I also can't wait to write Alabasta. But in Skypedia... I will reveal why Minato and Kushina came there and has Wanted Posters. Also LuNami fans... there will be couple of hints in this chapter.
The cake spun even faster, and Naruto looked from afaf and cheer for his friends determining to rescue him and the others trapped on the cake.
"You can do it Luffy, Sakura!" Naruto cheered. Suddenly something caught up to his eye.
"Zoro... what the hell are you doing?" Zoro was seen, standing raising his arm in a pose.
"Well, Naruto... If I'm gonna be a statue, I prefer this pose." Zoro answered.
"Yeah, it's making me sick." Naruto countered.
"Then don't look!" Zoro shrugged.
"It's hard to ignore!" Nami points out, trying her best not to gag.
"I agree with Nami on this." Naruto said. "Why in the hell did you cut your legs?"
"I was gonna cut them off so we could fight." Zoro explained. defending his actions Naruto gives him a deadpan look.
"Really? Even I am not stupid enough to do that."
"Um... we're about to die here... and you are bickering..." Vivi pointed out. Broggy looks at Zoro with a smirk.
"Looks like we don't get to fight after-all, eh short guy?" He asked.
"Nope..." Zoro said. Miss Goldenweeks was looking at the predicament while eating Rice Crackers.
"They don't seem to be worried at all, Mr. 3." Miss Goldenweek said while pointing at the cake.
"And you don't seem terribly worried about making sure it happens, Ms. Goldenweek!" Mr. 3 scolded. "Solidify already...'"+
"If you wanna die in a cool pose, Nami, you'd better hurry up." Zoro recommonded to her friend.
"I got other things to worry about..." She looks at her blonde friend, who's waving his arm around and pointing straight at Mr. 3.
"Naruto, what's with the pointing?"
"That's where I'm heading when we get down there to teach that asshole a lesson," Naruto says with a smirked. Mr. 3 swallows hard, feeling a bit uneasy. "I get that he wants us to break down and plead, but that's just not how I roll." Mr. 3 lets out a big grunt.
"It's a good pose, Naruto." Zoro complimented. Nami felt a pain in her stomach.
"SHUT UP ABOUT THE POSING ALREADY!" Nami cried.
"They're acting so careless like this for no other reason than to mock us," Mr. 3 muttered. "This is very annoying! They've acting this way ever since they showed up.
Sakura locked eyes with Miss Valentine, determination blazing. She might not have chakra to fight, but she was convinced she could still take Miss Valentine down.
"Luffy, you figure out a way to save the others... I'll deal with Miss Umbrella here. Usopp, you take the guy with the booger bomb."
"Right." Usopp agreed until he realized something. "Hey, why do I fight the strongest?" He protested. But Sakura was too focused on Miss Valentine. With a fierce glare, she clenched her fist.
"I might not have chakra-enhanced strength, but I can outsmart this Ino-lookalike..." Meanwhile, up on the cake, Naruto stood firm, cheering on his girlfriend.
"YOU CAN DO IT, SAKURA!" he shouted. "DON'T LET THAT INO LOOKALIKE BEAT YOU!"
"Huh?" Miss Valentine turned around, looking puzzled.
"It's pretty simple," Sakura said. "You remind me of someone from back home. She used to annoy me and made me feel weak and love the wrong guy. But you look just like her. Now that I think about it..." Her lips curled into a smug smile. "...Ino-pig..." Miss Valentine scowled and got ready to make her move. She floats up the air. Sakura widens her eyes.
"I'll make you pay for that, girl..." Miss Valetnine threatened while pointing her umbrella at her. "I'm not just a little girl. I'm Sakura Haruno, and I'm not about to let anyone hurt the people I care about."
Miss Valentine laughed, her voice echoing through the jungle. "You're cute, but you're no match for me. Mr. 3 has plans for them, and I'm not about to let some lovesick girl get in the way." Luffy pounds his fist.
"You take care of the girl, Sakura... I'll handle guy with weird hair."
"Right..." With that,Out of nowhere, Miss Valentine sprang at Sakura with quick and precise moves. Sakura barely managed to sidestep, but Miss Valentine kept up her relentless assault. She kept attacking repeatedly, pushing Sakura to back away from the group.
"Sakura!" Naruto cried out.
"No good, that bitch Miss Valentine managed to split Sakura from us, making it even harder for them to save us," Nami remarked.
"Then it's up to Luffy and... he looked over to see Usopp has his away with Karoo. He sees that they are behind some trees. Naruto rolled his eyes.
"Of course... he's a coward." Naruto grumbled.
"We got your back, Luffy!" He declared. Karoo quacked in agreement. Luffy turned his head around.
"Did you say something?" He asked.
"Now I got you..."CANDLE… LOCK!"" Mr. 3 said as his flame in his hair grew and grew out some wax and caught Luffy's legs like he did with Naruto, Nami and others. The captive looks from upon with surprise. Naruto shook his head(If he could.)
"He got caught, why am I not surprised. He said.
"That Moron!" Nami sighed. Luffy lowers his leg to examine.
"What is this thing?" He asked. "What is this thing? Whatever it is, it's nice and heavy."
