Chapter 3:

The Lions Den Pt. 1

Stockholm Sweden

January 3rd 1844

The dungeon doors opened and the terrible blizzard was exposed as the prince consort with expensive leather boots walked in with a several guards following behind him.

The doors closed shut and then one of the guards close to the prince lifted up the lantern before they followed the prince down the dark dungeon hall.

His walk was slow and demeaning. Each step echoing the dungeons like it was the inside of a church's choir as the guards steps followed behind.

It was dark inside with only the light of the snow peeking through the open windows and inside the last dungeon cell were the ten Arendellian soldiers and the ten Southern Isles soldiers.

All of them separated from each other and huddled into their respective colleagues as they tried to keep warm inside the freezing cell.

They were coughing and sneezing in agony. Weak in their bones and shivering uncontrollably.

There was a bucket of frozen ice with a wooden spoon used to to scoop out the water for them to drink when they were thirsty. But that did not help. They were already freezing and drinking cold water only brought them more sickness.

Once in a while they received food but they were small portions. They were frozen and bad by the time it reached them.

The prince consort of Stockholm stopped dead in his tracks as he reached the bars that kept the hostages separated from him.

He breathed out a long sigh from his nose as the cold air followed. His hands were behind his back and his posture straight. He looked emotionless and regal as he usually did. Even with the large warm coat covering most of his body.

"Open the cell." Ordered Lars calmly to the main guard holding the lantern.

"Yes, your highness." Replied the guard as he quickly ordered the others to do as they were told.

The cell opened and Lars walked in slowly with no hurry at all and with his regal posture. The guard with the lantern and two other guards stepped inside with him before the cell closed behind them as the other guards waited outside.

All twenty soldiers combined who were sitting opposite of each other looked at Lars as they continued to shiver uncontrollably.

They continued to stare at the prince anxiously, waiting for him to say a word. Wondering why he was taking so long to speak.

"I own you." Said Lars calmly at last. "You belong to me."

The soldiers shivered harder as the cold airs from their mouth were seen escaping them with each short breath they took but of the Southern Isles soldiers began to glare. He was not at all pleased with what Lars had just said.

"Right now, this is about you coming to terms with your situation. It's you and me, gentlemen. I want you all to understand that I know you, that I've been studying you for a very long time." He said as he began to slowly pace back and forth. "I could have had you all killed in Oslo. But I let you all live so you and I could talk."

"You beat us with our hands tied. We won't talk to you traitor." Spoke the glaring Southern Isles soldier in Danish as Lars turned to look at him.

"Life isn't always fair, my friend. Did you really think that when we found you all we'd be nice and warm welcoming to you?" Replied Lars directly in Danish.

"Please. P-prince Lars." Said a young Arendellian soldier as Lars turned to look at him. "Whatever it is that your looking for I promise that Arendelle has nothing to do with this. We respect you-"

"Respect? Respect this traitor!?" Exclaimed the Southern Isles soldier this time in Norwegian for everyone to understand. "He's a mid level guy. A garbage man in a corporation. Why should we respect you!"

"And you are all money men. Paper boys. A disgrace to Denmark and to humanity. You and my father cost the lives of three thousand people." Said Lars as he slowly turned to the trembling Arendellian soldiers. "And the rest of you are just as guilty. I have your names on a five thousand dollar illegal transfer unit from Arendelle to Oslo."

The young Arendelians eyes widened when they heard Lars drop that information to them. Almost as if they couldn't believe that he knew that.

"And you got caught with one hundred and fifty kilograms of high powder explosives in your base. And then you dare question me and ask for mercy?" He said with more serious as he stared at them while another Southern Isles soldier shook his head in anger at the prince consort.

Suddenly a small yet devilish chuckle escaped Lars mouth. "But let's get to the point shall we? I don't want to talk about that just yet. Or the spies we found in our borders. Or the ridiculous alliance both your kingdoms entered in. What I want to focus on is this man." Said Lars as he held up a black and white photo.

There in the black and white raggedy photograph was the image of man in front of the Arendellian castle with a woman walking in front of him in the middle of the strong blizzard.

His face barely shown with the hood covering his head but just enough to clearly recognize who he was that night.

The same night they were summoned by Anna.

"That there is Hans Christian Westergaard." Said Lars holding up the photo. The soldiers could clearly tell it was him. "My little brother.."

One of the young Arendellian soldiers swallowed nervously when he saw his queen. And Lars noticed it.

"And I know he's been up to some serious things." Said Lars as he suddenly gestured to one of the guards to grab the nervous Arendellian.

"No! No!" Squirmed the young Arendellian soldier. His comrades tried rising to their feet to hold him back but were quickly pushed back down in force.

"Shh Shh. It's okay." Said Lars calmly yet sarcastically as they dragged the shivering and weak Arendellian in front of him. "What's your name?"

The shivering Arendellian looked at Lars and then at his fellow men. Unsure of what to do.

"Come on son, give me your name." Said Lars again as he adjusted the glasses on his eyes.

"Give him your name!" Ordered the Swedish guard loudly as he gave a quick yet hard elbow to the back of the Arendellian soldier causing him to grunt.

"...Oliver...your highness.." Grunted out the young solider.

"Oliver." Nodded Lars with his hands behind his back that held the photo. "How old are you?"

"Nineteen.." swallowed the young soldier trying not to look into Lars blue eyes.

"Nineteens a good age. You're very young. I remember when I was nineteen." Lars nodded again with a small smirk. "And tell me, Oliver. Are you aware of what's going on-"

"Your highness please." Grunted the young soldier in pain. "I don't know anything-"

"Is that so?" Questioned Lars with a brow raised. "You see I find that very hard to believe. After all we know that part of the deal with Arendelle and the Southern Isles is that they would assure the safety of my brother."

The soldiers brows raised.

"Ah. Didn't think I knew that did you?" Said Lars as he began to walk around the nervous soldier. "Exactly four months ago Stockholm began to report large portions of our grains missing and stolen."

Everyone followed their eyes on him.

"Then a couple weeks before winter began, half our farmers crops burned overnight. Just like that." Said Lars snapping his fingers followed by an echo through the cell. "Not giving our farmers enough time to raise crops again."

"You think Arendelle is responsible?" Asked the young soldier with pressed and scared brows.

Lars stopped to look at the soldier again as everyone waited for him to talk.

"I believe my father is behind this. And because of his old ways and new alliance he found a way to benefit his kingdom more than it already is. And I believe queen Anna is benefiting from it too."

"But we have remained neutral!" Exclaimed a Arendellian soldier that sat on the walls with the others. "Our kingdom is not associated with-"

"You will speak when you are told to speak!" Exclaimed the head guard as he grabbed a hold of the soldiers with his hand, almost choking the life out of him.

"Neutral? Neutrality means nothing when there is a sudden increase of the Norwegian Krone. Arendelle's economy has increased by forty percent ever since the alliance. That is impossible. I've done the math myself." Said Lars directing his attention to the Southern Isles soldiers. "Unless of course they were stealing the economy from another kingdom."

"You are a fool!" Exclaimed a Southern Isles soldier as the the Swedish guards surrounded him. Ready to strike him down. "Why would your own father, the king of the Southern Isles do that to his own son and his kingdom!"

"You don't know my father like I do." Replied Lars coldly before he turned his attention back to the helpless Arendellian soldier. "And because of this corruption against Stockholm, you have forced my hand."

"No.." said the Arendellian soldier shaking his head nervously.

"So now let me go back to this man." Said Lars as he retrieved the photo again and held it up for everyone to see. "What I want from you are his coordinates which I know you have."

The Arendellian soldiers heart began to rise as he stared at the photograph.

"I know you don't want to give it to me because you feel you'd be betraying your queen and her contract with my father but fact is that I think he is a part of something. My spies saw him be escorted inside the castle by Queen Elsa herself. The contract they strictly signed prohibits him from even crossing Arendellian shore."

The cold cell grew more tense as he continued to talk.

"My sisters presence would not be motivation for such a contract breach. And while all that's happening I get word by brother Björn suddenly leaves his third tour he was about to deploy to?"

Lars eyes met with the young Arendellians frightening ones.

""Coordinates." Demanded Lars as he pulled out two black tight leathered gloves and began to place them on each hand, replacing the royal warm ones he was wearing in.

"No.." whispered the young Arendellian frightened as he looked to the solid ground.

"No?" Said Lars with brows raised. "Are you sure about that? You see I'm asking you because you're not like them."

Lars gestures to the Southern Isles soldiers who continued to glare at Lars.

"There's no point in torturing them. They're experienced and they're trained to never give information. Pain is nothing but a familiar feeling to them but you.. well let's just say Arendelle hasn't reached the level of militia like the Southern Isles." Said Lars.

The young Arendellian soldier didn't raise his head. He only continued to stare at the ground as everyone waited anxiously for him to say something.

"Oliver, come on." Chucked Lars. "I know that you know where he is. Just give me his coordinates and I will.. I will give you a blanket. I will give you a blanket and some solid food."

The young Arendellian soldiers heavy and nervous breathing slowed down as he tried to control his nerves. Finally he looked up at Lars with a more serious glare as he continued to tremble from the cold.

"No." He answered with more confidence and surety.

The small smirk in Lars lips disappeared.

Several silent seconds passed by as Lars stared right through the Arendellian soldier with intense blue eyes as the edge of the photograph hit his hand over and over again.

"Have it your way. Let's go." Said Lars suddenly.

Immediately all the guards turned their attention to all the soldiers on each side and began to kick, punch and even beat them repeatedly as the other soldier who stood in the middle watched helplessly as they grunted and yelled in pain.

"When you lie to me, I hurt you." Said Lars with a threatening tone.

He began to walk to the side of the cell where he reached for a wet and cold cloth from a bucket full of freshly drawn water.

The soldiers eyes widened and he panicked as Lars paced towards him with the wet cold cloth wrapped tightly around his hand.

The soldier raised his foot to kick the prince consort away but Lars was too fast. Instead he tackled the soldier directly to the solid ground as the other guards near held him down.

"Grab the water jug!" Exclaimed Lars as the head guard quickly paced to grab the jug before filling it with cold water from the bucket.

The other Swedish guards who had beaten the soldiers from both kingdoms held them all down so they could watch.

"Here give it to me!" Exclaimed Lars as he snatched the jug full of water from the soldier before he placed a knee on the Arendellian soldiers abdomen so he wouldn't move.

"No!" Exclaimed one of the Arendellian who's face was bloodied and bruised as he was about to watch his helpless comrade.

"King Agnarr was a friends of King Soren back in 1817. The last time Arendelle and the Southern Isles were holding joint military exercises." Said as he began to question him.

"I don't know!" Exclaimed Oliver who was panicking and trying to squirm away.

They roughly placed the wet cloth over his face and began to smother him.

"Why were both the kingdoms military in Oslo without approval from my late father in law. Were you holding secret joint military exercises?" Questioned Lars again.

"PLEASE!" Exclaimed Oliver again as Lars began to pour the cold water over the wet cloth slowly.

"Give me the coordinates. Give me one coordinate and I will stop this!" Exclaimed Lars.

Oliver's squirming and yelling ceased down and got more and more quiet.

"Who's leading the trainings?

"Who's manipulating our stock numbers?"

"Who's behind the burning's of our farmers crops?

"And who's the target?"

Lars questioned more intensely over and over again as he continued drop the cold water slowly while Oliver began to gag uncontrollably.

No answer came and so Lars lost it and began to yell loudly through the echoing cells.

"WHERE WAS THE LAST TIME YOU SAW HANS WESTERGAARD!"

"WHERE WAS THE LAST TIME YOU SAW HANS WESTERGAARD HUH!?

"ANSWER ME, OLIVER!"

The jug full of water finally emptied as Lars threw it across the cell in anger.

They removed the wet cloth from the young soldiers face and immediately water was choking out from his mouth, nostrils and even his eyes.

"This is what defeat looks like, Oliver." Said Lars staring down at him.

All while Oliver continued to gasp for air.

"Get him up." Ordered Lars tiredly as he rose to his feet.

The Arendellian soldiers watched helplessly as the Swedish guards pulled Oliver back up on his feet while the Southern Isles soldiers stared angrily and with nervousness.

Slight vomit began to escape Oliver's mouth as he tried gasping for air again from the cruel torture he had endured for over a minute.

Lars was out of breath from all the anger and yelling he did. He reached for the weak soldiers head with his hands to hold him steady so he can face him and look at him.

"Try to understand the concept here. I have time, you don't. I have things to do, you don't."

Lars let go of Oliver's head as it dangled tiredly. Raspy and tired breaths escaped his lips and the cold shivering returned.

All the soldiers were watching nervously at this point. The way Lars voice went from angry to smooth in such little time was terrifying and his stare never once left Oliver's eyes.

