Episode 33: Encounter with Ghost
Disclaimer: I do not own Pokemon I do own Hotaru, Ashley, Darnel, and Queen Venomica.
Two days later, Ashley, Darnel, Hotaru and Ziva were back in Virginina. Tony Stark had been successful in freeing Hotaru's entire school from the device and that they should be back to normal within two more days. Now that the four were back in Virginia, Hotaru stood in the middle of her yard facing Ziva. It was time for the first spar Hotaru planned to have with her Zeroara. Watching the spar was not only Ashley and Darnel but both of Hotaru's parents. Hotaru called to Ziva "Get ready Ziva, cause it's our first spar! Any suggestions?"
"How are your combative skills as an Electric type Mistress?!"
Hotaru gulped "I only used Raichu...Twice...With mixed results, sure I won those two battles but I've also had bad experiences with it."
Ashley muttered quietly "Yeah like Queen Venomica devouring you on your first battle with Raichu then that Totem Mimikru."
Ziva stretched her arms flexing her claws "Then Mistress, let me help you become a better Electric Type! Become Raichu!"
Hotaru oddly agreed if Ziva could help her become a better Electric Type, then she'd probably feel better at being Raichu "Alright then!"
Hotaru reached for her Rototrix, turned it to Raichu, then slapped the weapon down. A bright white flash of light erupted around Hotaru turning her briefly completely naked, she then gained dark orange body with white belly, her hands and feet become dark brown, she gains Raichu's tail with the lightning bolt at the end of it's tail being a bit smaller due to her being a girl, she gains Raichu's yellow electric sacks on her cheeks, she gains Raichu's brown ears which are yellow in the inside, then on her back are two horizontal brown stripes and when the light show ended Hotaru was "Raichu!"
Hotaru now faced off against her pet as the two circled the other looking for an opening.
"Is this a good idea Kenshin?" Hotaru's mother asked her husband.
Kenshin watched "It is. How else will our daughter improve her combative abilities? Cipher is known to be extremely unpredictable on when they send attacks to try to kill our little girl. So the more spars she has with Ziva, the more it'll help her develop her combat skills. Besides I can tell that Zeroara has more experience in battling others to not only protect herself but has that same experience to become a good sparing partner."
Darnel was in agreement "Plus Hotaru realizes that she needs this to further her skills."
Ziva watched her mistress expertly as the two circled the other looking for an opening "The first thing about being an Electric Type is figuring out what your ability is!"
Hotaru charged in first with a Mega Punch "Alright then! Here I go!"
Hotaru was quick but Ziva was quicker and she sidestepped the Mega Punch "Mistress! You gotta not use Mega Punch it's too inaccurate unlike this that is!"
Ziva's fist was surrounded by Fire as she unleashed a wicked Fire Punch to Hotaru's chest! The Fire Punch connected to Hotaru's chest not only burning her but sent her sprawling backwards somersalting several times before coming to a complete stop on her back "That's one wicked punch!"
"And a way better accurate move that Mega Punch Mistress" Ziva said in a teaching tone "If possible one should always use moves that are mostly accurate, Mega Punch has only eighty percent accuracy, while Fire Punch has one hundred percent...But I've figured out your ability Mistress and while it's useful it's not the best one you can have ether."
Hotaru was puzzled on what Ziva meant as the Zeraora stood upright "Hit me with Thunderbolt."
Hotaru was still puzzled but she was willing to do so and unleashed a Thunderbolt on Ziva. Hotaru was expecting it to do something to Ziva but instead her pet just seemed to absorb it without injury "Hugh? Shouldn't you have taken some damage?"
Ziva shook her head "I have the Volt Absorb ability making Electric attacks useless on me, if hit by an electric move, I heal myself instead."
Hotaru gasped "Then what's mine?!"
Ziva pounced at her and Hotaru dodges the pounce as they were still in the spar but Hotaru took the Zeroara's Plasma Fists right in her spine! The move wasn't as effective as the Fire Punch was but Hotaru did feel that Ziva's physical attacks were ALOT stronger than hers was as Ziva now answered her "You have the Static ability, if hit an opponent may become paralyzed instantly, however that ability is useless against fellow Electric type Pokemon like myself, and against Ground Types."
Hotaru stood frowning now "Great...Your ability is much better than mine."
Ziva smiled "Don't frown Mistress, you have me. I can teach you your Hidden ability of Lightning Rod, where you too can become immune to Electric attacks and give your special attacks a boost."