"Almost too simple...All right, just once more." Mr. 3 grinned as he summoned more wax coming out of his hands. Luffy knocks on the waxed legs. It gives him an idea.
"CANDLE… LOCK!" Luffy looks over and screamed. Luckily he dodged it and landed on his hands.
"HEY, GIANT GUY!" Luffy exclaimed as he wrapped his arms around Broggy's horns. Mr. 3 stared in confusion.
"What is this weirdo doing?"He and the captive group watched as Luffy twirled rapidly on Broggy's horn. Broggy began to see little dizzy swirls in his eyes. Naruto smirked. He has a feeling this plan will work.
"Gum-Gum...Mallet!" Luffy roared as he knocked out the pillar, horrifying Mr. 3.
"All right!" Nami and Vivi cheered. Zoro smirked while Naruto yelled.
"Way to go, Luff." He praised. Something then caught his attention. The pillar is starting to fall on them. Naruto and the two girls screamed in terror as the cake landed behind them. Naruto was panting and looking up.
"Thank you..." He mouthed. Luffy, still hanging on to the noticed the wax broke out of his legs.
"Hey, the thing on my legs broke at the same time." He glances over and sees his friends still tangled up with the cake. Plus, the sculpture is still twirling around. Naruto is breathing heavily.
"We're still alive..." He gasped.
"Yeah... for now." Zoro commented. "We gotta get out of here soon!"
"That was a close one but why didn't you run away?" Luffy asked.
"BECAUSE WE'RE STUCK HERE, ISN'T THAT OBVIOUS?" The two women exclaimed while Naruto glares with white eyes and Zoro sweatpalms.
"Oh, Really... so that's what's going on?" Hearing that made Naruto groan in annoyance.
"Luffy, just destroy the stupid cake so I can kick Flame-boy's ass." He said.
"Hey... My work is not stupid!" Mr. 3 bursted, feeling offended by Naruto's remark about his work and not his flaming hair.
"MR. BUSHIDO, DO YOU REALLY THINK IT'S A GOOD IDEA TO PUT OUR LIVES IN THAT GUY'S HANDS?" Vivi yelled at a stoic tone.
"Well, we don't exactly have much of a choice, do we?" Zoro said. "I don't know about you but I'm having a little bit of trouble moving right now."
"AND YOU DON'T SEEM TO BE BOTHERED BY IT!" VIVI GROANED. Nami gasped after hearing Zoro just said.
"Hold on... I can't move." She realized in a panic mode. "I can't move! What's happening? My body, I don't know! It won't move! I can't move at all!" Naruto's eyes widened.
"Now... that you've mentioned it... I can't move either..." He gasped while pointing at Mr. 3's position who is grinning evilly.
"YOU FOOLS! ALL YOU DID WAS MOVE THE CANDLES CLOSER! HOOHOOHAAHAAHAA! BY DOING SO, YOU'VE ONLY SPED UP THE PROCESS! YOU'LL BECOME WAX FIGURES EVEN FASTER NOW!" He then looks over at the forest. "And once Miss Valentine kills the pink-haired girl... it will be over for you!" He then laughs evilly. Naruto growled and looks over at the forest.
"Hurry, Sakura... before it's too late."
Back at the forest, Miss Valentine sprang towards Sakura with sharp and quick motions. But Sakura was prepared. She deftly moved aside, her quick reflexes a result of long years of practice. Miss Valentine's punch cut through the air, narrowly missing Sakura.
"You're going to do better than that." She taunted and pulled her eyelid.
"Why you litte...!" She charged once more, her aggression intensifying. Sakura defiantly evaded every strike, her actions smooth and elegant. Even without chakra, she relied on her quickness and nimbleness. She then hides behind a tree. She needs to think of a plan to beat Miss Valentines.
Sakura glanced around, her eyes locking onto a nearly invisible wire laid out on the ground. It was a trap meant to snare anyone who walked over it. It must've been for them. Suddenly, she had an idea.
She pretended to move left, then spun around, delivering a strong kick to Miss Valentine's injured leg. The Baroque Works agent cried out in pain, losing her balance. Sakura took the opportunity to land another kick in the same spot.
You little—! How did you—?"
Sakura smiled, her eyes filled with satisfaction. "I told you, I don't need chakra to outsmart you. I noticed your limp and used it against you." She smirked. She noticed a small notebook lying on the ground. Miss Valentine must've dropped it. She opened it to a page detailing the weaknesses of the Baroque Works agents. Sakura scans through it, her eyes widening in surprise.
"Mr. 5 can't handle... what?... Miss Goldenweek's art can do... what? But it can be destroyed..." she murmured, her mind buzzing with ideas. Suddenly, something dawned on her. She looked at the wax blob and frowned, thinking hard. "Of course... Wax melts with fire. We can use fire to melt the wax and free the others."
Mr. 3 was cackling, things are going his way. Usopp looks from afar growling.
"Ugh! That guy! I wanna to punch him, right in his smug little face!" Karoo quacks in agreement.
"USOPP!" A voice called him. Both him and Karoo turns over to see Sakura approaching him.
