The Four Horsemen

The Four Horsemen are a small but powerful criminal group that are currently operating somewhere in the United States. They are known for various crimes, including but not limited to murder, warmongering, genocide, brainwashing, fearmongering, and cannibalism. Unlike most other criminal organizations, this particular group seems to have no motive other than to spread as much chaos and destruction as possible. They are composed of only four members, but they are incredibly dangerous on their own, each having killed dozens of our best field agents in the past. They are known only as the Hunter, the Harlot, the Heretic, and the Harbinger, as their real names are not yet known to us and still remain a complete mystery.

The Hunter

The Hunter primarily serves as the "muscle" of the group. An extremely experienced hunter of both animals and men, he is someone not to be underestimated. He has often been seen wearing a hood that conceals his face, black leather clothing, and a 12-gauge shotgun that he always has strapped to his back. His existence was first known to us when numerous reports of missing people began flooding in. We traced those reports back to him and discovered that he had been kidnapping random people off the streets and keeping them in cages, only to set them loose in a forest near his cabin and hunt them down like wild animals. Apparently, he believed that humans were a much more interesting challenge to him than animals. Unfortunately, we were unable to apprehend him, and he remains at large to this day.

The Harlot

The Harlot is described as a pale woman who usually wears red. Her role in the group is uncertain, but she is just as dangerous, if not moreso, than the Hunter. She is extremely deadly with knives, but her greater weapon is her intelligence and skills in manipulation. She is known for luring in and seducing young men, brainwashing them into becoming her loyal minions and committing murders in her name. When the young men have outlived their usefulness, she will always have them killed, either by convincing them to take their own lives, or to slit their throats with a knife. Every single one of her victims have been reported to be completely drained of their blood, though what she does with their blood is still unknown. It is highly recommended that you shoot her on sight, as even one word from her could be lethal.

The Heretic

Though very little is known about him, the Heretic is a mechanical and engineering genius who has created many contraptions that have, unfortunately, claimed the lives of countless civilians and field agents. Unlike the Hunter and the Harlot, he is not a physical threat in any way, but is very conniving and has escaped arrest many times. He is a middle-aged man of average build with sideburns and a mustache, but no other discerning features, making him incredibly difficult to track down. He is also an expert in both medicine and human anatomy, which allowed him to perform horrific and immoral surgical procedures on those who were unlucky enough to fall into his clutches. He serves as both the "brains" and the "torturer" of the group.

The Harbinger

We know almost nothing about the Harbinger. The only evidence we have of him even existing are eyewitness reports of him from all over the world, even dating back to past events like the Nanjing Massacre, the JFK assassination, and the Vietnam War. While the reports vary, they all describe him as a giant, nine or ten foot tall man with ape-like features, gray skin, a bald head, and a missing ear. However, we cannot rely on such reports, as we have deemed all of them to be fabricated and unreliable. We know only two things about the Harbinger: 1. He serves as the ringleader of the Four Horsemen. 2. The other three members are absolutely terrified of him. We believe that taking him down is the key to catching his underlings, and have devoted nearly all of our resources into finding him. So far, we have had no such luck.

Threat Assessment

The Four Horsemen have been strangely inactive for the past few years. We believe they are planning something big, and we are determined to stop them at all costs. My investigations have led me to believe that there is secretly a fifth Horseman, someone who is preparing everything while the other four are waiting for the right time to act. But it is only a hunch, and I cannot act on that assumption before getting my hands on some real evidence. For now, I believe that further clues can be found in the small, backwater town of Gravity Falls.
