Yeah i know said I was taking a break,
but then the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie trailer came out so the excitement gave me a boost and so i thought 'what the hell'
Anyways I hope you guys like it!
AN2: so I edited this chapter a little because i thought i rushed it and it was a little short in my opinion a bit so after a bit of brainstorming i decided to add an extra scene in the cafeteria

Chapter 05 Rallying the Students!
A Musical Number at the Cafeteria!
After school, the seven decided to go to the Sweet Shoppe in town to try and figure out a plan to help Twilight and take down Sunset.
Miko couldn't help but roll his eyes in amusement when Twilight bumped into Flash Sentry and Accidentally spilled her drink onto him.
The girls were also watching with small amounts of amusement.
After a minute of awkward words and stares with a shy goodbye she walked back to the others.
Once she took a seat on the left armrest of the couch next to Rarity she saw the girls with expressions of amusement with Miko who was sitting on the right armrest next to Rainbow Dash had a knowing smirk, still blushing in embarrassment she tentatively asked "What?"
Miko's smirk grew wider, "you llliiike him." he teased like a certain flying blue cat from one of his favorite anime, he snickered as Twilight's face turned a deeper shade of red.
While a red faced Twilight tried to deny Miko's words, Rarity who had Spike on her lap petting him. "Don't even think about it." Rarity said, getting her attention. "You're already trying to get her crown, imagine what Sunset Shimmer would do if you got her ex-boyfriend."
Twilight stood up from the armrest trying to explain "I'm not trying to…We just accidentally..."
She stopped when she fully digested Rarity's words "Ex-Boyfriend?"
"Flash Sentry broke up with Sunset Shimmer a few weeks ago." Fluttershy explains quietly, sipping her drink.
"I can't believe she hasn't done something awful to him." Fluttershy said as Flash walked by after buying his drink they all acted casual as he walked past them giving one last look at Twilight before he left the Sweet Shoppe,
"Maybe she's just waiting until she has the power to do something really awful." Twilight said with a shiver, her eyes tracking Flash as he left the Sweet Shoppe.
"Alright girls," Applejack started and Miko coughed slightly "and Miko," she corrected herself with a smirk before she continued "We need to come up with a plan, the dance is tomorrow night, and we still don't know how we're gonna get Twilight the votes she needs to be named princess, now, so far, they know that she stood up to Sunset Shimmer and that she's running for princess, but that may not be enough..."
Miko nodded in Agreement "AJ is right, Sunset might try to intimidate some of the students to vote for her instead," he said, crossing his arms. "We need to come up with something else to get everyone to vote for Twilight and not someone like Miss Bacon Head" He said looking each of the girls in the eyes, "Anyone got anything?" He asked.
They started thinking of ideas when "I'VE GOT IT!" was shouted by Rarity startling everyone in the store and causing them to look at her. This made her blush in embarrassment as they went back to what they were doing. "Ahem. I mean, um, perhaps I have a solution." She walked over to her bag and began searching through it.
"Now, this may be an absolutely preposterous idea, but what if we all wore these as a sign of unity?" Rarity suggested, pulling out a headband with horse ears and a fake tail from her girls looked at her for a few seconds before Miko broke the silence.
"uhh, we're gonna dress as...furries?" He asked with a look of confusion with a raised eyebrow while mentally snickering at his question.
Rarity blushed slightly at his question "What? No! During freshman year, they were very, very popular. A way for everybody to show their school spirit! You know? 'Go, Canterlot Wondercolts!'" She said while putting on the ears and tail and jumping up and down with glee.
She stopped before throwing on a deadpan expression and clearing her throat. "Ahem. I haven't sold any in ages."
Rarity then reached into her bag and pulled out more ears and tails and began handing them to all of them.
"I mean, the five of us are obviously very different, but deep down, we're all Canterlot Wondercolts!" She says as the others put on their ears and tails while smiling.
"Sunset Shimmer is the one who divided us, but Twilight Sparkle and Miko Tsuburaya are the ones who united us! And we're gonna let everyone know it!" She said before she placed a pair of ears on Twilight's head.