"Sakura!" He sighed with relief. "I'm glad you're all right but Naruto and the others are still stuck." She glances over, eyes going wide as she sees them entirely coated in wax, frozen into living statues... though who can say for how long.
"Oh no... but don't worry, I have a plan." Sakura stated. Usopp turned in confusion. He gasped.
"Are you serious?" Sakura nodded and showed him the notebook. He examined it and widens eyes. Usopp brings out an item and aims at Mr. 3. As Miss Goldenweek reached for her brush and palette to paint Luffy's shirt, Sakura suddenly leaped forward. With a swift and precise kick, she sent the palette flying out of Miss Goldenweek's hands, splattering paint everywhere. Sakura then stomped on it, crushing it completely. She turns to Luffy who looks over at confusion. Mr. 3 and Mr. 5 were shocked to see the Pink-haired medic unscathed.
"Impossible.." She defeated Miss Valentine... and how did she..." His eyes went wide in realization. "She found the notes after defeating Miss Valentine."
"Hey, Luffy! Just figured out Mr. 3's weak spot—his wax melts when it gets super hot. Thought you'd wanna know!" Mr. 3 looked shocked. Luffy grinned and stretched his arms to grab Mr. 3's hair. Sakura turned around, realizing the little flame wasn't gonna cut it. Then she had an idea, reaching into her backpack for a rope.
"Karoo..." she called to the duck, wrapping the rope around his neck. "Okay, now run around the cake." The duck saluted and took off. Sakura was thrilled her plan was working, but suddenly something knocked her down. She looked up to find Miss Valentine sitting on her, smirking.
"You think that little flame is gonna save your boyfriend and pals?" Miss Valentine laughed wickedly. Sakura just smirked back. Miss Valentine was confused until she heard a sound. She turned to see liquid draining and was horrified to find Usopp pouring oil.
"Now, Luffy!" Usopp called.
"STOP IT! LET GO!" Mr. 3 protested as Luffy pulled on him and finally set the rope ablaze, torching the cake. Sakura grinned in victory. She hears Mr. 3 screaming in agony and pain.
"CURSE YOU, YOU STUPID STRAW HAT PIRATE AND PINK-HAIRED WITCH!" Mr. 3 yelled. "YOU DESTROYED MY PRECIOUS CANDLE SET! HOW DARE YOU SHOW SUCH DISREGARD FOR ARTISTIC INTEGRITY! Oh... I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU!" He ranted at Luffy while Karoon was seen running away from the melted wax. "YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS!" He felt somebody tapped his shoulder.
"Heh... I told you..." Before Mr. 3 could react, Naruto's fist connected with his jaw in a powerful punch. The Baroque Works agent screamed in pain as he was sent flying backward, crashing to the ground with a thud. He lay there, defeated and unconscious. He stares him before pointing at him.
"Ha-ha!"
"Naruto!" Sakura exclaimed. "You're alive." He nodded and go closer. But Miss Valentines growled.
"I'm sick and tired of you and your friends, got that?!" Miss Valentine growled at the girl "Okay, play time is really over now! I'm going to break that scrawny little neck of yours into a million pieces!"She Declared, leaping into the air. Naruto's eyes went wide as he hurried to protect Sakura. Just when it seemed that all was lost, the slightly crispy Nami and Vivi burst out of the cake and took down Miss Valentine with their weapons.
"That was really hot, Couldn't you have thought up another plan?" Nami asked. Naruto and Sakura both stood up and glared.
"Hey, Sakura saved us. It was the only way." He defended.
"You have a point there, thanks..." She said gratefully.
"It's amazing..." Vivi said while staring at her hand in disbelief. "I can't believe we're alive..."
"Yeah well... it's all thanks to Sakura here." Naruto complimented and kissed her cheek. Sakura touched her cheek and blushed.
"Aw... ain't that cute?" A voice called. They looked over to see Mr. 5 holding a gun. "But we simply can not afford for you to screw up our mission anymore."
"Hey, Mr. 5." Usopp called. He aims at the agent with his slingshot. He Scoffed when he said... "EXPLODING STAR!" He throws it at the 2nd in command whom are the projectile.
"You fool. Did you know that explosives don't affect me at all? They're nothing to an exploding man!"
"You took the bait..." Usopp said.
"Yeah... I figured out your one weaknes.. tabasco sauce." Sakura smirked. Suddenly, He started to feel sweaty and his mouth started to feel hot and...
"SPICY!" Flames came out of his laughed at Mr. 5, pointing a finger at him while he spewed fire.
"Man... they got you good!"Out of the blue, Mr. 3 snapped awake after Naruto's punch and attempted to quietly slip away, with Miss Goldenweek following closely behind. That's when Luffy caught sight of them.
"NO, YOU'RE NOT GETTING AWAY FROM ME!" Luffy yelled out, as he and Naruto sprinted after them with Karoo trailing close behind. Mr. 5 hit the ground, coughed, and shot a glare at Usopp.
"DAMN YOU, STUPID PIRATE! I REFUSE TO LET YOU MAKE A MOCKERY OF ME!" Usopp gulps and runs attempts to run away but Mr. 5 got a hold of hem and started shaking him.