After a long silence Lars finally spoke again as he placed a hand on Oliver's shoulder.

"It's admirable that you're strong. I respect it, I do. But in the end, everybody breaks son. It's biology."

He turned around and took out a handkerchief from his pocket. He took of his glasses and cleaned the wet spots before adjusting it back on his face and putting away the handkerchief neatly back into his pocket.

He then removed the leather gloves and folded them properly before putting them inside his coats pocket before putting the warm royal ones on again.

Then the guards opened the cells and Lars stepped out with his usual regal composure. Walking as if nothing had just happened.

The Swedish guards pushed Oliver back into the group of of the Arendellian soldiers who quickly grabbed a hold of his weak and fragile body.

The Southern Isles soldiers watched and would hear as Lars walked through the dark dungeon before the doors opened again and he stepped out into the cold winter.

Closing the cold cell behind him.

The North Sea, Near Denmark

January 4th, 1844

It was early in the morning. The ships from Arendelle and The Southern Isles were sailing par and par with each other. Everyone was awake and it was still cold out but the setting was peaceful.

"HHULLLLLGGGGGGHHHH!COUGH! COUGH! OH, GOD!"

Well... Almost...

"That's it, Sis. Let it out." Elsa said holding Anna's hair and new dress back so she wouldn't be covered in vomit. "There, better?"

"I-I think s-MMPH-!" Anna was cut off by her cheeks puffing out and she leaned over the edge of the ship and threw up again.

Elsa had sent guards to block out that part of the ship they were in so they can have privacy and no one could see her sister puking her guts out.

"See? This is why I told you eating so many chocolates while at sea was a bad idea." Elsa reminded her as she adjusted her hands on Anna's hair tightly so it wouldn't escape.

"So why aren't you throwing up?" Anna groaned as she massaged her belly.

"I guess I have a stronger stomach." Elsa shrugged.

"Ha, yeah right..." Anna replied as she rolled her eyes until she covered her mouth in disgust trying not to throw up again.

"Your majesties?"

The two turned to see Damien.

"Yes, Lieutenant?" Anna asked, quickly wiping her mouth clean of puke with her handkerchief before turning around to finally face him.

"I apologize the intrusion but the captain says we'll be arriving at The Southern Isles soon." He said.

The realization hit the sisters as they looked at each other.

"Thank you, Lieutenant." Elsa quickly replied with a nod.

Damien bowed before taking his leave.

"I can't believe we're about to arrive.." said Anna as she gestured her lady in waiting who was holding Anna's Tiara in one hand as she began to walk forward where she presented in the other hand a small metal tin with the brand Altoids inscribed in it.

Anna took them in her hand and opened the metal tin before grabbing a few of the mint flavored lozenges and popping them into her mouth while her lady in waiting went to work and began to put up Anna's hair again.

"Okay so let's review what we were studying last night." Said Elsa as Anna grabbed more lozenges in her hand. "Who are all of princes of the Southern Isles and by order."

"Okay well there's Prince Kaleb. He is 42 years old. He is the general of the army, the oldest of the brothers and the crown prince of the Southern Isles. Has only one son named after his grandfather and no wife right?" Said Anna.

"Nope. She died a couple of years ago." Said Elsa. "Next?"

"Okay then there's prince Franz, the second oldest. 40 years old and serves as a high ranking officer in the army and works close with Kaleb. No children and not arranged or married to anyone.

Then there's Lars the third oldest. 39 years old and husband to queen Judith of Stockholm. Only has one daughter I believe." Added Anna.

"And..." said Elsa with a brow raised.

"And? Oh! Yeah now I remember. Kaleb, Franz and Lars all share the same mother." Said Anna.

"Precisely. Okay next?" Said Elsa.

"Then there's prince Jørgen 38, prince Günter 37 and prince Aksel 36. The three of them share their mother, Queen Helga." Said Anna.

"Status of marriage and kids?" Asked Elsa.

"Prince Jørgen and prince Günter each have two kids from previous arranged marriages and from other unknown women. Two grandsons and two granddaughters pertaining to Queen Helga's house. Aksel is still not married and no kids."

"Next." Said Elsa as she crossed her arms.

Anna sighed. "Okay then there's Magnus who is 33 years old and the twins prince Rudi and prince Runo who are 32."

"From which queen do they share their same mother from?" Questioned Elsa.

"Queen Margaret, Soren's third wive."

"Perfect. We're almost done. Who's next?"

"Prince Erik, Prince Ivar and Prince Björn." All sons of queen Signe of Sweden. Erik is 30, Ivar is 28 and Björn 27. None of them are married.

"Björn we met and serves as captain of the army. Erik serves in the council and Ivar nothing."

"And--"

"And then the best for last. Princess Hanna and Hans." Continued Anna before her sister said anything else.

"Children of Queen Nora. Both of them 26 years of age and the youngest of all their siblings. No marriage or kids."

"There you go! You got it!" Exclaimed Elsa happily as Anna sighed and shook her head.

"You feeing nervous?" Asked Elsa as Anna offered her some more altoids which Elsa took generously and popped some into her mouth as well.

"I don't know." Answered Anna as she continued to suck on the minty lozenges while her lady in waiting continued to work on her hair. "I never expected myself to be in a kingdom like the Southern Isles. Much less see Hans again for that matter."

"It's a strange time to live in that's for sure." Said Elsa as she also sucked on the lozenges.

"You think the king will be upset I'm practically arriving by my own free will and not by invitation?" Asked Anna with a smirk.

Elsa smirked back. "Who knows what he'll say. I mean we're practically living in troubled times as it is so I'm sure there's bigger problems he's facing then just two Arendellian sisters arriving at his shores. But there's only one way to find out."

"You're right." She said before she popped some more minty lozenges into her mouth before closing the metal tin and returning it to her lady in waiting who bowed respectfully and offering the tiara back into Anna's hands.

She took the royal tiara and then placed it on her head before adjusting it as she took in a deep breath in and exhaled out. "Well it's time to see what Hans' home is like."

Anna began to make her way towards the front of the ship where everyone else aboard was beginning to huddle. Elsa quickly waved her hand as her gown transformed into a beautiful grey dress with white layers surrounding the top.

Meanwhile Anna also had grey colors in her dress but not a light as Elsa's. Hers was darker and was a similar design to the one she wore when she travelled to the enchanted forest the first time.

The sisters then went to the front of the ship where they were met with Honeymaren and Ryder who were trying to get a glimpse of this famous kingdom through the heavy fog.

Kristoff was among the group of Arendellian soldiers as he would occasionally shoot quick glances towards Anna show as purposely ignoring him.

"So how different is this kingdom compared to Arendelle?" Asked Honeymaren as Elsa and Anna joined their side.

"Well they say the Southern Isles is the largest kingdom in all Scandinavia. As well as the oldest." Said Anna.

"Largest?" Said Honeymaren with a brow raised and arms crossed.

"Oldest? Yeesh how old are we talking here." Asked Ryder who stood close by Kristina.

"It was one of the first settlements our viking ancestors established." Answered Elsa as they turned to look at her. "If there was no Denmark then there would be no Norway, Sweden or any other Scandinavian country."

"And you guys have never been to Denmark?" Asked Honeymaren again.

"Never. At least not till today." Answered Elsa as they all turned to look at the fast approaching fog again.

Elsa quickly glanced over to the other ship where Hans and Hanna were in. She could barely see him but his auburn hair gave him away as he stood next to Hanna.

"Grab ahold and don't move!" Yelled the captain from the Southern Isles ship as everyone turned to look at him. "From here on forward we'll be steering blind!"

Honeymarens brows furrowed as she turned to Anna and Elsa who were looking at each other surprised.

"What did he say?" She asked not knowing the Danish language.

"He said to grab unto something.. it's about to get very foggy." Said Elsa.

"F-foggy?" Said Ryder.

Honeymarens eyes widened but pretty soon the fog had devoured all of them and soon no one could see a thing. Not even their own hands in front of their faces.

Ryder grabbed ahold of Kristina tightly to make sure she was safe. But also because he felt fear in that moment too.

Even Honeymaren was nervous. This fog was nothing compared to the mist they had at the enchanted forest. It was heavy and dead silent. You couldn't even hear yourself breath.

Elsa was tempted to shoot a blast of ice up in the sky to see if she could see light at least but suddenly the fog began to slowly vanish away.

And that's when they saw it. Their eyes widened

The Southern Isles

"Whoa..." Anna and Elsa both said in awe at the same time as Honeymaren's and Ryder's jaw dropped.

It was a massive and huge bustling kingdom full of life, business, and industry. It was such a massive kingdom that it spread across the entire Fjord.

There were hundreds of ships everywhere and even towers that came up from the water. Each connected to each other with several men patrolling and walking from bridge to bridge.

"How did they'd even do that.." Said Ryder and the rest of the Arendellians aboard states in unbelief.

The kingdom only seemed to enlarge every time they continued to sail forwards. There was no possible thing in this world that could overshadow it's large structure.

"Elsa.." whispered Anna to her sister. "It's everything we read about in the books at the library.. it's everything father and mother would describe."

"It is.." Said Elsa as she continued to stare at the structures.

She felt like a happy child for a brief moment as she studied the architectural design. She was a big fanatic of geometry, algebra and trigonometry as they all went hand in hand for being an architect.

Not even she could design something with her powers so impressive like this kingdom was.

Well.. maybe I can. She thought to herself. After all she design a whole ice place herself and she knew she was intelligent.

Meanwhile, on the Southern Isles ship, Hans, Hanna, and Bjorn were watching as their home grew closer and closer by the minute.

"Looks more or less the same." Said Hans with no emotion who was leaned over the ships deck.

"Hey! Be decent! This is our home, after all." Hanna replied sharply.

"Don't you mean your home?"

"Our home, Hans." Hanna corrected firmly. "It doesn't matter what father or our brothers think of you, this kingdom is and will always be your home."

Hans sighed as he turned to look back as his brother put a firm but gentle hand on his shoulder.

"Cant believe how much it's changed in just three years." He said as he looked towards fishermen nearby. "Remember when we were children and went in fishing in one of those boats without fathers permission? We were stuck in sea for over an three hours trying to steer the damn thing."

A small smirk appeared in the corner of Hans lips at remembering the memory before fading away.

"We had to swim to shore." Said Hans.

Björn chuckled as he looked back at the memorable moment.

Hans looked towards the harbour again, this time approaching much closer where the two ships were going to dock. Hans started to back away from the front of the ship as he didn't know how to feel. All he could do was stare at his home kingdom finally up and close to him.

"LAND HO!" Exclaimed the captain of the ship as the decking started to unload from the two ships.

"Your majesties!" Called out Björn as Anna and Elsa turned to look at him. "The people do not know of your welcoming. I fear if they see who you are they might recognize you. My advice is to cover your identity. At least until we arrive to the castle to avoid any pedestrians."

"Agreed, prince Björn." Nodded Anna as she and Elsa put their hoods over their head.

"You too, Hanna. You're very popular among the people. The last thing we need is Queen Elsa and Queen Anna being swamped with people." Said Björn to his sister.

"The people love me. If I say play dead they'll obey like faithful dogs." Retaliated Hanna as she, Cassandra and the rest of the woman did what they were told.

"Maren.. I'm kind of nervous." Whispered Ryder to his twin sister.

"Just don't make a big scene and stick close to Kristina. If anyone can get you around the kingdom it's her." Replied Honeymaren.

"She's right! Don't worry honey your safe with me." Smiled Kristina as she hugged Ryder's waist.

Honeymaren rolled her eyes.

"We take our leave now!" Announced Björn as Hanna led the way down the deck with many others from the ship following behind.

Anna and Elsa quickly followed along too as did the rest of the Arendellians with Kristoff among them.

"How good is your Danish?" Asked Elsa to Anna.

"Eh." Said Anna as waved her hand in a questionable fashion and a uneasy expression. "Not as good as yours but I can manage."

They caught up to the encircled group where Hanna and the others were waiting. Several Danish sailors nearby passed by as Hans let out a sigh.

"All right, brother. Let's get going." Said Björn as he led the way. Him and Hans were the last ones on the Southern Isles ship.

He stopped just before he went down the deck when he realized he wasn't following behind.

"You coming?" He asked with furrowed brows.

Hans said nothing. He didn't even look at Björn at all. He still looked outwards at the kingdom with emotionless expression because he didn't not know how to feel. He was so sure he would never see this place again. It all felt like a really bad fever dream.

Bjorn sighed as he looked back at the kingdom and then back at Hans. He made his way over to him and un-cuffed the shackles before they dropped on the floor.

Then Björn grabbed a extra sword that was strapped around the baldric belt that held the sword and tossed it in front of Hans feet.

Hans looked down at the sword and then back up at Björn with furrowed brows.

