"How could you hold the world hostage like that Vladdie? And after the good fortune you've had in your life." Jack pleaded.
"Good fortune?! You infect me with ghost DNA then steal the love of my life and you call that good fortune?" Vlad cried.
"I infected you? You mean..." Jack said in shock.
"Yes fool. It was your bumbling that made me what I am today. But, I suppose I should be saying thank you. For without you I wouldn't be moments away from becoming ruler of the Earth." Vlad grinned wickedly.
"I never meant to hurt you. What happened was an accident. I'm your friend, Vladdie. I've always been your friend. I even voted for you!" Jack said softly.
"I'll remember that when I steal Maddie from you and make her my queen." Vlad smirked.
And with that, Vlad flew out into space.
Kuri crouched on the asteroid, smiling. "Welcome, Plasmius. Did you really think you could stop the Disasteroid? Only my Danny can do it!"
"Out of my way." Vlad snarled, reaching for the asteroid—but then zapped! "What is the meaning of this?! What have you done?!"
Kuri leaned close, matching his wicked grin from earlier. "The disasteroid is completely composed of Ectoranium. No ghost can ever touch it. As much as it pains me that the Earth is in jeopardy…I delight in the fact that you lose, Plasmius."
"That means...the Earth is doomed. And even if it wasn't I could never go back. I've revealed...my true self. I'll be forever hunted. Jack, you have to help me. You wouldn't turn your back on an old friend, would you?"
Vlad flew to the ship, followed by Kuri's laughter.
"An old friend? No. You? Yes." Jack said, flying away.