"What do you think?" She asks and the other girls smile approvingly at the idea with Applejack giving a thumb's up while Rarity hugs Twilight to assure her that this will work wonders.
"That… actually isn't a bad idea," Miko stated, thinking it over.
"So, how are we going to do that?" Rainbow asked.
"At lunch in the cafeteria would be the best place to do it. Everyone will be there and each of us can spread out to get multiple groups into it," Rarity said.
"Sounds good to me," Applejack said.
"This is going to be exciting!" Pinkie declared.
"We can practice what we're going to do at my place," Rainbow offered.
And before Miko could say anything else his phone vibrates from his pocket, he pulled it out getting the others attention.
He balked in surprise at who was calling "Oh shit, sorry guys i need to take this in private" he said getting off of the armrest he was sitting.
The girls nodded understandingly while Spike gave him a look of curiosity but remained silent.
Miko stepped outside the Sweet Shoppe and walked to an alleyway for privacy. He swiped his phone open, his heart racing as he saw the caller ID. "Hello?" he answered, his voice slightly shaky.
[Hey, Miko] he heard his girlfriend's voice from the other side of the line, Miko smiled hearing her voice, "hey sweetie"
[What's going on, everything okay?] she asked, sounding concerned.
Miko leaned against the brick wall of the alleyway "Yeah, I'm fine, just had a little reunion with Rainbow Dash." He said with a sigh of relief.
[Oh, how did that go?] His girlfriend asked, her voice filled with curiosity.
"Better than I expected." Miko replied, a small smile playing on his lips as he remembered the moment Rainbow had tackled him in a hug. "Anyways how's the vacation at DC your last message said you guys were going to the Smithsonian museum"
[It's amazing here, Miko. You wouldn't believe the artifacts they have here!] she said her voice filled with excitement. [But that's not the only reason I called, I wanted to tell you that we will be home in a few days]
Miko's heart skipped a beat at the mention of her return. "Really? That's great news! I can't wait to see you," he said, trying to keep the excitement out of his voice.
[Me too, I miss you a lot] she replied, her voice filled with warmth.
Miko felt his cheeks heat up, "I'll... I'll be there to pick you up from the airport." He said, trying to sound nonchalant.
[I'd like that] she responded, her voice carrying a hint of happiness.
Miko smiled, "well I gotta go...I love you" he said with a gentle tone.
[I love you too, Miko. Take care and don't get into too much trouble while I'm gone, okay?] she teased before hanging up.
The call ended and Miko felt a weight lifted off his shoulders, knowing she was okay and would be back soon. He took a deep breath and headed back to the Sweet Shoppe. As he walked in, the girls looked at him expectantly, and Spike gave him a knowing nod.
"Everything good?" Twilight asked.
Miko nodded "yeah, so what do you say we head to Dash's place so you girls can get started on practice" he said with a smile, slipping his phone back into his pocket.
The girls all nodded in agreement, and after finishing their drinks, they headed out of the Sweet Shoppe, eager to start their plan. Rainbow Dash led the way to her house.
_ Line Break _
The next day at school. Every student was at lunch in the cafeteria either eating or conversing amongst themselves. All of them were with their own respective groups as Rarity sat with the fashionistas while wearing a Blue Canterlot Wondercolts sweater.
She then took out a pair of pony ears and put them on as she glanced across the cafeteria at Rainbow Dash who sat down with the athletes. Like Rarity, she placed some pony ears on and glanced over at Pinkie who was in line getting her food before she put on some pony ears, grabbed a tray, and started banging on the counter in a rhythm.
Rarity started stomping and clapping to the rhythm, Fluttershy grabbed some glasses and started lightly tapping them on her table, Applejack started clapping and banging her table, Rainbow Dash used a tray to play music while all of this was gaining everyone's attention,
In a corner of the cafeteria Miko and Spike, who was in Twilight's bag were sitting next to a speaker with a music player connected to it and what looked like a guitar case.
'Alright, it's go time!' Miko thought and he couldn't help but grin in excitement at seeing one of his favorite MLP songs performed in real life, he opened up the guitar case and pulled out a crimson-and-silver guitar before turning to Spike "Okay, Hit it Spike!"
He nodded before he pressed play and the music started up and Miko started playing in tune with it as One by one, the five girls get to their feet and high-step around the room.

