!" He yelled hoping he would hear him.

Lapis and Lazuli were powered up in Kaioken on top of their Super Forms, veins showed on their arms as well as on their heads clearly showing the strain they had.
Cell didn't expect them to do something so rash, he wondered how much of a battle they can do now in this state, still he was in a hurry.
Iolite was amazed at what she was seeing she didn't even think they'd use Kaioken on top of these Super Forms, maybe.. maybe they don't need her dad after all.
The Cell Juniors that Lapis and Lazuli tried to attack.
Lazuli kicked into the Cell Jr in front of her splitting it in half.
Lapis punched the head of the one in front of him turning it into pieces.
One Cell Jr. was using Zangya's own technique to keep her in one place and possibly use her as a hostage.
But Lapis was so fast that he cut the Cell Jr's arms off freeing his wife, he then swung a chop hand down the middle of the Cell Jr, the Bio Android split in half before turning to dust.
One Cell Jr was powering up a Kamehameha right behind Lapis.
A hand grabbed the energy that was showing and the power began to shrink.
The Cell Jr. turned and panicked to see Lazuli absorbing the energy he was forming.
Lazuli then tossed a Power Blitz it eviserated the Cell Jr and headed towards the Cell Jr that was in front of Iolite.
Before the Junior could move his entire body shook and exploded in purple.
Iolite couldn't believe how much power they were putting out, these Juniors were stronger than the powered up past versions of 17 and 18 she had met and they were destroyed in one blast.
Cell kept his smirk as the two set his sights on him, they were doing the work for him now the process will be faster.
The two Kaioken Super Androids glared at Cell doing their best to contain the technique.
"Out of the frying pan and into the fire huh Cell?" Lapis taunted trying to hide the toll this technique was taking on him.
"Hmph" Cell scoffed. "Trunks was the fire, and you know that."
"How about me!" Lazuli yelled before flying towards him.
Cell growled as he rose an arm blocking the fist, the impact was so strong the asteroids floating around the room they were in split in half.
Including the one that the Z-fighters were standing on, Iolite, 16 and Zangya tried to get away to give the fight some space, they were even further behind them then they were already.
Cell frowned he pulled his arm back, the Cell Juniors were meant to distract 17 and 18 while he got the technique ready, oh well this just meant he had a greater challenge, a warm up before the finally.
"17! 18!" Cell yelled. "Allow me to show you the true greatest creation of Dr. Gero!"
"Don't compare us to you!" Lapis and Lazuli both yelled at once.
Cell raced towards Lapis and Lazuli while they did the same.
They needed to end this now, it was the ultimate race against time. Either Lapis and Lazuli destroys Cell before their Kaioken crippled them, or Cell absorbs them before Trunks returns.
Cell threw a kick aimed at Lapis's head only for it to be blocked with an arm, and Cell throws a punch to Lazuli's gut, only for it to also be blocked.
Lapis pushed against his fist and kicked under Cell's shin forcing his body to tilt forward.
Lazuli then performed a flip with a kick going up Cell's chin forcing him to tilt his body back up.
Her brother threw multiple gut punches into the Bio Android's stomach.
Lazuli then palm struck against Cell's face and chopped at his neck forcing him to rotate, before she kicked straight into his abdomen.
Lapis flew forward with his hands aimed forward. "Photon Bomber!" Multiple ki energy blasts shot towards him.
Cell's body then turned to Mist again and headed towards him.
"Again!" He yelled angrily as the Mist headed towards him no doubt to try that strange, 'Phantom Fist' technique again.
Though Cell had something different in mind as he reappeared behind Lazuli and threw chop across her neck.
Lazuli rose an arm to block it before she turned with a kick aiming for his side.
The Bio Android blocked it before swiftly grabbing her neck, he then back handed her with his left arm and threw a punch in her mid section.
For a moment this forced the Android to keel over before Cell slammed an elbow down her head sending her crashing into the collapsing Android ground.
Cell grinned they maybe close to him in power now but he was still able to fight back, he turned to see Lapis with his arms pulled back.
He rose his arm to block the sledgehammer before it could connect and kicked into his stomach forcing him back.
Lapis stopped himself and watched as Cell was gunning for him.
The Android had one arm down to his side and the other to his face ready for battle.
Cell threw an arm forward turning into mist.
The Mist appeared in the back of Lapis's head and threw a swift punch.
But Lapis saw it coming and tilted his head before raising his right leg, he slammed it down on Cell's skull forcing him to look down, he then threw a punch up his jaw forcing him up, the brunette then kicked up his chin before throwing another fist across his cheek.