"Flaming Oni Giri!"A voice yelled out. Mr. 5 spun around, and before he realized it, Zoro emerged with all three of his swords blazing with fire. He takes out the Baroque Works agent, save Usopp in the process.
"You know these flaming swords ain't too bad."He smiled widely. Mr. 5's flames vanished, yet he's still knocked out.
"Zoro..." Nami said, relieved that he made it out alive too. They all heard a groan and turned around to see Broggy standing up with the wax melting off of his body. Zoro puts away his swords and smirked.
"Good to see you made it out alive." Broggy nodded.
"Yeah..." He said, then glanced over at Drorry, who was lying down, dead. Usopp gazed upwards, worried about the giant's sorrowful expression.
"So now it seems only two foes are left." Sakura and others looked upon, waiting for Naruto, Luffy and Karoo to return.
Speaking of which, the Captain and his second mate runs through the jungle, chasing Mr. 3 and Miss Goldenweek.
"Naruto, Bird guy... let's GO! Real men don't interfere with someone else's fight!"
"Right!" Naruto said. "He paid what he did to us, but he must also pay for killing Dorry!' All of a sudden, they heard a familiar laugh. They put a halt to see a bunch of Mr. 3 wax copies.
"So good of you to come, I've been expecting you... Welcome to my wax-wax manor." Mr. 3 started, leaving Naruto and Luffy confused. Karoo turns his head to guess which is the real one.
"You're just another buffoon who acts on blind instinct and uses brute force to solve all his problems! You can't hope to catch an intellectual giant like me!" He laughs gleefully. "I am a Baroque Works agent! He waved a knife menacingly. Luffy glanced at Naruto, and they exchanged knowing nods. "GUM-GUM STAMP!" yelled the Straw Hat Captain as he raised his leg, stretching it to deliver a powerful kick that sent Mr. 3 crashing into the tree behind him.
"How... could you have known this is where I was..." He asked with Luffy's sandal imprinted on him then he fainted. Luffy had one simple answer...
"Instinct!" Karoo quacked triumphantly. Spotting Ms. Goldenweek attempting to slip away, he quacked again and dashed toward her. Ms. Goldenweek trembled, anticipating the worst. She let out a terrified scream.
As Sanji strolled towards the Sunny, he noticed an unusual house crafted from wax and decided to take a closer look. He was making a cup of tea.
"Mmmm, Earl Grey is perfect addition to the afternoon..." Sanji casually commented as he sipped his tea. Something then caught up to him.
"AGHHH! HOLD ON, WHAT AM I DOING?!" He asked. "I shouldn't be sitting here all relaxed, just casually sipping tea without a single care in the world! Nami, Sakura, Vivi, and the others could be waiting out there for me to come help them." He then stands up with puzzlement. He makes his way to the exit then he heard...
Buru-buru-buru-bu...Buru-buru-buru-bu... Sanji spun around, startled by a noise that seemed oddly familiar. His gaze quickly landed on the picnic basket, which was trembling slightly. With a curious eyebrow raised, he opened it up to find a transponder snail inside.
"Yeah, hello...You've reached the crap cafe...Can I take your order...?" He said sarcastically.
"You can quit fooling around." A Gruff voice called from the snail. "Now then your report's a little late, don't you think?"
"My report? And who exactly am I speaking too?" Sanji inquired.
"Me... Mr. 0."
Naruto and Luffy made their way back to the crew after dealing with Mr. 3. Sakura was busy checking out their wounds when she noticed Naruto coming back. She ran up and hugged him as he twirled her around. They shared a quick kiss.
"My hero..." Naruto joked. Sakura nudged him with a smile and asked,
"Are you alright?" Naruto shrugged at Sakura's question.
"A few burns but I'll be fine." He then turns to Usopp. "... And Usopp thanks for adding the oil." Usopp rubbed his head in embarrassment. Nami smiled and then she takes a look at Luffy's toned body. She blushes and makes an effort to look away. Luffy looks at Nami... and feels his face red and his heart pumping. He touches his heart in confusion.
"What is this feeling?" His thoughts were interrupted by Broggy mourning for the loss of his friendly rival. The tears were pouring like rain making the Straw hats cover their ears.
"Look at that!" Luffy shouted. "His tears are making a rainbow!" Nami gives an annoyed look.
"With all this crying, we'll drown here." Nami said.
"it's practically a waterfall." Zoro commented. Usopp was mourning with Broggy.
"So... sad... Master Broggy." He joined Broggy in crying with him.
"And the Sunny won't be able to carry us." Sakura remarked. Nami nodded in agreement with her best friend. Naruto sighed in frustration. He then noticed that Dorry opened his eyes. Dorry stuck his sword into the ground and used it to pull himself up. Broggy's eyes stopped his tears and eyes went bugged shock. The Strawhats were shocked to see Drorry on his feet.
"Drorry... you're alive..." Broggy said.
"I must've lost consciousness..." Dorry admitted. "Uhhh…"
Sanji was sitting in the wax-house thinking about the caller from the Transponder snail.
"I've heard that name somewhere before. Wasn't that the name of the Boss-guy that Miss. Vivi was so frightened of? But that would mean… that the person on the other end of this Transponder Snail… is one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea."
