Arc: Beginnings Arc

Time skip: three years

Naruto was currently walking towards his apartment building.

It has been 3 years since the Hokage told him the truth.

Naruto didn't hate the Hokage or his Sister for what happened because his All-Forgiving nature wouldn't allow it.

About a year ago Naruto started going to the Academy and a month ago the Uchiha massacre happened.

Naruto is one of few people that knows of the truth behind the massacre because Izumi actually came to him to ask him a favor.

Flashback the night of the massacre

Naruto was ran up the stairs to his apartment building and opened the door.

When he walked in he saw a Uchiha Izumi(Izumi Uchiha) with in her Anbu gear without the mask in his house.

"Hello Izumi-San, may I ask why you're here" asked Naruto.

"Hello to you too Naruto-Kun and I'm here to ask you to do something for me" said Izumi with deep sorrow in her voice.

Naruto raised an eyebrow promting her to continue.

Izumi then told Naruto about the coup and how that resulted in the Uchiha clan being massacred and how Danzo attacked Shisui and stole his eye.

"That Fucking Fossilized War hawk" cursed Naruto.

"Now Naruto-Kun please don't tell anyone about the truth of the massacre or the fact that I told you about it please" to which Naruto nodded reluctantly.

"Now Naruto-Kun, I want you to do two things for me, the first thing being to make sure my sister doesn't fall to the Uchiha clan's curse of hatred" stated Izumi.

"And the Second thing" questioned Naruto after nodding.

"the Second thing is I need you to protect Uchiha Shisui's(Shisui Uchiha's) Mongekyou sharingan" which made Naruto mouth gap.

"do you accept Naruto-Kun" asked Izumi sounding desperate.

"I accept" said Naruto still surprise.

Izumi then made a storage seal on his left hand and sealed the karasu(crow) with Shisui's sharingan in it.

Izumi then thanked him and left in a murder of crows.

Flashback end

Naruto looked at his left hand and channeled some Chakra into it and a seal matrix appeared.

Naruto was currently walking through Konoha when he came across a lake with a pier.

And on the pier were two girls.

One had a Cascade of Raven hair that flows down to about her waist and dark onyx black eyes. She was wearing a dark blue shirt and a purple skirt.

This was Uchiha Sasuki(Sasuki Uchiha) lone survivor of the Uchiha massacre, younger sister of Uchiha Izumi(Izumi Uchiha), daughter of Uchiha Fugaku(Fugaku Uchiha) and Uchiha Mikoto(Mikoto Uchiha) and best friend and rival of Namikaze Narumi(Narumi Namikaze).

She was been comforted by a another girl about the same height who had a Cascade of a combination of golden blonde and blood red hair that flows to her waist which makes and interesting design as well as eyes which were a combination of azure blue and violet. She was wearing a orange short sleeved dress and some had her hair tied up in pigtails.

This was Namikaze Narumi(Narumi Namikaze) Daughter of Namikaze Minato(Minato Namikaze) and Uzumaki Kushina(Kushina Uzumaki), Great Great Granddaughter of Senju Tobirama(Tobirama Senju) and Uzumaki Ashina(Ashina Uzumaki), Great Great Grandniece of Senju Hashirama(Hashirama Senju) and Uzumaki Mito(Mito Uzumaki), Goddaughter of Jiraiya and Uchiha Mikoto(Mikoto Uchiha), distant Niece of Senju Tsunade(Tsunade Senju), best friend and rival of Uchiha Sasuki(Sasuki Uchiha), Jinchuriki of The Kyubi No Yoko(Ninetailed demon fox) and his Imouto(little sister).

Naruto sensed a familiar chakra signature in the trees but quickly made the Tiger handsign and mumbled "Meisaigakure no Jutsu(Chameleon Jutsu{Hiding with Camouflage Technique})" which was a gift he received from Kakashi.

Naruto noticed that Sasuki and Narumi both look in the direction he was before going back to looking at the lake seeing nothing there and sighed in relief.