"You can teach me that?!" Hotaru asked.
Ziva nodded "I can but only because I am an Electric type myself. Would you like to learn Lightning Rod as your ability?"
"Can't I have two?" Hotaru asked.
"Sadly no" Darnel answered for Ziva "Would be cool if you could have two abilities but a Pokemon can only have one even if that species has two abilities they can only have one of those abilities."
"Oh…" Hotaru muttered.
"Then I shall teach you Mistress! You'll find that Lightning Rod is a better ability than Static but after the conclusion of this spar!"
"You got it!" Hotaru agreed.
The two resumed positions going to not stop till one of them was beaten.
Intro- Latias's voice- Three years ago, my brother Latios and I made our escape from Cipher taking the Rototrix with us. For three years we had avoided being captured and turned into Shadow Pokemon as well as keeping the Rototrix safe from Cipher whom were making plans to use it for their own evil needs. Three years later, Cipher has remerged selling Shadow Pokemon to Earth in a bid to take over the universe. Luckily my brother and I managed to save a girl in need and gave her the Rototrix a device that transforms the wielder into a Pokegirl or Pokeboy of 14 different types of Pokemon. Now she has the difficult task in not defeating Cipher but purifying all of the Shadow Pokemon. Hotaru certainly has a difficult task to do but she's the only chance two worlds have and I have a feeling, Hotarumon 14 is going to stop Cipher's plans once and for all.

While this was going on Stane still hadn't put together that Hotaru Hatsumi was the one that had the Rototrix. All he knew was that he wanted to build that same device and sell it to the highest bidder. Too do this he was secretly making a call to what appeareds to be a pure white figure. At the moment the figure was listening to Stane with interests. When Stane was done explaining the figure spoke "So, you want me to find the owner of that device and take it from him or her?"
"Exactly" Stane said "I'm paying you big bucks for this! And am taking a big risk in highering you to do the deed without others in Stark International knowing.
"Would be hard to track that owner down considering you weren't able to figure him or her's idenity out."
"I don't care how long it takes for you to do the job, just do it!"
"Very well, but I'll have to tripple the fees for this job sense there are a lot of unknowns in this" the figure said "But I'll get what you crave."
Then there was silence
Stane then would get back to work even if it cost him tripple the amount of money, he wasn't going to let anyone keep such a device for themselves. He was going to make another one to give to multiple individuals and he didn't care how long it took to get it, he wanted it and he was going to get it.
Back in Virginia, Hotaru and Ziva continued their spar. Hotaru knew her own electric attacks were useless against Ziva so attacking her with Eletric attacks were out the window. Too make it worse her ability of Static was absolutely useless against Ziva. She came at Ziva with Quick-Attack, but the Zeroara anticipated the attack coming and just as Hotaru's head was going to connect to Ziva's chest, the Zeraora caught Hotaru with one hand then used another Fire Punch connecting it to Hotaru's chest sending her on fire once more crashing into the ground this time on her stomach wind knocked out of her "Taking me head on with Quick-Attack Mistress like that isn't going to work! You gotta think creatively."
Hotaru knew Ziva was right, this was the third blow that Ziva landed on her that connected and knew if she didn't think that way she was going to get beaten. She gets onto all fours butt in the air as she thought of her next move, a small smile was on her face for having Ziva as a sparing partner, Ziva was exactly what she needed a sparing partner that could also teach her how to be better no matter what Pokemon form she choose.
"Why is she smiling even though she's losing?" Ashley asked.
Darnel answered "Cause it's exactly what Hotaru wants! She wants her sparring partner or in this case her pet to teach her combative tips. I can only do so much with teaching her about attacks she can learn and use, but she needed someone else to help teach her combative skills, and Ziva is proving to be that individual Hotaru wants to learn from. Again these spars are in a way teaching lessons for Hotaru whom doesn't have much prep time, so in a way these spars her a way for her to have what is called prep time."
"I see now" Ashley said.
Darnel nodded smiling "These spars aren't about Hotaru winning or losing them. It's all about what she learns from it and what combat advice Ziva can give her during them."