"I'm not going to force you out of the ship, Hans." Said Björn boldly. "I did my job. I brought you back here. Now whether you decide to come is up to you."

Hans said nothing still as he stared at his brother who stared back at him.

"You're a former admirable. You can steer this ship yourself. You're unshackled and have a weapon on you to take." He said as he took in a deep inhale before letting it out. "I'll see you around brother."

Hans watched as Björn descended down the deck to meet up with the rest of the large group as millions of thoughts ran through his brain.

"Where's Hans?" Asked Hanna with furrowed brows when she saw her older brother approach them.

"He's coming." Replied Björn quickly.

"What do you mean he's coming I don't see him-"

"He's coming, Hanna. Okay?" Said Björn more firmly as he looked at his sister who was staring back with furrowed brows. "Just... leave him be."

Björn turned around again and led the large group down the docks and to the entrance of the large kingdom.

Hanna stayed quiet this time. Taken back by Bjorn's response as he walked away. But something seemed off to her.

Elsa was the last one behind as she looked up at the Southern Isles ship with worry, wondering if he was going to descend.

Finally she turned around and followed the group as Hans watched her catch up to them and descend into the massive kingdom while Björn led the way.

The Southern Isles Market

"Fishes! Get your fishes here!"

"Exotic animals all the way from Asia! Get them while you can!"

"Piercings, jewelry and bracelets for sale!"

Anna and Elsa had never seen anything like it. The whole market was busy and full of people and stands. Even the building that surrounded the market had stores with many people going in and out.

It was covered in snow and the air was cold but that didn't stop business from moving forward.

All the buildings were a perfect mix of old and new. Many shaped and constructed like unto the ancient days but also with a new blend of Scandinavian architecture.

"Elsa, look." Said Anna as she gestured towards a stand nearby where there was a Indian man holding up several snakes wrapped around his body to promote for selling.

"Oh God! No no no..." Said Elsa who quickly looked away and jumped to Anna's other side. "Why'd you make me look over there!?"

Anna laughed. Her sister's phobia of snakes was still very much alive.

Honeymaren and Ryder were nervous at seeing so many people. They've been to the Arendellian market before but it didn't compare to this. Not even close.

They felt very claustrophobic with the amount of Danish people passing through. Ryder squeezed Kristina's hand tightly as his Palms began to get sweaty but Kristina gave a reassuring squeeze back.

Honeymaren on the other hand was alone and didn't know whether to hold her brothers arm or herself.

"Need me to slow down for you?" Said Björn as Honeyamren looked up at him.

He had made his way back to her as he flashed a smirk.

She rolled her eyes and marched forward to keep up with her brother as she left Björn in the dust while he shook his head and chuckled to himself.

"How many countries come visit the Southern Isles?" Asked Anna.

"Many." Replied Cassandra who had been admiring the nearby owls that were for sale as her own owl communicated with them. "Even countries you've never even think could exist."

"Yeah there's a lot of people here.." said Kristoff as they continued to follow Björn and Hanna.

"This isn't even our busiest time." Said Hanna who still did her face with her hood as she turned around. "You should see it during the spring or before the holidays. It gets so busy we had to lend the castle grounds at times."

Anna and Elsa stopped dead in their tracks when they saw and heard a literal tigers pass in front of them followed by other small but wild animals. Tamed by its owner but still frightening nonetheless.

Honeymaren and Ryder were in awe by the strange and new looking creature. They've never seen anything like it.

But Kristoff was the one who let out a yelp when he saw it. Anna rolled her eyes at her cowardly ex fiancés reaction.

"You guys have tigers!?" Exclaimed Kristoff with widened eyes.

"Huh? Oh no, no." Said Hanna shaking her head as she watched the tiger go. "Like Cass mentioned, we have many countries pass by the Isles to sell and trade. Especially during this winter time."

"I see.." said Kristoff as he continued to hold his heart.

"But we do have lions in our castle." She added before she walked forward again with Björn who was speaking with a Southern Isles guard who was patrolling the market.

"Oh, that makes sense." Nodded Kristoff until the realization hit him again. "Wait. L-lions!?"

Hans stood in front of the grand entrance of the kingdom where a huge sign that hung in the air built of pure metal and gold. He looked up to the cold winter sky before looking back again in front of him.

The streets were covered in snow but he could clearly see people moving from business to business as construction noises were heard in the distance, expanding more buildings and streets to the already large kingdom.

A few people walked past him without noticing him. He took in a short but struggling sigh as his heavy eyes finally focused to his destination before he finally began to walk forward with the sword and baldric he received from Björn still in his hand.

"Fishes! Get your fishes here!"

"Exotic animals all the way from Asia! Get them while you can!"

"Piercings, jewelry and bracelets for sale!"

Everyone was trying to sell something. Hans walked down without making any eye contact with anyone. His stare was focused and straight down the middle of the long road ahead.

A few people walking by furrowed their brows when they saw the strange man passing by. Not at all thinking anything of it except that he had a familiar face. More people walked past as they gave the same similar expressions.

It wasn't until he started to reach to the peak of the kingdom where more people where they started to question who this man might be.

They would look at each other as if they'd seen a ghost and then look back at the man as he continued to walk with his unfazed pace.

He reached the market at last and stopped as he began to look around. It was busier than what he had remembered. Bigger than the last time he recalled with al sorts of new businesses and stores and people.

His eyes were glowing emerald.

Little by little they began to recognize him and pretty soon everyone was starting to catch up as the word of his return spread like wild fire. The loud business and constructions began to transmit to murmurs and whispers of him.

He began to walk again and this time there was a multitude of people follwing behind him as he passed more people that recognized the former prince with each step he took.

Elsa and Anna were with Hanna and the rest of the group from the ships in the far front where many people from the stands and businesses were trying to convince them to purchase their jewelry, baked goods and just about anything.

Hanna furrowed her brows when she noticed children run past and through their legs and towards their parents to tell them what they saw or what who was coming. Behaving as if they've seen a monster of sorts.

"What's going on?" Asked Anna when she and Elsa also noticed everyone's concentration suddenly focus to another thing.

Even Honeyamren began to notice the crowd staff to shift towards their attention to something else as if they were focused on someone or something passing by.

Kristoff and Damien stood tall trying to catch a glimpse but there was too much people.

They noticed Björn finish speaking with the guard as he returned back with the group and the look on his face was as if he knew what it was.

Hanna now understood very well by the look on her brothers face. Now she understood why he had said what he did.

She took in a deep breath as she also looked towards the direction her people were turning their attention to.

"You'll see." She answered.

At this point the whole multitude were following Hans with each step he took. Children were running to their parents in fear who also stared at the once forgotten man in disbelief.

There was even a group of sailors who were huddled next to a nearby stand when they noticed the familiar and famous face. Hans slightly glanced to them before he looked forward again.

He finally arrived at the main market of the whole kingdom. Right in front of the castle itself. The heart of all of Denmark with everyone surrounding one man.

Everyone quickly moved back and cleared the path as Hans walked forward and stopped to look around. His eyes were still glowing and his stare serious as everyone looked at him.

Elsa and Hanna were within the gathered large group with Hanna nearby. Kristoff, Ryder and Honeymaren among them.

The only one in the middle of the large crown was Hans. The former prince of the Southern Isles.

"Let us pass. Move." Came a sudden voice from the back of the multitude that were surrounding Hans.

A hand slightly pushed a woman and her daughter to the side as then several others made way. And not just for one man. But several.

Elsa's eyes widened as did Anna's.

Nine men each stepped out of the multitude one by one as they each lined up shoulder to shoulder in front of Hans.

They were tall like hans. In fact some were even taller than him. They all shared a similar yet different resemblance. They're eyes and the colors of their natural hair were different but they still looked related in some way or another.

"Seven, eight... nine.. wait." Whispered Anna as finished counting the hall men. "Is that.."

Hanna sighed tiredly as she watched her brother Björn join the other men shoulder to shoulder. Making ten of them.

"Yes.. they're my brothers."

Elsa and Anna's eyes widened. Honeyamaren, Ryder and Kristoff who were nearby were listening before they quickly turned their attention to the middle of the open circle.

The Westergaard brothers.

Hans was staring at every single one of them. Not once glancing away as everyone stared at the princes of their kingdom anxiously.

All of them were holding a weapon in their hand. Standing firm as if they were ready to use it on Hans. Björn was among them but for an entirely different purpose.

He had his hand on his swords handle like many of them except he wasn't facing Hans. He was facing the rest of his brothers. Ready to jump into action and defend his brother in case they went after him.

Hans slowly began to walk up to one of the princes. He was handsome as well but had short dark hair. His eyes were blue and would glow as well but his glare was more viscous than the rest.

"Hello, Ivar." Said Hans smirking at him carelessly as his brothers continued to glare back "There's no mistaking you."

Ivar only continued to glare at him as he breathed inwardly. His stare was so intense it could be terrifying. Hans was obviously taunting him.

"It appears my return is not welcome. You've obviously all made your mind up about me." He said addressing them in a very calm tone as he walked down the line of his half bothers very slowly. "I cannot blame you for that."

All of his brothers gripped their weapons tighter as they watched him continue down the line.

"Well, boys." Said Hans as he stopped in between two of his brothers to stare at them. "Who is going to do it, then? Who's going to kill me?"

Elsa and Anna's eyes widened. Anxiety was building up.

"Well, I don't mind. Go ahead. Please." Said Hans carelessly as he began to walk away and shrug his shoulder before stopping in front of another one of his brothers. "What about you, Aksel? You think you're a man now? Huh?"

Everyone's hearts began to beat faster as they watched the former prince challenge one of his older brothers.

"I dare you." Whispered Hans to him. Just loud enough for everyone else to listen before he gestured to his throat. "Put me out of my misery."

Aksel glared at his younger brother. His honey colored eyes focused on him with his long and pony tailed brown hair in the back of his head.

Anna furrowed her brows at Hans words. Was he crazy? Then she remembered they're conversation from four years ago at her sister coronation. He did say he loved crazy.

"Come on do it. Do it." Smirked Hans as he slightly shoved Aksel with each request. "Do it, do it. DO IT!

He yelled so viscously and with anger that it made Aksel flinch and look away as the rest of the whole multitude startled and yelped. It even scared Elsa and Anna, making them both flinch and jump at the same time.

"Look at these people!" Exclaimed Hans angrily as he gestured to the whole multitude surrounding them. His eyes continued to glow.

"They no longer support me! LOOK!" He exclaimed angrily again as he turned around to adress the whole multitude. "Why would they?

"I was your admiral, and I just left!" He said with a mocking gesture as the Southern Isles sailors who were nearby listening to him. "What kind of leader does that, huh?"

"WHAT KIND OF A PRINCE ABANDONS HIS PEOPLE!" He yelled so angrily to everyone that even the veins in his neck were starting to pop up.

He slowly turned back to his brothers who stood firm with their hands still holding their weapons as they watched him cautiously.

"What kind of a Westergaard son... abandons his brothers." He said now more firmly and quietly as he turned to stare at all of them.

His brothers said nothing. Not once taking their eyes off him.

Elsa turned to Hanna with furrowed brows as if she was hoping she would explain Hans behavior and why he was even daring to challenge his brothers but Hanna only shared the same feelings like Elsa's.

"So who wants to be king?"

Hanna sighed heavily.

No one said a word whatsoever. All of them except the Westergaard brothers seemed to be confused why he suddenly said that.

"You know how this works!" Exclaimed Hans as he took out the sword Björn have to him from his side, startling everyone around him as they slowly backed away a step.

"If you want to be king, you must kill me and you will be one step closer to the throne." Said Hans as he presented the sword with the handle facing him in front of another one of his brothers. "Take it."

The brother did nothing. He only continued to glare at him.

"No? You?" He said as he approached another brother who said nothing. "No?

"What about you?" He continued to question again as he went down the whole line of brothers. Even Björn who was looking at Hans with a confused stare.

"No? No? Anyone!?" Exclaimed Hans as he turned to the rest of the multitude now. Offering the sword to kill him but they all denied in fear.

He drove the sword down the middle of the snowy ground so hard that it scared people to back away again as he stood up and yelled with fury.

"WHO WANTS TO BE KING!?"

Everyone twitched with fear as Hans marched again back to his brothers and directly to the one at the very far end on the right side.

"What about you, Günter. Do you want to be king?" Said Hans challenging him like a snake in the wild. He never once removed glowing his eyes from his brothers.

Günter said nothing as he tried to raise his chin up to seem tougher and taller with his dark brown hair combed too but the truth was that Hans intensity was making them unsure.

Hans continued to stare at his blue eyes before he walked down the line again. He passed several others while staring at them with a glare. Challenging them. Inviting them openly to take their shot.

"Magnus?" Said Hans to another one of his brother without once taking his eyes off him. His hair was long, blonde and curly.