Kakashi Pov

Kakashi was looking over at his Sensei's daughter who he was currently guarding.

Kakashi then sensed a familiar presence and turned around to notice his Sensei's son who if you ask Kakashi, he liked more than Narumi because his personality is very similar to himself.

Kakashi then notice Naruto use the Jutsu he gave him (which he totally did not copy from his fellow Konoha Nin{Leaf Ninja}) to hide himself from Narumi and Sasuki.

Sasuki Pov

Sasuki was currently at the pier which her father thought her the Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu(Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu{Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique}) after being released from the hospital and she was wondering what her life will be like now.

Before all she wanted was to prove to her father that sh could be as much as a Prodigy as her Nee-Chan but now she feels lost.

"Sasuki-Chan What's with the look" came the voice of her Rival.

After Sasuki told her what happened she started to comfort her.

Then both she and Narumi turn around as they felt like someone was watching them only to see no one there.

They decided it was paranoia and decide to ignore the feeling.

Narumi Pov

Narumi was walking through Konoha searching for Sasuki.

When she found her she was looking a bit down.

"Sasuki-Chan what's with the look" she asked.

Sasuki then explained to her the story of how Itachi massacred the clan.

She then started to comfort her.

Then they both felt like someone was watching them.

'that's odd might be paranoia though' thought Narumi.

'Naruto Namikaze, My containers Older brother who also wields the Mokuton(wood release{Wood style}), maybe since I'm nice to his sister he won't used that accursed bloodline on me' thought the Kyubi(Ninetails) deciding to mess with his container.

"Maybe it's your brother Vixen" said the kyubi(ninetails).

'don't be stupid Kurama, I don't have a brother' said Narumi in her mind.

"Sure, Sure" said Kurama amusement clear in his tone.

The next day Sasuki and Narumi was walking to the Academy.

Speaking of the academy:-

Sasuki and Narumi both have a bunch of fanboys and fangirls.

Most boys excluding the rookie nine boys except Kiba.

Choji is too busy eating his chips, Shikamaru is too busy sleeping while Shino and Naruto silently observed everyone from the back of the class unnoticed.

Shino also was Naruto's first friend as they both like to silently observe everyone and both were very smart.

The both of them also had made a friend in Shikamaru as they both play Shogi and Go and in both games Shino loses to Shikamaru and Naruto everytime while Shikamaru loss to Naruto every time.

And where Shikamaru goes Choji comes and soon the four of them sit together at the back of the class.

Of course the four of them didn't want there silence to be ruined by Kiba so they decided not to befriend him.

And even if Shino, Shikamaru and Naruto are all geniuses, they have different results.

Shino is among the stop students in the class even if he hold back alot, Shikamaru is near the bottom of the class due to his laziness and Naruto due to not wanting stand out decide to be in the middle.

Not so high that the teachers praise him or low that the teachers provide extra help(not like they would do that to the demon brat).

Sasuki and Narumi also made friends with Sakura, Ino and Hinata.

Because of Narumi and Sasuki, Ino takes her training more seriously and Hinata is no longer shy and timid.

Today however class was awfully quiet and mutterings about the last Uchiha were everywhere.

Narumi and Sasuki walked to where there friends were which was the back of the class next to the dubbed 'Chinmoku no butai(silent squad)'.

None of them engaged in conversations unless spoken to or if necessary.

"Hey Sasuki-Chan are you alright, I'm sorry about what happened to your family" asked Kiba a bit loudly.

Hearing about her family made Sasuki snap.

"SHUT UP, I don't need your pity" she half shouted making everyone look at her.

"Um maybe you calm down Sasuki-Chan" said Hinata.

Sasuki took some deep breaths to calm herself down.

Unbeknownst to all of them, Naruto was sending a worried look to Sasuki.

Time skip to the day of the Graduation exams

In the last couple of years nothing interesting happened, only the teachers praising Sasuki and Narumi more.