Cell spat blood but grinned the whole time as though the fight was going as he wanted even though he was clearly at a disadvantage.
Lapis then threw chopping strike for his neck.
But Cell used his Dark Mist to make his head vanish to avoid further damage.
He then threw a clawed strike for Lapis's face.
Lapis ducked then threw a sweep kick.
But to his frustration Cell's body turned to Mist and appeared above the Android before kicking down the Android's face, forcing him to go down but Cell grabbed his arm before pulling him up and throwing a punch up his stomach forcing him to keel over.
Cell then slammed a Ki blast in his face forcing the Android to spin backward.
Lapis was able to catch his momentum and Cell raced after him with a smile.
"Infinity Vortex!"
Cell turned to see a volley of pink energy blasts, all headed for him and spinning around him. "Damn it!" He spread his arms apart forming a barrier to protect himself from the barrage of Ki.
They connected with his force field exploding and protecting him from harm.
Lazuli appeared next to Lapis seeing the constant explosions.
"This isn't working he can still fight us both even with Kaioken." Lazuli stated. "We need to find a way to damage him before he turns into Mist."
"I know, I gotta plan, I think I might be able to keep him from doing that."
"Why you have a new technique?" Lazuli asked.
"Sort of, just came up with it around nowish." Lapis admitted with a smile. "If it works he'll be helpless, if it doesn't-"
"Then we're dead." Lazuli finished figuring that was the case. She hoped that Trunks would find his way to them soon.
But then the Bio Android appeared in his barrier staring at the duo.
"Both of you can keep struggling this will end with you two becoming apart of me!" He yelled before flying towards them.
"I'll take him try your new trick when you get an opening." Lazuli raced towards him.
Lapis closed his eyes and formed green barriers in his palms. He's not sure how that Dark Mist ability works so this was a gamble, so was using Kaioken so it makes no difference.
Cell rose his arms to block every strike from Lazuli though noticeable with a lot of effort. "Come now 18, surely you don't think you can fight me on your own."
"My name is Lazuli!" She yelled before throwing a straight fist.
Cell barely avoided it and threw a kick across her face.
Lazuli took the hit but threw a Ki blast at his chest.
And of course Cell turned to mist to avoid it before reforming his body and he threw his elbow across her face.
He then threw a kick at her side forcing her body to the side.
Then he lifted his left hand forming a purple energy.
This should be what he saw Zangya do. He swung his hand towards her head.
Lazuli rose a hand to block it which should be what he needed.
But Lapis appeared behind him and threw both fists at his back.
"Huh!" Cell's entire body glowed green, a very thin force field was around his skin. "What is this? What have you done to me."
"Now!" Lapis yelled before slamming his elbow towards the back of his neck.
Lazuli did so in front of his neck.
Cell wasn't worried all he had to do was- wait his body it wasn't changing he-
Both twins slammed their elbows in the front and back of Cell's neck.
"Gahhh!" Cell wasn't able to avoid it and felt the pain in his neck.
"Look at that, it worked." Lapis grinned.
"You never told me you had a bug net Lapis!" Lazuli mocked grinning.
Cell tried to fight back.
But Lapis threw a fist into his back and Lazuli palm struck his face, the two landed a barrage of blows across his body.
All the while Cell wasn't quick enough to dodge he tried to turn to Mist but he couldn't. During the beating he realized something.
17! His barrier was tightened all-around his body more than just skin tight, it was keeping his body from changing to gas. That's how he did it! Now he can't turn to Mist.
It's more than that! The barrier let's things go through not out!
The siblings then kicked the side of Cell in the same direction.
Cell was sent flying by the double kick.
"You damn brats!" Cell screamed. "I am Cell! I am beyond anything you can do!" He stopped himself from flying. He'll need to use the Hera's Psycho Threads to break free.
But both Androids were already in front of him throwing punches and kicks at him.
Cell had no choice but to try to defend himself, one on one he can manage WITH his Dark Mist ability but without it and on both at the same time they had the advantage.
Also he cannot use energy blasts since they can absorb it.
At least not normal ones.
It was as though he was crippled.
He'll need to find another way through this he has to find a way to survive.
Lazuli pulled back her leg and spun before slamming a kick into the Bio Android's stomach, she then threw a kick up his chin forcing his body up.
Lapis then threw a spear hand strike into Cell's chest.
And his fingers actually got threw Cell's body and to the other side.
Cell's eyes widened in pain as he felt in his chest. "Damn you!" He yelled before he rose his hands and tried to attack both at once.