Magnus said nothing. His dark eyes only focused on Hans as he continued to walk again.

"Rudi? Runo?" Said Hans as he glared you at his large and tall brothers. They were the tallest of all of them with ginger hairs.

But not even the large muscular twins said anything. Neither did they even react.

And then Hans stopped dead in his tracks when he met face to face with one who as well shared a similar face like Hans except his hair was darker and his nose smaller.

"Do you want to be king, Erik?" Hissed Hans with anger in his voice as his white teeth flashed like a hungry, preying lion. "Kill me and you are king."

And just like his brothers, Erik did nothing. He only stared at him with his grey colored eyes.

"King Erik!" Announced Hans mockingly to the crowd with a devious chuckle before he suddenly struck Erik with a loud and hard slap. "What are you waiting for!?"

Elsa and Anna joined the crowd in gasping at the sudden display from Hans. Erik's eyes widened at Hans with furrowed brows.

He slapped him again a second time this time just as hard and Erik was more furious as he glared back him. The crowd groaned and backed away again in fear.

"Are you afraid of being a man!?" Growled Hans as Erik glared back.

Elsa shook her head and was tempted to step in and slap him. At least back into reality. Hanna watched with her breath held in. She's seen this familiar glare from her brothers. They were ready to fight.

Hans waited but Erik stood still. But his glare never ceased. It's almost as if he was holding everything back not to stab his own brother at the moment.

Hans finally backed up with rolled eyes as he walked back to the crowd. Almost as if he had given up and was turning to leave back to where he came from.

And then suddenly Erik blinked several times as Ivar who stood next to him noticed him move his finger around in the handle of the blade.

Then Erik stepped forward.

Elsa eyes widened as Anna covered her mouth. The two of them still hiding their faces under their hoods.

Erik waved his sword back and forth as if he was adjusting the blade to his hand more comfortable so he can strike.

Hans noticed noticed someone stepping forward from the corner of his eye as he slowly turned around to face the stranger.

There in fact was Erik standing in front of his brothers. He had accepted Hans invitation.

Bjorn grabbed the handle of his word tightly while Hanna quickly drew out her sword quietly in the crowd without being seen. She too preparing herself to jump in if Erik were to strike.

Her eyes were glowing just like her twins brothers.

Cassandra and the rest of the shield maidens followed Hanna's example as they too drew out their swords quietly.

A small yet devious smirk appeared in the corner of Hans lip as he faced Erik. He nodded slowly at him as if he was reassuring him to continue doing what he had planned.

Hans outstretched his arms out carelessly. Welcoming his brother and his own death.

Erik nervously swallowed as he continued to wave the sword in his hand. Then he took one step closer to him.

Elsa was getting ready to throw a large blast of ice or anything. She didn't know what to do but she and everyone around her watched nervously.

And although Erik took a step forward he couldn't take another. He continued to shake the sword. He wanted to. He wanted to kill him but was having trouble taking the next step.

But Hans wasted no time. Instead he took the steps for him and slowly walked towards Erik until they finally met at eye level.

Honeymaren who was within the crowd watching with crossed arms furrowed brows. Never could she believe the outside world was this violent and this strange.

Everyone surrounding them took in a deep breath as Erik slowly inhaled and raised the blade close to Hans neck. The rest of the brothers watched with furrowed brows. They didn't even know how to feel.

Hans waited. Everyone waited for Erik to do it. Even Erik waited for himself to do it.

His hands continued to shake and he tried to raise the sword as Hans stood there waiting any second for him to do it.

And then suddenly Erik's arm slowly fell back to his side as did his sword. A breath escaped everyone's mouth as did the nerves.

Erik took in a couple of breaths until he suddenly threw the sword right in front of Hans feet. Next to the same sword that Hans had driven to the snowy ground.

Everyone whispered with another as a sigh of relief escaped their lips. They were shocked and couldn't believe what they just witnessed. They were sure they were about to see the Westergaard brothers slay each other.

Hans breathed in and out slowly as he looked back at the ground and then back up to Erik and his brothers. They said no words to each other as everyone continued to stare in unbelief.

Then suddenly murmurs were heard again from the large multitude behind the Westergaard brothers as they all started to make way for someone.

He walked past the people slowly, carelessly bumping into the people with his blue eyes fixed at Hans as he finally made it into the circle.

All of his brothers turned to look at the man before they too quickly made way for him to step forward. Hans watched him come forward with his expression now less serious. His confidence was still there but he was more cautious now and even Elsa could see how Hans demeanor suddenly changed.

The man walked towards Erik and Hans with his arms crossed as he nodded with seriousness. Even Erik stepped aside, showing respect to the man.

He was tall. Besides the large twins he was probably the tallest of his brothers. He seemed older but not enough to have grey hairs or wrinkles.

He had dark brown hair that was long and rachee a little past his neck. His beard was trimmed perfectly, very classical and kept groomed.

He was handsome and clearly in good shape by the size of his shoulders and chest.

His regal uniform was more authentic and expensive then the rest of the other princes. Full of glorious design and medals.

Elsa's eyes widened now realizing who it was. "Is.. that..."

"Kaleb." Said Hanna as she breathed out nervously while she retrieved the sword back into her safety. "Our oldest brother."

The crown prince.

Hans watched Kaleb closely as he finally looked up at him and stared at Hans with a unimpressed and a serious look as the intense silence lingered on.

"Why did you come back." Said Kaleb with his authoritative voice and a deadpanned stare.

And this time unlike he did with the rest of his brothers, Hans couldn't say anything as he watched Kaleb stare at him.

He was speechless.

Suddenly Hanna finally stepped forward into the circle as the whole multitude even Hans and his brothers turned to look at the woman under the mysterious Southern Isles crest covered hood.

Hanna removed it from her head as loud murmurs came again. Seeing their Princess before them.

Kaleb glared at her with his arms still crossed when suddenly two other individuals from behind Hanna stepped forward. And it was clear they were woman by the slender shape of their bodies.

One wearing green colors and the other wearing a white grayish hood. A unique color no one ever saw any woman wear unless it meant it was a wedding of sorts.

Kalebs brows furrowed as he watched the two woman remove their hoods also. Then gasps filled the whole multitude as they saw who it was.

Kalebs sighed heavily with annoyance as he looked up to the sky as if he was getting ready to burden another weight into his shoulders. He knew very well who they were.

And so did the people. By Anna's crown on her head it was very clear. As well as the magical presence of Elsa, the snow queen. The mock up drawings and tales of the snow queen from Arendelle resembled her quiet closely.

None of them said a word as the citizens of Denmark still murmured with one another. All this was too much to take. Not just seeing their disgraced prince once again, but also the legendary snow queen of Arendelle and her sister the ruling queen of Arendelle.

Kaleb turned to look at Björn who in return gave him a small shrug with his shoulder.

"Franz." Came the sudden exclaim from Kaleb.

Franz stepped forward. He looked around the same age as Kaleb. "Yes, brother."

"Escort her majesties back to the castle. Tell the servants to prepare the guest rooms and make sure their things are taken there immediately."

"Of course." Nodded Franz before he looked towards Hans. "And what of the criminal?"

Elsa and the rest turned to look at Hans.

"Well he's that isn't he? A criminal." Said Kaleb as his eyes never once left Hans who was staring back at him a intense look.

Elsa and Anna's eyes widened at what they saw happen next.

Immediately the two large twin Westergaard brothers stepped forward and began to beat Hans down even connecting their boots into his stomach, shoulder and even his back.

Kaleb stood there, emotionless as they continued to beat down their younger brother. He watched as if Hans were some useless street animal.

Hanna growled angrily as she was about to step forward but Björn quickly gave her a hand to stop and instead he jumped forward.

"All right that's enough!" Said Björn as he pushed his brothers off of Hans who was laughing on the snowy ground much to everyone's surprise.

Anna widened her eyes at his continued laughter. He really was crazy.

"Just like old times right?" Said Hans with a sadistic chuckle as he looked up at Kaleb before slowly rising to his feet. "Nothing like a good ol brotherly welcome."

Kaleb glared intensely back at him and it seemed for a moment he wanted to join his brothers in the beating but Björn quickly spoke up.

"Kaleb. You know father wants him alive." Said Björn firmly.

Kaleb continued to glare at Hans with fury who only flared back. He turned to Björn and shoved into his hands the shackles that a nearby guard quickly placed in his hands.

"He's in your care, Björn. You look after him."

Björn sighed as he turned to his brother and began to place the shackles on him again while Hans stayed still and let himself be arrested willfully.

Hans continued to stare at Kaleb with a sadistic half smile, not once removing his eyes from Kalebs before he was guided away from the multitude by Björn and nearby guards. Elsa for a moment was starting to worry if that was the last time she would see him.

But Hanna only stared at Kaleb angrily and if she wasn't interfering than she neither would she, regardless of her worries.

"Take him to the dungeons. Ordered Kaleb as he turned to the enormous multitude of people. "The rest of you are to go back to your normal lives."

No one dared move. No one did anything. They all stayed still as they were still trying to register what they just witnessed.

"Now!" Exclaimed Kaleb with a powerful and authoritative voice.

The people quickly and fearfully returned to their business, their jobs and even their lives. Not daring to disobey the crown prince.

Kaleb sighed as he finally turned around to Elsa and Anna who stood speechless and still while Hanna glared angrily at her older brother.

Honeymaren and Ryder watched with a emotionless face. Living in the forest forced someone to be with their family and even neighbors. Pretty much everyone in the forest was related to everyone.

But seeing what just occurred in front of them and with brothers nonetheless was strange and somewhat terrifying.

"Apologies, your majesties. Please, if you will." Said Kaleb with his hands folded behind his back as he quickly bowed and pointed towards Franz who was returning with a large and royal carriage for the two of them.

Anna quickly nodded, still speechless herself as she and Elsa climbed on top of the carriage with the help of Franz.

Then they headed down the long road towards the mighty and large castle that seemed to expand more and more the closer they got.

The Dungeons of the Forgotten

The large dungeons doors opened as the Southern Isles guard stepped aside, letting Björn and Hans inside as they looked around.

There were several prisoners already inside the cells as the stood up on their feet to see who it was. When they recognized the familiar face they began to murmur to each other.

"He's not staying here." Said Björn to the guard who had let them in.

"Apologies, prince Björn. But we've received no instruction from Prince Kaleb-"

"You're receiving them from me." Said Björn boldly as the guards stopped immediately to look at him apologetically. "He's not staying here with the other prisoners. Open the the private cell."

"That is reserved for the most dangerous prisoners, your highness." Replied the guard.

"You don't think I can be dangerous?" Said Hans suddenly with a brows raised and a sadistic smirk as they all turned to look at him. Even the prisoners.

The guard breathed in slowly before nodding at the two of them. "Very well, follow us."

They walked to the left side of the wall until they reach an end. They turned a few corners until they reached the private cell.

It was larger than the rest of the other cells but had the same style like the others except a few changes.

He was even gifted with a small opening in the wall. A window where he could peek his head and see the people of the Southern Isles lively and it's people walking by.

"We will be sure to bring three meals a day to him. Unless prince Kaleb or-"

"Leave us." Ordered Björn suddenly as he turned to the guards.

The guard quickly cleared his throat and bowed as the rest followed before following captain of the guard out the door.

Hans was walking around the giant cell and looking at every angle and detail he could find. It was all the same. Dark and boring.

"Hmm. Interesting." Said Hans as he sat down on the floor and leaned his back on the concrete wall.

"At least you have a window." Said Björn pointing at the small opening next to the wooden bunk bed that hung by chains on the other side of the wall.

"How thoughtful." Said Hans with a smirk as Björn chuckled and leaned on the other wall facing Hans.

"To be fair your return could have been handled a lot worse."

"Honestly it was boring. I was expecting all of them to join in on the fun." Replied Hans as Björn chuckled again and shook his head.

A moment of silence passed by as Björn looked out the window where he could see their people walking through the cold winter. The storm was staring to pick up as the day went by.

"Does it feel weird being back?" Asked Björn.

Hans shrugged. "Honestly it feels the same. I felt like a prisoner back then too."

"Come on, you know what I meant." Smiled Björn.

"I don't know." Said Hans as he looked forward to the wall. "There's a lot more buildings and stores I don't recognize. Denmark looks.. different. And yet the same to me. Still big. Still cold. Still wet. Just more people. A lot more people actually."

"Still the same annoying brothers too." Said Björn smirking as Hans chuckled and shook his head.

"That'll never change." Sighed Hans as he looked up to the dark concrete ceiling.

"It's definitely grown since the last time you were here." Said Björn as he rose from the wall he was leaned up against. "You haven't even seen the rest of the marketplace. Different countries come to sell and trade their merchandises. Even from Asia."

"Too bad I'll be long gone before witnessing that." Said Hans with brows raised.