"It's been a long time since I issued your orders." Mr. 0 commented. "What's happening on the Island?"
"So I guess this Mr. 3 character is the owner of this transponder snail." Sanji thought. "I think I have this figured out now. This little place here is an enemy hideout, and someone named Mr. 3 was ordered by someone named Mr. 0 to come to this island and kill Vivi. DAMN IT! What was I thinking? This was no time for me to be out on a hunting trip! I hope that they're all still okay."
"Shit." Sanji whispered.
"Well, are you gonna answer me?" Mr. 0 asked while pouring himself some champagne. "Have you eliminated Princess Vivi and the Strawhats as you ordered.
"Oh yeah..." Sanji lied. The mission was successful. I eliminated all those pesky brats like you said to. Your secret is completely protected. So there's no need to keep going after them anymore."
"I see..." Grinned Mr. 0."As we speak the Unluckies are headed your way in order to confirm the success of your mission, and to deliver a certain… package."
"The unluckies of Course... and a package?" The fake Mr. 3 asked. Mr. 0 explains more of his plans.
"It's an eternal pose that will point you to Alabasta. Once that arrives, you and Ms. Goldenweek will head for Alabasta. It's time for the next phase of the plan. We are about to begin embarking on our most important operation to date. Details will follow after you reach Alabasta, wait for my orders." Something caught to Sanji's eyes. He turned to see the Unlucklies. Mr. 13 and Miss Friday.
"What the... what are those?" The bird extended its wings, firing off a couple of rockets strapped to them, while the otter pulled out some knives. Sanji glares at them.
"Mr. 3, what was that?" Mr. 0 wondered.
"Oh, it's nothing." Sanji assured. But before he could talk some more, the bird fired at Sanji with his weapons. But Sanji jumped out of the chair. Instead of hitting Sanji, the otter shot some teacups and plates. The otter jumped into the house to attack the Cook with his spiked gauntlets. Sanji dodged the attack with his legs.
"So, I guess you're trying to kill me, huh? Well monkey... bring it on!" He kicks the otter on the back of his head, causing it to black out. Sanji turned to his last opponent.
"Alright you, what now?" The Vulture responded by firing at Sanji but Sanji grabbed the Vulture with his legs. So what are you gonna do now, you over-grown chicken!" Sanji quickly turns and breaks the vulture's neck, taking him out instantly. He then lands on his feet.
"Hey, what's going on!?" Mr.0 wondered. "Answer me, Mr. 3!" Sanji rushed to the Transponder snail and laughed nervously...
Well… nothing. It's just… that damn Straw Hat was still alive. It's okay though, I finished him off real good. No need to worry."
"What do you mean he was still alive?" Mr. 0 asked in confused anger. "I thought you told me just a moment ago that you said your mission was completed successfully, isn't that correct?"
"Yes, that is what I said," Sanji confessed. "I mean, I absolutely thought it was completed then but that Straw Hat guy is really a lot tougher than you'd expect."
"So let me see if I understand..." He asked. "That report you gave me... was a complete lie?"
"Well... yeah." Sanji admitted to the boss. "When you put it that way, I guess the report wasn't the truth. But now I've gotten rid of that Straw Hat for sure! So there's no need for you to send anyone else after him or the others."
"Very well... Take the Pose and head straight to Alabasta from there immediately. Do you understand me?" Mr. 0 ordered.
"I don't understand... how are you still alive?" Questioned Naruto. Drorry grunted, still feeling the pain from the explosion answered...
"The weapons... they saved me." He answered. The Straw hat gasped while Usopp wiped his tears.
"Weapons? Oh yeah..." He remembered. "That makes sense! Not even weapons made in Elbaf could hold up after a hundred years of giants dueling to the death with them. They must be dull by now! Ahh, well that's a relief! Ahahahaha! It's a miracle really." Broggy continued his tears and embraced his opponent/friend.
"Broggy, would you let go? I'm a little sore here."
"I'm so glad you're alive..." Broggy continued to hug him tightly, still in tears. "it's a miracle."
"C'mon it's not a miracle..." Zoro said with a smirk. "The fact that those weapons are still intact after a century of fighting is the miraculous thing. They should be scrap by now, I'm surprised they lasted this long."
"THANK YOU GOD OF ELBAF FOR THIS WONDERFUL DAY!" Broggy praised, thankful that they are still alive.
"Oh, is that true, Broggy?" Dorry questioned. You're saying that fighting me while I was injured, cutting me down, and knocking me out was all wonderful?"
"Don't be an idiot Dorry, that's not what I am saying and you know it!" He tapped his shoulder. Dorry holds it and looks at him in annoyance.
"Would you keep your hands off my wounds?" He says his signature laugh. Broggy chuckled as well. Dorry then punches him in the chest. They continued to punch each other playfully. Both Nami and Sakura chuckled at the sight.
"YOU TRY DOING THAT AGAIN AND SEE HOW FAR YOU GET!" Dorry growled.
"OH YEAH?" Broggy exclaimed, they both stood up and slammed their heads. Luffy got excited while the others watch in confusion.
"YOU TWO ARE FIGHTING AGAIN, ALREADY!?" Both Sakura and Nami shouted.