As Hotaru was thinking about her next move, Ziva was upon her slashing at her with Slash which Hotaru knew by now were going to be an electric type move thanks to being struck by Plasma Fists earlier, but Hotaru didn't want to be nailed by it, so she rolls somersalting backwards avoiding the slash by mere inches. Despite this Ziva didn't let up continuing to slash "When you are in a battle one should never hesitate while thinking on their next move. Always be on your toes as an Electric Type you need to be ready to zap or attack at any moments notice as much Electric types…" she pauses and manages to land a kick to Hotaru's legs from underneath her tripping her. Hotaru let out a squeak of dismay as she landed hard on her butt rubbing it, but now That Ziva had tripped her the Zerora wasn't letting up slashing quickly this time the slashes nearly connected but Hotaru barely avoids them with Ziva finishing her explanation "You have really low defenses! So an Electric Type always needs to be on the attack and not on the defensive!"
Hotaru was being driven back understanding her pet now. As she is being driven back she thought of a move then unleashed "Then hows this for an attack?!"
She unleashed several sharp Stars at Ziva unleashing her Swift attack at her. Ziva is actually struck by the Swift attack but much to Hotaru's dismay these did barely anything to her but the Zerora smiled "That's how you counter attack using Swift an attack that never misses! Still though as good as that move is-" the Zerora gets into pouncing pose "It's not good enough!"
Hotaru saw the pounce and proceeded to use Double Team to avoid the pounce.
Ziva purred "Thinking creatively on the go, not bad!"
Hotaru then got another idea and this time unleashed Swift once more, but this time she sent her Swift attack so that it surrounded her pet on all sides and sent it at her. Ziva saw the move coming and counters with Discharge!
Sharp piercing white stars met the electric attack stopping them in their tracks. Hotaru frowned as she should've known Ziva would counter something like that but at least this actually did make Ziva smile clearly the Zerora's tips were leaking through. Once Ziva counter the Swift attack she came at Hotaru with blinding speed, but Hotaru used Grass Knot to trip Ziva as she came close to her. Ziva does indeed trip rolling straight at Hotaru like an out of control bowling ball. This didn't detour the Zerora as both Hotaru and Ziva prepared for one more final blow, Hotaru decided to not unleash a Mega Punch as Ziva told her it was inaccurate so she decided on the next best thing, Brick Break! Her fist glew just as Ziva came close to her uncurled herself from the ball form preparing to use Slash, Hotaru shot her wrists downward just as the two crossed paths. Both attacks hit the other, with Hotaru's Brick Break hitting Ziva squarely in her forehead while Ziva's Slash connected to Hotaru's chest. Once this was done amazingly both Hotaru and Ziva were still standing with the Zerora smiling amazed at Hotaru's ability to adapt taking her advice to great lengths during the fight, but after a few minutes of standing, it is Hotaru that falls to the ground, with her Raichu form being beaten as Hotaru changes back to normal slightly injured as Ziva's claws were shown on Hotaru's chest.
"Ziva won!" Ashley gasped in amazement then she spoke to Hotaru "Hotaru...Are you okay?!"
"No worries Ashley" Hotaru said giving her girlfriend a thumbs up "I'm fine!"
Hotaru turned to Ziva reaching out her hand to her pet "Good spar Ziva, thanks for going all out, it's what I wanted!"
Ziva was rubbing her head still amazed at how Hotaru adapted in mid fight like that "You're welcome mistress!"
She then fetched a yellow seed "Here Mistress, this is a Max Revive. Insert it in your Rototrix and Raichu will be revived to full health."
"Thanks Ziva!" Hotaru told her pet as she took the seed, turned the Rototrix to Raichu and put the Max Revive on it. Within seconds Raichu had been revived as if nothing had happened.
Hotaru turned to Ziva "How long would it be for you to teach me my Lightning Rod ability?"
Ziva answered "It'll take some time, there is an item you could get in my world that will immediately give you that hidden ability, but it's a rare one, and maybe too expensive to buy there. As an Electric Type I can teach you that hidden ability too and that's the route we should go. It may take a while but I can certainly teach you Lightning Rod."
Hotaru smiled sweetly to her pet that was one thing she was looking forward to.
"For now" Ashley told her "Let me heal both of you two. You're going to need it!"
Hotaru agreed to it.
At Cipher's base of operations in Virginia, Erdos was back and flipping mad. He had lost Shadow Mega Raquaza. He was foolish to think Iron Man was a hero he could easily crush like Hotaru's previous ones in Danny Phantom, Kim Possible, and Jake Long, those three he had a feeling he could easily beat if they teamed up with her but Iron Man proved to be a good match up he didn't like, one that could out think him if given the chance. He had been viewing the spar between Hotaru and Ziva and was more furious when even he saw Ziva's tips being taken into consideration.
"THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!" Erdos shouted "THAT ZERORA IS GIVING HOTARUMON 14 TIPS IN BECOMING A BETTER FIGHTER!"
He slammed his fist against the wall "IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE SHE BECOMES OUR WORSE NIGHTMARE ONCE MORE! THAT ZERORA IS ETHER GOING TO BE KILLED OR BROUGHT BACK. QUEEN VENOMICA WHEN ARE YOU REJOINING THE FIGHT?!"
"Fangsss grow ssslowly Erdosss" Queen Venomica replied "They don't grow quiccckly, but I ssshould be back in half a week."
Erdos growls "Can I ask you to devour that Zerora if we don't get her back?"
"That Zerora is a pain" Queen Venomica admitted "It will be extremely hard to sssneak up and ambusssh Hotarumon 14! I'll have to eat her firssst or kill her before eating Hotarumon 14."
"But we have bigger problems" Miror B reported causing Erdos to turn to him "Bigger problems?"
"Yes" Miror B admitted "That Stane fella highered this Ghost mercenary person to take Hotaru's Rototrix."
"No doubt to try to reverse engineer it so that he can max produce such a device" Queen Venomica admitted.
Erdos just smirked "Despite how I applaud that man, I must disprove of his idea to replicate that device. Just one is enough to drive Cipher crazy. That has to come to a stop!"
"Sadly I agree with you Erdosss" Queen Venomica muttered.
"So what shall we do?" Miror B asked.
Erdos had his answer ready "Queen Venomica, have your spies spying on Hotarumon 14. I want to know exactly when this Ghost fella makes his move on her. Then, we'll surround them with Cipher Soldiers, your subjects, and a Shadow Pokemon."
"Which one this time?" Miror B inquired "Shall we go for the randomizer again?"
"It's been failing us recentally" Erdos admitted "So, no. This time we send Shadow Greninja with the Protein ability, but we won't send or spring our own attack on Hotaurmon 14 until this Ghost makes his move."
"Of course" was the response from Miror B.
"And this time you aren't going out to see her" Erdos warned Miror B partly blaming Miror B for the failure last time due to him being most likely spotted by Hotaru's friends "That task is Queen Venomica's subject task."
"And they ssshall do the job!" was the response.
It was late afternoon when Ashley had allowed Hotaru and Ziva to leave Hotaru's house. The mid afternoon Sun was beaming down on the trio as they left the house to walk around in the park. As they were leaving Ziva's keen senses picked up something in the distance. She kept her head turned towards the area where she sensed something off. She got on all fours like a cat, and let her fur rise and hissed.
"Something wrong Ziva?" Hotaru inquired.
"Somethings here Mistress. I can sense it!" Ziva answered.
"I don't see anything" Ashley said worried "Aren't you overthinking things?"
"Don't doubt an animal Ashley" Darnel told her "Animals have better instincts than humans.. They can detect things humans can't...Why am I repeating Mr. Ardos's first class ever when he told us animals can detect paranormal activity."
Ashley frowned "I must've forgotten about that."
Ziva kept her eyes glued to the area, her ears active as she smelled someone close or someone watching from afar like a sniper. She then let out a warning "Mistress, and her friends drop!"
Ashley, Darnel and Hotaru threw themselves onto the ground immediately, just in time for a bullet to miss Hotaru by mere inches.
"That was close!" Ashley breathed out "That was also aimed at Hotaru!"
"What just shot at me?!" Hotaru asked glad that Ziva detected this action.
"A figure using a cloaking technology" Ziva growled.
No sooner had she said this did the figure truly emerge. Hotaru starts to sweat nervously as she remembered Tony telling her all about his villains "Y-Y-Y-You must be Ghost! Tony warned me about you!"
"I suppose I should be flattered" Ghost admitted "But I'm here on official business."
Ashley and Darnel tried to shield Hotaru as if thinking Ghost was here to kill her "Whatever you are after you won't harm Hotaru!"
"Oh, I'm not after her life as I was once with Tony Stark" Ghost replied "I've been sent to capture whatever device those monster girls popping up around here come from."
He looks at Hotaru "While my client lacked any useful information about the mission, I can make a hypotheses in those girls are all you somehow Miss Hatsumi."
He looks at her "Hand over your weapon and you'll live!"
Hotaru frowned "NO! I won't hand it over! Ziva!"
Ziva heard her owners shout and unleashed a Discharge on Ghost. Ghost was unprepared for once for the electric move stumbling "Whatever that girls' pet is going to be annoying first she identified me before I could tranquilize Hatsumi. Then she attacked."