Björn sighed heavily as he walked up to his brother.

"Hans I don't think father is going to kill you."

"Really?" Said Hans with sarcastic excitement.

"I'm serious. Didn't you notice Rudi and Runo were holding back their punches? Also did you not notice that none of our brothers joined in either?" Said Björn.

Hans was quiet for a moment as he started to ponder Bjorn's words. Little by little his brows pressed together as he started to realize Björn could be right.

"Why?" Asked Hans simply.

Björn shook his head. "I don't know, brother. But something tells me there is something bigger going on. Guess we'll have to wait to see what father says."

Hans was quiet for a moment as he looked down back at the floor with pressed lips.

"What are you going to say to him when you see him again." Said Björn.

Hans snickered as he shook his head. "I don't know."

Björn nodded as he turned to look out the window again. The storm had picked up hard that the people were now running back inside their respective homes and closing their businesses at least until the storm passed through.

"I have to go. Queen Elsa and Queen Anna are there and chances are father is too." Said Björn.

"Good luck, brother." Said Hans as he gave lazy salute with his two fingers.

"I'll be back soon, brother. I'll make sure they bring you food and I'll inform you everything I hear. I promise." Said Björn as his voice echoed through the dungeons as he quickly dashed out the cell before locking it behind him.

"No hurry." Whispered Hans to himself as he leaned his head back and sighed heavily.

The Southern Isles Castle

The large chariot stopped in front of the large castle. Elsa and Anna were amazed by the structure. It looked so ancient yet so new.

"This way, your majesties." Said Franz as he extended his hand out.

Anna nodded as she grabbed ahold and jumped off quickly first before Elsa did the same. They couldn't keep their eyes off the giant castle. Every detail was mesmerizing. Everything seemed larger than what they were used to. Even the guards who stepped aside and made way for Franz to lead the way inside.

Anna couldn't believe it. It was like every fairytale book she had ever read. The castle was massive with majestic designs. So much so that the architect themselves could have been Elsa.

There was so much history craved in their walls and ceilings and the floors were spotless clean. No evidence of any smudge at all.

And there were guards at every post. Each of them taking their job as serious as the next.

"This way." Said Franz as he respectfully waved forward and extended his arm to the end of the great hall.

They followed him until they reached a large throne. It wasn't anything like the one Anna had. In fact it wasn't like anything any king had.

The throne was solid gold with ancient swords engraved inside. There was even a large lion crest above as it flashed the royal crest epically. Three people could easily fit in the the throne.

Elsa and Anna turned their attention to some large side doors that the guards opened were they saw Kaleb entering from within and walking a fast pace.

"Apologies, your majesties. I did not mean to keep you waiting." Said Kaleb as he quickly walked towards them.

"Oh, um. No need to apologize we just arrived-" Replied Anna until suddenly she was caught off by angry Hanna who was storming up to her older brother.

"You son of a bitch-"

"Hanna. Now's not the time." Retaliated Kaleb with serious brows.

"Are you out your mind? How dare you treat Hans that way and throw him to the dungeons. You're own brother!?"

"Hanna enough. He is a criminal. A fugitive. Did you not see his behavior in front of our people?" Said Kaleb angrily.

"And so you take matter to worse and have Rudi and Runo beat him!?" Yelled Hanna.

"Yes!" Exclaimed Kaleb angrily. Unable to hold in his frustration. "And now he's in the dungeons where he should be and I suggest you learn your place and be the honorable princess who stands and doesn't argue like she should be!"

Silence lingered as the two of them glared at each other angrily. A soft yet serious breath escaped Hanna's lips as she finally took a step back.

Kaleb sighed before he massaged his beard and turned to Elsa and Anna again.

"As I was saying.. we are honored to have you hear, Queen Anna." Said Kaleb as suddenly the rest of his brothers lined up behind Lars and Franz. "Please allow us to introduce ourselves."

Franz stepped forward. His smile gentle yet serious as he took a knee before Elsa and Anna which caught them both by surprise.

His hair was long. Perhaps a little longer than Hans

"Your majesties. I am prince Franz. Second born of my father." He pronounced and bowed his head.

Another stepped forward as he too bowed in respect in front of them. "Your majesties. I am prince Jørgen. Fourth oldest of my father."

Another stepped forward. "I am prince Günter."

One by one they each went forward to show respect to Elsa and Anna. Each of them sharing some sort of a similarity.

Kaleb, Franz, Jørgen, Günter, Aksel, Magnus, Rudi, Runo Erik and Ivar.

All the names Anna had practiced memorizing that morning.

"And you've already met Björn." Said Kaleb as he gestured to Björn who nodded respectfully. "And unfortunately our youngest brother, Hans.."

Anna cleared her throat trying to ignore the side mark.

"We are honored to have you, your majesties. Even if you did come at last minute." He said.

Elsa couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic or serious. But he was starting to bother her. Especially since he never seemed to smile.

"You must be very tired after your long journey. Please allow us to take your belongings and your crew to our guests room. We can even prepare you breakfast if need be."

Kristoff nodded. He was starving.

"Actually, prince Kaleb." Said Anna as she stepped forward as Kaleb turned to look at Anna.

Kristoff rolled his eyes.

"I was hoping I could meet with King Soren right away."

There was a long pause as Kaleb turned to look at his brothers and sharing a look between them before turning back to Anna.

"Our king is not here, your majesty."

"He's not?" Said Anna with furrowed brows. "I.. was told he would be here."

"Where is he, Kaleb?" Asked Björn with furrowed brows as well as Hanna.

"He left to the Northern Isles three days ago. Lars and his men broke into the borders and laid havoc to his our cousin King Eric and his kingdom." Replied Kaleb as Anna and Elsa furrowed their brows.

"Are they all right?" Asked Hanna with worried brows.

"He took a small battalion of our finest men with him. He hopes we can take back the Northern Isles and draw Sweden back into their country. The last I heard was that they made it through the first platoon." Said Lars.

"Why didn't you go with him?" Asked Björn as he turned to the rest of his brothers. "Or any of you?"

"Father ordered us to stay, Björn." Said Günter the fifth oldest.

"One of us has to stay and watch over our kingdom. We're not all away on army tours now are we?" Added Aksel the sixth oldest with sass.

"Oh don't give me that excuse. There's eleven one you!"

"Björn." Said Kaleb firmly as he walked up to Björn. "These were fathers orders. He wanted us to be here to receive all of the royals coming in today."

"But that's not the only reason why is it?" Said Hanna suddenly as Kaleb rolled his eyes and turned around to face her with glaring eyes. "It's because of Hans."

There was a long moment of pure silence as Hanna and Kaleb continued to glare at each other.

"Yes. That too." He said finally as Hanna shook her head and looked away annoyingly as Kaleb turned to look at Elsa and Anna again. "I assure you my father will return victorious. Until then, may we take your things to your rooms?"

"I suppose so." Said Anna nodding after a long moment of doubt.

"Very well." Nodded Kaleb as he gave a gesture and immediately the servants stepped forward to retrieve the luggage's.

Even their servants where faster than Arendelle's. Elsa couldn't even believe how that was possible.

"Hanna." Said Kaleb as he turned to his annoyed sister. "Would you care to accompany Elsa and Anna and show them around our kingdom? Perhaps you can take them to our famous marketplace."

"Of course, brother. I'd be honored to." Replied Hanna sarcastically as Kaleb glared at her.

He turned to Elsa and Anna and began to speak again. "Please excuse me, your majesties. I must go and look over a few other duties. But we shall see you again shortly over dinner."

"Thank you, prince Kaleb." Said Elsa as Kaleb and his brothers all bowed in union and every one of them took off and followed Kaleb out the doors. All except Björn of course.

Hanna let out a frustrated sigh as she saw her brothers leave before she turned to the large group of Arendellians.

"So, who would like a tour?" Asked Hanna as Ryder quickly raised his hand followed by a shy Kristoff and Damien.

"All right than. Pair up and find a touring buddy!" Said Hanna.

"Wait. Why do we need to pair up?" Asked Kristoff.

"Have you not seen what it's like out there? You're going to get lost as easily as a child does in the middle of this winter." Said Hanna.

"She's right. This kingdom is new to you all and we're the only ones who know it like the back of our hand. It's only logical you pair up with someone while touring." Added Björn who stepped forward.

Kristoff snorted as he turned to look at Anna.

"I choose my sister!" Said Anna as he pushed herself beside Elsa when she saw Kristoff look at her.

"Typical." Muttered Kristoff with annoyance.

"I choose Kristina!" Shouted Ryder as Kristina started giggling. Honeymaren rolled her eyes in disgust.

"Mind if I pair up with you?" Asked Björn with a gentle smirk with his hands respectfully behind his back as Honeymaren turned to look at him.

"Fine." Replied Honeymaren rolling her eyes again.

Pretty soon everyone was paired up with each other. The only ones left were Damien and Kristoff who turned to look at each other.

"Well I guess it's just you and me-"

"Lieutenant?" Came the sudden voice from the Southern Isles Princess. "Care to be my touring buddy?"

Damien eyes widened as he clumsily pointed at himself. "Me?"

"I'm sorry. Are you not Lieutenant Damien Mattias?" Replied Hanna with a smirk and brow raised.

Damien cleared his throat. "Yes. Of course.. of course I'd be honored to."

Kristoff watched him Damien leave with Hanna with arms extended out as everyone else in the group who were paired followed behind. "Fine! I'll just go by myself! Who needs a touring buddy anyways! I've been myself my whole life- Uff!

Kristoff felt someone push him rather hard as he turned around with a confused expression.

"What the hell?" He said.

"Come on, pretty boy. Let's not leave you behind to get lost now." Said Cassandra who had pushed him from behind as the shield maidens behind her giggled together.

Pretty soon he was literally surrounded by Cassandra and the rest of the girls as they followed Hanna and the rest of the group out the doors.

The Dungeons of the Forgotten

Hans had been pacing back and forth. He would occasionally look up to the window to see if they were coming to escort him to his father yet.

He adrenaline was still at high level from the intense encounter with his brothers this morning. He began to rub his arms to warm himself up, even breathing hot air into his clasped hands

He had forgotten how unforgivable the winters were back in his home in Denmark. The cell was freezing cold and he almost wished he could have traded Bjorn's sword for a blanket.

"My mother told me..."

Hans stopped pacing immediately when he heard the familiar tune as he turned to the dark dungeon hall.

"Some day I would buy.."

He shot a glance as the heavy boots echoed with each step while the song echoed in the dungeons.

Galley with good oars

Sail to distant shores

Stand up on the prow

Noble barque I steer

Hans glared as he recognize the singing. There in the darkness appeared Kaleb with a lantern held in his hand and his expression unamused as he continued to sing.

Steady course to the haven

Hew many foe-men

Hew many foe-men

That song. That damned song him and his brothers hand sung growing up. He had forgotten completely about it till this very moment.

Hans glared at his older brother as he sat down the lantern on the floor gently before rising again and sighing.

"Ironic isn't it? The Dungeons of the Forgotten." He began.

"What's so ironic about that." Bit Hans back.

"You of course. Seeing as how we all had forgotten about you. And now being locked in these dungeons.. it's almost as if it were destiny." Said Kaleb.

"Well I think many people out there can argue with that assumption. Seeing as to how they all stopped to stare at me." Said Hans.

"Can you blame them? It's as if they were seeing a ghost." Said Kaleb as he slowly walked up to the bars between them. "A ghost who was excommunicated and stripped as admiral, prince and son."

"Seems to me your the one who hasn't forgotten me." Said Hans pridefully with a devious smirk.

"Oh you couldn't be more wrong, brother. I had forgotten all about you. That is until Hanna came back from Arendelle and told us about you. Showing us that delusional contract created with queen Anna." He retaliated.

"So this must be some sort of nightmare for you huh?" Mocked Hans as Kaleb continued to glare at him. "Having me back in the Isles per fathers request. Oh boy it must kill you."

"Nightmares? No, no. It isn't me who you should be worried about having nightmares." Said Kaleb as he continued to stare at him. "You've been brought back and I will make sure you pay for your sins and your crimes-"

"Yeah yeah can we get on with it already? Jesus. If you're gonna execute me then do it already." Kaleb said nothing as he continued to glare at Hans who stuck his hands out. "What do you need an audience? You had the chance back in the market what's stopping you now!"

"Unlike you, Hans. I have orders from father himself that you are to be kept safe until he returns. Of course you couldn't possibly understand this. Seeing as to how much you've betrayed him and our kingdom."

"Ah yes, the admiral prince who turned evil. Give me a break. Like all of you are so innocent." Retaliated Hans turning his back to him. "All the people you and our brothers have murdered for fathers crown."

"We serve our father and our kingdom. Something you used to do as admiral."

Kaleb noticed Hans tense up at the mention of the word admiral. His heart was still clearly attached to the navy and to the sea.