Sanji listened to Mr. 0 on the radio continued to give his orders. "If the marines catch on to what we're doing that will be most unfortunate. From this point on, all of my orders will be sent via letter, following the usual protocol. That will be all Mr. 3. Good luck on your mission." He hangs up the Transponder snail and stands up while his partner Miss All Sunday petting a giant Crocodile.
"Miss all Sunday..."
"Yes, sir?" Her partner asked as she stroked the crocodile's nose.
I want you to send Mr. 2 to Little Garden immediately," Crocodile ordered. "Mr. 3 is on his way from Little Garden to Alabasta. I want you to see that he is eliminated." Miss All Sunday's expression changed from smirk to a frown.
"Perhaps that might be… a little extreme, Crocodile?" She asked as she makes her way out.
We still have plenty of agents to spare," he points out. "Are you arguing with me, Ms. All Sunday?"
"No, I'll make the arrangements at once." She before she is out.
"Well he finally hung up.." Sanji said with relief. "I wonder who those guys were... they sure are funny looking." He glanced down, noticed a log pose lying on the ground, and grabbed it. It was set for Alabasta.
Dorry and Broggy sat with the straw hats near Dorry's place. Thanks to Sakura's medical work, they were healed from their injuries.
"We've been fighting for so long that we completely forgot about the bounties that had been put on our heads! It has been a long time!" Feeling guilty about this, Vivi hung her head.
"But I'm the whole reasoned the Baroque Works Agents came here in the first place. It's my fault..." She felt two hands pinching her cheek. She looked up to see it was Sakura and Nami.
"None of that, anymore... okay?" Nami ordered.
"Yeah, come on, Vivi. Let's a Rice Cracker party!" Luffy exclaimed. He hands a couple to Naruto.
"Um... where did you get this, Luffy?" He asked.
"Free Rice crackers!" Naruto sweat drops and turns to Sakura in a annoyed look.
"He didn't listen to me..." He whispered. Sakura laughed nervously then turned to Vivi.
"You see, nobody is blaming you." Vivi smiled and holds her cheek. "Sakura..."
"Yes?" Vivi was silent for a moment. She then embraced her and Nami.
"Thanks." Both Sakura and Vivi patted her back and smiled at each other. Sakura looks down to see a red mark on her stomach.
"Nami, what is that?" She puts her hand on her stomach to examine it.
"Sakura, it's nothing... just a bug bite." Sakura eyes it with skepticism then looks at her medical supplies.
"All of you helped save us from those other guys," said Broggy. "If we can, we would really like to return the favor." Luffy jumps on a rock.
"Well maybe you guys could do something about our Log Pose so we won't be stuck here..." Dorry gives Luffy a solemn look.
"I'm afraid the Log Pose is the one thing that we can't help you with..." He said. He then hears a scream.
"AHH! NAMI! SAKURA! VIVI!" They turned around to see Sanji finally arriving. "AND ALL THE REST OF YOU!" Luffy turned around to wave at Sanji while Usopp, Karoo and Naruto shook in anger.
"WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN WHERE WE NEEDED YOU!? Questioned Naruto.
"You're all okay! I'm so Happy!" Sanji opened his eyes and shock to see Dorry and Broggy. "AGHHH WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?"
"Is everybody ignoring me all day?" Naruto questioned.
"Is one of them Mr. 3?"
"Wait..." Nami said as she and Sakura turned to him.
"How do you know Mr. 3?" He turned around and hearts came out his eyes upon seeing them.
"Whoa, Nami! Sakura!"
"Answer the God damn question." Sakura said with her first clenched. He takes off his coat and puts it on Nami. Luffy looks from afar and... gives Sanji a glare. Naruto turns to notice it.
"I know that look..." He thougt, studying Luffy's face. He then was interrupted by Sanji.
"I just finished talking to that Mr. 0 guy over a Transponder Snail." He explained.
"MR. 0?" Vivi asked.
"Crocodile..." Sakura glared.
"Yeah, that guy," Sanji answered, "I was talking to him in this weird hideout place that I found in the jungle. He thought I was some guy called Mr. 3 and I thought it'd be a good idea to let him believe it. Anyway, since I had 'im on the line, I went ahead and told him that we were all dead."
"So he thinks that he doesn't have to send people after us anymore." Vivi said.
"That's a relief." Sakura sighed She then cross her arms while staring at the Volcano. "But that still doesn't help our situation. We are still stuck here for a bout a year."
"You can't go?" Sanji asked. "Why is there still something that we need to take care of here? That's a real shame after I managed to get a hold of this thing."He reached into his pocket and pulled out an eternal pose, leaving everyone's jaw dropped. Sanji grinned, looking a bit puzzled.
"Uh, what?" Sanji asked.
"AN ETERNAL POSE TO ALABASTA!" Luffy cheered. Him, Naruto and Usopp jumped up and down cheering. Naruto rushes over to Sakura and gives her a quick kiss Vivi dashes over to Sanji and gives him a warm, tight hug.
"Thank you, Sanji... I was really getting worried Thank you!" Sanji's face turned red and eyes turned into hearts.