But the Super Androids vanished and axe kicked down his head at the sides of his body.
Cell screamed as he was sent downward slamming into dozens of asteroids down below.
Until he finally landed on a much larger one.
Cell groaned as he tried to get up his entire body was covered in blood his right arm was now bended in a different direction and the middle of his crown like head was missing.
He had to get out of this strange technique Lapis had him in, other wise, he was going to die!
He got up and tried to focus on Bojack's cells and tried to remember what he saw Zangya do to the Super 17 and 18. If he doesn't figure it out now then it won't matter if Trunks reaches him or not, he'll be dead.
He stood up his vision was swimming his arm was focused on regenerating.
Just as he stood up he was shocked to see Super 17 across from him.
Lapis spread his arms apart showing a familiar electric black ball of energy.
He turned to see Lazuli now holding a large yellow and pink ball of energy.
Now! He needed to use Zangya's technique now!
"Electric Hell Sphere!" Lapis yelled firing his ultimate attack.
"Star Pressure Cannon!" Lazuli yelled firing a pink energy wave with yellow sparks covering it.
"This will not happen!" Cell yelled as the two attacks were too fast for him to avoid. He had to do it now! Now or-!
His body was covered in purple energy and broke free of the barrier he was trapped in.
But the two attacks still exploded on both sides of him and his entire body.
Lapis and Lazuli breathed in and out, they let go of their Kaioken in case they needed their Super Forms.
Both twins flew over where the explosion took place blowing the dust to the side.
There was no body, just a large crater.
The twins stood back to back looking around trying to find Cell.
They wanted to think they won but given his numerous abilities they knew better than to think that.
"Lapis! Lazuli!" 16 yelled, showing the other Z-fighters were now taken refuge on an asteroid not far from where they destroyed Cell. "Cell! He's beneath you!"
The twins were shocked but felt their legs ground each by a hand.
"Y-you two!" Cell flew up still holding onto the Android's legs. "You two will fall to me now!"
His entire body then released a purple Aura and it spread to them.
Lapis felt a familiar feeling as well as Lazuli both in pain.
Their energy was being drained.
He wasn't using Psycho Threads, it was Psycho Poison, the evolved form of it that can infect an Android.
Lapis and Lazuli tried to grab his wrists.
"Grr!" Cell felt his energy being drained rapidly, being damaged this far as he has kept his energy from rising from Broly's Cells.
Now they were at a war of attrition.
Either they drain his power level faster or they lose their power faster.
"Come on! Faster!" Lapis yelled as he was trying to take as much energy as he can.
"Just die already you overgrown insect!" Lazuli screamed as she felt her energy go lower and increase at the same time.
"Graaahhh!" Cell can feel his energy draining faster and faster. His power level has never felt this low before since he reached this state, he might be only as strong as he was when he fought the other 17 and 18!
16 realized what Cell was going to do, if he succeeds they will be helpless until Trunks arrived. And who knows how long it can take him.
But it wasn't hopeless, Cell's energy has gone so low, which and something may work to take him out.
"Zangya! Iolite!" He told the pair of women. "I have a plan."
The two weren't sure if any plan will work on this demon but what choice do they have?
Cell grunted as he can feel his energy draining faster and faster.
He was going to lose too much power he'll have to take Zangya's technique to a new level.
"If you want my power fine!" He yelled with a laugh. "Here's the price!"
Cell was now flooding his own body with pyschokinetic energy similar to Zangya's Psycho State draining through his Ki reserves and turning his energy into poison.
"What!" Lapis could feel it as he was trying to take Cell's energy he was now getting weaker at a rapid pace.
The same can be said about Lazuli she realized what Cell had done.
"Lapis let go!" She yelled before letting go and backing away.
Lapis did the same.
Once they did Cell fell to one knee and placed a hand on the ground.
He had lost so much energy anymore and he would have lost everything he had worked so hard to gain!
Cell looked up ready to risk everything against the Super Androids.
But once he looked up he couldn't believe his eyes.
Lazuli panted heavily, he really did manage to replicate Zangya's technique, she's not sure if she'll be of any use.
"Lazuli!" Lapis yelled panicked.
She didn't expect her brother to yell panicked she turned to him and froze.
Lapis was now in his black jacket and white t-shirt.
No.
They turned to see in front of them not far from Cell were the copies created to merge with their counterparts.
Cell laughed. "Yes!" He had done it! He had managed to copy Zangya's secret weapon! Now this was it this will truly take him to new heights just what he needs to defeat Trunks!