"It's a damn shame really. You served well as admiral and strengthened our waters by keeping pirates and raiders away. And you were somewhat useful during the wars-"

"Oh shut the hell up. You and my brothers mocked me for not following you guys into the army." Bit Hans before he added. "Speaking of which what happened to my crew."

"What do you think happened? We punished all of them." Said Kaleb as Hans eyes widened. "All of them were stripped and kicked out of the navy and sentenced to life for their crimes.

Hans Heart dropped.

"Every single one of them." Added Kaleb just to add more fuel to the fire.

"You son of a bitch!" Exclaimed Hans angrily as he jumped forward and grasped the metal bars separating him and his brother. Kaleb didn't flinch once. "That was my crew! My men! They followed my orders-"

"Then I suppose you must have been a poor admiral after all." Retaliated Kaleb as Hans glared evilly and shook his head. "Incredible isn't it? You were a failure even as a admiral."

"Where are they. Set them free you have me in shackles let them go. They did nothing wrong." Demanded Hans

"I can't." Said Kaleb. "And not because I don't want to but... well.. let's be honest it's because I don't want to."

"KALEB!" Exclaimed Hans.

"But it's because they're gone, little brother." Added Kaleb as Hans eyes widened again.

"What do you mean they're gone.." said Hans softly.

Kaleb snorted. "Do you need me to spell it out for you? They're gone, Hans. All of them were executed like I ordered them to be."

"No.." said Hans shaking his head. "You're lying."

"Oh please." Kaleb said. "You know better than anyone, brother. I don't lie."

Hans screamed angrily as he went to grab Kalebs throat but Kaleb was too quick and too strong as he grabbed Hans collar first and slammed him to the bars face first.

"Now listen to me little brother and listen closely." Growled Kaleb angrily. "I don't know why father brought you back. And quiet frankly I don't care."

"You sure about that?" Retaliated Hans as he struggled to feel himself as his anger grew larger. But Kaleb had the advantage and held him firmly.

"But so help me God I will make sure you are punished for your crimes. I will make sure you face execution. And I will kill you one day." He added.

"What's stopping you now? Scared?" Challenged Hans.

"Unlike you little brother I obey and honor our father and king. Even if I may not agree with him." Retaliated Kaleb as he finally let go of Hans.

He fixed the collar of his black tunic while he glared at Kaleb with his emerald eyes beginning to glow.

"They're they are. Those glowing eyes." Said Kaleb as he stared at Hans. "Glowing just like when we were children remember? When you were in risk of serious danger."

Kaleb picked up the lantern from the ground before bringing it close to his face.

"And with me back on your life, believe me brother you are in serious danger." He threatened as Hans continued to glare at Kaleb who turned his back to him and began to walk away. "Make yourself at home. You might as well get used to it."

He disappeared into the darkness with his footsteps echoing again before Hans heard him open the dungeon doors and closing them behind him.

Leaving a angry Hans to himself.

The Southern Isles Marketplace

The tour had officially begun and it everyone was pair up with someone. All except Kristoff who was forced to be surrounded with Hanna's shield maidens.

The air was very cold and strong. It seemed even the snow on the ground filled up more than the last time they were out.

"I didn't realize how cold it gets here, Princess Hanna." Said Anna as she warmed up her hands.

"Yeah it feels colder here than it does in Arendelle." Said Elsa as she waved her hand and summoned ice particles with ease as they hovered over her hand. "Even my magic feels stronger here."

"That's because our winters in Denmark are harsher than other Scandinavian countries. Our ground is colder too." Replied Hanna.

"Perfect for ice harvesting." Said Kristoff suddenly as he picked up snow from the ground and began to feel it around his hands. "Gosh I wish Sven could see this. We could get a lot of work done here."

"Oh fascinating about ice harvesting how am I not surprised." Commented Anna with obvious sass as Elsa bumped her elbow so she could relax.

Kristoff rolled his eyes.

Honeymaren was soaking up the whole tour as she looked around the many stores, building and neighborhoods. She had no other choice but to do that. Her brother was too focused with his new girlfriend.

She shook her head with annoyance as she saw Ryder and Kristina giggle with one another. She would even occasionally drag him to a store to try this treat and a drink.

Pathetic. She thought to herself. How easily her brother folded to his girlfriend was pathetic to her. She could puke.

"They seem rather in love don't they?" Came the sudden comment from Björn who had been walking near Honeymaren with his hands behind his back.

"How would you know? You don't know my brother." Retaliated Honeymaren looking at him and then looking away.

"This is true." Nodded Björn. "But then again I am a man."

"Uh, yeah. So?"

"So. Naturally I understand a man's feelings better than you can." He added.

"Oh we're going down that route now are we? I'm a man so I can understand. Give me a break." Said Honeyamren with a mocking manly voice.

"It's true!" Chuckled Björn at her. "All men think alike and when we are in love with someone we'll do just about anything to have her love us back."

"Yes all men do think alike I suppose. You all behave like pigs." She said.

"Wait, what? What do you mean pigs--"

"Prince Björn! Prince Björn! "

"Over here prince Björn! Notice me!"

Sudden loud exclaims from three young Danish girls that were near the steps of a building were waving and trying to get the handsome princes attention.

Björn turned to look at the young girls and gave a wave followed by a devious wink as the young Danish girls squealed and jumped up and down like they just saw the Jesus themselves.

They ran up to Björn to try to touch him, hug him and even grab unto him as they shouted pleads to him.

Hanna along with Elsa, Anna and everyone else turned to look at Björn who was desperately trying to find a way to walk away from the desperate young girls.

"Is.. that usually-"

"Normal? Oh completely." Said Hanna finishing Anna's sentence. "My brothers have a whole cult of women desperately wanting to be married and even impregnated by my brothers."

Elsa cleared her throat at hearing such a claim.

"Take me back to your quarters, prince Björn!" Pleaded one of the girls

"Please prince Björn I'll be a faithful wife to you and make you breakfast in bed all day!" Pleaded another.

"Prince Björn! Here's my address on this piece of paper." Said one of the desperate Danish girls as she shoved a piece of paper at the princes chest before she was suddenly dragged away by the Southern Isles guards along with her other friends.

"I'll be waiting for you tonight! Just come on in the door will be open! I'm ready to give you more sons than all of your brothers combined!" She exclaimed before she was silenced by one of the guards.

Björn quickly turned back to Honeymaren who had observed the whole thing with her arms crossed an brow raised as if she was proud her point was proven.

"Ahem. Anyways..." said Björn as he quickly stuffed the paper into his pocket. "Where were we? Uhh..."

His cheeks were turning red of embarrassment. He was never embarrassed.

"My point proven. Men also think with only half of their brain." Mocked Honeymaren. "Besides what do you know about love? You're just a spoiled and rotten prince that's been fed everything to him from the looks of it."

"Ouch." Said Björn finally able to grab his composure. "Okay that's not fair."

"Is it?" Asked Honeymaren.

"Okay what did my brother do to you that made you hate me or royals so much."

"It's not so much royals as it is your family." Added Honeymaren. "All of you are spoiled and hungry for power. I've seen it in Hans and even saw it earlier today with all your brothers. The only normal one seems to be Hanna."

Björn snickered as Honeymaren turned to look at him.

"That's right. Hanna. Also known as not a man." Added Honeymaren.

"Wow. So now men are the problem too." Nodded Björn with a surprised expression.

"No. Men are reindeers." She said.

"Reindeers?" Said Björn with a confused brow raised.

"They act dumb at times, childish and can whine about just anything. They're a handful but if you put it to work they can be useful. But Westergaard men are worse than reindeer." Said Honeymaren.

"Whats worse than a reindeer?" Asked Björn with a brow raised.

"Snakes." Said Honeymaren turning to look at him. "Slithering snakes. They can never be trusted."

Björn smirked as Honeymaren shot Björn one last glare before she walked quickly to keep up with the group and get away from Björn.

"She is something else.." He chuckled and shook his head at the beautiful Northuldran girl.

They large groups continued to walk through the snowy ground as many people cleared path for them. Elsa and Anna would notice how the people would greet and say hello to Hanna so happily.

They praised her and would smile at her like she was a member of their family.

"You're very popular among your people, Princess Hanna. You can tell they love you." Said Elsa as children passed by greeting the Princess while she tickled them and played with them.

"And I love them just as much. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I'm the only Princess and daughter in my family but I still love my people the same." She said.

They passed through a few building until they finally arrived at a bakery store. The delicious smell of it was evident.

"Whoa. Something smells amazing." Said Anna as she continued to sniff the air.

"And you'll soon see why! I can't wait to introduce you to the Poulsons." Said Hanna as she approached the doors.

"Who're they?" Elsa asked.

"They make the finest pastries in The Southern Isles." Hanna said as they approached the store. "Our mother used to take me and Hans to their shop all the time."

There was a long silence but Hanna quickly continued where she left of.

"And thankfully Mr. and Mrs. Poulson are always kind to me and Hans. They basically consider us their grandkids."

"Hey, what's that Lady selling?" Anna said pointing to a small stand that had gotten her attention.

"Hmm, Madrigal's Enchanted Bakery." Hanna said, reading the Danish written on the sign. "Must be one of those temporary stands the travellers use to sell their products."

"Interesting. May we go see?" Elsa asked as it too caught her attention.

"I don't see why not." Hanna replied with a shrug.

The trio then went towards the small stand while Björn was left showing the rest of the tour with the remaining group.

"Excuse me?" Hanna asked.

Anna sniffed the scent of fresh baked items.

"Mmm... Wow, that smells good." Anna said with a surprised face.

Just then a dark-skinned woman with black hair that was slowly greying done up in a bun at the back appeared at the window. She looked to be about 50 years old. She had a blue dress on with an apron overtop of that.

"Sorry about that, my husband is still learning how to operate the stove. Anyways, what would you like?" The woman said with a very heavy Spanish accent.

Hanna removed her hood, making the woman gasp in surprise.

"Ay Dios mío. You are the princess, aren't you?" She asked with widened eyes.

Hanna nodded but was taken back when she heard her exclaim to a man with a silly thin mustache behind her.

"Agustin! Es la princesa!"

Elsa and Anna noticed how panicked the man got when he realized the Princess of the kingdom was at their stand as he turned around very clumsily.

"Oh my goodness! Where are our manners? Greetings, your highness. I'm Julieta. Julieta Madrigal and this is my husband Agustin." She said as she and her husband began to take a knee.

"That is not necessary! Please!" Said Hanna as she quickly grabbed the two of them and stood them up gently. "My friend and I were passing by and noticed your stand from a far off."

"Oh. You eh noticed us. Hehe." Chuckled the nervous husband.

"Where are you from, Julieta?" Elsa asked with a gentle smile.

"Well, we come from Spain. We've been living there for a few months for our business but we are originally from Colombia." Said Julieta.

"Whoa. Colombia. Isn't that in South America? You are a long way from home." Said Hanna crossing her arms.

"How are you able to survive this winter?" Asked Anna as she warmed up her hands.

"Oh we haven't been." Chuckled Agustin nervously.

"In Colombia it does not snow. It is sunny all day of the year." Said Julieta.

"That would be a nice change. Here in Scandinavia we deal more with the winter than we do other seasons." Said Anna as they chuckled in union.

"So, what's your top-selling item right now?" Asked Hanna as she turned to the interesting food on display.

"Well we sell Colombian bakery. And in Colombia we make our famous Arepas Con Queso. Would you like a batch?" Said Julieta.

"Well, I guess there's no harm in trying, so sure!" Answered Anna with excitement.

Julieta then grabbed a small paper bag and set it on the counter as she began to grab the freshly baked arepas with the help of her husband.

"How much?" Hanna asked, reaching into her pocket for her money pouch.

"Oh, don't worry about that--" said Julieta until Hanna interrupted her.

"Oh no, I must pay for these." Said Hanna.

"Please, I insist!"

"Well, respectfully Julieta, I'm royalty, so I decide how this argument goes." Hanna said firmly and with a smile as she placed her money pouch on the counter. Julieta's eyes widened.

"Oh, your highness... we don't know what to say." Said Agustin.

"Don't say anything at all. We'll be on our way with our arepas. Right? That's how you pronounce it? Hanna said.

"Yes! O-of course! T-thank you for you patronage, your highness!" Julieta said, trying hard to keep her joy from bursting out.

Hanna then smiled and she, with Elsa and Anna bowed to Julieta and in tow, made their way back to the Danish bakery nearby where Hanna was looking forward to showing them.

As they walked, they passed by two younger women, one was surprisingly strong, carrying two large sacks of flour effortless in her arms, while the other was wearing glasses and was clearly not as strong, struggling to even carry one sack over her shoulder

"Ugh, this sucks." Said the girl with glasses.

