Faith cursed the idiot doctor who obviously had no clue what the Hell he was talking about. Diana had come to on the way to the hospital and once there had been whisked away to be examined while Faith was hooked up to a fetal monitor again so he, the idiot doctor who had no clue what was going on, could determine that little Gabrielle was just fine and dandy.

Diana was diagnosed with a mild concusion and given instructions before being discharged. "Get plenty of rest, both physically and mentally, for the next few days." The idiot with a medical degree advised. "Which includes avoiding strenuous activities, watching tv or using a computer as the light can exacerbate the headache and avoid any mentally demanding tasks that could also worsen the symptoms. You can gradually return to normal activities as tolerated, while closely monitoring for any worsening symptoms and consult your doctor before resuming any activities like driving, sports, or work that could pose a risk of further head injury." It was probably a good thing the crazy lady in her daughter's body had attacked during Christmas and New Years vacation then. "Tylenol should be all you need for the headache." He concluded before turning to Faith.

"Second time you've been involved in an incident that could have caused a problem with the baby, huh?" He smiled sympathetically. "You look like you've managed to gain a little bit of weight since the last time I saw you, Faith, but you're still smaller than I'd like." He checked the monitor. "But you still have a couple of weeks until the baby's born and a couple more pounds could be gained in that time. But that's still more for you, than the baby, because she still looks just fine. Normal size for her gestational age and will probably weigh about six pounds when she is born."

"That hardly sounds like anything." Faith muttered. "She's going to be so tiny."

"Not that I can say from personal experience or anything," the doctor joked. "obviously, but I understand it doesn't feel like it when you're delivering. But a second stressful incident, especially one not long after the initial one, is concerning so I'm going to advise that you stay close to home and spend your time relaxing and letting Dad wait on you hand and foot until the baby is born. Just bed or couch for the next couple of weeks." He instructed. "Practice your breathing exercises, they'll help with relaxing and read or listen to music. Nothing more strenuous and no offense, Faith, but I don't want to see you back in the hospital, okay." He patted her arm. "I'll send the nurse over with you two's paperwork. Do you have a ride home?"

"Yes, they do." Mason stuck his head in the cubicle, neither Diana or Faith had been moved beyond the emergency room. "The baby's Dad is my foster son and he might need a valium to calm him down because he's scared for Faith and the baby, but we are here to make sure they're both okay and we'll make sure they get home safe and sound, promise, Doc."

"Good." The doctor looked amused st Mason's description of the baby's father, than sobered. "I understand a minor earthquake caused this latest scare and Ms. Dormer's injury."

"Yeah, the shaking blew out the windows in their living room and Diana got knocked into a wall. But she's got a hard head, so the wall's got a dent in it." Annoyed glares from both Diana and Faith. "And me and the guys nailed boards over the windows until someone can get out to replace them." He didn't mention Catherine in Amy's body dying from flying glass. Diana hadn't been told about it yet or the theory they'd come up with to explain the exploding windows.

"Good, unless there's any questions, you two are free to go." When no one responded, the doctor headed to the nurse's station and Mason quietly told Diana and Faith they'd talk in the car on the way home. It was a sober ride home as Mason explained what his team found at Amy's home.

Diana looked worried. "She used Magic to switch bodies, a spell rather than a Katra Device, like the Mayor used before the agents caught up to him. With her dead, her spells die with her and normally Amy would have switched back to her own body. Except her body is dead, she's been in her mother's body for months, held there by the Magic. She's adapted and may not be rejected by the body now that the Magic's ended. We'll have to monitor her and gods know, she's going to need therapy to get through this. We'll try to help her as much as we can."

They arrived back at their house and Mason agreed to let Xander stay in the guest room for a couple nights to help out as Diana had been advised not to do anything for a couple of days and Faith had been advised to rest herself until the baby was born.

Which was why she was currently cursing the doctor out and threatening to castrate him, a threat that terrified Xander even more than he already was, given that the idiot doctor had said everything was just fine.

"If everything was just fine my water wouldn't have just broken!" Faith screamed in Xander's face as a contraction, the first she'd felt and holy gods did that hurt! had her bent in half as it tore through her. "Xander! Stop standing there like an idiot! I'm in labor!"

"Yeah, I figure that out too."