The Bio Android raced towards the Hell Fighter copies.
Lapis and Lazuli raced towards the copies as well either to fuse them or keep them from being absorbed.
"You two are desert!" Cell yelled before thrusting his arms unleashing two powerful green energy blasts.
It was Broly's Eraser Cannon, each one deadly but not as much as they could be given how much strength Cell had lost.
The twins had to create a barrier together but they two had lost so much strength and were sent away to explode against an asteroid.
"Mom! Uncle!" Iolite yelled.
"They are fine, you must stick to the plan!" 16 ordered her.
Iolite reluctantly obeyed, 16 said they were fine and she knew he could trust him. This was it, if this works they can finish him off.
Cell looked down at the copies of 17 and 18, his tail stretched.
*SMASH!*
Cell's head was kicked and he was forced to skit away. It hurt! But also he felt his energy drain again.
"Damn it! Get lost you pathetic pawn!"
Zangya stood across from him in her violet aura, now she was using her Psycho State.
"You copy my technique and call me a pawn?" She grinned hiding the fear she had. "What does that make you?"
Cell couldn't reply and sensed something. Trunks's energy it was rising, he was going to break free of his confinement.
He needed those two!
"Out of my way!" Cell yelled flying towards the copies.
But Zangya flew forward.
The two clashed elbows, though Zangya grimaced feeling her arm crack, even like this Cell was still greater than she was.
Fine, she may not be the one to take him down but she'll be the one that makes that possible!
Zangya threw a kick across his face only for it to be blocked.
So she fired her Beauty Trigger in his face making him lose more energy, and also made him push back.
Cell growled. "I have seen you in another timeline dying like the trash you are! No matter what universe you are and will always be nothing!"
She chuckled, this was first time she took on the big bad on her own without being fused with Lazuli.
But Cell calmed himself and lowered his energy.
Zangya threw a palm strike for his chin.
Once she did that Cell threw a kick up her chin forcing her to look up.
The Hera didn't think of this, he already knows her techniques weakness.
By lowering your energy and increasing it at the last moment, he was able to minimize his energy lost.
"I have no time for you!" Cell yelled before thrusting a claw attack into her stomach!
Zangya felt his hand go into her stomach, the blow made her spit blood and forced her Psycho State off.
She tried one last strike but the blow landed against his face and it made his head turn but did not lethally damage him.
"King, takes pawn!" Cell yelled before throwing his won fist across her cheek forcing her head to turn.
Cell then tossed Zangya aside as he was in a hurry. He raced towards the copies of 17 and 18, his tail stretched and took both of them in.
He felt the Machine Mutants going into his tail and were about to reach his body.
But to his horror his tail fell just before the copies. He turned to see his tail now on the ground and it released the Androids.
He turned to see Iolite standing with long golden hair, with her hand showing a Royal Blade.
"I'm told that you've done enough absorbing." Her eyes glared him down as though daring him to try again.
"You think you of all people can stop me!" He yelled as his tail quickly grew back. "Solar Flare!"
Iolite was forced to cover her eyes not wanting to be blind in front of him.
Cell took advantage and rose his tail towards the Hell Fighters nothing will stop him now! His tail drew closer-
But then a powerful blast took them and disintegrated them before his eyes.
The Bio Android stopped they were gone, not even a scrap of them.
He slowly turned his head towards the perpetrator.
16 stood tall with his blasters aimed at where the duplicates were. Now Lapis and Lazuli will not be able to gain their Super Forms which is a loss for them in this situation, but the gain of Cell remaining at his current power level was a bigger gain.

Gero slammed his fist on his arm chair. "No! Why! I tried to gain control of him! Why couldn't I!" He made sure he can hack into all kinds of tech in his timeline.
Wait 21, did she make it so he couldn't control him? She must have! It seems her timeline's Dr. Gero didn't properly program him.
Towa was astounded she was sure that Cell would be able to gain both the Hell Fighters.
That's a shame, though annihilating them now wasn't the true goal, she had back up plans to ensure her safety.
She made sure that Gero was occupied with his problems, and seeing Trunks powering up an attack she knew that he was going to break free soon.
Best she enacts her plan soon.

Cell couldn't believe it. This wasn't supposed to happen! It couldn't!
He glared at 16. "You miserable defected! Ahhh!" He screamed as he spread a hand towards him.
But it was cut off and fell to the ground.
Cell turned towards Iolite who was in her Super Saiyan 3 form.
"Don't worry about him you're fighting me now." Iolite said with her Royal Blade out.