"Come on, Mirabel, we're almost there." Replied the strong girl.

"Luisa, why is it that we're stuck here in the freezing cold doing errands for Mamá, while Isa gets to visit Tiá Pepa in Germany?"

The strong girl simply just shrugged.

"They must be Julieta and Agustin's daughters." Hanna said as they walked by. "Then again I don't understand Spanish so.."

The trio then entered the store as the door movement made the cow bell tied up make a noise of announcement.

Hanna was surprised to find that it was emptier than it usually was as she looked around. There were even packed boxes and empty ones lined up too.

"Hello? Mrs. Poulson?" Hanna called.

A door behind the counter opened and Mrs. Poulson walked out. She gasped when she saw Hanna.

"My goodness! Princess Hanna! What a pleasant surprise! Marcus! Come out here! It's Princess Hanna!"

Mr Poulson came out shortly after.

"Well I'll be!" Exclaimed Mr Poulson with a large smile.

Hanna went up to them and wrapped her arms around the two of them as they hugged her back joyfully.

Elsa and Anna couldn't help grin a little. The way Hanna was welcomed by them really was as if she was a granddaughter of theirs.

"To what do we owe the pleasure, your highness." Said Mr Poulson.

"Oh stop that!" Giggled Hanna as she playfully slapped Mr Poulsons big belly to which he chuckled joyfully.

"I actually wanted to introduce you to two very good friends of mine." Said Hanna as she stepped aside revealing the two sisters. "This is Queen Elsa and Queen Anna of Arendelle."

"Oh, your majesties." Said the Poulsons as they bowed to the two of them respectfully. "It is an honor to have you here."

"The honor is ours." Smiled Anna in return as Elss smiled and nodded as well.

"How are you enjoying The Southern Isles so far?" Asked Mrs Poulson.

"Well besides the freezing cold.." said Anna as the Poulsons laughed. "We love it so far."

"We've never been to Denmark so all this is quiet thrilling and new for us." Added Elsa.

"And let me guess. You have this trouble maker here giving you a tour." Said Mr Poulson as be pinched Hanna's cheek to which she giggled at.

Elsa covered her mouth and laughed.

"You bet I'm give them a tour! And of course I just had to bring them to my favorite place in the whole kingdom and try its famous bakery." Said Hanna.

"Oh, well you're in luck! I have just two fresh batch left." Mrs Poulson replied.

"Just two left? Busy day today?" asked Hanna with furrowed brows as she followed them to the counter.

She was so used to the bakery being so busy. It was usually filled with goods all over the store

But the Poulsons were silent for a moment when Hanna had said that, making the Princess worry even more.

"Johanne, I think we should tell her." Mr. Poulson said turning to his wife.

"Uh.. tell me what?" Asked Hanna with concern in her voice now and a brow raised.

"You're right, Marcus." Mrs. Poulson said with a sigh before she turned to the worried Hanna. "I'm so sorry, darling. But Mr. Poulson and I are closing up shop and retiring.'

Hanna's eyes widened. Her heart dropped at hearing that.

"What?"

"With everything going on, the war and winter, we've decided we need to do what's best for our family. That includes leaving The Southern Isles." Said Mrs. Poulson.

Hanna's heart shattered. "You're... leaving?"

They both nodded. Elsa and Anna Looked at each other and then at Hanna. The expression on her face looked so somber.

"When?" Hanna asked.

"Tomorrow. There's a ship heading to Mariager in the morning. Our daughter and her husband have home there we can stay." Mrs. Poulson said.

"There aren't that many people in Mariager." Hanna said.

"Which makes it the perfect place to retire for us old folks." Mr. Poulson said with a smile and a slight chuckle.

"But.. that means I won't be seeing you anymore.." Hanna sighed heavily as she hugged herself.

"We're sorry to leave you so suddenly, but it's not safe here anymore. And we're only getting older. Besides you know how fragile Mr Poulsons knees have gotten." Said Mrs Poulson.

"I'm going to have start using a cane soon." Chuckled Mr. Poulson trying to lighten the mood. "Besides.. The Southern Isles just isn't what it used to be. We hardly recognize anyone now."

"No, I-i understand." Hanna said. "I mean, I'm not happy about it, but I understand nonetheless."

The Poulsons smiled at Hanna as the sweet and tender old lady went up and wrapped her gentle hands around Hanna's cheeks.

"You'll always have a special place in our heart, Hanna. We've known you since you were but a baby. And now you've become a strong beautiful woman just like your mother. Seeing you and Hans grow was one of the greatest things that has happened to us." She said lovingly.

"You two have so good to me and my brother. I don't know what we'll do without your generosity." Hanna said bitterly as tears threatened to escape her eyes.

"I think you'll do just fine, dear. Both you and your brother." Said Mrs. Poulson as she began to fill up the freshly baked goods into several bags.

Hanna smirked. "So you heard."

"The whole country has heard, darling." Said Mrs. Poulson as she continued to fill up the goods.

"We're just happy he's alive and well. We always have him in our prayers." Added Mr. Poulson as Hanna smirked.

"I packed some extra so you can share with Hans." Said Mrs. Poulson as she approached Hanna. "And please do give Hans a big hug from us."

Hanna pressed her lips at the care they showed her brother.

Elsa and Anna were taken back by the amount of love they showed Hans. Which was a rare sight from someone who wasn't related to him.

"He's a good kid. He always has been." Smiled Mr Poulson.

Hanna's heart ached as her mind drifted to the thought of her brother being executed. She quickly got rid of them and smiled and the elderly couple.

"Well, thank you both, for everything. I pray that you and your family find happiness in Mariager." She said.

"We'll be just fine, darling. Besides our grandchildren are there too. They've been sending us letters every day to hurry and move already." Chuckled Mrs. Poulson

"Those little rascals." Chuckled Mr. Poulson as he helped his wife through walk back to the Princess and Elsa and Anna.

Hanna smelled the bags near her nose as she took them from Mrs. Paulsons hands.

"Wow.. I am gonna miss that smell." Smiled Hanna.

"Mmm... it does smell good. Right Elsa?" Said Anna also inhaling the sweet smell.

"Mmm.. it does." Said Elsa as she also took in a deep breath.

"Thank you, both. Once again." Said Hanna as she wrapped her arms around the two of them.

"You are most welcome, darling. And thank you for your kind words.. Oh! I almost forgot! Marcus go get the recipe book." Said Mrs. Poulson.

"Yes dear." Smiled Mr. Poulson as he quickly made his way to the back of the store.

"Recipe book?" Said Hanna furrowing her brows with a smirk.

"I must leave you with something to remember me by." Said Mrs. Poulson as her husband made his way back with the a book in his hand he raised for everyone to see.

"For you, Princess Hanna." Chuckled Mr. Poulson as he handed the book to Hanna.

She took the book into her hands and read the cover.

Poulsons Recipe's.

"No way. " she said with her jaw dropped. "Mr and Mrs Poulson I can't take this--"

"Oh yes you will! This recipe book belongs to you now." Said Mrs. Poulson.

"But.. how will you make bakery for yourselves of your grandchildren!"

"Oh darling. We've been baking every day since before you were born. I have all my recipes here." She said gesturing to her head.

"That's right. It's one thing we'll always have with us no matter how old we get." Chuckled Mr. Poulson.

Hanna smiled at them both as she gave them one last hug.

"Thank you both.. I'll miss you so much.."

"We'll miss you too, darling. But this isn't goodbye." Said Mrs. Poulson.

"Yeah if you're ever in Mariager! make sure to come visit us old geezers." Said Mr. Poulson with a chuckle as Elsa and Anna also laughed with him.

"And this time you'll be the one baking us goods." Winked Mrs. Poulson as Hanna erupted into laughter.

"I'll take you up for that challenge! I love you both, safe travels!" Said Hanna as she waved one last time before she turned to leave.

"We love you too, Hanna." Said Mrs. Poulson as she and her husband waved to her goodbye.

They walked out of the store and back out to the cold winter.

"They were really sweet." Said Elsa as they followed Hanna back to the group where Biörn and the others were at seeing another stand nearby.

"They really were! No wonder you and Hans loved going there." Said Anna.

"I'm gonna miss them. Here, try this." Hanna said, holding out two danishes, one each for the sisters.

Anna and Elsa were surprised by Hanna's sudden action, but each took a danish. They each took a bite and their eyes immediately widened.

"What's wrong? Are they not good?" Hanna asked with a concerned look on her face.

"No! I-i mean yes! No I mean-!" Anna stuttered, overcome by the delicious new taste of the Danish pastry she had just tried for the first time.

"It's delicious!" Elsa exclaimed with joy in her face as Anna returned to devouring the Danish as if she were a little child.

Elsa did the same, which was a rare sight to behold but a entertaining one nonetheless.

Hanna smiled and laughed. "Come on, let me escort you two back to your guest rooms."

And with that, the trio headed back to the castle.

The Dungeons of the Forgotten

Hans sighed heavily as the cold fog escaped his lips. He hasn't moved once from his spot since Kaleb had left and he continued to look into nothing. He wasn't even thinking anything. His mind was completely blank.

The news he heard about his old crew made him go numb. When he had heard it it's almost as if a giant wall made of brick slapped him in the face.

His ear rose when he heard the echo of the large dungeon doors unlocking and then opening. He heard a pair of boots step inside and immediately a loud exclaim of howling, whistling and perverted comments escaped all the prisoners mouths.

They were catcalling.

Hans brows furrowed. At first her thought he thought it might be Björn of Kaleb. Were the prisoners in here for so long they found men like their own brothers attractive now?

"Björn?" Said Hans as he slowly stood up from the wooden bunk bed. He didn't expect him to be back with food so quickly.

"You wish." Came the sassy response.

Hans rolled his eyes. That explained the horny prisoners.

"Hanna what are you doing? You shouldn't be here." Said Hans as he slowly walked up to the locked prison cell where his sister was appearing with a lantern in her hand.

"Oh really? Well I guess you won't be wanting these then?" Said Hanna with sass as she raised a bag full of Danish treats in the other hand before she threw into Hans hands.

His brows furrowed as he slowly opened the bag and then immediately his eyes widened. He knew that familiar and delicious smell anywhere.

"No way!" Said Hans as he opened the entire bag up like it was Christmas morning. The freshly baked pastries smell was so strong that it filled his whole cell.

"Ahhhhh..." moaned Hans as he took in a deep inhale with his nose inside the bag. "You went to Poulson Pastries!?"

"Duh why wouldn't I? I even took Queen Elsa and Queen Anna with me." Said Hanna as she opened the cell and entered while Hans took a bite of one of the freshly baked Danish. "It's a good thing to because it was their last day."

"Mm Mmm?" Grunted Hans as he turned to look at Hanna with a confused expression and his moth full.

"You heard that right. Last day." Said Hanna as she joined Hans and sat on the wooden bed next to him. "The current conflict has gotten so bad that they've decided to just retire early. They're moving with their daughter and her husband in Mariager."

"How awful.." said Hans as he took another bite of the Danish. His eyes rolled back in delight. "I could cry.."

Hanna chuckled as she watched Hans devour the Danish again before reaching for another pastry. He was eating them like he had been starved for years. He was moaning with each bite. It's as if he was a little kid again.

"All right slow down weirdo. I know you haven't had sugar in years but don't eat too much. You need to eat dinner first. Speaking of which when are they bringing you it?" Said Hanna.

"Björn said he'd be bringing it. Regardless I don't care." Said Hans as he popped in the last bite of the pastry into his mouth. "Oh how I missed this.."

Hanna smiled again at her brother as she closed the bag of the pastries before putting it to her side. She leaned back on the wall and sighed.

"How are the Arendellians?" Said Hans as he licked the sugar off his fingers.

Hanna chuckled and rolled her eyes.

"They're fine I suppose. I took Elsa and Anna around the marketplace and gave them a brief tour while Honeymaren and Ryder tagged along and went with Kristina. A couple of others too. It ended abruptly though due to the storm coming in again."

"And what about our father?" Said Hans clearing his throat. "I suppose he's just counting down the seconds to give the order-"

"He isn't even here." Answered Hanna.

Hans furrowed his brows. "What?"

"You heard right. He's not here. He went with a small militia to the Northern Isles to aid our cousin Eric." Said Hanna.

"When is he returning?" Asked Hans.

"Tomorrow supposedly. There's still a couple kingdoms he invited that are set to arrive before he does." Said Hanna.

"Great. Guess I get to spend a whole another day alive. I was hoping it would be today already." Said Hans shaking his head in disappointment as he rolled his eyes.

"Would you stop saying things like that! It isn't funny." Said Hanna as she leaned forward.

"Who said I was trying to be funny?" Chuckled Hans as he turned to look at his sister. But his devious smirk vanished when he saw how serious Hanna was and not at all impressed. "I'm sorry."