Both Applejack and Rainbow Dash smile at each other, an upside-down Pinkie who turns to Rainbow trade smiles, and finally Fluttershy and Pinkie shake their tails at each other, and now all five get back into it. Applejack and Pinkie run past the tables, hand in hand, then Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash.

We're here to shout
Rarity sidles up to a male fashionista and makes him forget the phone in his hand, and Fluttershy tips a wink to the camera.
That the magic of friendship
Is what it's all about
They stop between tables and lean out to both sides.

Vinyl Scratch nods her head faintly to the beat, then gets her shades yanked off by Applejack and her surprise gives way to a smile.
Until Twilight Sparkle

Now lined up, the five girls dance and twirl in unison.

Rainbow jumps onto a chair and plants a foot on its back. It topples over, but she lands upright, appearing on a cell phone video.

Rainbow and Rarity sweep over to a techie filming the scene on his phone, and Applejack and Fluttershy dance.

Pinkie then sings through a megaphone while upside down, blowing a girl's hair back.
Pinkie Pie (Singing):

To the crowd
She raises and lowers a boy's arms in time, then twirls near the counter.
Hands wave up

Rarity (Singing):

Twilight helped us each to see.
"All that we can be!" Rainbow Dash sang as she proudly stood on top of the table Pinkie, Applejack, and Rarity were sitting in front of.

Fluttershy and Pinkie run ahead, and Applejack playfully tips a girl's chair back.

Miko opened the doors to reveal Twilight Sparkle who was wearing the pony ears and tails while also wearing the blue Wondercolts sweater. She gladly walked in with a smile on her face.
Twilight Sparkle (Singing):

She has passed the rocker table and Flash who was feeling the music strikes a chord on his guitar.

She hops onto a table and winks as the rest of her friends circles around the table.

Start working on that school pride!
The girls all sang as they danced on tables, jumped, spun around, as they danced encouraging the other students to clap their hands as the Rockers play on their guitars and drums playing music to the beat along with helping Miko out.

Pinkie eases one of the dramas out of her seat, Applejack and Fluttershy surprise a fashionista, Pinkie then happily watches two feet start to stomp, and Rainbow Dash twirls a tray on one finger.

The girls danced as Twilight danced nearby Miko playing on his guitar while Pinkie tosses out antenna and tails so everybody can wear pony-like ears on their heads and tails on their backs in support of their school's mascot and colors as all of the students dance and sing to the beat wearing ears and tails.