Cell felt the pain and her power level.
It was… no. It couldn't be stronger than his is now.
But it made sense.
The toll of using Psycho Poison, 17 and 18 draining his energy, Zangya's Psycho energy, all of it had brought him to this state.
"No, I… I cannot be reduced to this!" Cell yelled. Wait 17 and 18! The real ones! If he can absorb them then-!
Cell was stabbed in the chest by Iolite's Ki blade.
"Focus on me!" Iolite demanded, this was it, now it was over for him. Whether her father is here or not, she will be the one to kill him.
Cell threw a back hand only for her to back away still holding her Royal Blade.
"You little brat! I will leave you into nothing but bones, what a sight for your father to see!" Cell yelled.
Iolite smiled confidently. "And he will have nothing left of you to see." She quipped back.
Lapis and Lazuli had gotten up and were shocked at what they were seeing.
"I-Iolite!" She yelled and tried to get up but her body was still damaged from her Kaioken, Cell's trick and the attack they took.
"Wait" 16 arrived while holding Zangya. "You two are far too injured to interfere."
Lapis couldn't believe the sight of his niece was now standing in front of the monster they fought so hard to destroy. "Your telling us not to get involved?"
"16 out of my way!" Lazuli yelled, her motherly instincts were telling her to go and defend her daughter, but she fell to her knees.
"I assure you that Iolite has the advantage." 16 explained before placing Zangya beside Lapis.
The Android looked at his wife who was unconscious and at the monster.
Lazuli looked to her daughter who stood bravely against Cell, she hated to admit it but she was now useless in this fight, she…. had to leave it to her daughter.
She squeezed her fist and slammed it against a rock. "Damn it."
Iolite was in a stance with her Royal Blade up in front of her and her left arm across her abdomen ready to fight.
Cell snarled at her for the disrespect this child was only stronger than 16 when he had 13-15 implemented into him, compared to him she should be nothing!
The two then raced towards each other.
Iolite slashed her blade across his neck.
But Cell's head turned to mist, he then tried to throw a kick.
She cut down towards his leg but again it turned to Mist.
Cell's head reformed before smashing it against her head.
This forced Iolite to stumble back though the attack didn't hurt too much, he really was weakened, her mother or uncle with Kaioken could take him.
Cell threw a clawed hand towards her face.
But Iolite tilted her head evading it and she thrusted her Royal Blade forward.
And predictably his chest turned to Mist.
"Tch" She was greatly annoyed this won't get her anyway.
Cell's floating arms were left and tried to punch her on both sides of her face.
But Iolite leaned back and backflipped away.
Cell reformed next to her and tried to spin kick her head.
But Iolite ducked underneath it and before placing her Royal Blade into the ground, it faded as it stabbed into the asteroid.
Cutting him won't work with this Mist ability, she'll have to catch him off guard.
"Die now! You won't have to suffer so much if you do!" Cell yelled before throwing punches and kicks.
Iolite rose her arms to block every strike.
Her power was currently greater but Broly's cells were still giving him energy, with Zangya's technique still effecting him it wasn't as much as he would've liked but he will surpass her and he will gain 17 and 18!
He can still win this.
He wasn't just weakened he was also desperate, that gave her an edge, without a clear head he can't strike effectively.
She can still win this!
Iolite realized there were a few ways she can land an attack.
She saw a punch coming but did nothing to dodge it struck her cheek forcing her to turn and blood come out of her mouth.
Cell grinned maliciously and was about to strike again.
But to his surprise he felt a kick at his side forcing his body to tilt.
Iolite grinned, she took the hit on purpose to land something, in his state of mind would he realize?
Cell backhanded in return again it landed.
But at the same time she kicked into his stomach forcing him to keel over.
She grinned in his face which was now at eye level with her.
"How! How dare you! Impudent child! You are nothing! Just a byproduct of time's distortion! In most timelines your father would never think of touching your mother! You are not meant to exist!"
Iolite took that in stride. "Not meant to exist? Look who's talking freak."
"Rahhh! He roared as he jumped and threw a claw strike for her face.
She jumped back not wanting to be hit by that, her strategy was simple, she would allow herself to get struck and then she would retaliate at the exact moment of impact. A fighter like Cell would be able to know what she was doing, but in his current state he couldn't fathom it, likely Frieza's cells were taking effect on his thinking.
Cell then rose a knee slamming it up her chin.
This forced her body to go up but then her leg extended kicking up his chin.
The impact was strong enough to force his body to flip.
Iolite landed on the ground before thrusting her arms forward up and forward over and over. "Burning Attack!"
