Don and Chandler sat across the desk from each other, with the third box of promotional materials from the 1968 ad campaign sitting in between them.
"Just say what you want," Don said, skimming the novel that he hadn't read in nearly 40 years.
Chandler tried to take a swig of coffee, only to discover that the cup was empty. He got up to refill the cup. "I'll be back in a minute," he said.
Don leaned back, skimming forward to a chapter he remembered.
Chandler came back in.
"I want to forget that I read chapter twenty-three," he said.