Just outside of the cafeteria, Sunset Shimmer was watching the whole thing growling and gritting her teeth in anger. She then noticed both Snips and Snails wearing the pony ears and tails while dancing which angered her even more.
"Take those off!" Sunset commanded them as they quickly did so while smiling sheepishly at her before Sunset smirked."I have something I need you to do."
_ Line Break _
Back in the cafeteria, the song ended which made everyone cheer which included the girls who had gathered on top of a table in order to get everyone's attention.
"Thanks you guys for enjoying our song and looking awesome while joining us." Rainbow said with a smile as everyone clapped and cheered for them.
Applejack nodded in agreement "We couldn't have done this without y'all helpin' us."
"Yeah! It was super, duper, fun!" Pinkie exclaimed, beaming with excitement as she bounced down from the table.
Fluttershy gave a kind smile "We hoped that this song would bring us all together and we're glad that it did."
"We wish to introduce a new student who transferred here and helped us repair our friendship, Twilight Sparkle." Rarity announced proudly, her voice echoing through the room.
Twilight was now the one with the attention as she steps forward.
"Hi, everyone. It's nice to meet and speak with you all here. Some of you may not be aware, but I'm currently running for Princess of Fall Formal." Hearing this sent some bewildered murmurs across the students as that was a shocking thing to do against the one person who always wins.
Twilight's voice grew more confident as she continued, "I know that Sunset Shimmer is gonna try any dirty tricks against me so that I'll quit my run but I can assure you all that I'm not afraid of her. Also, I have to say that I wouldn't have gotten this far without the help of my pen pal and good friend Miko Tsuburaya." She said gesturing for him to come forward.
Miko gulped slightly nervous as he hesitantly walked over to the table that they were standing on and climbed on it.
He saw the crowd looking at him curiously 'Maybe i should've told the girls I don't do well with this kind of the' he thought to himself as he began to sweat slightly.
"H-hey everyone, as Twilight said My name is Miko Tsuburaya, but besides Flash and the Canterlot Music Club" Miko Pointed to Flash , Applebloom and her friends. "You all might now me as the school's biggest loner: the Phantom of CHS." He said with a bit of a forced chuckle.
The crowd looked surprised but intrigued by the revelation, murmurs spreading quickly through the cafeteria.
"The Phantom of CHS?" A student questioned.
"Yeah, that's right." Miko said with a nod, trying to sound cool despite his nerves. "But today, I'm not here to hide in the shadows. I'm here to stand with Twilight."
The room grew quiet as all eyes focused on Miko. His heart pounded in his chest, but he knew he had to keep going. "I've seen the amazing things she's done to bring us all together. And I believe that she's the right choice for Princess of the Fall Formal."
"Now onto serious business now. I know that many of you are most likely having trust issues with one another as of late. " He began, his voice steadying.
Miko looked out into the sea of faces, each one a puzzle piece in the school's social tapestry. He took a deep breath, "Trust is something we all need to build here at Canterlot High. Twilight showed us today that even though we're all different, we can still come together and support each other."
"In fact, these girls behind me, minus Twilight, were once at each other's throats for a long time before Twilight and I were able to fix their friendship." He continued gesturing to Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie.
He gained a serious expression on his face "Also, we figured out what, or should I say who, was the reason for them splitting apart. It was Sunset Shimmer!"
The cafeteria grew tense, whispers spreading like wildfire as the students looked at each other in shock.
"Would you mind elaborating what exactly lead you to hypothesize that theory?" Micro Chips asked skeptically, fixing his glasses.
Miko glanced at Twilight who nodded encouragingly before he began his explanation, "Twilight and I discovered that Sunset Shimmer and her two buffoons Snips and Snails sent fake e-mails and texts to these girls which resulted in them breaking up their friendship but we were able to fix that."
"If any of you have stopped being friends with someone, make sure to get your facts straight, you never know if you've been tricked by Sunset Shimmer." Miko's words resonated through the room, causing a wave of doubt to wash over the students.
The students began talking amongst themselves. They soon realized that they were tricked this whole time.
"But why would she do such a thing?" asked Mystery Mint, her curiosity piqued.
"Because if one of you ran for Princess of the Fall Formal or the Spring Fling against her, you would most likely win with the support of your friends, Sunset didn't want that to happen, so she tried to break up as many friendships and bonds as she could so no-one could win without any support." Miko said, his eyes scanning the room to ensure everyone was listening.
Then it clicked for everyone. The sudden realization spread across the room faster than a wildfire in a dry forest. Sunset's tactics were clear to see. She had been playing them all, turning them against each other, all so she could maintain her power and popularity
"I can't believe this! I should of known!" Blueberry Cake exclaimed, her voice echoing the growing outrage among the students.
Nolan North nodded in agreement frowning in anger "That good for nothing bully queen tricked us all!"
"Don't forget Snips and Snails! They were in on it too! They both work for her!" Windy Whistle shouted from the crowd.
"Yeah, that's right dudes! They constantly follow her around and go through with her every command!" Sandalwood echoed Windy's sentiment, his hands balled into fists.
"I say that we make those three pay!" Cherry Crash exclaimed, her voice carrying over the din of the crowd.
Teddy nodded in agreement "Let's teach them a lesson they'll never forget!"