She fired the blast towards the flipping Cell.
Cell was still cognitive enough to turn to mistrust before impact.
Iolite didn't show any anger as though she saw it coming.
Cell reformed behind her only to be meant with an elbow in his gut.
This forced the monster to tumble back.
Iolite then back flipped and kicked straight into his face.
Cell was again sent flying before stopping himself he was bleeding profusely, if he was at his best a simple energy beam would revert her to base as he did to her father, it was ridiculous how much he had lost.
Iolite flew forward with her hands over her head she slammed her hands down.
"Amateur!" He put his arms up blocking the strike before slamming a kick into her stomach.
She had telegraphed that strike… on purpose.
Cell pulled back his kick and threw a punch up her stomach before throwing a cop strike at the side of her neck.
It was powerful enough to knock her to the side.
Cell then rose a finger, showing a black ball with red lightning.

With Trunks
Trunks was flying at speeds far too great to be measured.
He flew so fast that the simulated room actually broke, the next he was in another room and another.
That was good whatever this place was it can't hold someone of his strength forever, he can force his way out of every room he's in.
Still it wasn't working, clearly he was able to break through these simulations but he has no idea where the one he needs to get to his family.
He'll need to try something else, he thought of taking his time figuring out how to get to Cell but he was alone with them he needed to be there to save them.
With a breath he spread his arms apart by his sides, then over his head and then forward, he would repeat these motions similar to his Burning Attack though it was clearly an all new technique.

"I am not like my counterpart! I will not die to a child!" Cell yelled remembering how his other variant was killed by an even younger fighter.
"Iolite!" Lazuli yelled as she was forcing herself up.
"Wait, look." Zangya who had regained consciousness pointed towards Iolite.
Iolite glanced up at Cell she had taken those attacks on purpose in order to make use of one of Zangya's lessons. Let your opponent think they've won to create an opening.
Cell's Death Ball was ready he was about to throw it down to finish the brat!
Iolite pulled and arm in his direction.
An energy blast rose from the ground and exploded against his back.
"What?!" He yelled turning around to see a hole in the ground, where Iolite had stabbed her energy sword into, she planted the energy for later use.
Iolite had taken advantage of the opening and flew right in front of him before punching against his jaw.
This had forced Cell's Death Ball to be sent in another direction creating a gigantic red explosion.
Cell couldn't believe it! He was outsmarted by some brat!
Iolite then threw a fist towards Cell's head.
Cell's head turned to Mist.
But it was a feint and Iolite slammed her other arm into his gut. "Royal Blade!" The royal Vegeta family symbol had formed inside him before she lifted her arm up cutting the abdomen in half.
Cell's body fell on the ground, and the head had formed on where he neck was.
"You… you insect!" Cell yelled.
"So I was right, you're Mist can't heal injuries, you have to revert back to solid to regenerate."
She clapped her hands together. She had to be quick about this, if she can land this, then it will all be over.
Cell's body began to regenerate.
It was too late.
Iolite operated her palms showing a star shaped Ki blast that was rotating.
"Hell Star!" Iolite yelled before thrusting her hands down towards him.
Cell couldn't dodge, couldn't turn to Mist, the attack already made contact.
And it was already taking effect.
"No! Not like this! NOT LIKE THIS!" He yelled as his entire body vibrated like 16 had, only Iolite had made sure to make it more lethal, enough to destroy him.
Cell's body exploded in a golden form of energy.
Iolite stood tall staring down at where the Bio Android had been. She can't sense a trace of him anywhere.
Was this it? Did she do it?
She should regroup with the others first.
Iolite flew up towards the asteroid where her family was
But once she landed she fell to her knees and her hair turned back to lavender, she began to fall.
"I got you."
She looked up to see her mom had caught her.
"Mom?" Iolite asked. "Did I win?"
Lazuli smiled down at her and at where Cell was. "I… I think so." Her daughter defeated Cell? It sounded too good to be true, but there was nothing left was there?
Iolite smiled before looking to see her uncle and Zangya who had a hole in her stomach.
She placed her hand on her before healing her with Kibito's magic.
Zangya's wound had vanished but Iolite started falling.
"Easy little gem." Zangya said catching her along with her husband.
"You did great kiddo, you really stepped up when we couldn't." Lapis happily said to his niece.
16 smiled down at the girl who smiled. "Well done without you we-" He stopped.
The others looked at 16 confused at why he stopped.
16 turned his head and was in fear.
"No" Iolite stated. "16 don't tell me."