Also the boys started stalking them more but lucky for Narumi and Sasuki the Hiraishin No Jutsu(Flying Raijin Jutsu{Flying Thunder God Technique}) exist which if you're wondering how she learned it, Kage Bunshin No Jutsu(Shadow Clone Technique) are an excellent training tool.

Also in the last year Narumi and Iruka got closer and developed a brother/sister relationship

Now Naruto was currently reading the forbidden scroll of seals.

Flashback

After Naruto graduated the Academy Mizuki told him about a test which would give him rookie of the year spot.

So Naruto went along with it and told the Hokage about it.

"Okay Naruto-Kun why don't I give you your first mission, I will give you a fake scroll of seals and your job will be to capture Mizuki" said the Hokage.

"ah but Jiji(old man), why can't I look at the real forbidden scroll of sealing you kinda of owe me" said Naruto doing the Z-rank Kinjutsu puppy dog eyes technique.

Hiruzen quickly melted to that jutsu inverdly cursing Danzo for not being able to do anything about the civilians treatment on him.

'I do owe him' thought Hiruzen.

"Okay fine" after a pause he added "and don't lose the scroll" .

Naruto was in the clearing Mizuki told him to be at reading the forbidden scroll.

He had already learned the Kage Bunshin No Jutsu(Shadow Clone Technique) and used it to copy some jutsu(techniques).

He decided not to learn the Shiki Fujin(Reaper Death Seal{Dead Demon Consuming Seal}) because he doesn't want to rely on a suicide technique as a last ditch afford so for now at least he would not learn the jutsu.

After awhile of practicing some of the Jutsu he copied Iruka showed up.

"Yo Iruka-Sensei where is Mizuki" asked Naruto.

"Naruto why did you steal the forbidden scroll and Mizuki is your Sensei so treat him like it" said Iruka angrily.

"actually Sensei why should I call someone who tried to sabotage me Sensei, also he tried to trick me into stealing the forbidden scroll so I went and told Jiji about it so he allowed me to take the scroll and there Anbu surrounding the area" said Naruto nonchalantly.

Iruka looked dumbstruck at the fact that an newly promoted Genin was able to do that.

And at that very moment Mizuki decide to show up.

"Naruto give me the scroll to..." but he was cut off by Naruto.

"Mizuki for the crime of attempting to steal a precious artifact of the leaf your under arrest" said Naruto in a serious voice.

"Oh, so you found out about my plan Demon brat, oh well do you want to know why your hated so much" asked Mizuki but he was cut off again by Naruto channeling chakra into the ground and vines wrapping around Mizuki which shocked everyone.

"hm, sorry did you say something" said Naruto which caused everyone to have different thoughts.

'Not another Kakashi' groaned Iruka and Mizuki.

'Senpai you have already corrupted Kushina-Sensei's son' thought yugao with anger .

'Taisho(Captain) why' thought Tenzo as he sighed .

'Good now all we need is Icha Icha(make out) series book, a facemask and an implanted sharingan eye and the corruption will be complete' thought Kakashi mischievously.

Then the three anbu dropped down.

"Naruto congratulations on completing your first mission and also didn't know you had the Mokuton" said Kakashi.

"that's part of the reason I wanted to look at the scroll of seals, I wrote down every wood style jutsu" he replied.

"Okay now why don't you go report to the Hokage.

"Hai" said Naruto as he disappeared in a Shunshin(body flicker).

A/N Tell me if you want Naruto to have one of His eyes replaced by Shisui's or not

The elemental shadow clones are different from the elemental clones

The water shadow clones are similar to the earth shadow clones which you would fine on the Naruto wiki

The fire and wind shadow clones are similar to the lighting shadow clones which you would fine in the Naruto wiki but cut and burn instead of electrocution

The elemental clones would be explain later on

Naruto would not learn sage mode without guidance

The blood clone is similar to the shadow clone except it can take more hits and use the chakra required for 20 shadow clones