"Yeah! Let's Do it!" Bulk Biceps exclaimed, joining in the growing chorus of anger.
However before things could escalate further into a riot.
"FWEEEEWEEEET!"
Miko whistled Loudly with his fingers in his mouth, cutting through the noise like a knife through butter. The cafeteria grew quiet once again as everyone turned to face him.
"Yo! Calm down guys, violence will get us nowhere. If we do that we will be no better than Sunset and her cronies if we go and do that!" he said, raising his hands up in a peaceful gesture.
The room went silent as Miko's words hit home. The students looked at each other, realizing the truth in his words.
Miko continued "besides there is one other way to get back at Sunset, well besides pranking her anyways" he smirked at the last part.
Unseen to everyone Rainbow Dash gulped a little and shivers in fears having flashbacks of Miko past pranks at their old middle school, and they were near crazy.
Miko placed a hand on Twilight's shoulder. "Twilight here is running for Princess of the Fall Formal and I'm supporting her during this as well as the girls. If you want to get even with Sunset, then vote for Twilight. If you do, then this will severely hurt Sunset's ego and pride and teach her that she cannot get everything she wants by manipulating and lying. So Canterlot Wondercolts, what do you say?"
Flash Sentry nodded in agreement "He's right, you guys! We can all take Sunset Shimmer down a peg by voting for Twilight. If we try to violently go after Sunset, then that would make us no different than her. We need to vote for Twilight since she was able to fix not only their friendship, but our friendships as well."
"I agree with Flash, Let's vote for Twilight," Ringo said.
Brawly Beats nodded with a grin "Sunset's reign over CHS will finally come to an end!"
Soon enough, the students began talking and agreeing to vote for Twilight and also some apologizing for certain events that happened to them.
Miko smiled at this "well looks like everything turned out okay." He said sitting down on top of the table.
"You're absolutely right Miko! Now Twilight will surely win!" Pinkie exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with excitement as the cafeteria buzzed with the newfound determination to support Twilight.
Twilight looked at Pinkie "You really think so?" She asked with hope in her voice.
"Darling, everyone now knows that they were fooled by Sunset Shimmer and are now rallying with you. How much more support could you possibly get?" Rarity replied, placing a comforting hand on Twilight's shoulder.
Applejack nodded firmly, her voice strong and determined, "She's right, Twilight. Now that the truth is out, people will definitely vote for ya instead of that lyin' bully."
"You got that right AJ. Now, no one will be afraid of Sunset and her tyranny will come to an end. Now come on, lunch is over and classes are starting soon." Miko said, hopping off the table.
They nodded in agreement and started to gather their things as the bell for the next class rang. Twilight looked around at the students, who were now chattering about the revelation and the upcoming election with renewed enthusiasm.
Soon Miko along with the girls and every other student exited the cafeteria and went to their respective classes.
_Line Break_
Some time had passed as it was now the afternoon in the school halls. The (Hu) Mane Six and Miko were walking through the halls and they saw that all of the students were wearing the fake pony ears and tails from earlier in the cafeteria.
"Doesn't everyone look just fabulous?" Rarity said, her eyes sparkling with delight at the sight of the transformed hallways. The colorful ears and tails bobbed and swished as students chatted and laughed, the vibe of unity palpable in the air.
Twilight nodded in agreement "it was a great idea Rarity."
Miko smirked as they walked down the hallway "I can't believe you all talked me into playing the guitar in front of everyone."
"Hey, you looked pretty cool up there," Rainbow said, nudging him playfully.
Miko chuckled, "Yeah, well, I guess it's not every day you get to rock out with friends like these."
As Miko and the girls kept walking, they then noticed Sunset Shimmer along with Snips and Snails walking down the hall with her and she had a mischievous smile on her face confusing everyone around glaring at her.
Applejack's smile turned into a frown. "Don't know what she's smilin' about. Twilight's the one that's gonna be Princess of the Fall Formal." She said, crossing her arms.
'i got a bad feeling about this' Miko thought, narrowing his eyes.
The unholy trinity moves along, with Snips flicking fingers from the end of his nose to point at them and Snails stifling a laugh. A collective glance off down the hall shows Miko and the (Hu) Mane Six that they have stopped before a closed door.
Sunset then knocks on the door and out comes a tall woman who has light phthalo bluish grey skin, moderate sapphire blue and pale, light grayish Persian blue hair, moderate opal eyes, pale, light grayish magenta eyeshadow and she is wearing a purple shirt with a white collar that has a dark blue crescent moon symbol on it, dark blue pants and purple and white shoes. This was Principal Celestia's younger sister and the vice principal of Canterlot High, Vice Principal Luna.
"Vice principal Luna! Something terrible has happened!" She said with a fake tone of concern and innocence.
She then leads vice principal Luna to the gym to reveal... That it has been totally trashed! All the decorations for the Fall formal have been destroyed along with some tables too.
"Isn't this just awful? And after Pinkie Pie worked so hard to make things so perfect! Why would Twilight Sparkle and Miko Tsuburaya do something like this?" Sunset said, her voice filled with fake disbelief as she gestured to the wreckage.
"Why would you think Twilight and Miko were responsible for something like this?" Luna asked Sunset Shimmer.
"Because I have proof," Sunset Shimmer answered, giving Luna a folder.
Unbeknownst to the two, Flash Sentry was watching from the doorway. The circumstances do not sit right in his mind, and he backs quietly away.
'This doesn't look good, I've got to help Twilight and Miko out of this mess' he thought to himself.