A large gust of wind formed from the large asteroid that Cell was supposed to be destroyed was standing in.
Iolite forced herself up but Lazuli held her tight as if trying to keep her daughter from fighting.
16 stood protectively in front of the four being the weakest but the only one strong enough to fight now. As futile as that is.
But his sensors, it wasn't like before, it was now…. equal with Trunks in his Super Saiyan 4.
"This isn't what I had planned." A familiar voice spoke. "But it will do."
That voice confirmed it but when the smoke cleared they couldn't believe what they were seeing.
Cell stood tall in his Beyond Form with lightning all over his body.
"I'm torn, should I kill you Iolite? Or do I let you live for allowing me to giving me what i needed?"
Iolite couldn't believe this, she gave him everything she had while he was weakened to her level! Now he was… like this?
"No, I-"
"You see i have regeneration greater than the Namekiens, who can only do so long as their head is in tact, I only need a single cell to survive, which I was able to do with the help of Frieza's durability, and lastly my Saiyan cells allowed me to grow even more powerful." Cell grinned at the terrified Z-fighters. "I have proven to be the pinnacle of all races, truly worthy of my Beyond Form."
Cell grinned looking at the five of them. "I think Trunks can use some motivation for coming here, 17, 18, I will keep you two alive for later." He aimed his palm towards them. "But three of you are unnecessary."
Lapis and Lazuli tried to form a barrier but sensing this power they knew it would be futile.
Zangya tried using her Psycho Thread but his power was so far beyond that or even what her more advance techniques can do.
16 crossed his arms hoping he can at least by the others time to get away.
Cell was about to do away with 16, Zangya, and Iolite, but then he stopped and looked up.
"Look who's finally here." Nothing was happening but he sensed an energy he knew all too well, he grinned anticipating this.

"Blazing Buster Wave!" Trunks yelled his newly created technique. A powerful wave of orange energy was fired destroying the entire space around him.
It shook the entire Infinity Fortress as well as tore through the room he was trapped in.
This was just a theory but he had to test it out to escape and help his family survive.

Cell looked up to see a powerful wave of orange energy burst above him.
The other Z-fighter looked up feeling that energy.
Iolite smiled it was him, just in time.
Lapis actually was thankful that Trunks had arrived to saved the day, they had nothing else.
Lazuli had a smile on her face and hugged her daughter happy that her child had been saved.
Zangya had breathed a sigh of relief, she truly thought she was going to die.
Through the light a figure floated down in front of the Z-fighters.
Still clad with purple fur and his tail swaying.
Cell looked at Trunks with a smile now calm even though things didn't exactly go according to plan.
Trunks can sense that Cell had grown much stronger in the few minutes he was a way. He turned back to relieved to see them all alive.
"I'm so sorry I'm late." Trunks told them especially to his wife and daughter. "What happened?"
Lazuli was the first to answer. "Trunks! Be careful! Cell, he undid our Super Forms, but we were able to weaken him, Iolite managed to destroy most of him, but he came back stronger than ever."
Trunks turned to Cell who was only smiling at him.
"I see, so I did sense that." He turned to smile at his daughter. "Great job Iolite, but leave this to me, I'll make sure there's nothing left of him."
"I" She looked disappointed. "I only made it worse."
"You made it better." Trunks responded.
"How?"
"You saved our family." Trunks responded before turning back to Cell.
Iolite couldn't really find the words.
"He's right dear." Lazuli said to her daughter. "It's only thinks to you that we're alive and if Cell had absorbed our copies who knows how strong he would have gotten."
"You brought that monster on his knees." Zangya cheered her up. "Remember that."
Lapis and 16 gave her encouraging smiles as well.
Iolite did feel a bit better hearing that, still now she could only hope that her father can finish what she failed to.
Trunks stood in front of Cell.
"Hello again Trunks I see you found your way back here, took your time didn't you?" Cell said smiling.
Trunks stared back at him.
"Thanks to you, you're really a coward Cell, you couldn't fathom dying so you teleported me away to cheat your way to power."
"Oh please, I've watched your timeline, you had to escape a few times in order to gain power like with Paragas or that parasite Baby, what I did was no different to what you did, escape and gain power for a battle your outmatched in, my methods are not so different form yours."
Trunks sort of saw his point but he had one counter.
"At least I earn mine, you have to rely on taking it, you did say you absorbed the past 17 and 18 didn't you? Not to mention help from Dr. Gero, I never needed to do that."
Cell frowned at that before chuckling.