"No, it was all my pleasure. I'm just glad I could make you happy!"
"Let's set sail! But let's have rice cracker party, first!" Luffy stated as he toasted his Rice Cracker to Nami's.
"No way. Look, Luffy, we don't have enough left for a party." Usopp said, showing shows the three Rice Crackers and the empty bag.
"We don't have time for that, anyway..." Said Nami.
"She's right..." Sakura said. "We gotta go find the Merry and leave." Sanji turned to Zoro.
"Did you forget our hunting contest?"
"Nope." Zoro confirmed with crossed arms, smirking that he feels that he's won. "Hate to tell you this, but you lost. I caught a huge rhino."
"That doesn't sound very tasty..." Sanji shrugged.
"But I guess you can eat it."
"Sounds just fine to me." Zoro remarked. Suddenly, Broggy and Dorry started pondering.
"Hunting contest? That sounds familiar."
"'Kay...Giant old guys..." They glanced down and saw Luffy shouting up at them. "It's really been a lot of fun, but we got to go."
"Yeah, we gotta get Vivi back to her kingdom." Naruto explained. He tips his nose. "But I hope we meet again someday."
"Of course, right," Broggy said "We can tell that you need to get going."
"It's too bad that you have to leave so soon. Dorry added sadly. He then looks over at Vivi. "I hope you get to your homeland soon.
"Me too, thank you." Vivi said. With that, The Straw hat pirate makes their way back to the ship.
"See ya, try not to die anymore!" Luffy waved while walking backwards. Naruto waved together while holding hands making Sanji sneer.
"Master!" Usopp said before he joins his friends. "I'm going to visit Elbaf someday!" He declared before he says goodbye. Sanji and Zoro got back into their scuffle.
"You just wait and see. My cat is much bigger than yours." Sanji gloated.
"Hmph, you wish!" Zoro refuted his claims. He and Sanji continued their bickering. Dorry and Broggy sat there for a moment.
"Well, our friends are setting sail." Broggy said.
"That's right... " Dorry nodded. "We can't just sit here. Not when there's a monster waiting for them in the sea."
"So, Broggy... how are your wounds doing?" Broggy wondered.
"These? I think I can live with them." Dorry waved off. He and Broggy grabs their weapons.
"It's safe to say that our weapons are about worn through," Broggy said.
"Any regrets?" Dorry asked. Broggy gazed at his axe before giving his answer...
"It's difficult to give up. I've fought with this ax for over a hundred years. But if it's a sacrifice for our friends, then it's worth it!"
"Yeah, I agree," said Dorry. He and Broggy stood up to help their friends.
Naruto and Sakura exchanged annoyed looks as they listened to Zoro and Sanji bicker about the size of the animals they had caught. Naruto rested his arms on the railing, while Sakura leaned against the door.
"SEE, I TOLD YOU MINE WAS BIGGER THAN YOURS, I WIN!" Zoro countered.
"LOOK CLOSER!" Sanji scoffed at his Rhino. Luffy chuckled as he rested his arms on the railing.
"It doesn't really matter, they both look yummy." He said.
"YES!" Naruto agreed. "PLEASE GET IN SO WE CAN MOVE ON!"
"JUST SHUT UP!" Zoro and Sanji yelled at both of them, they continued on bickering. Sakura turns to Nami.
"You know we're in trouble when both Naruto and Luffy are the mature one." She quipped. Nami laughed at that.
"USOPP, Would you tell him I am Cleary the winner?" Zoro asked a displeased Usopp.
"Sorry but I don't care." He responded with crossed arms.
"Couldn't you call it a draw?" Asked Vivi who too is tired of them Arguing who has the strongest.
"I don't believe in draws." Answered Zoro. "I fight to win." He hears a punch and, along with Sanji, slowly turns around to see It was Sakura punching the door.
"If you don't hurry up... We will leave you on this island." She spoke in a menacing tone, making them both tremble. After slicing the meat, they got ready to hoist the sail.
"The giants said that going straight would take us to the western end of the island." Nami said.
Luffy turned to Zoro and Sanji with a question.
"Yeah, right." Zoro quickly scoffed.
"Our fridge can't possibly preserve any more than it can right now. It spoils before we could eat it." Sanji responded.
"Yeah, Naruto said. "Are you trying to sink the ship?"
"Hey look at that, it's the giants!. They must have come down here to come say goodbye!" Luffy pointed. The Straw hats looked up to see the two giants stood on either side of the waterway they were navigating.
"A great danger still lies ahead of you," Broggy first spoke.
"It is an obstacle that has always been here trying to prevent people from reaching the next island..." The Strawhats stopped, bewildered, as Dorry continued "You fought like warriors to protect the honor and pride of our duel."
"And because you were willing to do that. No matter what enemy you may face…"
"We will never let them destroy your pride friends!" Dorry said. Then Broggy finished. "You must have faith in what we say. Go straight...No matter what happens, keep going straight. Understand?" Luffy smirked.
"Yeah, got it!" Luffy declared, Leaving the others confused. They slowly sailed right passed them as they brought out their weapons.
What was that about?" Zoro wonders.
"I don't get it, what'd he say?" Usopp asked.
"NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, WE JUST GO STRAIGHT!" Luffy said.
"This is goodbye," said Broggy.
"Let's meet again someday," Dorry added. Nami and Sakura blinked then noticed something rising out of the water.
"LOOK OVER THERE!" She shouts. A gigantic creature's dorsal fin cuts through the water effortlessly. Considering that just the fin dwarfs the Going Merry. It had red and white scales. Karoo quacks in fear. Sanji dropped his cigarette. Sakura screamed and jumps onto Naruto's arms
"It's a monster!" Usopp screamed with Nami's gape opened. Zoro gulped and Vivi gasped. Sakura squeezed Naruto's shoulders with her arms.
"What the heck is that guy? A goldfish?"
"It's bigger than the goldfish at the Hidden leaf pet store!" Naruto gulped.
"Usopp, hey! Start working on the rudder or we'll get eaten! HURRY IT UP!" Nami ordered.
"I know.. but We have to go straight ahead! Isn't that right, Luffy?"
"Mmm-hmm... we sure do." The Straw hat captain nodded.
"Don't be a moron, Luffy!" Nami pleaded. "THIS ISN'T GONNA BE ANYTHING LIKE LABOON!"
"Yeah I know. Here, I'll let you have the last Rice Cracker." Luffy said as he tosses his cracker to Nami who caught it.
"I DON'T WANT THE CRACKER!" She yelled.F WE DON'T TURN THE SHIP AROUND RIGHT NOW, THAT THING IS GONNA EAT US!" Zoro let out a sigh as he held the door open for Karoo, who dashed into the storage room.
"Nami, just give up!" He insisted. Nami cried and ate a piece of the Rice Cracker Luffy tossed her.
"Luffy! You really sure we can trust those little pals of yours?" Sanji asked while they were close to the belly of the Goldfish.
"Yep." Naruto stood there quietly before he smiled.
"I agree. I trust them too." Nami turns to him in shock/
"What?" Sakura reads his face for a moment before smiling and turning to Nami.
"I have faith in Naruto's judgment." She stated. "We'll be fine."
"WELL... IT'S TOO LATE TO TURN NOW!" Nami cried as they made it inside the belly.
GEGYAGYAGYA!" Dorry laughed. "Yes, we landed on it a long time ago and thought it was real land that we were standing on."
"I'm beginning to feel nostalgic watching them sail in," Broggy said. "I remember my old adventurous days." They both crouched in afer the beast closed it's mouth.
"THE ONLY THING THAT WE CAN'T PIECE WITH THIS WEAPON IS A GREAT BLOOD-STAINED SNAKE!"
As they clashed their weapons, the force from their strikes zoomed ahead like lightning, morphing into spirals of blue and red energy aimed at the Island-Eater. This joint attack tore a massive hole straight through the giant goldfish's belly. The ship got propelled forward by the burst of blue and red energy, shooting through the hole on the far side. The whole Straw hats stare in amazement. Naruto laughed as he squeezed Sakura's shoulders. Nami's expression changed for fear to relief. Vivi was shocked while her pet Duck just vomited.
"Don't bother looking back!" Luffy shouted. "CAUSE WE'RE GOING STRAIGHT AHEAD! LOOK AT US, THIS IS INCREDIBLE!" Usopp was moved into tears for the Elbaf warriors.
"They cut...the sea...itself! The strength of...the Elbaf Warriors...is amazing!" The Going Merry landed on the ocean
"Yeaj!" Naruto shouted with excitement. He glanced over at his girlfriend, who flashed him a big smile. He and Sakura then leaned in for a passionate kiss. Nami and Vivi were all dreamy-eyed at the scene, and Sanji was on the verge of tears.
"Why couldn't it have been meeee?" he complained, causing Nami to give an exasperated eye roll. Then, a thought struck her.
"Hey Naruto, sorry to cut into your and Sakura's little moment, but back at Mr. 3's Cake... what did you mean by not knowing anything about birthday cakes?"
The rest of the Straw Hats glanced his way with curiosity. Sakura's eyes widened a bit, a trace of concern flickering across her expression. She was about to change the subject, but Naruto gently touched her arm and offered a comforting smile.
Sakura looked at him with concern for a bit, then gave a nod.
"Alright... tell them."
Luffy: WOW, YOU HAVE A DEMON INSIDE YOU. THAT'S SO COOL!
Nami: Luffy, Be sensitive, he's had a rough childhood. Even rougher than mine.
Zoro: It doesn't matter what he has inside him... Naruto is a good guy.
Vivi: Guys, Nami is sick.
Naruto: We gotta get her to a doctor! Sakura, you try to fix her!
Sakura: I don't know the disease she has. I am not from this world!
Naruto: On the next Shinobi X Strawhat... Naruto tells his past and Nami's sick... I am gonna Hokage!
Luffy: And I am gonna be King of the Pirates!
Yep. Next is Drum Island... next chapter is gonna be the straw hat needing another doctor. Why? You'll find out soon. And yes... Naruto is gonna talk about the Fox Demon inside him. How will his friends react? We'll find out. BTW, If write before next week, I just wanna say Merry Christmas to you guys. Thanks for reading this fic.