He activated his cloaking device watching as Hotaru ran away with her two friends and Ziva at her side "Then the chase begins Miss. Hatsumi."
Ziva's keen ears were focusing in on Ghost as she spoke to Hotaru "Mistress...It's time to deal with him!"
Hotaru knew Ziva had a point activating her Rototrix "Agreed...It's time to fight back!"

She turned it to her ghost type and slapped it down for the second time this day, a flash of white light engulfed her as she briefly turned naked, she gained purple skin almost shadow like, red jewels around her neck, her eyes become yellow and red ghost like, gains a purple witch like hat with pink edgings around it her body also has pink at the edges and when the light show ended Hotaru was "Mismagiuz!"
"Ghost type vs. the mercenary ghost?" Ashley asked.
"Interesting" Darnel admitted.
"Get someplace to hide" Hotaru ordered them "Someplace he'd not follow!"
The two headed her orders with Ziva stopping turning "Need my help Mistress?"
"I do!" Hotaru admitted.
Ghost silently approached the area and was in time to see Hotaru transform "So I was right, you are that monster girl."
He looked at her trying to find the weapon that transformed her which shoud've been on her arm now seemingly to have vanished "Once more hand over that weapon and you may live! I didn't come to kill you...Yet."
"Even if I wanted to give it to you" Hotaru told him "It won't come off!"
"You'd have to cut the Mistress's arm off to get it" Ziva said "And even then that's nearly impossible sense a Rotom is inside it and it won't let you do anything to what it calls it's home."
"Then I'll take it from you by force!"
"You will try!" Hotaru told him.
He went intagible as she hurled a Shadow Ball at him. Now he might've went intangible but Hotaru's ghost move still hit him "Impossible! She got me!"
He then aimed his own guns at her pulling the trigger only for Hotaru this time to flip the script on him and go intangible herself letting the bullets flow past her harmlessly "And yet she has the same intangibility as me!"
Hotaru answered "As Mismagiuz, I'm a true ghost! I can go intangible whenever I want plus my ghost moves are meant to be able to phase through intangibility. I've learned that from a fellow heroic ghost boy!"
"Then this isn't going to be easy!"
"You bet it isn't!" Ziva roared pouncing at him with Plasma Fists. He saw her coming at him and went intangible causing her to phase through him. Knowing that Ziva was a big threat due to her sensing him wherever he went, he pulled out his guns intending to fatally shoot her. No sooner did she phase through him the first time did he aim them going to try to kill her right here and right now, he attempted to pull the triggers when Hotaru unleashed a Screech in the form of a Ghostly Wail! The ghostly screech hit his ears causing him to stumble out of his intangibility which also caused Ziva to whirled about with her fist on fire.
"Crap" Ghost muttered amazed that these two worked quite well together as he took Ziva's Fire Punch to the chest sending him plowing backwards slamming into a parked car.
"Careful Ziva" Hotaru warned her pet "That guy was planning to kill you right then and there, try not to attack him in close combat."
"Thanks for saving me Mistress!"
Just as when Ghost was about to figure out his next move as he didn't intend to fail his client just yet, a Water Shuriken sailed through the air causing Hotaru to leap over it and for the water move to attack Ghost instead. Or it would've had he not used a hand to swat the move away as best as he could. Ziva frowned as she sensed Cipher soldiers, and Queen Venomica's subjects surrounding the three "Great...Cipher."
Hotaru floated in midair as she then saw the Shadow Pokemon it seemed to be a blue frog ninja like Pokemon "And a Shadow Pokemon."
Ziva turned her head "Greninja! The evolved form of Frogadier! It's a master ninja full of Dark and Water based techniques!"
Ghost frowned seeing that this was now too much "No one told me this would be a three way!"
Hotaru turned her head towards him questionably wondering why he was saying this. Ghost frowned "Hate to do this Hotaru, but I'm calling this mission off! No payment is worth this type of work! Keep your so called weapon I'm out of here!"
Then he was gone completely.
Hotaru turned toward Shadow Greninja, the Cipher soldiers and Queen Venomica's subjects "I suppose I should be thanking Cipher for once in driving him off, but I know you didn't just do that to save me, it was for your own benefit."
"You'd be correct!" Erdos said on his helicopter "No way was I going to allow the Rototrix to be replicated by some other person so that he could use it for his advantage and sell it to the highest bidders! Just one of your kind with the Rototrix is big enough. Greninja! Dark Pulse her!"