"Perhaps you're right, though as the name suggests, I must do what I can in order to grow beyond." Cell looked up. "Dr. Gero, bring us to, MY arena, I believe that will be a fitting battle ground between myself and Trunks."
Dr. Gero pressed a button hoping that Cell's hubris will not rob him of victory this time.
All had appeared in a different place entirely.
The Z-fighters were now standing on a platform in front of another larger one that seemed to be floating.
Not the Cell Games.
It was an arena but far larger, the size of a city.
All around them was a yellow ring with sharp pillars surrounding it.
On both sides of the arena two statues formed.
One of Imperfect Cell behind the side that Beyond Cell was standing in.
Trunks noticed that and looked behind him.
It was a giant white statue of him in his base form staring down at the statue.
"Like the statues? I thought it'd be a good final sight for your demise." Cell smiled.
Not only that but up above between the two statues was something that Trunks recognized.
A Time Machine floating in mid air.
"What's with he time machine?" He demanded.
"It's not real if that's what you're asking, it's merely for decoration, fitting considering our connection don't you think?"
Trunks remembered his last moments before his timelines version of Cell killed him by grabbing his neck with his tail.
Cell remembered how his timeline's version of Trunks would have killed him, by blasting him before he could fire a Kamehameha.
It ignited both warriors forcing their auras to light up.
"You know." Cell looked into the palm of his hand to fathom the power he had gained. "I used to think perfection was ideal, the greatest of all lifeforms, but after seeing so many timelines with so many warriors stronger than I would have been in my Perfect Form, I realized that perfection had one other meaning that I can't help but despise."
Trunks said nothing in response.
"I realized that perfection meant that was it, no more growth, no more power to reach for, but seeing so many that surpass it, I now know that Perfection is a dead end, which is why I call this my Beyond Form, as I will always stride to gain more power, to not be the greatest in the universe." He explained. "But the greatest of all timelines, would you believe there is a timeline where there is a copy of me stronger than we are?"
He remembered a gigantic red Cell, similar to his counterpart's Semi Perfect form but far more powerful.
"That gave me the goal to no longer settle, I now have a new goal to always find new opponents to battle and absorb, eventually I will not only become the strongest Android in all timelines." He closed his fist before staring back at at Trunks. "But the greatest being in all timelines! Even gods themselves will eventually one day become a part of me! Hahahahaaha!"
Trunks thought of what he was told of Beerus the God of Destruction. So that's his goal to keep going across time and take power for himself making him a threat to all timelines.
"So you really have become more dangerous than the Cell knew could dream of being." He replied. "But so have I, I learned from the day that you're counterpart killed me to work hard and always reach new heights until the day I die, keep that in mind in your last moments."
Cell smirked happy to see the Vegeta side of him.
"After I kill you I will visit my timeline again and see how you're counterpart measures up." He responded. "I haven't seen my old timeline yet, in the same amount of time you had, do you think he surpassed you as you are? He did have greater power at his point in time than you did."
"That doesn't matter." Trunks kept his glare. "All I know is, I have to make sure that you don't live to see him, I will be the last Trunks you will ever meet!"
Cell smiled at him.
"The same can be said to you." Cell said smiling as his Ki swelled. "Come let us decide who is worthy to have a future.
Trunks did as well knowing one thing.
This was it, this will be there final battle.

Alright this is it, the next chapter will be the final battle of the story.
I really hope you enjoyed this chapter I wanted to give everyone a chance to shine before it all ends.
I hope the final battle will be the best in the story.
The next chapter will pretty much be one big fight.
Then there will be three after it.
Chapter 117 will be the finale of Trunks vs Beyond Cell.
Chapter 118 will wrap up the arc
Chapter 119 will show what leads to my future Spin Off story that will take place in a different timeline created by Dr. Gero, and lead to Shadowwriter01's story Tournament of Space and Time.
Chapter 120 will be the story's epilogue and perhaps show Trunks going even stronger than we see him now.( There will be no spoilers of Tournament of Space and Time)
So looks like this story will total in 120 chapters, never thought I'd reach that far hope I do this right.

SuperSaiyajin4Vegeta: Of course I was only following tradition let the hero flex before the final fight. Now it will be much closer and will be the end.
Shadowwriter01: Thank you that exchange was why I used this Cell instead of the one from the Cell Games. They parallel each other both were killed before they could reach their full potential and now they have a chance to decide who should stay dead and who should go further beyond.
The Cell Jrs were mainly a way to show off how strong Kaioken Super Lapis and Lazuli were, I hope you enjoyed their struggle against Cell though.