Hanna sighed heavily after a long moment as she crossed her arms and leaned back at the wall with Hans.

"You were reckless out there you know? Challenging our brothers like that." Said Hanna.

"I hate them, Hanna. You know that." Said Hans.

Hanna sighed again as she looked down to the floor. "They're not bad people, Hans. I know it's hard to see that but they are our brothers."

"The only one who's ever really been a brother to me is Björn." Said Hans. "I thought Lars was okay too but now I hate him more than anyone."

"Even Kaleb?" Said Hanna with a brow raised.

"Honestly, yes. Kaleb will always be Kaleb. His ego is bigger than the whole kingdom. He's always desired to be king."

"Correction. All of our brothers have desired to be king, Hans. Even you at one point." Said Hanna.

"Only to impress father." Said Hans with a tiresome smirk. "And look where that got me?"

"I know. But the only thing I care about right now is that your alive. So do me a favor and don't pick any more fights with our brothers. Especially Kaleb." Said Hanna.

"You do know there's thirteen of us right? Asking us not to pick a fight is like asking the sun to never rise. Nothing will change between us. Ever." Said Hans.

"Look. Maybe your right. Or maybe I'm right." Said Hanna as she shrugged and stood up on her feet. "But all I know is our brother is out there behaving like no one has seen before. If Lars can get back to his senses than all this can be resolved. Even this pointless conflict."

"You're mind plays games with you, Hanna." Said Hans. "The Lars we knew isn't what he used to be. You shouldn't have hope for him."

Hanna turned to look at Hans with a gentle smile. "I'll always have hope, Hans. Especially for you."

Hans said nothing as he breathed in heavily as Hanna walked back out the cell.

"I'll be back tomorrow so try get some sleep. I feel tomorrow is going to be a long day." Said Hanna as she closed the cell door behind her. "Oh and Queen Elsa mentioned something about Sitron's hair? Said she was wanting to get him a trim."

"No! Hanna tell her not to trim his hair!" Exclaimed Hans as he rose to his feet in panic.

"Got it. I'll tell her to go ahead and do it." Said Hanna as she winked at him and left.

"Damn it, Hanna!" He exclaimed but it was too late. He knew she wouldn't listen.

Hans rolled his eyes and sat back down on the bed as he heard his sisters boots echo down the prison before the loud catcalling and whistled from the horny prisoners returned again as they watched the princess walk.

"Oh you wish you could have me!" Said Hanna to them with sass as the guards opened the dungeon doors for her to leave. "Oh! Hey Björn!"

The large dungeons doors closed and moments later it was who Björn appeared in front of Hans cell with a confused look on his face as he held the tray of food in his hands.

This time no horny prisoners whistling at all.

"What was our sister doing in here?" Asked Björn as he turned to look at Hans.

Hans shrugged. "Being our sister."

The Southern Isles Castle

Hanna, Elsa and Anna walked together with Damien a few steps behind as he held a lantern in his hand. The castle was preparing to retire for the night.

Only a few servants were left but they were night crew that were there to serve any royal during the night.

"I apologize our tour was cut off so abruptly. I wish we could show you more of our kingdom." Said Hanna.

"You have nothing to apologize for, Princess Hanna. We had a great time spending the day with you and getting to know your home." Replied Anna.

"Next time we'll have to visit our famous Garden of Freya. Of course that'll probably have to be during the spring when the flowers are blooming." Said Anna as they arrived at Elsa's and Anna's guest quarters.

The guards nearby nodded their hands when they saw Anna gesture to them to open the doors for them. Elsa and Anna were taken back how huge the room was. It was bigger than any guest room they had at Arendelle.

"Thank You, Princess Hanna for such a wonderful day. We'll he sure to join you for breakfast in the morning." Said Elsa turning around to Hanna again.

"The pleasure was all mine, your majesties. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me or anyone in case you are in need of something. We shall see each other again in the morning. And let's hope my father returns tomorrow too." Said Hanna.

"You think he'll be arriving tomorrow?" Asked Anna.

"From what I hear my father and his men where making a final tour around the kingdom of the Northern Isles. It may mean they've already succeeded in in obtaining the kingdom again." Said Hanna as she pulled out a small bag of pastries behind her.

"Oh!" Said Anna in surprise when she saw the bag and recognized the smell.

"A gift from me to you, your majesties." Said Hanna as she gave the pastries to Anna.

"You are very kind, Princess Hanna." Smiled Elsa.

"Anything for you both." Smiled Hanna as she curtsied respectfully to the two of them. "Good night and sleep well, your majesties."

Elsa and Anna nodded as they watched Hanna and Damien leave back down the hall as the lantern light dimmed by every step they took.

"Wow. Look at this place, Elsa." Said Anna entering the room as Elsa closed the door behind her. "It's massive!"

"It is quiet big.." said Elsa as she began to look around. "And spacious."

Anna sat down at the end of the large guest bed before she opened up the bag of goodies before and pulled out a pastry and took a bite from it.

"Mmmm. No disrespect to the Andersen's famous bakery shop in Arendelle. But this is these are the best pastries I've ever had in my life."

Elsa sat down next to Anna as she reached inside for one and also took a bite.

"Mmmm.." Moaned Elsa as she closed her eyes. "It just gets tastier with each chew."

Anna laughed at her sister.

Meanwhile Damien and Hanna were walking down the hall with a respectable distance between the two of them. Hanna with her hands in front of her and Damien with one hand behind his back.

"I hope you enjoyed the tour as well, Lieutenant." Said Hanna.

"I most certainly did, your highness." Answered Damien. "The Southern Isles is a extraordinary kingdom like anything I've ever seen before."

"Oh I'm sure it doesn't compare to Arendelle." Chucked Hanna.

"Well .. I do love Arendelle and am proud to serve her.." said Damien.

"I can tell." Nodded Hanna.

"You can? How?" Asked Damien turning to her.

"By the way you present yourself." Said Hanna. "You're always so focused yet calm all the time. And I can see in your eyes the care you have for Arendelle and her majesties."

Damien swallowed shyly. Even his cheeks were starting to get hot. Did someone light a fire nearby? He had no idea why he was feeling this way at the moment.

"Well I'm here." Said Hanna as they stopped at her giant quarters. "Thank you for escorting me back to my room, Lieutenant."

"Of course, your highness. The pleasure is all mine." Bowed Damien.

"You remember where your guest room is?" Asked Hanna.

"Yes. Just the down the hall and to the right where we came from Queen Elsa and Queen Anna." Said Damien.

Hanna smiled as there was a long silence between the two of them. Both of them looked away at times trying not too make too much eye contact.

Hanna played with her fingers nervously while Damien pretended he was adjusting the lanterns light to make sure the fire didn't go out.

"We'll goodnight!" Said Hanna suddenly as she quickly opened her door and closed it behind her leaving a stunned Damien.

Hanna breathed out a embarrassing and painful sigh as she slapped her forehead. Why the hell did she just do that.

Hanna quickly looked down to her feet where the lantern began to dim away from the doors small opening until it was entirely gone.

Hanna exhaled a tired breath again as soon as it was gone. She quickly stripped herself naked and changed into her nightgown, let down her hair and jumped into her large bed.

She let out a tiredly yawn as she snuggled into the cold sheets and pillows. The feeling felt so soothing as her warm body temperature made contact with it.

It had been a eventful day with lots of walking.

She closed her eyes as she began to recount her day. From the sailing to the arrival and to her brothers arrest. Even to the tour they had.

The tour...

Her mind lingered at the encounters she had with Damien throughout the day. The smiles and laughs they shared together as touring buddies.

She tried moving forward to remember the rest of the day but her thoughts only remained on him or their brief encounter they just had outside her quarters.

Hanna opened her eyes as she began to remember him. He was tall, groomed very nicely and his Arendellian attire looked so great on him. Making his defined shoulders and arm stand out.

Mm

Hanna began to touch her lips with each thought that went by. Soon her hand made their way from her lips down to her neck as she touched and slightly scratched herself.

She reached her breasts as she began to remember his dashing smile and his adorable laugh. She groped her tender breasts and played with her pink nipples as they began to get harder with each squeeze and pinch.

Her back began to arch with each touch and her hips were beginning to dance around. Side to side and up and down as if she was in heat.

She groped her breasts with one hand and with the other she touched herself more as it made sits way down her abdomen slowly.

She bit her lower lip as she remembered her invitation from earlier today.

"Care to be my touring buddy?"

The look on his face when she asked him. How she wished they could be more than touring buddy's at the moments.

Her hand rolled down until it made contact with her vagina. She let out a moan again as she continued to think about him and only him.

Mmmm.. Ahhhh..

She massaged ver vagina through the nightgown. She was so wet it had practically soaked through it.

She couldn't take it anymore. She finally pulled up her nightgown and made contact with her flesh.

She let out a desperate moan as she began to use her fingers to massage her wet clitoris.

She moaned loudly as she switched it up and stuck her fingers inside her vagina hole and then back to her clitoris.

All while she continued to grope herself. She pulled the top of her nightgown down, exposing her breasts as she continued to fondle with them.

She was imagining both of them in bed. Imagining how great they would be. The things she would do to him.

She reached for her wet hand that was covered in her fluid and stuck in her mouth as she tasted herself and continued to moan.

Her masturbating became more intense as her hand played with her clitoris and vaginal lips. Her head rolling back as she let out loud moans that could probably be heard down the hall.

The continued to touch herself intensely as she continued to think about him. Her fluid were building up and she could feel it coming. She didn't want to stop. And in her thoughts he didn't want him to stop.

But nevertheless she orgasmed.

AHHH!

Ahhhh

Mmmmm!

MOOOAAAAA

Ahhhhhhh

She let out loud moans and gasps as a small trail of her liquid escaped her

Mmmmm

AHHHHH

She let out her final moans and gasps as her masturbating slowed down as did the movements with her hands.

She breathed in and out slowly as her orgasm finally passed through. She opened her eyes and blinked several times. She couldn't believe she just did that.

"Oh God.." she muttered to herself as she pinched the bridge of her nose.

She adjusted the nightgown back on herself as she finally caught her breath. Her cheeks were rose colored.

"Shit." She cursed herself as she looked up to her ceiling.

What the hell is the matter with you, Hanna. She thought to herself.

She cuddled herself with her many pillows and sheets rethinking of what just occurred. She didn't even realize she was horny if she was being honest.

She got her act together and brushed off what just occurred even though it didn't made sense to her as she finally forced herself to fall fast asleep.

The Dungeons of the Forgotten

Hans was sound asleep in the wooden bed with the blanket covered over him as his eyelids twitched at the faint and memorable dream of his younger days.

The happiest days of his life.

"Wait for me, mother!" Chuckled Hans as he chased after his mother in the large green fields with Hanna giggling behind him as she tried to keep up.

The beautiful woman chuckled lovingly as she turned around to her children. Her long auburn hair undone with the royal Tiara on her head. Barefoot so she could outrun them faster and not at all caring if anyone was watching them.

"Come my children. You're gonna have to keep up faster than that to catch up to me!" Said his mother as she turned around to run again.

Hans quickly ran close to her. His mother turned to face him as they ran side by side with Hanna as well. Nora stuck out her arms for Hans to run into

Hans smiled brightly as he reached his arms out ready to jump on hers. His heart full of joy.

Hans eyes shot open as a breath a shocking yet cold breath escaped his lips. His eyes looked around in panic as he drifted back to reality.

His heart was been beating fast that he had to hold his chest. It seemed so real. He was finally able to catch his breath and settle down his anxious heart as he slowly stood up from the bed.

He looked to the floor as he took in a deep and forceful sigh. Suddenly he heard the dungeon door open as several individuals walked in as well with the cold storm.

He could tell it was early. Even too early for breakfast. He furrowed his brows as the boots echoed down the hall. The prisoners weren't whistling or howling so it was obvious it wasn't his sister.

The lanterns quickly illuminated his cell as his brother Björn stepped in.

"Oh it's you." Said Hans.

"You're awake." Said Björn surprised with raised brows as the cell unlocked and he entered in. "You okay? You look like you've just seen a ghost."

"Something like that." Said Hans as he pressed his lips before he quickly looked up at his brother again. "Something wrong? Why are you here so early?"

Björn took in a deep breath as he looked at Hans. Almost as if he didn't know how to word it.

"I just wanted to give you a heads up and to be ready in case you are summoned.." Said Björn finally.

The two brothers were quiet for a moment until Hans finally smirked softly. Accepting his fate. "Guess it's time huh?"

"You're not being summoned for that." Said Björn quickly as Hans furrowed his brows. "In fact not even remotely close."

"What are you talking about?" Said Hans with a confused expression. When he saw Björn didn't say anything he slowly rose to his feet in suspicion. "What's going on."

Björn took in a deep breath before he finally looked at Hans again.

"The king has returned."