Hotaru watched as the Greninja let out a Dark Pulse, and tried to go intanginble when she remembered Ghost types are weakened to Dark Type moves so going intangible on Greninja wasn't a good idea...She remembered way too late as a dark sinister wave rushed over her taking her crashing onto the ground.
Hotaru grunts feeling her head as she had landed on it "Great...It's a Water and Dark Type…"
Ziva turned "Need my assistance mistress?"
"I'll handle the Greninja!" Hotaru told her pet confidently "You handle the common foot soldiers and be careful on Queen Venomica's subjects...They are venomous!"
"Got it!" Ziva announced.
Hotaru looked at Shadow Greninja as Erdos announced "Now use Water Shuriken! I want Hotarumon 14 cut in half!"
A water Shuriken formed in Shadow Greninja's hand, then it threw the weapon at her with amazing accuracy. If it were not for Hotaru's skills as a gymnast it would've hit her right in the middle cleaving her in half or so Erdos would've had her believe. Hotaru thought quickly and unleashed a Thunderbolt at Shadow Greninja.
The attack connected shocking it. Despite it being a Super-Effective technique the Shadow Pokemon stood with Erdos calmly watching expecting this, it was time to teach Hotaru the sheer fear of Protean or so he thought "Greninja...Hidden Power!"
Hotaru watches this as Shadow Greninja turned into a Ground type as it sent a burst of energy at her only for the attack to not affect Hotaru "Nuts!"
Ziva's laughter taunted Erdos "Silly Erdos! Don't you know that Mismagiuz has the Levitate ability?! Mistress! That Greninja has the Protean ability it changes it's type to gain a STAB on whatever move it uses, so it isn't a Dark Type at the moment!"
Hotaru smiled unleashing a Shadow Ball at Shadow Greninja! At that speed the Greninja tanks the blow and it was a neutral one! It goes slamming into the ground.
"CURSE THAT ZEROARA! SHE GAVE OUT GRENINJA'S ABILITY!"
Ziva turned surrounded by hundreds of enemies and she unleashed a Discharge attack all over them all "You bet I did! I hate what your Cipher people are doing!"
Hotaru had to end this fight quickly while she had the edge but Erdos ordered Greninja "Dark Pulse her!"
Greninja recovered and unleashed a Dark Pulse at her, but this time Hotaru avoids it by hurdling herself over it. Her ghostly feet kicked the Shadow Pokemon in it's face!
Erdos frowned "Get her with Water Shuriken!"
Hotaru didn't give it time to she grabbed hold of it with her feet going to tank the Water Move and she tanked it but this didn't make her let loose her grip with her feet. Erdos commanded it "Now Dark-"
"Nope!" Hotaru shouts "Take this!"
She then unleashed Thunderbolt at point blank range. Due to Greninja now being a Water type it was a Super Effective hit and easily defeated the Shadow Pokemon. Once it was beaten Hotaru announced "Shadow Pokemon beaten...Awaiting purification!"
Leave it to me! Was the response from the Rototrix which flew out and began absorbing the Shadow Pokemon's dark energies. Once it was done the Rototrix announced Shadow Pokemon purified!
Erdos growls "Great...Another defeat!"
Hotaru turned towards him "You attacked way too early."

Hotaru looks at him as he retreated "I no longer fear her!"
Erdos turned towards her "We shall see won't we? For now enjoy your life as it is!"
With that Hotaru lived through another day, an odd one at that, first she enjoyed her spar with Ziva and was looking forward in learning the Lightning Rod ability from Ziva, then she was chased by Ghost whom wanted her Rototrix, and then Cipher tried to attack while in between there. She would fine her friends waiting for her.
"Where is that Ghost person?" Darnel inquired.
"He retreated when Cipher attacked" Hotaru answered "Ziva can you sense him?"
"He's not around but if I'll let you know if I sense him out"
"Thanks" Hotaru said.
She walked forward glad to survive that surprise attack.
End of episode, boy wasn't sure if I was going to get 5000 words in this episode but I did, I also showed off Ziva's way of teaching Hotaru during the spar. Yes, Hotaru in her Raichu form has Static but thanks to Ziva over time she'll have Lightning Rod her hidden ability. Next episode is Episode 34 Return of Venomica: Erdos is desperate for a win over Hotaru, whom he sees is growing too powerful thanks to her spars with Ziva. When Queen Venomica returns with a clever ambush will her return be enough to overpower Hotaru and her pet Ziva?