_ Line Break _
Soon enough, this ended up with both Miko and Twilight inside of the vice principal's office as they were sitting in front of her crescent-moon-marked desk, while she stands at the window, folder and photos in hand. The blinds are closed, and none of the lights are on. Twilight and Miko have removed their ears and tail back with their regular attire.
"But... But I don't understand!" Twilight exclaimed.
Miko stayed silent with a calm expression on his face but mentally he was berating himself for letting this happen 'damn it! I can't believe i forgot about Snips and Snails trashing the gym, argh! Stupid, Stupid' he mentally yelled at himself.
"This is clearly the both of you in the photographs, is it not?" She threw the folder on the table which revealed its contents. There were several photos of what appeared to be "Miko and "Twilight" destroying the gym with huge grins on your faces.
Miko calmly picked up one of his pictures with a deadpan
'Seriously, how the hell did Vice Principal Luna not try to see if these were Photoshopped I'll never know,' he thought as he studied the pictures. 'at least in a minute this will all be smoothened out .'
"Yes, but-" Twilight started.
"I think it should be fairly obvious that the school cannot let someone who would do something like this compete for the Fall Formal crown," Luna countered before Miko spoke up.
"We didn't do it." he said calmly, still studying the photo in his hand "it was a setup."
Luna looked at him with a puzzled expression "How can you be so sure?"
Miko gave a confident smile"If my hunch is right, and it always is, in the next two seconds somebody will come knocking on the door with evidence that these..." He gestured to the photos. "Are all fake."
Vice Principal Luna raised an eyebrow, but before she could say anything, a knock on the door interrupted the tense silence. She called for them to enter, and to everyone's surprise, Flash Sentry stepped in, looking slightly out of breath.
Miko couldn't help but gain a smug smirk at being proven right. "Flash, you wouldn't happen to have something to say about this whole situation, would you?"
Flash who appeared to be holding something nodded "Vice Principal Luna. I found these in a trash can in the library. Thought you should see them."
He handed her what was revealed to be photos. One of which was Twilight at the field when she had that soccer game with Rainbow Dash yesterday except it was only her outline as she was clearly cut out from them. There was another photo of the gym in ruins with the outline of another person who resembled Twilight.
"Someone obviously combined these photos to make it look like Twilight and Miko were the ones who trashed the gym." Flash explained, his voice firm.
As Vice Principal Luna lifts them up for a closer inspection, she clearly can now see that the photos were cut as they were taken during the one-on-one soccer game against Rainbow Dash
"I appreciate you bringing these to my attention, Flash." She said before walks back to her desk to address both Twilight and Miko.
"In light of this new evidence, you both are obviously innocent and you shall both be allowed to attend the Fall Formal while young Ms. Sparkle shall continue her bid for Princess." She said, her voice firm and a bit apologetic.
Miko and Twilight were both delighted by this as Twilight quickly ran over and hugged Flash. "Thank you, you have no idea how important this is to me." She smiles.
Miko nodded in agreement. "Flash, dude you really saved our butts here," He said with a grateful smile.
Flash smiled still hugging Twilight. "You're welcome guys. I mean, what was I gonna do? Not prove your innocence? Wouldn't be much of a Canterlot Wondercolt, would I?" He said.
Twilight continued to hug Flash before
separating with Twilight blushing. They both
stared at each other before Luna spoke up.
"I'm afraid that I have some terrible news. Due to the amount of damage that was done, we will have to postpone the dance until tomorrow night." She said before standing up from her chair.
"If you will excuse me, I need to let my sister know about this latest development." Luna said walking out of the office.
"Dude thanks again for saving our asses back there" Miko said turning to Flash.
Flash chuckled nervously "No problem, I couldn't just let Sunset win like that." He said as he glanced over at Twilight who was blushing deeply.
Miko noticed this and mouth to Flash 'Well what are you waiting for? Ask her.' he gestured to Twilight.
He soon realized what you were mouthing before he nodded and turned to Twilight.
"So, uh, I was wondering Twilight. If you aren't already going with somebody, wanna go to the Fall Formal with me tomorrow night?" He asked, trying to play it cool.
Twilight smiled cutely at him before she began cuddling into his chest, surprising him a bit as she gave her answer. "That would be..."
She soon cut herself off when she had a moment of sudden realization. "Tomorrow night!? No, no-no-no-no-no, no no no no no! Nonononono! I can't! The portal! That'll be too late!"
She started panicking before she quickly ran out with Spike in tow. Flash followed her outside.
"One "no" would have been fine!" He said before slouching. Miko walked up to him and placed a hand on his shoulder
Flash sighed "Was It something I said?" He asked Miko with a slightly sad look on his face.
"I-I don't think so Flash. I don't know why she... would..." Miko trailed off when he realized why Twilight was freaking out. Now that the dance has been postponed for tomorrow... The portal that Twilight and Spike came through is going to close tonight! She'll be stuck here!
Even if he knew everything might work out in the end like in the movie, Miko paled IF Twilight somehow ends up getting stuck here in the human world, it might cause a major butterfly effect! 'oh fuck me sideways...' he mentally cursed before he composed himself.
"Hey Flash, I'm sure it's not you, I'll see if it was something else okay?" Miko said, trying to sound reassuring.
"Yeah, sure." Flash said though it was clear he didn't believe him.
"Anyways I'll see you later." He said fist bumping Flash before he took off to catch up with Twilight.
And that's chapter five.
